Abstract

Household organic waste is a major component of waste generation in densely populated residential areas, especially in urban areas with limited land and time. In RT 1 RW 7, Sumbersari Village, waste management is not optimally carried out, as the waste transportation system still relies on the door-to-door method, with no processing at the household level. This community service program aims to increase community awareness and involvement, especially among PKK mothers, in managing organic waste through bioconversion technology using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots. The activity was carried out through a participatory approach in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) that was aligned with the PKK's regular meeting agenda. Residents were educated on how to use maggots, starting with sorting organic and non-organic waste. PKK mothers were also shown the decomposition process using BSF maggots firsthand, thereby convincing them of the program's benefits. Regular monitoring and evaluation were conducted to assess the program's effectiveness and changes in community behavior in sorting and processing waste. Monitoring results showed that most residents were quite enthusiastic about implementing the organic waste conversion program with maggots.

Abstract

Electrical safety is a crucial aspect of electrical engineering vocational education. Basic electrical safety and health training is aimed at establishing a safe work culture starting from Vocational High Schools (SMK) with the aim of reducing workplace accidents. This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve students' safety competencies and culture through the implementation of standardized basic electrical safety and health. The main problem in partners is the gap between theoretical understanding and the low consistency of practice in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This participatory training discusses the implementation of the community service (PKM) program at SMKN 1 Cileungsi–Bogor in December 2025, which includes the delivery of basic electrical safety and health materials, demonstrations of safe work procedures, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and assistance with single-phase electrical installation practices. The method used is an educational-participatory approach for 46 grade X Electrical Power Installation Engineering students, including interactive socialization, demonstrations using a trainer unit, and practical assistance. The evaluation results show a very high level of program success with an average feedback score of 4.7/5.0. The program's tangible results include the distribution of two IPR-certified books (No. 001075133 & 001075134) and a practical trainer unit to partner schools. This program has proven effective in transforming student understanding into applicable skills aligned with PUIL 2020 and the Occupational Health and Safety Law, as well as fostering more structured and safe work discipline.

Abstract

Abstract

The position of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri), which is under the President and has structural and functional links with certain ministries, raises debates about the level of its independence, especially in the implementation of law enforcement functions that demand neutrality and freedom from political intervention. This study aims to analyze the constitutional basis and institutional implications of the relationship between the National Police and ministries in the Indonesian constitutional system. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, which focuses on the study of legal norms and principles that govern the position and institutional relations of the National Police. The results of the analysis show that the arrangement of the relationship between the National Police and the ministry still leaves ambiguity in the institutional design, which has the potential to affect the independence of law enforcement. Therefore, the discourse on the separation of the National Police from the ministries has a strong normative basis, both in the perspective of constitutional law and in the framework of security sector reform. The main contribution of this research lies in strengthening normative arguments regarding the importance of restructuring the institutional relationship of the National Police in order to clarify its constitutional position, increase independence in law enforcement, and maintain consistency with the principles of a democratic state of law.

Abstract

This study discusses the dynamics of Teater Koma since its establishment, namely 1977 to 2008. The problems in this study are (1) How is the history of Teater Koma? (2) What were the dynamics of Teater Koma in 1977-2008 ?, and (3) How did Teater Koma influence the performing arts in Indonesia? The theory used is the performance function theory with a cultural sociology approach, and the method used was a historical method. Teater Koma is a theater group that was founded in Jakarta on March 1, 1977. Teater Koma was not originally born from an existing stage. The initial concept of its establishment, Teater Koma was not based on one particular color, but rather prioritized the search for the form and content of the theater which was more colorful. Teater Koma was initiated and founded by Nano Riantiarno together with 11 friends in Jakarta on March 1, 1977. From 1977 to 2008, Teater Koma has produced 112 performances, both performances and television dramas. Since its first performance, Teater Koma has experienced significant developments. Teater Koma has also experienced bans, ranging from suspicion, banning of performances, to the threat of bombs by the New Order government. The ban that was imposed did not make Teater Koma stop its creative process. Teater Koma as a theater group whose productivity is very diverse, has a very strong organizational management and human resources. Teater Koma considers itself to be born from society and repackaged for society. Entering the era of the 1980s, Teater Koma has developed by adding a new color to the development of performing arts in Indonesia, namely using mass media in different ways. This effort turned out to be accepted by the public and increasingly attracted by the audience.

Abstract

Industrial sustainability in process-intensive pulp and paper operations depends heavily on systems that govern daily work. This study examines how a coordinated Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) architecture translates into Employee Green Behavior (EGB), modeling GHRM as a formative higher-order construct integrating recruitment, training, appraisal, rewards, and participation. Data from 380 employees were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The methodology includes rigorous diagnostic checks for endogeneity, predictive accuracy, and measurement invariance. The results confirm a sequential signal-to-conduct mechanism in which GHRM shapes a Green Psychological Climate that nurtures Environmental Commitment and ultimately drives EGB. A significant direct path from the GHRM bundle to behavior remains, suggesting that practices such as training scripts and appraisal dialogue nudge conduct immediately at the point of work. This mechanism is plant-wide and stable across the production, administrative roles, and tenure bands. Practically, organizations can achieve visible stewardship gains without new capital investment by sharpening training scripts, incorporating environmental evidence into performance appraisals, and maintaining low-friction participation channels. These findings clarify how environmental priorities become normal, rather than exceptional, in high-reliability industrial facilities.
