Abstract

The goal of the study is to evaluate the impact of Indonesia’s government foreign debt on the country’s current account deficit, exchange rate, and inflation before and after the world financial crisis. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) is the analytical technique used. According to regression analysis, the current account deficit, currency rate, inflation, and the global financial crisis account for 90% of the official foreign debt. The analysis’ findings indicate that the exchange rate and the current account deficit have a negative and considerable impact on the government’s foreign debt. The Indonesian government debt is strongly and favorably influenced by the inflation rate.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of cash flow, discretionary accruals, and accounting profit on the persistence of profits in manufacturing enterprises. Manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the technique employed for sample selection. Secondary data, specifically financial reports of manufacturing firms that have gone public and are listed on the IDX, is the type and source of data used in this study. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression are the statistical techniques used to examine data and test hypotheses. Profit persistence is significantly harmed by the discrepancy between accounting profit and fiscal profit, which serves as a stand-in for deferred tax expense. Earnings permanence is significantly harmed by discretionary accrual. Profit persistence is significantly influenced favorably by operating cash flow. We can draw the conclusion that a company's earnings will last longer the higher its operating cash flow.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether psychological capital and work engagement have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Employees from the marketing, human resources, and claims divisions made up the population in this study. 300 employees were employed as respondents for this study. In this investigation, sampling was done using accidental and non-probability approaches. The researcher performed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to evaluate the measuring device's construct validity. Multiple regression analysis methods were employed in this study. The automated SPSS program was utilized to compute regression in this investigation. According to the findings of the study, psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience) and work engagement (vigor, devotion, and absorption) have a considerable impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Five independent variables were shown to have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior according to the findings of the minor hypothesis test, which examined the regression coefficient of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Self-efficacy, optimism, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the five independent variables. Hope and dedication are two more independent variables that do not significantly affect outcomes. All independent variables together have an overall influence of 45% on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the six independent factors that significantly influence the proportion of variation to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how company governance, financial performance, and environmental performance affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. With secondary data from all energy businesses that have released annual reports, this study employs quantitative methodologies. All companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange comprise the population considered in this study. Purposive sampling was used as the technique for selecting the sample. The partial least squares (PLS) approach is the data analysis technique employed in this study. Microsoft Excel was utilized by researchers to do descriptive statistical computations. The evaluation of the PLS model, which consists of two models, the outer model and the inner model, comes next once descriptive statistics have been completed. Disclosure of corporate social responsibility is positively and significantly impacted by corporate governance using KP, DKI, and KA indices. This demonstrates that a company's corporate social responsibility disclosure is more widely disclosed the better its governance. Disclosure of corporate social responsibility is positively and significantly impacted by environmental performance as measured by the PROPER indicator. This demonstrates that greater corporate social responsibility disclosure corresponds with improved environmental performance. The relationship between financial performance as measured by NPM, ROA, and ROE and corporate social responsibility disclosure is nonexistent. This demonstrates that a company's level of corporate social responsibility disclosure is not always influenced by its financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the potential effects of brand association, brand trust, and experiential marketing on consumer loyalty and purchase decisions. Only people who enjoy video games were included in the study's population. With a total of 100 samples, the sample was chosen using a non-probability sampling approach called purposive sampling. In order to collect data for this study, questionnaires were distributed in accordance with the descriptive statistical analysis methodology. The author must create a relationship model between variables referred to in this instance as a path diagram before he can apply path analysis in his research. There is a strong positive correlation between experiential marketing and brand association in purchase decisions, according to the results of the data processing that was done. The fact that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value indicates this. The computed t-value does not exceed the value in the t-table, indicating that there is no significant positive connection with the brand trust variable. The Sig value is smaller than the author's conventional significance criterion of 0.05, indicating that experiential marketing, brand trust, and brand association have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions. According to the partial test, customer loyalty is significantly impacted negatively by the factors experiential marketing, brand trust, and brand association.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain whether perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intentions affect actual use. The study's subjects were e-wallet users from Indonesia. This study employed objective observation as a non-probability sampling method. Users of e-wallets who had completed at least one transaction made up the study sample. The researchers selected a sample of one hundred people. Questionnaires are used to collect research data. Information from a questionnaire that was given to participants as part of the descriptive data analysis procedure was used in this study. The researchers employed multiple regression analysis techniques in this investigation. The study's findings and the discussion that follows lead to the following conclusions: Different real-world adjustments have a minor impact on the idea of attitude change. The ease-of-use change has some bearing on behavioral goal change. Perceived value and ease of use have a simultaneous effect on intentions to modify behavior. Perceived value changes have no bearing whatsoever on changes in real usage. Recalling the ease of the change in use makes the change feel somewhat realistic. The intention to change one's behavior has some bearing on the actual usage. Perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intentions all have an impact on how effectively change is used. Changes in perceived value have an impact on changes in actual consumption because they alter behavioral intentions. Changes in perceived ease of use have an impact on real changes in use when behavioral intentions are variable.

Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Keywords : Polemic, Jakarta International Stadium, Social, Political.
