Abstract

This study's goal is to investigate the effects of employee training and engagement on workers' performance, with organizational commitment acting as a bridging variable. Data for this study was gathered quantitatively from employees in one of supply chain company in Indonesia. Employing a probability sampling approach as a sample technique. Path analysis was employed as a data analysis approach in this study with the use of the analytic program SPSS. The study's findings include a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment, a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and training, a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and training, and a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. Training has a very favorable impact on staff performance. Organizational commitment has an impact on employees' performance. Organizational commitment, training, and employee engagement all have an impact on employee performance. This study is anticipated to be utilized as a resource for thought, the sharing of concepts, and the introduction of alternative solutions to issues in businesses pertaining to employee engagement and training that are beneficial in enhancing It is anticipated that this will enhance worker performance and eventually aid in the accomplishment of corporate objectives.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin on the inclination to buy. The fundamental wellspring of information for this examination is essential information gathered from a gathering of female understudies who have bought things on the web. The questionnaire was administered to 200 respondents through purposive sampling. The data was scrutinized using multiple linear regression analyses. The findings reveal that endorsers and promotional activities have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas nation of origin does not. Furthermore, endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin all have a noteworthy impact on purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination, 68% of the independent variable contributes to purchase intention, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study set out to examine how social media, word-of-mouth, shop ambiance, and pricing impacted consumers' choice to buy. Research of this kind is quantitative. Primary data collected from a sample of patrons at a restaurant in one city in Indonesia district served as the research's data source. By delivering questionnaires to 100 customers, accidental sampling was used to acquire the data. The multiple regression analysis approach is employed in this investigation. The results of this investigation suggest that social media significantly influences how consumers make purchases. Word of mouth plays a vital role in how consumers decide which products to buy. The environment of the store has a big impact on how consumers decide what to buy. The purchase decision-making process for consumers is significantly influenced by price. Social media, word-of-mouth, the environment in the shop, and pricing all have a big impact on how consumers decide what to buy.

Abstract

This study intends to examine how product quality and experiential marketing affect customer loyalty and consumer happiness. A quantitative analysis method was employed in the analysis. the Likert scales. The path analysis approach is the one the author used to process the data. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, and the sample size was 100 respondents. The information gathered is primary information, the outcome of respondents' responses to the questionnaires that were delivered. The findings indicated that the experiential marketing variable had a significant impact on customer satisfaction, that product quality variables significantly influenced customer satisfaction variables, that experiential marketing variables and product quality also had a significant impact on customer satisfaction variables, and that customer loyalty variables were significantly influenced by both of these variables.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the idea that financial incentives, labor market factors, and motivation affect students' interest in becoming public accountants. 100 students at one of private university in Indonesia were given questionnaires, which helped collect the study's data. The convenience sampling approach was used to choose the study's sample. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to examine the data using SPSS software. The findings of this study suggest that while labor market factors have a detrimental impact on accounting students' interest in becoming public accountants, motivation has a favorable affect on this desire. Although financial incentives encourage accounting students to choose a career as a public accountant.

Abstract

Ekspor merupakan salah satu parameter perekonomian suatu negara yang mampu memajukan perekonomian negara yang harus selalu dijaga dan ditingkatkan nilainya. Dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir mulai tahun 2010 hingga 2019 kinerja ekspor Indonesia berfluktuasi dan mengalami penurunan sehingga terjadi defisit neraca perdagangan di tahun 2012-2014 dan 2018-2019. Melihat kondisi tersebut, Indonesia perlu melakukan upaya strategis. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan ekspor pertanian. Salah satu produk yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah tepung sagu Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang daya saing dan potensi ekspor tepung sagu Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang terdiri dari data time series dan data cross section. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode RCA, EPD, dan X-Model. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan RCA dan EPD disimpulkan tepung sagu indonesia memiliki daya saing yang kuat di pasar ekspor. Kemudian hasil analisis X-model, ekspor pati sagu memiliki potensi pengembangan pasar optimis di pasar Filipina, Thailand, dan Cina. dan pasar ekspor potensial adalah di Jepang, Malaysia, Hongkong dan Sri Lanka.

Abstract

In terms of income or costs, good human resource management will optimize firm performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style, salary, incentive, and punishment on employee performance. This is a quantitative qualitative study using data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS via the SmartPLS. The sample approach utilized in this study was nonprobability sampling with a total sampling method, namely 40 workers of Perumda marketing division. The findings revealed that directly, leadership style and salary had no significant influence on work discipline, however motivation did. Then, directly, leadership style and motivation have no influence on employee performance, however salary and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. Then, leadership style and salary have no influence on employee performance via work discipline, however motivation has an effect on employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of reward, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Makassar City Tax Service Office and the dominant variables affecting employee performance in the Makassar City Tax Service Office. The population taken in this study were all tax employees of the General Directorate of Taxation of Makassar City up to 449 people. The number of samples is 112 people. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling and the analytical method used was multiple regression analysis. The result is that reward, motivation and job satisfaction influence the performance of tax officials in Makassar with an R Square value of 0.596 or 59.6%, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables. Reward has a positive and significant partial effect on performance and motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of tax officers in KP in Makassar. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of tax officials is motivation with an effect coefficient of 0.543.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan publik khususnya di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, perhubungan, pelayanan perizinan dan administrasi kependudukan pada Pemerintah Kota Baubau. Selain itu, memetakan kualitas sekaligus kinerja pelayanan publik yang telah dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing unit pelayanan, dan merumuskan bahan/referensi teknis dalam menetapkan kebijakan berikutnya. Kajian ini dilakukan di Kota Baubau, yang meliputi 8 kecamatan, dan 43 kelurahan dengan menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling pada level of confidence 95%. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 440. Kajian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan variabel/unsur penilaian dielaborasi dari Kep/25/M.PAN/2/2004 dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2014. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kota Baubau untuk 5 bidang layanan (pendidikan, kesehatan, perhubungan, perizinan dan administrasi kependudukan masuk pada kategori B (Baik). Namun, jika diurutkan maka layanan bidang administrasi kependudukan berada pada peringkat I (IKM = 72,55); bidang pendidikan peringkat II (IKM = 72,23); bidang kesehatan peringkat III (IKM = 72,08); bidang perhubungan peringkat IV (IKM = 69,99); dan bidang perizinan peringkat V (IKM = 69,35). Di antara 16 (enam belas) unsur pelayanan publik, secara keseluruhan 5 (lima) unsur utama yang nilai rata-rata kepuasannya rendah adalah (1) kecepatan pelayanan (2,566); (2) keadilan mendapatkan pelayanan (2,641); (3) kepastian biaya pelayanan (2,760); (4) kewajaran biaya pelayanan (2,762); dan (5) penanganan pengaduan, saran dan masukan (2,837).
