Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan dalam dua ranah peran guru perempuan akan menambah beban pikiran yang berujung pada munculnya konflik peran ganda. Siklus peran ganda yang berulang memberikan perasaan kejenuhan bagi guru perempuan, terlebih bagi guru perempuan yang memiliki beban tanggungan anak dan yang harus mengerjakan sendiri pekerjaan rumah tangganya. Perasaan kejenuhan ini disebut dengan “Burnout Syndrome”. Variasi tekanan yang dialami guru perempuan menumbuhkan sikap Hardiness atau kekuatan dalam dalam diri.Melalui latar belakang tersebut pnelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan burnout sydrome terhadap kinerja guru perempuan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan hardines sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei eksplanasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui kusioner akan dianalisa menggunakan rumus statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diuraikan. Tempat penelitian dilakukan pada SMA Negeri di Kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Berau. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru perempuan yang mengajar di SMA Negeri di Pesisir Kabupaten Berau yang terdiri dari 9 sekolah berjumlah 143 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan metode Proportionate Random Sampling dan diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Solvin dengan hasil berjumlah 105 Guru perempuan. Alat bantu analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Kalkulator Sobel untuk menguji variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil konflik peran ganda memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sig. -0,272 dan Burnout Syndrome juga memberikan pengaruh negatif dengan nilai sig.-0,238. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung yang di uji dengan kalkulator sobel didapatkan hasil bahwa hardines mampu memediasi pengaruh Konflik peran ganda dan Burnout Syndrome terhadap kinerja Guru. Nilai P Value atau Nilai Signifikansi pada konflik peran ganda dan burnout syndrome terhadap kinerja melalui hardiness sebesar 0.040 (Jalur I) dan 0,049

Abstract

Urgensi transformasi pembelajaran di abad ke-21 menuntut implementasi kurikulum yang kontekstual dan relevan dengan kehidupan peserta didik. Kurikulum Merdeka menjadi respon strategis pemerintah Indonesia untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Namun, keberhasilan implementasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh sinergi antara kepala sekolah dan guru dalam pengelolaan kurikulum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk kolaborasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam manajemen kurikulum kontekstual di Kabupaten Berau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus kolektif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang efektif antara kepala sekolah dan guru ditunjukkan melalui tiga strategi utama: pemberdayaan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan kurikulum, pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pembelajaran adaptif, dan pembangunan kemitraan dengan komunitas. Ketiga strategi ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan relevansi pembelajaran dan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di wilayah dengan tantangan geografis dan sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang kolaboratif dan kontekstual sangat penting dalam mendukung transformasi kurikulum di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Disarankan adanya penelitian lanjutan yang melibatkan perspektif guru dan siswa, serta pengembangan pelatihan kepala sekolah berbasis praktik lokal

Abstract

Amidst the rapid development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the acceleration of digitalization, Vocational High Schools in Indonesia face important challenges in preparing graduates who are skilled, flexible, and ready to enter the ever-changing world of work. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) at SMK Negeri 2 Tenggarong through the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach and the integration of the link-and-match concept with the industrial sector. Using a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data was collected from 67 teachers through questionnaires, while qualitative data was gathered through semi-structured interviews with 8 key informants. The results indicate that teachers' understanding of the CBC concept is classified as very good, but its implementation still faces challenges in training, infrastructure, and industrial partnerships. The transformational leadership of the school principal and the application of the PDCA cycle have been shown to play a vital role in driving continuous improvement. Furthermore, the limitations of facilities and the lack of optimal industrial involvement in curriculum planning are the main obstacles.

Abstract

The Merah Putih Village Cooperative program is a strategic initiative launched by the Indonesian government to promote rural economic independence through cooperative institutions. This study aims to review and synthesize development strategies for village cooperatives using a systematic and narrative literature review approach. Data sources include accredited national journals, institutional reports, and reputable international publications from 2015 to 2024. The findings reveal five dominant strategic themes: (1) strengthening cooperative institutional capacity through good and transparent governance; (2) developing human resources through structured training and cooperative education; (3) utilizing technology and digitalization to improve operational efficiency and market access; (4) enhancing community participation and empowerment as the foundation for cooperative sustainability; and (5) policy support from the government and synergy with external stakeholders. This study concludes that developing village cooperatives requires an integrated and participatory approach that considers local context, institutional capacity, and technological readiness. The insights from this review are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers, cooperative practitioners, and academics in designing competitive and sustainable village cooperatives.

Abstract

Several Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) in Indonesia are innovating by integrating Project-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance student job readiness and meet the evolving demands of the labor market and industry. PBL allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts while developing essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. This study combined a comprehensive literature review of global PBL trends and best practices including models from MIT, Stanford, the Erasmus program, Australia, and Finland with case studies involving interviews with faculty, students, and industry representatives. Findings show that PBL significantly improves student skills and curriculum relevance through strengthened academic-industry collaboration: 85% of students reported gains in practical skills like project management, 78% improved professional skills such as communication and work ethic, 90% advanced technical skills, and 75% enhanced non-technical skills including teamwork and leadership. From the industry perspective, 80% of companies rated PBL-trained graduates as more job-ready, with 70% noting faster adaptation to workplace demands. Successful PBL implementation depends on faculty empowerment, adequate infrastructure, and strong industry partnerships, though challenges such as limited resources and the need for ongoing faculty development remain. These results support recommendations for curriculum reform and policy development focused on structured project modules, expanded industry collaboration, and continuous educator training, positioning PBL as a vital approach to bridging theory and practice and aligning higher education with modern labor market needs.

Abstract

Teacher performance refers to the ability of educators to effectively and efficiently fulfill their duties and responsibilities to achieve predetermined learning objectives. This study was conducted on 30 teachers from three public junior high schools in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency at SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 5, and SMP Negeri 6 to examine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and collaborative learning practices on teacher performance in these schools. The findings revealed significant correlations between a conducive work environment (Mean = 104.30), strong teacher work motivation (Mean = 62.70), effective collaborative learning practices (Mean = 78.40), and teacher performance (Mean = 132.90). The purpose of this research was to identify factors influencing teacher effectiveness in public junior high schools in Berau Regency, where challenges related to teacher motivation are frequently encountered. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires validated through Product Moment and tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha (ranging from 0.586 to 0.955). A linearity test confirmed a significant relationship between the work environment and teacher performance (F = 16.931, p = 0.006). Based on data from the sampled teachers, overall teacher performance was rated high, with an average score of 132.90 well above the theoretical mean of 80 indicating a high level of effectiveness among the participants. Individual scores ranged from 82 to 159, with good teaching quality contributing to a positive learning environment and improved student outcomes in these schools. A supportive work environment emerged as a crucial factor in enhancing teacher performance. To sustain and further improve teacher effectiveness, schools should continue enhancing facilities, providing support to teachers, and fostering collaborative learning practices that benefit both educators and students alike

Abstract

This comprehensive study examines the influence of academic supervision, work motivation, and collaborative learning practices on teacher performance in three public senior high schools in Berau Regency. Using a quantitative approach with cluster random sampling, the research involved 159 teachers from three accredited "A" schools out of a total population of 280 teachers across five schools. Data collection was carried out through validated and reliable questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques.      The results reveal that academic supervision significantly affects teacher performance, accounting for 35% of the variance, with work motivation contributing an additional 6.9%. Similarly, collaborative learning practices exert an influence comparable to that of academic supervision, also at 35%. Collectively, these factors explain 35% of the variability in teacher performance, with the remaining influence attributed to other unmeasured factors.   This study underscores the importance of a synergistic approach, where academic supervision provides constructive feedback, incentives motivate teachers, and collaborative learning fosters ongoing professional development. Recommendations include enhancing academic supervision through targeted training for school principals, implementing performance-based rewards by local governments, and establishing sustainable collaborative learning programs within schools to promote innovation and continuous improvement in teaching practices. The findings serve as valuable input for educational policymakers in Berau Regency and contribute to the broader goal of elevating the quality of education in Indonesia. The research highlights the critical role of effective supervision, motivation, and collaborative practices in fostering high-performing teachers and improving educational outcomes

Abstract

Principal leadership and school culture are important aspects that can affect the quality of services in various educational institutions. these two aspects support in improving the quality of education which can be seen from the quality of educational services in a school. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and school culture on the quality of educational services at State Senior High Schools in Tenggarong. Multiple linear regression is an approach to modeling the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. This study uses multiple linear regression methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The research site of 3 senior high schools in Tenggarong with a total population of 287 students, while the sample taken was 167 students. Data is collected through a questionnaire, which has been conduct for the validity and reliability test. The results showed that overall, these two factors contributed simultaneously to the quality of education services with a coefficient of determination of 76%, while the remaining 24% was influenced by other factors not identified in the model in this study. The results show that principal leadership has a significant effect of 0.742 on the quality of education services, while school culture has a significant effect of 0.661 on the quality of education services in 3 Tenggarong high schools. The importance of synergy between principal leadership and school culture has a positive impact on the ability of human resources in the school, so that the quality of service and quality of education can be improved.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) at higher education institutions has become a strategic step to enhance the effectiveness of internal quality audits (IQA). This research aims to analyze the implementation of a digital-based IQAS information system at Mulawarman University and assess its impact on the effectiveness of internal quality audit implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in the form of a case study, with data collection techniques including interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the developed cloud-based spreadsheet information system has improved timeliness, transparency, efficiency, and participation of work units in the IQA process. The digitalized audit process facilitates collaboration between auditors and auditees, supports document tracking, and speeds up decision-making. Although the system is not yet fully automated, this implementation has reinforced a data-driven quality culture and sustainability. The main recommendation from this study is the development of an integrated web application system, enhanced user training, and further studies to evaluate the long-term impact on institutional quality. These findings contribute theoretically to the literature on the digitization of education quality and offer practical benefits for strengthening quality management policies in higher education institutions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita (bayi dibawah lima tahun) akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Kekurangan gizi terjadi sejak bayi dalam kandungan dan pada masa awal setelah bayi lahir akan tetapi, kondisi stunting baru nampak setelah bayi berusia 2 tahun Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan praktik kesehatan terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 274 balita, yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup kepada ibu balita sebagai responden. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa umur ibu p-value = 0,000, pendidikan p-value = 0,04, pengetahuan p-value = 0,02, sikap p-value = 0,01, pemberian makanan p-value = 0,004 anak serta kesehatan anak p-value = 0,003 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian stunting. Sementara itu, pekerjaan ibu p-value = 0,508 dan pendapatan keluarga p-value = 0,712 tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Penanggulangan stunting membutuhkan pendekatan yang menyeluruh, termasuk peningkatan edukasi gizi kepada ibu, penyediaan akses terhadap makanan bergizi, perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan, dan keterlibatan lintas sektor.   ABSTRACT Background: Stunting is a condition of growth failure in toddlers (babies under five years old) due to chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Malnutrition occurs since the baby is in the womb and in the early period after the baby is born, however, stunting conditions only appear after the baby is 2 years old. Objective: to determine the influence of social, economic factors, and health practices on the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. Method: This study is a quantitative analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 274 toddlers, taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire to the toddler's mother as respondents. Results: shows that the mother's age p-value = 0.000, education p-value = 0.04, knowledge p-value = 0.02, attitude p-value = 0.01, child feeding p-value = 0.004 and child health p-value = 0.003 have a significant effect on the incidence of stunting. Meanwhile, maternal occupation p-value = 0.508 and family income p-value = 0.712 did not show a significant effect. Conclusion: Overcoming stunting requires a comprehensive approach, including increasing nutritional education for mothers, providing access to nutritious food, improving health services, and cross-sector involvement.
