Lahirnya agen perjalanan berbasis aplikasi (online travel agent / OTA) seperti traveloka, tiket.com dan pegi-pegi tidak hanya merubah gaya hidup orang dalam mengagendakan perjalanannya. Lebih jauh, OTA bahkan mampu mendisrupsi cara berbisnis yang dijalankan agen perjalanan konvensional. Hal ini menyebabkan timbulnya persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industri agen perjalanan yang melibatkan agen perjalanan konvensional dan agen perjalanan berbasis aplikasi (OTA). Kondisi ini perlu disikapi oleh perusahaan dengan melakukan inovasi-inovasi yang berkelanjutan untuk menghasilkan produk-produk yang memiliki nilai tambah. Agar dapat terus berinovasi, perumusan strategi bersaing menjadi perlu untuk dilakukan agar dapat memetakan posisi perusahaan di dalam industri yang selanjutnya diikuti dengan penyusunan program-program inovatif untuk dapat menjaga keberlangsungan perusahaan sesuai kondisi yang ada. Penelitian ini sendiri merupakan penelitian studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bersaing alternatif dengan menggunakan analisis IFE, analisis EFE, serta analisis Matriks SWOT yang dikombinasikan dengan Matriks IE. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Jasa Nusa Wisata yang berada di Pulau Lombok. Dari hasil analisis Matrilks IE diketahui bahwa PT. Jasa Nusa Wisata berada pada kuadran II yang berarti strategi paling tepat dalam posisi ini adalah investasi atau pengembangan secara selektif. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, selanjutnya dirumuskan sepuluh strategi alternatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT yang secara garis besar merangkum kegiatan investasi dan pengembangan secara selektif.

Some scholars regarded al-Ghazali as not a well-known expert of the hadith. They even stated that the weakness of al-Ghazali lies in the science of hadith. This article aims to refute those opinions by providing al-Ghazali’s thoughts on hadith, mainly on khabar mutawatir and khabar ahad, as well as the epistemic paradigm that construct his idea on hadith. I argue that al-Ghazali’s thought on hadith has a wide approach i.e. the use of logical and philosophical approach. This shows that al-Ghazali tends to be more inclusive in understanding h}adi>th. Besides, I also argue that the use of logical and philosophical approach has to do with the political milieu where the Sunnite dynasty of Seljuq was in respond against the Shi‘ite Fatimid power of Egypt. The very intellectual milieu of the Fatimid dynasty was flourished by logic and Greek philosophy. As a Sunni defender of the Seljuq, it is a must to fight the intellectual Shi‘ite Isma’ilite of the Fatimid by mastering logic and philosophy. Thus, al-Ghazali’s usage of both approaches in the science of h}adi>th was to justify and defend the authority of the Sunni Ash‘ari of the Seljuq dynasty.

Dalam penelitian ini terdapar tiga variabel yaitu variabel Terpaan Media dan Interaksi Sosial sebagai Independent dan variabel Perilaku Imitasi sebagai Dependent. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh media sosial Youtube konten K-POP terhadap perilaku imitasi remaja putri. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Interaksi Sosial terhadap perilaku imitasi remaja putri. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial Youtube konten K-POP dan Interaksi Sosial terhadap perilaku imitasi remaja putri. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan sofware statistik SPSS versi 20. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan followers akun instagram @zonablackpink dengan digunakan sebanyak 395 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antar dua variabel atau lebih. Teknik pengunpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner (angket) dan kepustakaan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara terpaan media, interaksi sosial terhadap perilaku imitasi pada remaja putri. Diantara pengaruh Terpaan Media dan Interaksi Sosial juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Interaksi Sosial lebih berdampak pada Perilaku Imitasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan adanya hubungan yang Erat antara variabel terpaan media dan interaksi sosial berdasarkan nilai R.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan software pembelajaran Fisika SMA; (2) mengungkapkan kelayakan software untuk pembelajaran; dan (3) mengungkapkan kenaikan nilai posttest terhadap nilai pretest setelah pembelajaran dengan software yang dikembangkan. Subjek uji coba adalah tiga orang guru mata pelajaran Fisika, tiga siswa untuk uji coba perorangan, sembilan siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 30 siswa untuk uji coba lapangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Penilaian terhadap kelayakan software dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru mata pelajaran Fisika. Tanggapan terhadap penggunaan software dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Minggir Sleman kelas X. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik kategorisasi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa software pada kategori baik menurut penilaian ahli materi dan guru mata pelajaran Fisika, pada kategori sangat baik menurut penilaian ahli media, dan pada kategori baik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Minggir Sleman ditinjau dari aspek pembelajaran, tampilan, dan penggunaan program. Secara umum software dinyatakan layak untuk pembelajaran Fisika SMA. Hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan software terjadi kenaikan nilai rata-rata yang cukup besar. Kata kunci: pengembangan animasi^ pembelajaran fisika.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penggunaan Cooperative Learning Teknik Numbered Head Together terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SDN 09 Pontianak Tenggara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru (Peneliti) dan 27 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah IPKG I pada siklus I dengan rata-rata skor 3,18. Pada siklus II  rata-rata skor 3,68. Sedangkan IPKG II pada siklus I rata-rata skor 3,12 dikategorikan baik. Pada siklus II rata-rata skor 3,60 dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar Kelas IV SDN 09 Pontianak Tenggara dengan menerapkan pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan Cooperative Learning teknik Numbered Head Together yaitu pada siklus I rata – rata kelas sebesar 69,07 dan pada siklus II rata – rata kelas sebesar 79,81. Hal ini terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 10,74. Kata kunci : Cooperative Learning, Numbered Head Together, Hasil belajar Abstract: This study aims to describe the use of Cooperative Learning technic Numbered Head Together toward students learning outcome in social study teaching fourth grade SDN 09 Pontianak Southeast. The research method used is descriptive method. The subject were teacher (researcher) and 27 students. The result obtained are IPKG I with an average score of 3.18. the second cycle of the average score of 3.68. Where as IPKG II in the first cycle with an average score of 3.12 considered good. In the second cycle an average score of 3.60 categorized as very good. Students learning outcome showed that the learning outcome IV class SDN 09 Pontianak Southeast by applying social study learning by used Cooperative Learning Technic Numbered Head Together is the first cycle the average – average grade of 69.07 and the second cycle the average – average grade of 79.81. This is an increase in learning outcomes at 10.74. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Numbered Head Together, Learning Outcome

This dedication’s to society activity that have been conducted in Pait Village, Kasembon District, Malang take the theme building and strengthening multicultural relations. The method used in dedication to society is the Participation Action Research (PAR) method, taking into account the conditions of assistance in the beginning and the conditions of assistance that are expected. Assistance was carried out in a number of Focus Group Discussions (FGD), socialization and some workshops. Strengthening multicultural relations in the people of Pait Village is very necessary given the diversity of different community backgrounds, especially from the religious aspect. This dedication program has resulted in the formation of a Multicultural Literacy Concern (PLM) community. In addition, the authorship assistance program was also carried out for the community members. Even expanding its influence by spreading their ideas through the website ikipait.com. This assistance resulted in a pretty good web design, displaying the writings of PLM community members. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di Desa Pait, Kecamatan Kasembon, Kabupaten Malang ini mengambil tema membangun dan menguatkan relasi multikultural. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode Participation Action Research (PAR), dengan memperhatikan kondisi dampingan di awal serta kondisi dampingan yang diharapkan. Pendampingan dilakukan dalam beberapa Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan juga dalam bentuk sosialisasi serta pelaksanaan beberapa workshop. Penguatan relasi multikultural pada warga masyarakat Desa Pait sangat diperlukan mengingat keberagaman latar belakang masyarakat yang berbeda, terutama dari aspek agama. Program pengabdian ini menghasilkan terbentuknya komunitas Peduli Literasi Multikultural (PLM) yang berfungsi untuk menguatkan relasi multikultural. Selain itu, juga terlaksana program pendampingan kepenulisan kepada warga masyarakat. Bahkan meluaskan pengaruhnya dengan menyebarkan ide dan gagasan mereka melalui website ikipait.com. Pendampingan ini menghasilkan desain web yang cukup baik, dengan menampilkan tulisan-tulisan karya anggota komunitas PLM.

This study aimed to determine self-esteem and resilience as the predictors of successful aging among the elderly in nursing homes. This study used quantitative approach, participated by 127 elderly participants who live in nursing homes located in five cities in Central Java (Salatiga, Semarang, Surakarta, Magelang, and Pekalongan) (Mage = 74.57; SD = 7.49). This study utilized The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (to measure the level of resilience) and Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (to measure the self-esteem) which were translated into Indonesian language. Successful Aging Scale were based on the Rowe and Kahn’s theory (1987) of successful aging. The results indicated that there was a significant effect of self-esteem and resilience simultaneously (F = 10.975; p = .000) on successful aging, suggesting that self-esteem and resilience are predictors of successful aging. The results of this study could serve as a reference for the government and nursing home managements to improve successful aging of the elderly who live in nursing homes.

This study aims to describe the results of the study of the implementation of Problem Based Learning model that has been done on previous research on the syntax, teacher behavior and the content of problems in Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM), especially in the field of Physics study, in terms of the Lesson Plans Program (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKS) that have been made to the main literature. This research is a qualitative research with the descriptive approach on 7 samples RPP and 7 LKS. The results showed that the content of the problems did not match the PBL and the teacher behaviour on some samples in stage I (Organizing Students to Problem) and stage III (Assisting Self-Inquiry and Group) did not match the PBL syntax. The conclusion of this research is from the analysis of PBL model implementation that has been done in previous studies on the syntax, teacher behavior and the content of the problems in 7 samples of RPP and LKS shows that the teacher behavior that exist in the RPP there are some that are not in accordance with PBL syntax and the contents of the problems given to the students either written on the RPP or LKS mostly not actual because some of it is a matter of memorization that does not require creative thinking, mathematical calculations and problems looking for relationships between variables through experiments. Suggestion from this research that is in use of PBL model for making RPP and LKS in KBM need to refer five stages in PBL and problem has given to the student in PBL learning model should problem actual and require creative thinking and written clearly and completely in RPP and LKS.

The Jakarta National Museum is the first and largest museum in Jakarta and it is the largest in Southeast Asia. The study aimed to analyze and describe how millennial tourists perceived before visiting the facilities and services at the Jakarta National Museum. In the millennial era, millennial tourists currently become one of the tourists who like practical things and want to know new things and this can be found at Jakarta's national museum. The method used in this study was qualitative by linking three variables, namely the perception before visiting tourists, expectations and perceptions of the objects’ quality. Data collection techniques used interviews. The data analysis process carried out data collection (interviews, observations, documents) then data reduction, coding according to parameters and indicators and interpretation. The validity test of this research was carried out using source triangulation. The results of this study indicated that the perception of millennial tourists before visiting states that the National Museum held many historical relics and had good facilities. The motivation ofvisitors was for curiosity needs. The expectation was to expect the National Museum to be bigger than they imagined, hoping that the service at the National Museum would be better than other museums, has a very complete collection, the layout of the museum collection was neat and clean. While the perception after visiting the National Museum had a lot of heritage of Indonesian culture and history, it had excellent facilities, the order of historical objects neatly arranged and easy to see, had friendly and good staffs in communication. The National Museum was also comfortable, safe, clean and well-maintained. Thus the comparison of tourists' perceptions and expectations before and after the visit is appropriate and it even exceeds expectations.
