Abstract

This research examines the moral education in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Shaykh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The focus of the discussion in this research is how moral education is in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Syaikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. Moral education is the most important thing in education because with moral students it will give birth to a religious person, close to God, and so on. This study uses a type of library research by looking at the text contained in the book written by Syaikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The research object is explored in the book 'Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum' using a content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the moral education contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Shaykh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji has six criteria, namely 1) Intention in learning. 2) Choosing knowledge, teachers and friends. 3) Glorify knowledge and experts. 4) Seriousness in Seeking Knowledge, Beristiqamah, and noble ideals. 5) Tawakkal. 6) Wara'.

Abstract

The creed is the basis, the foundation for building a building. The higher the building to be erected, the stronger the foundation must be. If the foundation is weak the building will quickly collapse. There is no building without a foundation. Akidah is the most fundamental problem in Islamic teachings, because it is the basis of the conception of the whole Islamic teachings. So that whether the deeds of humans or Muslims are accepted or not, in the sight of Allah it really depends on the creed itself. Akidah is a religious teaching about belief or belief in God. All divine religions teach about faith as the basis and principle of monotheism, so that from an early age the material of faith is taught to students. The creed that is deeply ingrained for its adherents cannot be bought or exchanged for any object. Humans cannot escape from belief and belief. Without trust and belief, it is impossible for humans to live. People will not dare to eat and drink until they are sure and believe that these foods and drinks do not harm themselves. Likewise all other human activities related to life and life. Everything is inseparable from the elements of belief and belief.

Abstract

Munasabah of the Qur'an is a very important principle when trying to understand the Qur'an because we can understand the correlation between verses and the relationship between surahs. The purpose of this research is to understand and understand the correlation of verses in the Koran in faith. The research method used is library research (libray research), namely research by collecting various kinds of data obtained from books which are used as data sources. Understanding munasabah and makes it easier for us to study the Al-Qur'an both in relation to the correlation between one verse and another or the correlation between surahs in the Al-Qur'an. Munasabah Al-Qur'an also plays an important role in obligations in carrying out the teaching and learning process and how to improve teachers' abilities in teaching.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made significant changes to people’s lives. Including career women who work from home, feel the impact of these changes. Challenges and burdens borne by career women in the middle of public stigma about women who should be at home, doing domestic work, taking care of their husbands and children and then increasing when they have to do it together with office work at home. The purpose of this study is to reveal the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during covid-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article uses the library method. A mother who has a dual role during a pandemic finds her work responsibilities getting more difficult. The burden is in the form of the responsibility of accompanying school children from home and work responsibilities which apparently during the pandemic are increasing. Especially when children learn online. Here the role of a mother increases because she has to act as a teacher to accompany her child. This makes career women find it difficult because they are also carrying out their duties from home (WFH) at the same time. Career women often find it difficult because they have to divide their focus between work and accompanying children during online school. So that the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic increases because roles in work and family are carried out in the same place at the same time. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat perubahan yang sangat signifikan bagi kehidupan masyarakat, diantaranya adalah melaksanakan pekerjaan dari rumah. Termasuk juga wanita karir yang melakukan work from home, merasakan dampak dari perubahan tersebut Tantangan dan beban yang dipikul wanita karir di tengah stigma masyarakat tentang wanita yang seharusnya berada di rumah, melakukan pekerjaan domestik, mengurus suami dan anak kemudian bertambah saat harus mengerjakannya bersamaan dengan pekerjaan kantor yang dilakukan dari rumah (work from home).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan konflik peran ganda yang dialami oleh wanita karir saat Work From Home saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Seorang ibu yang mempunyai peran ganda selama pandemi merasa tanggungan pekerjaannya bertambah lebih sulit. Beban itu adalah tanggung jawab mendampingi anak sekolah dari rumah serta tanggungan pekerjaan yang semasa pandemi ini semakin bertambah. Terlebih saat anak-anak belajar secara daring. Disini peran seorang ibu bertambah karena harus berperan sebagai guru untuk mendampingi anaknya. Hal ini yang membuat wanita karir merasa kesulitan karena dalam waktu yang bersamaan mereka juga melaksanakan tugasnya dari rumah (WFH). Wanita karir sering merasa sulit karena harus membagi fokusnya antara pekerjaan dan mendampingi anak saat sekolah daring. Sehingga konflik peran ganda yang dialami wanita karir saat work from home di masa pandemi covid-19 meningkat karena peran dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga dilakukan di tempat dan waktu yang bersamaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of marriage agreements among the Dayak Ngaju community, which are made before the marriage and stipulate that if one of the spouses violates the marriage, such as through infidelity or by attempting to unilaterally dissolve the marriage, they will be subjected to 'jipen/singer' by the customary leader, which involves the payment of a fine agreed upon at the time the marriage agreement was made. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this research show that marriage agreements among the Dayak Ngaju people serve to provide legal protection for women and their children concerning property matters during the marriage. Additionally, the marriage agreement also functions as a guarantee of fidelity between spouses, ensuring that the marriage cannot be easily dissolved without clear reasons and by the law.

Abstract

The role of parents in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is very different from the role of parents in the normal era. One of the differences is in the process of mentoring learning. Many parents feel burdened by online learning, so problems arise in it. Including at SMAN 107 Jakarta, many problems were found in online learning. The aims of this study are: (1) To explain the role of parents in online learning at SMA Negeri 107 Jakarta in the 2020/2021. (2) To explain the differences and similarities in how to assist parents in the online learning process at SMA Negeri 107 Jakarta. (3) To analyze the difficulties faced by parents in online learning at SMA Negeri 107 Jakarta. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptif. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, tagged questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis techniques, there are 3 stages used, namely data reduction, presentation, and verification. Then, to test the validity of the data, this thesis uses triangulation. The results of this study found that in the implementation of online learning, students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 107 Jakarta used the Zoom meeting application and WhatsApp group. The reason, because it is more popular and simpler. In addition, they also use Google Classroom, especially in practice questions or exams. The roles of parents in this learning activity are listed as follows: (1) assisting children in learning and doing assignments, (2) supervising children in using cellphones, (3) helping explain material if there is something they don't understand, (4) providing facilities learning such as cellphones or internet quotas, (5) providing motivation or support, (6) providing solutions to any obstacles and problems in online learning.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country rich in cultural diversity, ethnicity and traditions. Culture is a habitual way of life and activities that grows and develops in an environment that is passed down from generation to generation. The move of the national capital from Jakarta to Kalimantan has become a new euphoria for all residents in Indonesia. This became the trigger for the entry of new cultures into Kalimantan. The Dayak tribe, which is an indigenous tribe in Kalimantan, is a tribe that is very rich in culture. However, if it is not addressed immediately the culture of the Dayak tribe can be eroded and threatened by incoming foreign cultures. The Dayak Cultural Center in Tabalong will elevate and increase the attractiveness of Dayak culture, as well as accommodate Dayak cultural activities and activities through the Dayak architectural DNA method as the first face to be seen at IKN with a neo-vernacular architectural concept approach as a form of maintaining Dayak culture.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community empowerment in a mosque based on the perspective of Maqosid Syariah. This study uses a single case study at a mosque, specifically KH. Muhammad Sajid Mosque. Several mosque administrators and the congregation became informants to understand the concept of empowerment in this mosque. This study formulates Maqosid Sharia-based empowerment that contains religious and spiritual values as a form of devotion oriented to God to create and distribute welfare and added value to the congregation, administrators, community, and surrounding environments. This research will integrate empirical data on empowerment with Maqosid Sharia concepts and theories. This concept can be applied to empowerment practices in various syariah-based social organizations. The concept of Maqosid Syariah-based Empowerment is a concept that is unique to syariah/Islamic social organizations in society, such as mosques, and zakat institutions, along with others.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru SMAN Anjir Pasar dalam menerapkan pembelajaran KNoS-KGS berbasis "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan praktik mengajar. Materi pelatihan meliputi, Konsep KNoS-KGS dan kaitannya dengan "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21, Strategi pembelajaran KNoS-KGS berbasis "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21, Pengembangan bahan ajar KNoS-KGS berbasis "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21, Penilaian pembelajaran KNoS-KGS berbasis "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21.Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru SMAN Anjir Pasar memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep KNoS-KGS dan "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21. Guru-guru juga mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar dan melaksanakan pembelajaran KNoS-KGS berbasis "6 Literasi Dasar" Keterampilan Abad 21 dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine consumption patterns, satisfaction and consumer loyalty in purchasing Luwak White Koffie in Bandar Lampung. The location for this research was the angkringan coffee shop PKOR Way Halim, Teuku Umar Kedaton street and Taman Gajah Saburai. The total sample was 60 people selected by the probability sampling method which was carried by means of multistage random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Loyalty Index (CLI). The results showed that the consumption of Luwak White Koffie consumers in the last month was 6.23 sachets. The consumption frequency of Luwak White Koffie consumers in angkringan coffee shops is 2.37 times/month and at home 3.87 times/month. The flavors that consumers like the most were the original vanilla flavors. Most consumers of Luwak White Koffie consumed coffee at night. The purpose or reason for consumers consuming Luwak White Koffie was because of the taste. The reason consumers choose to buy or consume Luwak White Koffie at angkringan coffee shops was purely coincidental with the assumption that consumers accidentally visited an angkringan coffee shop and consumers drank Luwak White Koffie because consumers liked the taste of the coffee. The Luwak White Koffie's consumer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category with its CSI value of 81.46. The condition of Luwak White Koffie consumer loyalty was in the loyal category with its CLI value of 77.43. Consumers would make repeated purchases of Luwak White Koffie. Key words: consumption pattern, customer behavior, loyalty, satisfaction
