Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian pengembangan merupakan penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut (Sugiyono, 2015). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). ADDIE merupakan suatu model yang dirancang secara terprogram dalam upaya pemecahan masalah terkait pembelajaran dengan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video animasi sebagai media pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar sangat menunjang proses pembelajaran, hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran dan hasil belajar, peserta didik yang menjadi lebih aktif dan antusias serta juga sangat antusias dalam pembelajaran, karena media yang digunakan membuat siswa termotivasi dan semangat untuk belajar. Video animasi juga memfasilitasi berbagai tipe gaya belajar siswa.

Abstract

Violence among adolescents is an increasingly complex phenomenon, including relational aggression, which often goes undetected due to its covert nature. Relational aggression can have serious consequences, such as depression and even suicidal tendencies among victims. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling services using the Cognitive Behavior Modification (CBM) approach in preventing relational aggression among students at SMK 6 Padang. This study employs a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consists of 12 students divided into experimental and control groups, each comprising six students, selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument utilizes a Likert scale, while data analysis is conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and the Mann-Whitney Test. The findings indicate that group counseling services using the CBM approach significantly reduce relational aggression in the experimental group compared to the control group. These results affirm that the CBM approach is effective in modifying students’ thought patterns and behaviors related to relational aggression. The implications of this study provide recommendations for guidance and counseling teachers to implement CBM-based group counseling services as an intervention strategy for addressing relational aggression in the school environment.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are divided into two parts. The first purpose of this research is to analyze the moral values in the movie. The second purpose is to know the impact of moral value in toward daily life. To analyze those, the writer used the movie and some related books as the source of the data. The researcher watched the movie and read the script to collect the data and then analyze the data. The result of this research is there are some of moral values in this movie. From the analysis, it can be concluded that there are love and affection, honesty, bravely, kind and friendly, sensitive and not selfish, sorry and apologize, peace ability, loyalty and trustworthy, self - discipline and moderation, confidence and potential. The achievements of this research are expected to give some contributions to further study of moral values like the positive things can learn in the movie. Theoretically, This research is also hoped to be studied by students, lecturers, or other people who will be the interested to the movie. Practically, to contribute the development of literary study, particularly among the people who are interested in the literary study, To remind readers the importance of moral values and also implements it in daily activity

Abstract

The research aimed to obtain the best stocking density for goldfish (Carassius auratus) which are kept using a recirculation system. The research was conducted for 60 days from March to May 2023 at Durian street, Bengkulu City. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of 4 stocking density treatments and 6 repetitions so it’s obtained 24 experimental units. The treatments consisted of stocking density of 15 fish/20 liters (P1), 30 fish/20 liters (P2), 45 fish/20 liters (P3), and 60 fish/20 liters (P4). The research used container in the form of plastic box measuring 50 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm. The results showed that stocking density had a very significant effect on biomass weight growth and specific growth rate, but had no significant effect on absolute length and survival rate. The stocking density of 60 fish/20 liters (P4) resulted biomass weight growth of 131.23 grams, survival rate of 99.00 percent, daily biomass weight growth of 2.45%, and length growth of 2.64 cm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Politik Hukum Pertimbangan dan Persetujuan Majelis Rakyat Papua Dalam Pembentukan Perdasus Yang Responsif" bertujuan untuk menganalisis politik hukum pertimbangan dan persetujuan MRP dalam proses pembentukan Perdasus yang responsif. MRP memiliki kewenangan untuk memberikan pertimbangan dan persetujuan terhadap Raperdasus yang diajukan oleh DPRP bersama Gubernur sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Otonomi Khusus Bagi Provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan yang menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik hukum pertimbangan dan persetujuan MRP terhadap Raperdasus dalam proses pembentukan Perdasus dimaksudkan untuk mempurifikasi pelaksanaan otonomi khusus di Provinsi Papua. MRP sebagai representasi kultural dengan kewenangan legislasi terbatas berperan untuk menciptakan Perdasus yang responsif untuk melindungi hak-hak dasar orang asli Papua melalui proses partisipasi yang bermakna.

Abstract

Background: Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is a type of dilated cardiomyopathy of unknown origin. Predisposing factors for PPCM are multiparity, family history, ethnicity, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, preeclampsia, malnutrition, and advanced age in pregnant women or teenage pregnancy. Case presentation: A 29-year-old female patient was treated in the internal medicine department of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang on March 18th, 2023, with the main complaint of shortness of breath. On physical examination, signs of congestion were found. ECG shows sinus tachycardia, QT prolongation, and T inversion in V3-V6, II, III, and aVF. The patient is established with peripartum cardiomyopathy, community-acquired pneumonia, nonsevere low-risk MDR, hypochromic microcytic mild anemia et causa chronic disease, high-risk VTE, h hypokalemia et causa diuretic. Conclusion: Education regarding recurrent recurrence of PPCM in subsequent pregnancies is 30-50%. The prognosis depends on the recovery of left ventricular function; 30% of patients can return to baseline ventricular function within 6 months, and 50% of patients have an improvement in symptoms and ventricular function. Contraception is recommended that does not pose a risk of thromboembolism, such as a uterine device (IUD) and subcutaneous progesterone.

Abstract

The application of information technology in education is an effort to integrate technological devices to improve the quality of learning and the efficiency of education management. Information technology, through hardware, software, internet networks, and digital applications, provides a great opportunity to create education that is more effective, inclusive, and relevant to the needs of the digital era. This article discusses the meaning of information technology implementation, its benefits in improving the quality of learning in schools and the factors that influence the success or failure of its implementation. The main benefits of technology in education include increased accessibility of learning resources, efficiency of educational data management, personalization of learning, development of critical thinking skills, and flexibility in distance learning. However, the successful implementation of technology is influenced by factors such as infrastructure, teacher competence, school policy support, student readiness, parent participation, cost, learning content, school culture and maintenance of technology devices. The results of the discussion emphasize that the implementation of information technology requires collaboration from various parties, ranging from the government, schools, to the community, to ensure its sustainability and success. Thus, the optimal use of technology can support a more effective and competitive transformation of education in the future.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable part of social life that we all have to face from time to time, which can be a positive force for improvement in an educational institution. Conflict is an unavoidable phenomenon in the school environment, both among teachers, students, and other education personnel. Conflict that is not managed properly can have a negative impact on educational performance. This study aims to identify Conflict Management Strategies to Improve School Performance in Education. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were obtained from the library collection using a descriptive approach. The library collection is extensive and diverse, containing books, articles and other materials on the topic of conflict management. Conflict management in educational institutions can help improve productivity, which shows that the application of strategies such as collaboration, compromise, and accommodation can create a conducive work environment, improve communication between individuals, and motivate the participation of all parties in achieving educational goals. The recommendation of this study is the importance of conflict management training for principals and teachers as an effort to improve the overall quality of school management. With proper conflict management, schools can create a harmonious and productive atmosphere, which ultimately supports the improvement of school performance in education.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research uses interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection tools. The sources consisted of principals, teachers, school staff and school committees. The results of this study indicate that SDN Poris Pelawad 3 has implemented TQM well. This is indicated by the Poris Pelawad 3 State Elementary School has adopted the concept of Total Quality Management. The results of the study refer to the theory of Goetsch and Davis, namely: 1. Focus on customers. 2. Obsession with quality. 3. Scientific approach. 4. Long-term commitment. 5. Teamwork, partnerships, and relationships are established and fostered. 6. Continuous system improvement. 7. Education and training. 8. Controlled freedom. 9. Unity of purpose. 10. Involvement and empowerment. The implication is that all school stakeholders are able to implement TQM so that the quality of education at SDN Poris Pelawad 3 in particular and other public elementary schools can be maintained and continue to improve.

Abstract

Tingkat kunjungan mahasiswa ke website Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi (PTI) UNIMUDA Sorong masih tergolong rendah, dengan hanya 53,8% mahasiswa yang telah mengaksesnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kunjungan yang rendah dan mengevaluasi tingkat kegunaan situs web menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan survei berbasis kuesioner yang melibatkan 78 mahasiswa PTI yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS 29 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa lebih suka mencari informasi melalui media sosial 69,2% dan portal akademik universitas 50%. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan frekuensi kunjungan yang rendah adalah kemudahan akses ke informasi dari platform lain 56,4%, kurangnya promosi situs web 48,7%, dan jarang pembaruan konten 30,8%. Evaluasi kegunaan melalui metode SUS menghasilkan skor rata-rata 66,03, yang diklasifikasikan sebagai moderat mendekati ambang batas yang dapat diterima. Masalah utama termasuk antarmuka yang tidak menarik, navigasi yang tidak intuitif, dan pembaruan konten yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan desain visual, penyempurnaan struktur navigasi, dan pembaruan konten rutin sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Dampak dari perbaikan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kepuasan pengguna, serta mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif menggunakan website sebagai sumber informasi akademik.
