Abstract

Korupsi merupakan kejahatan luar biasa yang melibatkan banyak pihak, cara yang tidak biasa, dan komitmen dari masyarakat. Meskipun telah ada berbagai peraturan dan sanksi, korupsi tetap menjadi masalah yang merajalela di Indonesia, berdampak besar terhadap tata kelola dan pembangunan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asas akuntabilitas yang penting bagi pengembangan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik serta jenis tata kelola yang dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan akuntabilitas. Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder dari dokumen hukum primer, seperti undang-undang dan peraturan, serta bahan hukum sekunder, termasuk buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya efektif untuk memberantas korupsi dapat dicapai dengan membatasi peluang terjadinya korupsi melalui penerapan konsep tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, seperti akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa akuntabilitas publik dan keterlibatan masyarakat adalah alat penting dalam pemberantasan korupsi dan harus diimplementasikan melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif yang mencakup strategi hukum, politik, sosial, dan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision in enhancing teacher professionalism at SMK Karmel Tangerang Banten. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that educational supervision at SMK Karmel has a significant impact on improving teachers' pedagogical, social, and personality competencies. Through supervision carried out by the principal and supervisors, teachers receive constructive feedback that allows them to develop teaching skills, improve communication and collaboration with colleagues, and foster professional attitudes in carrying out their duties. Additionally, supervision based on teacher development and empowerment also plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' motivation and confidence. However, the study also identifies some challenges in the implementation of supervision, such as limited time and teachers' discomfort with evaluative approaches that focus too much on weaknesses. Overall, educational supervision conducted with a collaborative and supportive approach plays an important role in improving teacher professionalism at SMK Karmel. This study contributes to the development of supervision policies in vocational high schools to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of Academic Information System (AIS) on Good University Governance (GUG) at UIN Walisongo Semarang. This study using a quantitative method with data collection through a survey involving academic staff, students, and PTIPD management. The research instrument is a questionnaire designed to measure transparency, accountability, and participation. The data obtained were analyzed using linear regression to evaluate the contribution of the AIS to each aspect of GUG. The results showed that the AIS contributed 0.832 to transparency, 0.862 to accountability, and 0.884 to participation. Optimal implementation of the AIS has been proven to be able to significantly improve these three aspects, which ultimately strengthens the principles of Good University Governance. Increased transparency through the AIS allows easier and faster access to academic information, while better accountability supports more effective supervision. In addition, increased participation allows for broader involvement of all stakeholders in the decision-making process. These findings confirm that the AIS plays a direct role in improving the quality of university governance more effectively. This study also provides an important contribution to the literature on university governance by emphasizing the role of information technology in enhancing transparancy, accountability, and participation. The practical implication of this study is the importance of developing more efficient SIA implementation strategies to support good university governance and improve overall academic performance.

Abstract

Analysis of process maturity in various organizational domains shows significant progress in operational effectiveness and management. Assessments were carried out on sub-processes in the MEA, DSS, DSS04, and DSS05 domains, with a focus on financial reporting accuracy, decision making, customer service, risk management, and operational efficiency. The results show that many processes are at a good level of maturity, with some sub-processes reaching the highest level of optimization. Although there are areas for improvement, particularly in internal communications and planning, the organization shows great potential for further development and improved performance in the future.   Keywords: Process maturity, operational efficiency, decision making, risk management, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Polypharmacy is one of the risk factors for potential drug interactions that can cause unwanted drug reactions and can also increase the risk to pediatric patients. This study aims to see if there is a relationship between polypharmacy and the incidence of drug interactions in pediatric inpatient prescriptions that will be carried out at Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital, Batam City. This study uses a cross-sectional method, an observational research design conducted to determine the relationship between polypharmacy as the independent variable and the incidence of drug interactions as the dependent variable, with measurements taken at a single point in time. The target population to be studied is the total number of inpatient pediatric prescriptions at Embung Fatimah Hospital as many as 440 prescriptions. The sample used in this study was taken from the affordable population with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Polypharmacy prescriptions for pediatric inpatients at Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Batam City based on the results of research from a total of 168 prescriptions there were 123 (73.2%) polypharmacy prescriptions and 45 non-polypharmacy prescriptions. Drug interactions in pediatric inpatient prescriptions at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Embung Fatimah Batam City based on the results of the study from a total of 168 prescriptions there were 44 prescriptions experiencing drug interactions and 124 did not experience drug interactions. There is a significant relationship between polypharmacy and the incidence of drug interactions in pediatric inpatients at Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Batam City. The Chi-Square test resulted in a P-value ≤ 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀), which states that there is no relationship between polypharmacy and drug interactions, is rejected. Consequently, the alternative hypothesis (H₁), which states that polypharmacy is significantly associated with the incidence of drug interactions, is accepted.

Abstract

Orchid mycorrhiza is a type of fungus that is able to associate well with orchid plants. Orchids require fungal hyphae infection at every phase of their growth and development. Mycorrhizal fungi provide the organic and organic nutrients needed by orchid planting. Meanwhile, orchid plants are suppliers because the results of photosynthesis of orchid plants are distributed in the body of fungi as an energy source. Given the importance of the prospect of mycorrhizal utilization for orchids, it is necessary to continue to develop studies on identification. Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of teacher competencies in the professional teacher certification program, which aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The primary focus of this research is the application of the four main teacher competencies—pedagogical, personal, social, and professional—in the certification process, with particular attention to Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, where data is collected through a literature review of books, academic journals, and other relevant sources. Data analysis is conducted by examining, comparing, and interpreting various theories and previous research findings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of teacher certification. The findings indicate that certification not only enhances the quality of learning but also motivates teachers to continue their professional development through training, seminars, and further education. Certification also contributes to creating a more interactive, relevant, and conducive learning environment, thereby meeting the needs of students in the modern era. However, several challenges remain, including limited practice-based training, high administrative burdens, and restricted access to educational resources and learning technologies. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is required, including continuous training, improved educational facilities, and periodic program evaluations to ensure that certification has a sustainable positive impact on enhancing teacher competencies and the overall quality of education at the national level.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan utama dari pembuatan mesin pengupas kulit telur rebus ini adalah untuk membantu para UKM yang menggunakan telur sebagai bahan utama yang sebelumnya menggunakan manual (tangan). Mesin ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengupasan kulit telur rebus sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tahapan dalam pembuatan mesin pengupas kulit telur rebus terdiri dari Ide rancangan, pengumpulan data kemudian adalah merancang produk yang merupakan pengembangan konsep produk berupa gambar skets menjadi benda teknik. Pembuatan mesin ini membuat dokumen produk berupa desain gambar kerja. Langkah terakhir adalah menguji fungsi alat kemudian menyimpulkan hasil dari alat tersebut. Spesifikasi mesin pengupas kulit telur rebus dengan kapasitas 1 kg, ukuran mesin 370 mm x 440 mm x 310 mm, mengunakan motor listrik 1 HP 2850 rpm , Sistem transmisi mengunakan motor listrik dimana putarannya dari 2850 rpm menjadi 1781, 25 rpm dengan komponen – komponen diameter puli = 40 mm dan 25 mm, 1 v-belt , 3 poros (rol) stenlees diameter poros = 25 mm. Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by a person or group of people in an organization according to their authority and responsibility. Good performance can be achieved by increasing work motivation. The higher a person's work motivation, the higher the resulting performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses at the Rejoso Public Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. This research design is quantitative with a case study approach. Data collection using techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency in March 2022. This study took the total population of nurses at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. The samples obtained were 29 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument is a questionnaire to measure work motivation and a questionnaire to measure the performance of nurses. Analysis using data analysis techniques Spearman rank correlation can also be calculated through the SPSS 16.0 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that N or the number of research data is 29, then the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.002, as the basis for the decision maker above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and performance. Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by a person or group of people in an organization according to their authority and responsibility. Good performance can be achieved by increasing work motivation. The higher one's work motivation, the higher the resulting performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. This research design is quantitative with a case study approach. Data collection uses a technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents . This research was conducted at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency, in March 2022 . This study took the total population of nurses at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency . The samples obtained were 29 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument is a questionnaire to measure work motivation and a questionnaire to measure nurse performance. Analysis using data analysis techniques Spearman rank correlation can also be calculated through the SPSS application 16.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that N or the amount of research data is 29, then the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.002, as the basic decision maker above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and performance. Furthermore, from the output above, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.544, so this value indicates a high relationship between work motivation and performance at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency, which is expected to continue to maintain and improve performance in an organizational environment and pay more attention to existing nurses so that Nurses are more motivated to show better performance.
