Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kebijakan dalam pengelolaan Diabetes Melitus Tipe II yang berlaku di Indonesia adalah Lima Pilar Diabetes Melitus yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kondisi kesehatan pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II, terutama untuk mengontrol Kadar Glukosa Darah. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lima Pilar Pengelolaan Diabetes Melitus dengan Kadar Glukosa Darah pada pasien DM Tipe II di Puskesmas Bernung Tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional, desain penelitian analitik korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Diabetes Militus Tipe II di Puskesmas Bernung, dengan jumlah sempel 89 Responden, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling, dan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu uji chi-square yang telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Bernung bulan Oktober 2024. Hasil: Disimpulkan terdapat Hubungan Lima Pilar Pengelolaan Diabetes Melitus dengan Kadar Glukosa Darah pada pasien DM Tipe II di Puskesmas Bernung, dengan hasil Lima Pilar Pengelolaan Diabetes Melitus baik sebesar 54 responden (60,7%) dan Kadar Glukosa Darah normal sebesar 51 responden (57,3%), dengan nilai P-Value0.000<0.05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hungungan antara 2 variabel. Simpulan: Pengelolaan Diabetes Melitus Tipe II yang dikelompokkan dalam Lima Pilar yaitu edukasi, diet, aktivitas fisik, Terapi Farmakologi, dan Kontrol Glukosa Darah. Lima Pilar Diabetes Melitus memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat terhadap pengelolaan Glukosa Darah terutama dalam menjaga Kadar Glukosa Darah agar tetap normal.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of soft skills and hard skills as independent variables on work readiness, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at PGRI Semarang University from the 2023 cohort, which consisted of 315 individuals. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning all 315 students were included in the study to ensure comprehensive and representative data. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire designed to measure the relationships between the variables of interest. The analytical method applied was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Smart PLS 3.2.9 software to examine both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. This study aimed to provide a deeper understanding of how the development of both soft and hard skills impacts students’ readiness for entering the workforce and how work motivation plays a pivotal role in mediating these effects. The findings are anticipated to provide valuable insights for educational institutions, particularly in developing curriculum strategies that emphasize a balance between technical competencies and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, the study offers practical implications for creating targeted interventions and training programs to enhance students' motivation and readiness for employment. By identifying the key factors that influence work readiness, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on employability skills and provides actionable recommendations to better prepare students for their transition into professional environments.

Abstract

Employee motivation in the entertainment industry significantly influences productivity and service standards. Tax hikes in this sector can directly impact employees' well-being, reducing their motivation and performance. This research examines the effects of tax increases on employee motivation in the entertainment industry, focusing on concerns voiced by business owners such as Inul Daratista in her karaoke business. The study aims to identify effective strategies to maintain and enhance employee motivation to deliver high- quality services despite facing escalating tax challenges. Additionally, the research aims to provide policy recommendations that consider the welfare and motivation of employees in the entertainment sector. The research methodology employed is descriptive, aiming to depict individual characteristics and relationships among various phenomena in society. Secondary data from multiple relevant sources support the research analysis. A case study approach was chosen to delve into specific phenomena within real-world contexts, providing a comprehensive understanding of the impact of tax policies on the entertainment industry.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity presents challenges in building tolerance between religious communities. Islamic education has an important role in fostering a tolerant attitude through a multicultural approach, which integrates the value of respect for differences in the learning process. This study aims to explore the strategy of multicultural Islamic education in fostering tolerance, identify the challenges faced, and provide strategic recommendations for the development of a more inclusive Islamic education curriculum and policy. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review, which involves the study of literature from books, journals, articles, and academic sources related to multicultural Islamic education and tolerance. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively to identify strategies and challenges in their implementation. The results of the study show that effective strategies include the integration of multicultural values ​​in the curriculum, teacher training to improve competence in teaching tolerance, and the use of dialogical methods that involve students and the community. Significant challenges include cultural resistance, limited educational resources, and negative perceptions of pluralism. The implications of this study are the importance of improving teacher training, developing an inclusive curriculum, and increasing public awareness of pluralism. This study provides a basis for policy makers in designing more responsive education programs, supporting the creation of a harmonious and tolerant Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Eshan Gemilang Pratama Kota Tangerang. The research method used in the study is the Quantitative Method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with 57 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires while data analysis is carried out using the Validity Test analysis, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Kolmogorov Smirnov Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Glejser Test Model) Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Test, Partial Test (t Test) Simultaneous Test (f Test). At a significance rate of 5%, the results of the study found that: The results of the study showed that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially, indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 0.403 + 0.954 X1 showing a positive value which means there is a change in the same direction, where if work motivation (X1) increases by one unit, employee performance (Y) will also increase. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table (25.290> 2.004) and reinforced by a significance value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05). Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 3.134 + 0.917 X2, where the coefficient value is positive, meaning that if work discipline increases, employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table (24.455> 2.004) and reinforced by a significance value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05). The results of the study on employee performance are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.805 + 0.513 X1 + 0.451 X2, where the coefficient value is positive, which means that there is a change in the same direction, where work motivation and work discipline do not change or are fixed, then employee performance will remain positive. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable (469.202> 3.16) and strengthened by a significance value of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the determination coefficient test of the work motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an influence of 97.2% on employee performance at PT Eshan Gemilang Pratama. Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research is prompted by the prevalence of child delinquency cases, encompassing issues such as bullying, lack of manners, and early-age smoking.  Concerns arise regarding the potential implications of these juvenile delinquencies on subsequent behaviors in adolescence.  The primary objective of this study is to delve deeper into the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islamic values education model based on Muhammadiyah school culture at the Muhammadiyah Flagship Elementary School.  The focus is on understanding the role of schools in instilling character values and exploring the benefits of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islamic values education model within the context of Muhammadiyah school culture, particularly in strengthening character values at the Lemahdadi Muhammadiyah Leading Primary School. This research employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive analysis approach.  Data collection, analysis, and description occur simultaneously to address the formulated problem.  The research findings reveal that programs rooted in Muhammadiyah school culture,  including strengthening students' daily worship, Hizbul Wathan training, sacred footprint training, leadership training, market day, Tahfidz Qur'an, and language strengthening in foreign and regional languages, effectively instill the Islamic values of Rahmatan Lil Alamin in students. Teachers play a crucial role in this process through integration into school culture and internalization in religious activities. The various models of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islamic values education, grounded in Muhammadiyah school culture, significantly contribute to the transformation of students' character and behavioral values. The outcomes indicate a positive shift towards humanist, tolerant, friendly, and democratic attributes among students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify policy strategies, research trends, challenges, and opportunities to transform Islamic Religious Higher Education (PTAI) to increase global competitiveness and relevance. This study uses a qualitative paradigm with a literature study approach to analyse the institutional transformation of Islamic higher education. Data were collected by searching for scientific articles in leading databases, such as Scopus and Garuda Kemendikbud. The analysis used content analysis techniques to identify central themes and synthesise data descriptively. The study's results identified several important aspects related to policy strategies, research trends, and challenges and opportunities, including (1) Digital Transformation of Islamic Education, where PTAI needs to develop a curriculum that is in line with technology and ensure that the quality of teaching is maintained. The Diffusion of Innovation Theory explains that factors such as relative advantage, observability, complexity, trialability, and technology compatibility influence the adoption of technology in PTAI; (2) A sustainable Adaptive Education Model based on transformational learning theory, which emphasises the importance of critical reflection on social and environmental changes in order to prepare students to face global challenges; (3) Development of Digital Skills to support the transformation of higher education, by the Theory of Educational Technology; (4) Innovation and Entrepreneurship that focuses on increasing the competitiveness of PTAI, based on the theory of educational entrepreneurship. The implications of this study indicate that PTAI needs to adopt technology and adaptive education models to increase global competitiveness. The study's limitations lie in the limited library sources of international scientific articles. The suggestion for further research is to explore the practical implementation of PTAI transformation in various countries, focusing on field studies.

Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan irreversible, sehingga penderita gagal ginjal kronik akan kehilangan fungsi ginjal secara bertahap dan tidak dapat ubah. Penderita gagal ginjal kronik harus melakukan terapi dialisis sepanjang hidupnya. Ketidakberdayaan serta kurangnya penerimaan diri pasien menjadi faktor psikologis yang mampu mengarahksn pasien pada tingkat stress, cemas bahkan depresi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama sakit dan stres terhadap kualitas hidup pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronis (GGK) yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Desain penelitian ini adalah corelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectiona. Besaran sampel 92 responden. Sampling penelitian menggunakan random sampling, Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan proses perhitungan menggunakan uji regresi linear dengan menggunakan SPSS 18.0 kesalahan α 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lebih dari setengah responden (59,8%) dengan lama sakit < 12 bulan yaitu 55 responden, Lebih dari setengah responden (66,3%), dengan kondisi stress sedang yaitu 61 responden, dan Lebih dari setengah responden (68,5%), dengan kualitas hidup yang cukup yaitu 63 responden dari total 92 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diatas menggunakan uji regresi linear diperoleh p value = 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 Diterima. Kesimpulan yang diambil oleh peneliti yaitu ketika seseorang penderita GGK dengan lama sakitnya kurang dari 12 bulan dengan tingkat stres cukup maka penderita tersebut memiliki kualitas hidup yang cukup pula. Sehingga saling ada pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan yang lain. Untuk itu ketika menemukan penderita dengan GGK alangkah baiknya melakukan menejemen stress dan juga mengajarkan teknik relaksasi agar penderita dapat mengatasi tekanan stress yang berasal dari penyakitnya dan penderita dapat memiliki pola piker positif

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi mempunyai dukungan keluarga yang cukup; sebagian besar pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi mempunyai kualitas hidup tergolong tinggi; terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,534 dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (p value < 0,05). Disarankan pihak RS Lavalette diharapkan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan trerhadap pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi tidak hanya dalam pengobatan medis saja namun perlu melibatakn dukungan keluarga dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien untuk sembuh

Abstract

Relaksasi otot progresif merupakan suatu prosedur untuk mendapatkan relaksasi pada otot. Berbagai studi yang berbasis terapi relaksasi telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi stres dan tingkat stres serta kadar glukosa darah. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan adanya Pengaruh relaksasi otot progesif terhadap tingkat stres dan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien dengan DM type 2 di Ruang Diamond RS Lavalette Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre experimental design dengan jenis pre test and post test one group design. Dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Teknik pengolahan data statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 11.5 menggunakan t-paried test. Dari hasil uji t-paried test di dapatkan bahwa relaksasi otot progesif dapat mempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah pada pasien dengan DM type 2 di Ruang Diamond RS Lavalette Malang dan di dapatkan bahwa bahwa relaksasi otot progesif dapat mempengaruhi tingkat stres pada pasien dengan DM type 2 di Ruang Diamond RS Lavalette Malang dengan nilai p=0,000. Relaksasi otot progresif juga dapat mempengaruhi perubahan impuls syaraf pada jalur aferen ke otak dimana aktivasi menjadi inhibisi. Hipofisis anterior diinhibisi sehingga ACTH yang menyebakan sekresi kortisol menurun sehingga proses glukoneogenesis, katabolisme protein dan lemak yang berperan dalam penurunan kadar gula darah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lagi sebagai intervensi keperawatan mandiri yang berbasis terapi komplementer dan diharapkan dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan metode dan alat serta jumlah sampel yang lebih besar sehingga dapat menyempurnakan hasil penelitian ini
