Abstract

Research Originality: This research investigates how digital technologies influence environmental quality in Indonesia.Research Objectives: This study examines the impact of digital technologies and socioeconomic variables on environmental quality in Indonesia.Research Methods: This study employs the System-Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approach and analyzes data from 2013 to 2023. Key variables include digital technology, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), foreign direct investment (FDI), and mean years of schooling.Empirical Results: Computer ownership negatively impacts environmental quality due to higher energy consumption and e-waste. In contrast, GRDP improves environmental quality as wealthier regions invest in green infrastructure and stricter policies. FDI has a harmful effect, supporting the ‘pollution haven’ hypothesis of resource exploitation and unsustainable practices. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Populasi lansia dan meningkatnya prevalensi hipertensi di kalangan lansia di wilayah pesisir menimbulkan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan. Kehidupan pesisir  memiliki keuntungan sekaligus tantangan yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup (QOL) lansia. Studi ini mengeksplorasi QOL dan faktor-faktor terkaitnya pada lansia dengan hipertensi yang tinggal di wilayah pesisir Madura, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional yang mengundang 140 lansia berusia 60–80 tahun sebagai partisipan dengan cara purposive samoling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Kualitas Hidup dari Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHOQOL-BREF) untuk mengukur kualitas hidup partisipan melalui empat domain, yaitu kesehatan fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial, dan lingkungan. Analisis hubungan antar variabel dialkukan dengan menggunakan uji t-test dengan signifikansi statistik p < 0,05. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta paruh baya (usia 70–80) menunjukkan skor kualitas hidup (QOL) yang lebih tinggi dalam hal kesehatan fisik, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan lingkungan dibandingkan dengan peserta muda (usia 60–69). Peserta laki-laki menunjukkan skor Kualitas Hidup (QOL) yang lebih tinggi daripada perempuan, terutama dalam hal kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan hubungan sosial. Status perkawinan dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan kualitas hidup (p>.05). Nelayan memiliki skor kualitas hidup (QOL) keseluruhan tertinggi, menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memainkan peran penting dalam kesejahteraan lansia. Selain itu, durasi hipertensi tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup (QOL), yang menunjukkan adanya manajemen diri yang efektif di antara peserta. Kesimpulan: Jenis kelamin dan status pekerjaan merupakan satu-satunya faktor yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kualitas hidup (QOL) pada lansia penderita hipertensi di wilayah pesisir. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya intervensi yang terarah, terutama bagi perempuan lansia dan individu yang tidak bekerja, untuk meningkatkan QOL. Para pemangku kebijakan harus berfokus pada peningkatan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan, inklusi sosial, dan program dukungan ekonomi yang disesuaikan dengan populasi lansia di wilayah pesisir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance, emotional intelligence, and work environment on the performance of Klatak Health Center employees. The population of this study were employees of the Klatak Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The data collection method of this study used a questionnaire distributed to 52 samples of Klatak Health Center employees. This research method used is multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that work life balance variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. Emotional intelligence and work environment variables partially affect employee performance while work balance variables have no effect on employee performance at the Klatak Banyuwangi Health Center.

Abstract

Along with the development of the increasingly massive digital era, technological skills have become very important for every profession, including accounting teachers. Accounting teachers need to have the ability to compile digital-based financial statements because they are at the forefront of preparing accounting graduates who will compete in the professional and modern world of work. Analysis of the situation shows that the teacher of MGMP Accounting SMK Kulon Progo. The participants of the PkM activity were 21 teachers of MGMP Accounting for SMK Kulon Progo Regency. The steps of PKM activities are 1) the urgency of the ability to prepare digital-based financial statements for teachers 2) the practice of preparing journals and ledgers with Microsoft Excel, 3) the practice of preparing adjustment journals and financial statements with Microsoft Excel, 4) direction and technical explanation for the assignment of independent worksheet work, 5) independent work by teachers for 2 weeks, 6) presentation of independent work, and 7) dedication to reviewing the practical task of preparing digital-based financial statements. The result of PKM activities is the increasing ability of accounting teachers to compile digital-based financial statements. The achievement of PkM results is supported by several factors, namely the solidity of the service team, cooperation agreements between the service team and partners, smooth communication between the service team and partners, and the suitability of training materials with the needs of target partners.

Abstract

Organisasi xyz sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik strategis harus mempunyai mekanisme audit internal terhadap keamanan sistem elektronik yang dimilikinya. Namun, organisasi xyz belum memiliki perangkat audit (audit tool) untuk melakukan audit internal tersebut secara berkala. Di sisi lain, perangkat audit tersebut berperan penting dalam menganalisis kerawanan yang terdapat dalam sistem. Untuk itu, organisasi xyz perlu merancang perangkat audit internal tersebut agar mekanisme audit berkala yang disyaratkan dapat dipenuhi dan risiko kegagalan akibat kerawanan sistem informasi yang dimiliki dapat dimitigasi dengan baik. Pada makalah ini dilakukan penelitian kualitatif berupa perancangan perangkat audit didasarkan pada penggunaan tiga metode dalam penentuan kriteria audit, yaitu analisis risiko menggunakan FMEA, kemudian penentuan kriteria audit berdasarkan pemetaan kontrol menggunakan Statement of Applicability (SoA) ISO/IEC 27002:2013 dan analisis proses bisnis menggunakan COBIT 5. Kriteria audit yang telah ditentukan dengan tiga metode tersebut kemudian dilakukan pembentukan perangkat audit, ujicoba impementasi, penilaian dan diakhiri dengan finalisasi perangkat audit. Berdasarkan analisis risiko dengan FMEA didapatkan 22 aset bernilai risiko tinggi, 10 aset bernilai sedang, 18 risiko bernilai rendah, dan 1 risiko bernilai sangat rendah. Selanjutnya pada proses pemetaan kontrol SoA ISO/IEC 27002:2013 dihasilkan 29 kontrol dan pada analisis proses bisnis berdasarkan COBIT 5 didapatkan 9 proses enabler yang kemudian digunakan sebagai kriteria audit. Selanjutnya hasil 29 kontrol tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi enam kategori audit tingkat kepatuhan dan sembilan proses enabler tersebut diklasifikasikan menjadi sembilan kategori audit level pencapaian, sehingga perangkat audit yang dibentuk mengandung kategori tersebut. Hasil uji coba implementasi, penilaian dan finalisasi perangkat audit menunjukkan bahwa perangkat audit yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi xyz. AbstractThe XYZ organization as the operator of electronic systems with strategic characteristic shall have internal audit mechanisms for its electronic systems security. Unfortunately, XYZ organization does not have an internal audit tool to conduct the audit periodically. In other hand, this audit tool plays an important role in determining vulnerability of the systems. For this reason, XYZ organization needs to design the internal audit tool so that periodic audit mechanism required can be conducted and the risk of system failure due to the vulnerability of the system can be properly mitigated. In this paper, we conduct qualitative research to design audit tool using three methods in determining the audit criteria, the first is FMEA in risk analysis process, the second is ISO / IEC 27002: 2013 in control analysis process and the third is COBIT 5 in business process analysis. Our audit tool is design based on the audit criteria that obtained from those three methods. Based on risk analysis using FMEA we obtained 22 assets with high risk, 10 assets with medium risk, 18 assets with low risk, and one asset with very low risk. From control analysis based on SoA ISO/IEC 27002:2013, we obtained 29 risk-based controls and from business process analysis using COBIT 5 we obtained nine enabler processes. Then those 29 controls and nine processes are used as audit criteria. In the next step, we classify these 29 controls into six categories in compliance level and those nine processes into nine categories in achievement level in our audit tool. The results of implementation trials, assessment, and finalization of our audit tool shows that our audit tool has been consistent with the needs of XYZ organization.

Abstract

Companies must prioritize work safety as the main thing to create a safe and healthy work environment. The research conducted has the aim of knowing the role of safety climate as a predictor of safety behavior through safety knowledge as a mediating variable. The method used is a convenient sampling technique. The number of respondents was 154 workers. The research instrument used a safety behavior scale created by Neal and Griffin, safety climate measured using (LSCAT) compiled by Cox and Cheyne, safety knowledge scale compiled by Vinodkumar and Bhasi. To analyze the data using classical assumptions, namely, Kolmogorov-smirnov normality test, linearity test and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing, namely mediation regression analysis technique. The results of the direct effects test of the safety climate variable on safety behavior show a significant effect with a significance level of 0.006 which indicates a significant influence between safety climate and safety behavior, besides that the indirect effects between safety climate and safety behavior through mediation of safety knowledge have a significance level of 0.004, meaning that there is a mediating role between safety climate and safety behavior through safety knowledge. PT X is expected to maintain and improve safety behavior with a safety climate that supports the work safety program and can also design a more effective safety training program that suits the needs of workers.Perusahaan harus memprioritaskan keselamatan kerja sebagai hal utama untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran safety climate sebagai prediktor safety behavior melalui safety knowledge sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik convenient sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 154 pekerja. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan safety behavior scale yang dibuat oleh Neal dan Griffin, safety climate diukur dengan menggunakan (LSCAT) yang disusun oleh Cox dan Cheyne, skala safety knowledge yang disusun oleh Vinodkumar dan Bhasi. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan asumsi klasik yaitu, uji normalitas Kolmogorov-smirnov, uji linearlitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta uji hipotesis yaitu teknik mediation regression analysis. Hasil uji direct effects variabel safety climate terhadap safety behavior menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan taraf siginifikansi 0,006 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara safety climate dengan safety behavior, selain itu pengaruh indirect effects antara safety climate dan safety behavior melalui mediasi safety knowledge memiliki taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.004 artinya ada peran mediasi antara safety climate dengan safety behavior melalui safety knowledge. PT X diharapkan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan perilaku keselamatan (safety behavior) dengan iklim keselamatan (safety climate) yang mendukung program keselamatan kerja, selain itu juga dapat merancang proram pelatihan keselamatan kerja yang lebih efektif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja.

Abstract

Human potential that can be developed can increase productivity and employee performance. The amount of commitment to a company influences the success of an employee's performance. Some of the phenomena found in employees who study at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, are the difficulty of managing their schedule between study and work, physical fatigue, and having to hide their identity as a student at their place of work. This research examines how much influence work-life balance has on organizational commitment among Buana Perjuangan University Karawang students who study while working. Participants in this research were 319 students studying while working. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale consisting of 24 items as the dependent variable and the work-life balance scale consisting of 17 items as the independent variable. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS statistics 25 program. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, a significance value of 0.004 <0.05 is obtained, which means work-life balance has a positive influence on organizational commitment, with an R square value of 0.708, which means that the influence contributed by the work-life balance variable on organizational commitment is 70.8% and the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables. This means that there is a relationship between the work-life balance variable and organizational commitment. The higher the work-life balance, the higher the level of commitment to the organization.Potensi manusia yang dapat dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan hasil keproduktifan juga kinerja karyawan. Besar komitmen terhadap sebuah perusahaan mempengaruhi keberhasilan kinerja seorang karyawan. Beberapa fenomena yang terdapat pada karyawan yang kuliah di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang yaitu sulitnya mengatur jadwal antara kuliah dan bekerja, kelelahan fisik, serta harus menyembunyikan identitasnya sebagai mahasiswa di tempatnya bekerja. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang yang kuliah sambil bekerja. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja berjumlah 319 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 24 aitem sebagai variabel dependen dan skala work-life balance yang terdiri dari 17 aitem sebagai variabel independen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS statistic 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti work-life balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, dengan nilai R square sebesar 0.708 yang berarti pengaruh yang disumbangkan variabel work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 70,8% dan sisanya sebesar 29.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara variabel work-life balance dan komitmen organisasi. Semakin tinggi work-life balance maka semakin tinggi tingkat komitmen terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

This study intends to find out whether job satisfaction can be a mediation when it is analyzed with perceptions of organizational support and organizational commitment of teachers at Islamic School X Karawang. Quantitative method with causality design is used in this research and sample selection uses non-probability sampling with total sampling. Data from 70 respondents were obtained through data collection with 8 Perceived Organizational Support Survey (SPOS) items with a reliability value of 0.954, 5 Satisfaction with Work Scale (SWWS) items with a reliability value of 0.883, and 24 Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) items with a reliability of 0929. With the Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) feature of JASP software version 0.16, data analysis methods can be performed. The consequence of the investigation showed that perceived organizational support appeared to directly influence organizational commitment with a value of p=0.013 (p<0.05). Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate perceptions of organizational support and organizational commitment to teacher with a value of p<0.001 (p<0.05) so that it can be said that there has been partial mediation. The influence of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on organizational commitment together is equal to 84.2%, while 15.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediasi ketika dianalisis dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi guru di Sekolah Islam X Karawang. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas digunakan dalam penelitian ini serta pemilihan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan sampling total. Data dari 70 responden didapatkan melalui pengumpulan data dengan 8 item Survei Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0.954, 5 item Satisfaction with Work Scale (SWWS) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0.883, dan 24 item Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0.929. Dengan fitur Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) dari software JASP versi 0.16 metode analisis data dapat dilakukan. Konsekuensi dari penyelidikan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi tampak langsung mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dengan nilai p=0,013 (p<0,05). Demikian juga, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi pada guru dengan nilai p=<0,001 (p<0,05) sehingga dapat dikatakan telah terjadi mediasi parsial. Besar pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama yaitu sebesar 84.2%, sedangkan sebesar 15.8% dipengaruh oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Students who decide to study while working have to take on a tougher role than students who don't work. The negative impact of studying while working is feeling that the work they do has no meaning, there are students who choose to resign from the company for several reasons, such as wanting to focus on completing their final assignment, choosing to look for a new job because of the long shift system, there are also students who often refuse to work overtime when asked by their superiors, it is in this situation that students' commitment is tested. Meanwhile, companies need employees who are proactive and have a high commitment to work. This research looked at the influence of organizational support on organizational commitment in 319 students who studied while working at UBPK. The sampling method uses quota sampling. In this study, 2 scales were used: the Allen and Meyer organizational commitment scale with 24 items and the Eisenberger perceived organizational support scale with 8 items. The SPSS 25 statistical program was used to analyze this research data. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance of 0.000 P <0.05. With an R coefficient value of 0.752, it is clear that the variable perception of organizational support has a positive impact on organizational commitment. This means that the more positive the perception of organizational support, the higher the level of commitment to the organization.Mahasiswa yang memutuskan untuk kuliah sambil bekerja harus menempuh peran yang lebih berat daripada mahasiswa yang tidak bekerja. Dampak negatif dari kuliah sambil bekerja adalah merasa bahwa pekerjaannya yang dilakukan tidak memiliki makna, adanya mahasiswa yang memilih untuk mengundurkan diri dari perusahaan dengan beberapa alasan, seperti ingin memfokuskan diri untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir, memilih mencari pekerjaan baru karena sistem shift yang berkepanjangan, ada juga mahasiswa yang sering menolak lembur ketika diminta oleh atasan, di situasi tersebutlah komitmen mahasiswa diuji. Sedangkan perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang proaktif dan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada 319 mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja di UBPK. Metode pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan kuota sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan 2 skala: skala komitmen organisasi Allen dan Meyer dengan 24 item dan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi Eisenberger dengan 8 item. Program statistik SPSS 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan signifikansi 0.000 P <0,05. Dengan nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,752, jelas bahwa variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi berdampak positif pada komitmen organisasi. Artinya semakin positif persepsi dukungan organisasi maka semakin tinggi tingkat komitmen pada organisasi

Abstract

This research is based on teachers' teaching abilities and pedagogical abilities which are still low. This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision in improving teacher pedagogical competence. Against the background of efforts to increase teacher competency by means of coaching-based academic supervision. This research focuses on how to plan, implement and obstacles in coaching-based academic supervision. The coaching-based supervision process uses the TIRTA flow. TIRTA is a coaching model which is an acronym for Goals, Identification, Action Plans and Responsibilities. This research uses descriptive research, data collected through coaching interviews between school principals and teachers, observation by directly observing the academic supervision process and documentation. The researchers' findings in the field after carrying out academic supervision using coaching techniques experienced an increase in the quality of learning based on qualitative findings in the quality of learning. Qualitative findings from interviews also reveal that coaching techniques in academic supervision play a role in providing convenience and helping school principals and teachers develop their potential optimally.
