This research aimed to evaluate the component of context, input, process, and product on Entrepreneurship Program at Universitas Negeri Padang. This research was an evaluate study with CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The method was used a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative approach by sequential explanatory. This research was characterized by collected and analyzed quantitative data at first stage and qualitative data at second stage to reinforce the result of quantitative approach. The result of this research showed that the component of the context, input, process, and product on Entrepreneurship Program at Universitas Negeri Padang was at less satisfactory category. The component of input, process and product should be improved to make The Entrepreneurship Program to be more optimal. The recommended is The Entrepreneurship Program can proceed with the improvement at each of its components.

E-Audit merupakan proses pengumpulan bukti, serta evaluasi buktinya yang dilakukan dengan bantuan komputer untuk menentukkan serta melaporkan tingkat kesesuaian informasi tersebut dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Universitas Bandar Lampung merupakan sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta di Provinsi Lampung yang dalam pelaksanaan proses auditnya saat ini masih belum memaksimalkan penggunaan komputer secara penuh, beberapa diantaranya masih dilakukan secara manual. Tim audit internal Universitas Bandar Lampung harus membuka dokumen satu persatu untuk menemukan data yang diinginkan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses audit internal mutu di Universitas Bandar Lampung agar lebih cepat dan mudah. Aplikasi audit internal ini dibuat berdasarkan standar BAN-PT tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian dan pembuatan program aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah Lembaga Sistem Penjamin Mutu (LSPM) atau pihak yang terkait dalam melakukan proses audit internal hingga pembuatan laporan audit dengan efektif dan efesien.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pangkep Maret sampai April 2009. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengubah usaha budidaya udang windu dari teknologi sederhana ke teknologi madya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pemilik penggarap usaha budidaya udang windu teknologi sederhana dan teknologi madya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis keuntungan/pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan keuntungan usaha budidaya udang windu petani teknologi madya sangat berbeda nyata dengan keuntungan usaha budidaya udang windu petani teknologi sederhana (hasil perhitungan uji-t ternyata t-hitung jauh lebih besar dari pada hasil perhitungan t-tabel). Keuntungan petani teknologi madya jauh lebih tinggi dibanding dengan keuntungan petani teknologi sederhana (hasil analisis keuntungan). Peningkatan teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengubah usaha budidaya udang windu dari teknologi sederhana ke teknologi madya adalah layak untuk diterapkan. Analisis kelayakan menunjukkan cash flow sebesar Rp. 81.838.817, pay back periodenya 1 tahun 5 bulan dan Net Present Value positif (Rp. 58.129.963), serta Benefit Cost Ratio lebih besar satu, yaitu 1,734.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat, Infaq and Alms to Poverty. The data used in this study were obtained from the Aceh Central Statistics Agency and the Baitul Mal Aceh. Data analysis used panel data with a Fixed Effect Model regression model for the period 2013-2017 in 23 Regencies / Cities in Aceh Province. The results showed that partially the Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) variables had a negative and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province / City with a probability value of 0.0128 less than 0.05. Adjusted R² of 0.99, thus means the variable Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS) is able to explain the poverty variable by 99% and the remaining 1% is influenced by variables or other factors that exist outside the model.

ABSTRAKTimbal (Pb) adalah logam berat yang dapat meracuni lingkungan. Timbal (Pb) dapat masuk kedalam tubuh melalui saluran pernafasan, makanan dan minuman serta absorbsi melalui kulit. Kontaminasi timbal (Pb) didalam kemplang dapat berasal dari udara yang tercemar oleh asap kendaraan bermotor pada saat proses pembuatan (tahap penjemuran). Selain itu cemaran timbal juga dapat berasal dari bahan baku ikan yang digunakan pada saat produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kadar logam timbal (Pb) yang terkandung pada kemplang panggang yang dijual di pusat oleh-oleh khas Lampung di Jl. Pagar Alam Segala Mider, Bandar Lampung memenuhi persyaratan atau tidak dari batas standar makanan yang telah di tentukan oleh Badan Standar Nasional (2009) yang menganjurkan batas cemaran logam berat timbal (Pb) dalam kerupuk kemplang yang dikonsumsi oleh manusia sebesar 0,3 mg/kg. Analisis kadar logam timbal (Pb) dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA) AA-7000 Series pada panjang gelombang 283,35 nm dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kelima sampel kemplang yang dianalisis memiliki kadar logam timbal (Pb) yang melebihi batas kadar yang telah ditentukan oleh Badan Standar Nasional (2009) yang menganjurkan batas cemaran logam berat timbal (Pb) dalam kerupuk kemplang yang dikonsumsi oleh manusia sebesar 0,3 mg/kg.Kata kunci : Kemplang, Timbal (Pb), Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of guest satisfaction when breakfast at the Royal Restaurant of Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 90 people as sample. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through data tabulation and descriptive data using percentages. The results of the study found that guest satisfaction about breakfast at the Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi was in the category of satisfaction 90% and the category very satisfied 10%.

1This1research originated from the Industrial Field Experience at Daima Hotel Padang. The author found problems, related to employee work performance and lack of work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on work performance in Daima Hotel Padang. This1type1of1research1is1quantitative1with a1causal assosiative approach. The population in this study were employees of Daima Hotel Padang. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people, namely employees who already had work performance assessments. Data analysis techniques using data description and simple linear regression test using the SPSS Computer1Program1version116.00. Research results show that: Work motivation is in the good category (52.17%), Job Performance is in the quite good category (58.69%) and the simple linear regression test results obtained R Square value of 0.118. Meaning that motivation significantly influences work performance employees at 11.8% and 88.2% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract. The purpose this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bunda Hotel Padang. Type of research quantitative with causal associative approach. The number of samples this study were 31 people who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. This research data uses primary data for work motivation variables with data collection techniques through questionnaires with Likert scales that have been tested for validity and reliability. Employee performance variables use secondary data obtained from HRD Bunda Hotel Padang. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression test with help of SPSS version 16.00 computer program. Results showed that work motivation was in the sufficient category with percentage of 55%. While employee performance is good category with a percentage of 61% and there is positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of employees in Bunda Hotel Padang by 16.2% while 83.8% influenced by other factors. The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in the Premier Basko Hotel F&B product department both in terms of the determination of occupational safety and health policies, occupational safety and health planning, implementation of occupational safety and health plans, monitoring and evaluation of safety performance and occupational health, review and improvement of occupational safety and health. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative data, while the method used in this study is the survey method. The data in this study were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with 6 informants. The conclusion of this research is that the overall implementation of the occupational safety and health management system in Premier Basko Hotel's food and beverage product department is still lacking, as seen in the many things that have not been implemented in the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, as well as many procedures that are lacking in application.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction
