Abstract

Agrarian law reform in Indonesia is an urgent necessity amid increasing land ownership inequality, weak legal certainty, and widespread agrarian conflicts. The Constitutional Court's Decision Number 185/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the term of Building Use Rights (HGB) and Business Use Rights (HGU) in the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) reinforces the urgency of national agrarian law reform. This article aims to examine the direction of agrarian law reform based on Good Land Governance (GLG). Through an analysis of positive legal norms, doctrines, and good governance principles, this study emphasizes that agrarian law reform must integrate the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, justice, and sustainability. These findings reinforce the idea that Indonesian agrarian law must transform from a paradigm of control to a paradigm of equitable management

Abstract

Purpose This community service program aims to assist the Budi Pekerti Luhur Women's Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPPS-P BUPELUR) in understanding its operational systems, preparing financial reports, and improving cooperative administration. During its eight years of operation, this cooperative still faces a number of challenges in financial management, such as manual financial recording, discrepancies between records and actual transactions, and errors in recording depreciation and amortization that do not match the amount of assets owned. In addition, the cooperative's management also experiences difficulties in bookkeeping and archiving financial documents. Methods - In this community service program, various methods will be used to provide solutions to the problems faced, including lectures, interactive discussions, independent assignments, role plays, and evaluations. These methods are expected to improve participants' understanding and skills in cooperative financial management. Result and discussions - The community service team will provide education and training covering various important aspects of the cooperative system, namely: Introduction to the cooperative operational system, Cooperative member registration procedures, Management of savings transactions, Management of financing transactions, Preparation of cooperative journals, Preparation of general journals, Preparation of financial reports, Management and regulation of administrative systems. The material presented in this training will refer to the Tri Nga philosophy, namely Ngerti (understanding), Ngrasa (feeling), and Nglakoni (doing). This approach aims to ensure that participants not only gain theoretical understanding, but also feel the importance of good financial management and apply it in their daily practices. Conclusion - Through this program, participants are expected to gain a better understanding of preparing financial statements based on Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities (SAK EP). In addition, they will also be guided in recording depreciation and amortization of assets more accurately and improving their skills in bookkeeping and archiving financial documents systematically using digital technology, such as Google Drive and spreadsheets. Thus, cooperatives can manage their finances more efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

Background: Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) remain a significant clinical challenge, requiring precise classification systems to aid prognosis and treatment planning. The Wagner classification is widely used but offers limited detail on specific wound characteristics, while the SHID (Suriadi, Haryanto, Imran, Defa) system provides a more comprehensive evaluation but lacks validation. Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate and compare the predictive validity of the Wagner and SHID classification systems in forecasting DFU healing outcomes. Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted at Kitamura Clinic and Doctor Soedarso Pontianak Hospital between August 2021 and July 2022, involving 89 DFU patients. Both systems were evaluated based on sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and likelihood ratios. Predictive validity was determined using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis and the Youden index. Results: A cut-off grade of >2 provided optimal predictive value for both systems. The SHID classification demonstrated a sensitivity of 92%, specificity of 62%, PPV of 27.5%, and NPV of 98%, while the Wagner classification showed a sensitivity of 58%, specificity of 77%, PPV of 28%, and NPV of 92.2%. Positive likelihood ratios were 2.4 for SHID and 2.5 for Wagner. ROC analysis yielded an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.786 (95% CI: 0.69–0.87) for SHID and 0.703 (95% CI: 0.60–0.80) for Wagner. The Youden index was higher for SHID (0.540) compared to Wagner (0.349). Conclusion: Although both systems are effective for predicting DFU healing within 12 weeks, SHID's superior AUC and Youden index suggest greater clinical utility in screening and managing DFUs.

Abstract

Burnout is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion frequently experienced by nurses due to high work demands, particularly in outpatient units with large patient volumes and rapid service intensity. This condition can affect nurses’ performance, attitudes, and interactions in providing nursing care, thereby potentially reducing the quality of services perceived by patients. This study aimed to determine the relationship between burnout among outpatient nurses and the quality of patient services. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research population consisted of outpatient nurses and patients, with a sample of 20 nurses and 100 patients selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a nurse burnout questionnaire measuring emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment, as well as a patient service quality questionnaire based on the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Gamma test. The results showed that most outpatient nurses experienced a moderate level of burnout, while the majority of patients perceived the quality of services as high. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between nurses’ burnout levels and the quality of outpatient services. Lower levels of nurse burnout were associated with better quality of services perceived by patients.

Abstract

Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) often still experience chest pain due to inflammatory processes or psychological factors. Unmanaged pain can increase cardiac workload. The Benson relaxation technique is a non-pharmacological intervention that combines deep breathing techniques with an element of faith (spiritual) to induce a relaxation response. This study aims to determine the effect of the Benson relaxation technique on reducing chest pain levels in ACS patients after PCI at Referral hospitals in Central Java Province. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 36 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Pain measurement used the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after the intervention. The Benson relaxation technique was administered for 10–15 minutes per session. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Before the intervention, all respondents (100%) experienced moderate chest pain (mean=5.11). After the intervention, there was a significant reduction, with 61.1% of respondents falling into the mild pain category and 38.9% remaining in the moderate category (mean=3.39). Statistical test results showed a significant difference between pain scores before and after the intervention (Z=-5.500; p=0.000).The Benson relaxation technique is proven effective in reducing chest pain levels in ACS patients post PCI in the Emergency Department

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a QR code standardization from Bank Indonesia used for digital payments in Indonesia. QRIS unifies various digital payment methods—so with just one QR code, all digital wallet applications or mobile banking can be used to pay. In the economic aspect, the problem is that most MSMEs in the Lereng villages currently still use cash payments. The people of the Lereng Village are not yet familiar with digital payment systems such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Answering this problem, this community service program aims to increase public understanding, especially MSMEs (Mikro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), of digital payment systems such as QRIS. With the socialization and education about QRIS, the community is expected to be able to utilize digital technology to support the efficiency and progress of their businesses. The implementation method applied includes socialization by explaining directly and implementing it for MSME business actors. The results of these activities, the community gains knowledge and understanding of digital payment systems as an alternative for fast, safe, and efficient transactions. Thus, the introduction of QRIS can encourage business actors to start adapting to technological developments, thereby increasing competitiveness and expanding the marketing reach of their businesses.
