Abstract

The study of networks in the internationalization process of SMEs has become an interesting discussion, this condition is because each country has unique dynamics in utilizing existing networks. The results of the analysis of the 20 articles in this study show that being proactive in the network community will strengthen relationships with partners and implementing an alliance strategy will strengthen the position of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and expanding markets. This condition occurs in both developing and developed countries. The dominant factor influencing the speed of the internationalization process is social and business network relations that begin with social ties. Of the 8 articles that discuss networking in the process of internationalization in developed countries (China, Central America, and East America), it shows that the government as an institution that has an important role in the internationalization of SMEs needs to design a framework in the form of policies that encourage the acceleration of various forms of collaboration between businesses. Meanwhile, 12 articles that discuss the process of internationalization in developing countries show that for the expansion and growth of SMEs a social network structure is needed, and the role of ethnic (group) ties in internationalization.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in Indonesia began to bloom in the 1970s with the rapid emergence of many restaurants which became an opportunity for companies to develop their business. One of these developments is the emergence of the trend of roadside angkringan which is now reaching millennial generation consumers and has become a new favorite sector that is worth developing. The presence of this angkringan answers the desires and needs of the lower middle class community and has big implications in driving the community economy.This research aims to find out the influence of Product Perceived Quality, Service, Environment, Assortment on Loyalty through Satisfaction. The expected benefit of this research is to increase the body of knowledge in the field of management, especially how big the influence of satisfaction is so that it increases loyalty which will ultimately increase purchases. The research method used is a quantitative method with data processing using AMOS. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents with the characteristics of male and female respondents aged 18-60 years, who visited several food courts spread across the Mojokerto Regency area at least twice a year. The research results show that Product Perceived Quality with a regression coefficient of 0.426 positively and significantly influences satisfaction; Service with a regression coefficient of 0.242 positively and significantly influences Satisfaction, Environment with a regression coefficient of 0.136 positively and significantly influences Satisfaction. Assortment, with a regression coefficient of 0.748, positively and significantly influences Satisfaction, and Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.633 positively and significantly influences loyalty

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economy as it facilitates the production of goods and services and job creation. The agriculture sector including fish farming is one of the main livelihood sources for the community and has potential for growth through entrepreneurship programs. However, there are several obstacles in achieving this goal, such as the low level of community education and knowledge as well as limited social networking access. The fishing pond farmers in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency face similar challenges with additional complexity from external barriers such as fluctuating operational costs for fish farming. This economically causes fishing pond farmers to only be able to utilize their ponds for a single source of main income and have not been able to utilize it to find alternative income sources. These challenges hinder the development of programs to improve the economic conditions of fishing pond farmers. An approach that could address these problems is social entrepreneurship focusing on increasing collaboration between fishing pond farmers and the surrounding community. Cooperation plays an important role in economic growth by facilitating business expansion. Cooperation becomes a core component in the planning and implementation process by involving fishing pond farmers and the community as active participants. The fields of cooperation need to be developed to increase the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Equity, and Features Services on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop during January-March). Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Equity, and Features Services are the independent variables of this research. Purchase decision is the dependent variable. The Tiktok Shop application was used from 2021–2023 for this research. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data and data collection using questionnaires. This research analyzes data using multiple linear regression analysis.The partial test results show that (1) celebrity endorsements do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated value of tcount< ttable (0.045< 2.028) and a sig value.0.964 > 0.05 (2)brand equityhas a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with tcount > ttable (2.206 > 2.028) and sig. 0.034 < 0.05 (3) feature services have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions with tcount<ttable (0.927<2.028) and sig. 0.360 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Equity, and Features Services do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with valueFcount<Ftable (1.872 < 2.866) and sig value. (0.152>0.05).

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the influence of production concepts, prices and exchange rates on the export volume of the creative sculpture craft industry in Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. Research includes research with a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire during the period February 2025. Based on the data that was collected, the total amount of data that can be used is sixty SME’s. The results show a simultaneous influence, the three independent variables used jointly influence the dependent variable. Partially, it was found that production did not have a significant influence, while international prices and exchange rates had a significant influence. It is hoped that the results of this data processing will have implications for creative sculpture industry producers in Indonesia in general to be able to improve quality in order to increase export volume so that it has a significant impact on economic growth and social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy analysis of PT. Behaestex and recommends a competitive strategy analysis of PT. Behaestex that must be developed in order to increase business competitiveness. Data collection uses document analysis to understand holistically about the unique phenomena in the research object of PT. Behaestex. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive case study. SWOT analysis shows that the company needs to increase the strengths of the company to be known by consumers and be able to compete with similar companies, especially globally or internationally. Strategies that can be concluded from the SWOT matrix include: SO strategy, namely using the company's strengths in the field of production to control international market share, WO strategy, namely forming a marketing team to expand international marketing reach, ST strategy, namely by diversifying products according to international consumer demand, and WT strategy, namely introducing products to all employees and maximizing production effectiveness.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, MSMEs in the processed food sector have a great opportunity to penetrate the export market through the use of innovation and competitive advantage. One concrete example is CV. Indigo Sejahtera in Sidoarjo, a producer of processed egg noodles that has successfully entered international markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. This phenomenon shows the great potential of local MSMEs to compete in the global market. However, there is still a research gap related to operational strategies that MSMEs actually apply in achieving sustainable export competitiveness. The novelty of this research is in the form of an in-depth exploration of the integration of innovation processes and competitive advantages in supporting the success of MSME exports based on processed foods. The urgency is based on the strategic role of MSMEs in encouraging inclusive economic growth and industrial sustainability in accordance with the SDGs agenda. Qualitative research method phenomenological approach, this research was carried out in CV. Indigo Sejahtera, with one main informant of the owner and two informants supporting employees. The results of the study show that the strategies implemented include product innovation through a variety of flavors ranging from spicy, original, spices, attractive and socially proofable packaging innovations for social media, as well as active digital marketing through live TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram twice a day in the afternoon and evening, as well as the management of the official website. Competitive advantages are obtained from affordable prices, distinctive tastes, and unique packaging, as well as collaborations with local food influencers as endorsements. This strategy has proven effective in increasing global competitiveness. The implications of this study lead to the real contribution of MSMEs to the achievement of the SDGs, especially the goals of 8 decent work and economic growth and the goals of 9 industry, innovation, and infrastructure.

Abstract

The level of globalization that goes hand in hand with the 4.0 industrial revolution demands the fighting power of companies both in large and small and medium scales to determine dynamic strategies in anticipating competition and expansion targets through international markets. SMEs in Indonesia as the spearhead and pillars of Indonesia's economic strength are also required to be able to improve their performance, especially in promoting their business on an international scale. Indonesian product SMEs for export competitiveness are mostly based on local wisdom-based products, therefore innovation is needed in developing products with local wisdom. Various obstacles faced by SMEs in managing their businesses, especially related to limitations in implementing production management activities, human resource management and marketing management. The solution to the various limitations that have become problems for SMEs in facing the internationalization process is to establish a network that involves various stakeholders. The networkQuality and integrated with the support of government programs will be able to support the competence and capabilities of SMEs in facing the internationalization process in the industrial revolution 4.0. This study examines the role of networks in enhancing the internationalization strategy of Indonesian SMEs.

Abstract

Abstract This research study is to determine the effect of influencers on social media on interest in buying East Java cuisine. This is important so that consumers' perceptions of the reliability of influencer advertising on social media are known and their effect on audience interest in buying. An influencer's specific strategies and skills that must be adapted to attract consumer purchase intention to be effective across social media are important. This study was designed to examine and analyze the effectiveness of influencer promotions broadcast on social media in attracting consumer purchase intentions. The sample used was 225 respondents who were actively using social media in East Java, consisting of 130 female participants, 95 male participants, and most of them aged 18 to 24 years. Respondents' ratings illustrate that influencers who build their honesty and trustworthiness can change consumer behavior and purchase intentions. Attractiveness and relationship with the product there is a match. Optimism and agreement with the differences in the effectiveness of an influencer's advertising on consumer purchase intentions are also the focus of consumer assessments. Abstract

The study aims to explore the trends of several studies of consumer preferences for local culinary products that have been around for a decade. The consumer behavior theory approach is more widely used in the analysis of consumer preferences for local culinary research. The research method in this study uses a literature review approach, precisely systematic review with the collection of reputable journal-based data obtained from searches on google scholar databases as well as qualitative methodologies for evaluating and synthesizing findings from several studies in the past. The results showed that some studies on consumer preferences for local cuisine were influenced by some predictors of consumer attitudes towards local cuisine. Literature review on local culinary-based research relates to culinary tourism destinations, including the field of hospitality. Consumer segmentation is influenced by how purchasing behavior is for local culinary.
