In 2020, Sidomulyo Village faced challenges due to fluctuating coffee prices that affected the interest of KSU Buah Ketakasi. One of the steps taken is to collect coffee harvests for export to reduce losses of cooperative members and increase economic value. This study aims to explore the marketing model and the effectiveness of constraints on coffee processing of KSU Buah Ketakasi in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. In determining informants, researchers used puposive techniques, while data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the coffee industry of KSU Buah Ketakasi uses the 7P marketing mix model which includes product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Furthermore, KSU Buah Ketakasi's marketing has not run optimally due to challenges such as the price neck caused by the imbalance between farmers and collectors, as well as the impact of the rainy season on the coffee processing process. Overcoming these problems, KSU Buah Ketakasi informs farmers, especially members of the Asli Sidomulyo Farmer Group, to avoid picking coffee cherries that are still young or light green in color, so that the quality of the coffee powder produced can be protected. [Pada tahun 2020, Desa Sidomulyo menghadapi tantangan karena harga kopi yang berfluktuasi sehingga mempengaruhi minat KSU Buah Ketakasi. Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan hasil panen kopi untuk diekspor untuk mengurangi kerugian anggota koperasi dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model pemasaran dan efektivitas kendala pengolahan kopi KSU Buah Ketakasi di Desa Sidomulyo, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dalam menentukan informan, peneliti menggunakan teknik puposive, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri kopi KSU Buah Ketakasi menggunakan model bauran pemasaran 7P yang meliputi product, price, promotion, place, people, process, dan physical evidence. Selanjutnya, pemasaran KSU Buah Ketakasi belum berjalan secara optimal karena adanya tantangan seperti adanya price neck yang disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan antara petani dan pengepul, serta dampak musim hujan terhadap proses pengolahan kopi. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, KSU Buah Ketakasi menginformasikan kepada para petani khususnya anggota Kelompok Tani Asli Sidomulyo untuk menghindari pemetikan buah kopi yang masih muda atau berwarna hijau muda, agar kualitas bubuk kopi yang dihasilkan dapat terjaga].

Problem-solving ability is an important cognitive skill in learning. The aims to analyze students' problem-solving ability based on Bransford-Stein theory by considering the Adversity Quotient (AQ) factor. The research method used is a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through problem-solving tests and administering adversity quotient (AQ) questionnaires. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique and obtained 100 high school students selected based on different AQ categories (climbers, campers, quitters). The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that AQ had a significant effect on the level of students' problem-solving ability. Each increase in one unit of AQ will increase the problem solviing by 1,867 units. The R² value is 0.5506, which means that 55.06% of the variability of problem solving ability can be explained by AQ. This shows that students with high AQ tend to be more persistent in solving problems systematically. Reviewed Based on the five Bransford-Stein indicators (IDEAL Problem solving), students with high AQ (climbers) have a better level of problem-solving ability compared to students with medium AQ types (campers) and low AQ types (quitters). Students with the climbers type can solve all five problem-solving indicators in the questions very well. Campers type students have fairly good problem-solving abilities, but can only solve questions up to three Bransford-Stein indicators. Quitter type students can only solve one Bransford-Stein indicator well. The results of this study can provide input for educators in designing appropriate learning strategies, so that they can improve students' problem-solving abilities by considering their psychological factors, especially adversity quotient. This study only examines correlation, without testing causal relationships through experimental interventions.

Used cooking oil is a type of household waste that is often disposed of carelessly, posing a risk to the environment and public health. The utilization of used cooking oil in a Community Service activity by students of the Environmental Health Department at the Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health Yogyakarta in Dusun Santren, Sawangan Subdistrict, Magelang Regency aimed to empower the community to recycle used cooking oil into environmentally friendly and economically valuable aromatherapy candles, especially through the use of eco-friendly containers. These eco-friendly containers are recommended because they help reduce negative environmental impacts, such as by reusing old packaging or natural materials. Interestingly, many participants in Dusun Santren used coconut shells previously used as molds for palm sugar as candle holders, which not only supports sustainability principles but also reflects the use of local wisdom. This activity was carried out through education and training sessions for housewives in Dusun Santren. The methods used included lectures and practical sessions on making candles from used cooking oil. The results showed that participants understood the dangers of used cooking oil and the benefits of recycling it, and they became skilled at making good-quality candles. This program is expected to be an innovative solution to reduce used cooking oil waste while providing economic opportunities for the community.

This Community Service activity aims to enhance financial literacy among Takmir (mosque administrators) and Majelis Taklim (Islamic study groups) to improve their financial management skills and accountability within the mosque. As non-profit religious organizations, mosques require proper financial governance to ensure the effective use of funds and foster public trust. The program focuses on addressing three core issues: (1) lack of awareness among mosque administrators and Majelis Taklim regarding the importance of financial accountability to the congregation; (2) limited knowledge of basic accounting principles for preparing financial reports; and (3) insufficient understanding of financial reporting as a key accountability tool. The activity began with a pre-survey to identify specific challenges faced by the target groups. A pre-test was then conducted through interviews to evaluate participants’ initial knowledge of mosque financial management. The main activities included socialization, financial literacy education, Excel-based bookkeeping training, and mentoring. A post-test was also carried out to assess improvements in participants’ understanding. The program was implemented on Saturday, March 19, 2025, from 09:30 to 16:00 WITA at the Nurul Islam Kalantubung Mosque in Sudiang, Makassar City, with 25 mosque administrators and Majelis Taklim members participating. As a result of the training, participants demonstrated enhanced knowledge of financial management, gained the ability to prepare structured financial reports using Excel, and increased transparency and accountability. This led to a boost in public trust toward the mosque's financial governance.

Abstrak. Penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan akan berdampak negatif pada lingkungan, seperti merusaknya keseimbangan unsur hara. Solusi untuk pengganti pupuk kimia adalah pemanfaatan sisa pakan ternak dan kotoran kambing menjadi pupuk kompos. Salah satu pupuk organik berasal dari sisa kotoran kambing serta limbah dari cangkang melinjo. Kotoran kambing mengandung unsur hara seperti fosfor (P), nitrogen (N), dan kalium (K) yang tinggi. Oleh sebab itu perlu dianalisis proses pembuatan pupuk organik sisa pakan ternak dan cangkang melinjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan kompos kepada pemilik ternak kambing. Pembuatan pupuk organik dari kotoran kambing dapat dilakukan dengan mencampurkan kotoran kambing dengan EM4, tetes tebu/molase, kotoran kambing, daun sisa pakan kambing, dan kulit cangkang melinjo. Proses pengomposan membutuhkan waktu yang berbeda tergantung pada jenis bioaktivator yang digunakan.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Pakan Ternak, Kotoran Kambing

The use of monotonous learning media remains one of the factors contributing to suboptimal learning outcomes and low student engagement. This study aims to determine the effect of using the word wall game as a learning medium on biodiversity material in relation to students' learning outcomes and activity. The research employed a quantitative method with a Post-Test Only Control Group design. The study population consisted of 10th-grade students at MAN 1 Indramayu, with class X4 (23 students) as the control group and class X5 (20 students) as the experimental group, totaling 43 students. Based on demographic data, the participants included 18 male students, 25 female students, and 6 students categorized as older than the typical age for 10th grade. Research instruments included 15 multiple-choice questions to assess learning outcomes and 5 observation statements to measure student activity. The results showed that the average score of the control group (X4) was 7.2, while the experimental group (X5) scored an average of 7.7. A descriptive statistical test and a two-sample t-test yielded a tvalue of 0.06 and a ttable value of 1.69, indicating no statistically significant difference between the groups. However, observational data showed that student activity improved progressively: 20% of students fell into the “very poor” category (statement 1), 40% in “poor” (statement 2), 60% in “fair” (statement 3), 80% in “good” (statement 4), and 100% in “very good” (statement 5). These findings indicate a meaningful increase in student engagement. Therefore, the word wall game learning media can be considered effective in improving both student learning outcomes and classroom activity on the topic of biodiversity.

Students often experience difficulties in understanding and memorizing the Latin-based binomial nomenclature due to the complexity and diversity of biological terms. This research aims to develop and assess the feasibility of an online media platform based on artificial intelligence and hosted via Blogspot for learning binomial nomenclature among high school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The product underwent expert validation by subject matter and media specialists, as well as limited and large-scale trials involving students from SMAN 2 Indramayu. Validation by material experts yielded an average score of 4.6, categorized as "very feasible," while media expert validation scored 4.0, deemed "feasible." Student responses indicated a positive reception with an average score of 73.33%, placing it in the “good” category. These findings suggest that the developed media is both practical and effective in enhancing student understanding of binomial nomenclature. The use of accessible digital platforms and integration of QR codes presents valuable implications for innovative biology instruction in the digital age.

Pesantren have been an important part of the history of Islamic education in Indonesia since the 14th century AD. In addition to functioning as centers of religious education, pesantren also play a strategic role in economic and social empowerment. This research uses a qualitative method, by applying descriptive analysis research type. Descriptive analysis research is a method used as a framework for thinking to obtain research results. This research is included in the library research area, where researchers analyze the contribution of pesantren in the economic empowerment of the people. This research uses primary data from book references and scientific articles using the Publish or Perish application tool. The results of the study found; first, since the 14th century AD, pesantren were established as centers of Islamic education, preaching, and people's struggle. In the 17th century, Sultan Agung gave special attention to pesantren to create a conducive learning environment; second, the role of pesantren in supporting the welfare of the people through education, economy, and social; third, developing an integrated economic empowerment model based on cooperation and waqf-based economic programs. The findings of this study confirm that pesantrens have great potential in improving the economic independence and welfare of the people

Background – The demand for credit services in Parbarakan Village has increased significantly every year. This increase is generally driven by various factors, especially the socio-economic conditions of the community, such as insufficient income to meet the needs of life, both basic needs and urgent needs. This condition encourages many housewives to apply for loans as an effort to cover the lack of funds. The majority of people who work as farmers with unstable incomes also strengthen the need for loans. This situation is then exploited by certain parties from outside by providing massive loan offers, thus encouraging an increase in demand. Objective – To find out the role of the Perbarakan village government in resolving the problem of mobile banking services among the community. Design/ methodology/ approach – This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Where primary data is obtained by observing and interviewing mobile bank officers and customers using mobile bank services. Secondary data is obtained from websites, literature studies that support research and various other sources. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in several ways, namely by field observation, data obtained through this observation are the main data collected directly in the field. Interviews to obtain data directly, researchers conducted interviews with informants who were given a series of questions. Findings – the role of the government in solving the problem of mobile banks in Perbarakan village is that the village government creates its own bank through BUMDES with the hope that the people of Perbarakan village can be helped with capital loans offered by the government with very small interest so as not to burden the people of Perbarakan village. Creating training for young people and housewives, the purpose of holding training by BUMDes is also part of the process of absorbing community aspirations that may have rarely been touched by the village. One of them is sewing course training. In Perbarakan village, the majority of housewives have sewing skills to be able to maximize this, BUMDes must create a convection company where the company can sell sewing works from housewives in Perbarakan village. As the results of the interview conducted with the head of Perbarakan village who stated that in our village there are always sewing courses for mothers, the hope is that sewing courses in our village can be additional income for mothers in our village and hopefully it can reduce the community’s dependence on this mobile bank. Implications – This study reveals the reasons why people choose to use mobile banks, then with this study can find the factors that cause people to borrow from mobile banks and what they are used for and this study reveals what risks people face when choosing to use the services of mobile banks. And this study also explains how the role of the village government is in solving the problems of people who use mobile bank services in Perbarakan village. Research Limitations – This research focuses on the impact of the existence of mobile banks in Perbarakan village and how the government’s efforts are to reduce people’s sense of dependence on using mobile banking services.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operational management of SME financing, the risks that arise in the operation of SME financing during the Covid-19 period and the role of risk management in minimizing the operational risk of MSME financing during the COVID-19 pandemic at KSPPS BMT UB Amanah Syariah, Kecamatan Percut Sei. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. In this study, the researcher used a case study strategy. The reason for using the case study approach, among others, is that research results are difficult to manipulate because this research has little opportunity to control the events to be studied. The result of this research is that the provision of SME financing to KSPPS BMT UB Amanah Syariah has carried out operational risk management during the COVID-19 pandemic on SME financing to minimize operational risks that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic.
