Abstract

Background. The digital era is the historical period characterized by the existence of digital technology, including communication and social interaction. The unrealized discoveries in the field of technology will also affect social change greatly, and will also have a very serious impact on education indirectly.Aim. This paper will elaborate how the theory of symbolic interaction and the theory of social change as a collaborative approach in carrying-out social research and solutions in dealing with the current digital era. the qualitative approach is used in this research with a critical-analytic method to a social case.Methods. Library research was conducted to analyze the theory of this social change as the data took from many kinds of literature that contained this theory.Results. Explained in this paper the theory of symbolic interaction initiated by George Herbert Mead and later completed by Herbert Blumer. This symbolic interaction theory has three main key concepts: mind, self, society where the symbols of attitudes, behavior, ways of speaking are seen in the interactions that take place. Meanwhile, the theory of social change initiated by Auguste Comte and Herbert Spencer is a theory about changes in the structure of society that can affect the patterns of social interaction and something that can build human character towards a better process or vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurship education, digital transformation, and data literacy can synergistically contribute to building an innovative micro-enterprise ecosystem in the digital economy era. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from scholarly articles retrieved through Google Scholar and various credible websites spanning 1983–2025. From an initial 50 articles, a strict selection process based on relevance and validity resulted in 37 articles used as the primary sources for analysis. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education plays a role in shaping creative mindsets, innovative capabilities, and adaptive attitudes among micro-entrepreneurs in response to technological change. Digital transformation has been shown to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach through the implementation of digital platforms and online marketing systems. Meanwhile, data literacy strengthens entrepreneurs’ analytical capabilities for making information-based decisions. The synergy of these three components creates a resilient, adaptive, and competitive micro-enterprise ecosystem amid the dynamics of the digital economy.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is a strategic sector that makes a significant contribution to the national economy. This growth is inseparable from the increasing population, increasingly widespread urbanization, and changes in people's lifestyles, which tend to prefer ready-to-eat food and practical drinks. Furthermore, the development of digital technology, particularly e-commerce and food delivery services, has opened up significant opportunities for companies to reach a wider market without geographical limitations. This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets (in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023). The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that partially, Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on ROA, Price to Book Value does not have a significant effect on ROA, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on ROA. These findings provide implications for investors and management of Food and Beverage companies in considering the company's financial structure and operational efficiency in increasing profitability.

Abstract

This study addresses a critical gap in the field of educational management, namely the insufficient integration of Islamic ethical and spiritual principles into contemporary theories of management and educational practice. It proposes a conceptual and theoretical framework that bridges management, education, and Islamic thought to advance holistic institutional development. Employing a library-based descriptive–analytical methodology, the study critically synthesizes classical Islamic scholarship, including the works of al-Ghazālī and Ibn Khaldūn, with modern theories of management and education articulated by scholars such as Deming and Dewey, alongside global policy frameworks such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4. Conceptual triangulation across these intellectual traditions was used to enhance analytical depth and validate the findings. The results reveal three principal dimensions of integration: first, the convergence of management and education, which aligns strategic planning and continuous quality improvement with human development and social responsibility; second, the ethical and spiritual contributions of Islamic thought, which embed the principles of amanah (trust), ‘adl (justice), and shura (consultation) into leadership, governance, and curriculum design; and third, the broader interdisciplinary implications for cultivating institutional cultures grounded in values, participatory governance, and equity-oriented curricula. The study contributes theoretically by positioning Islamic ethics as foundational design parameters within educational management discourse and practically by offering actionable insights for institutional governance, leadership capacity-building, and curriculum reform. The proposed framework provides a pathway for institutions to achieve global competitiveness while remaining anchored in ethical authenticity and cultural integrity.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the improvement in the quality of higher education based on the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy. One form of policy of the Minister of Education and Culture in improving quality is through the MBKM policy. This study is an idea presented based on literature reflection where data is collected through literature review, analyzed and presented in discussion. Improving the quality of human resources through improving the quality of education is an investment made by the government. The Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) is a real effort made by the government to answer future challenges. There are four main MBKM programs, namely ease of opening new study programs, changes to the higher education accreditation system, ease of state universities becoming legal entity PTNs and the right to study three semester study programs outside. The concept of implementing MBKM is to create an autonomous and flexible learning process in higher education so as to create an innovative learning culture that suits student needs, and is able to encourage students to master various knowledge that is useful for entering the world of work, as well as providing opportunities for students to determine their major they will take.

Abstract

Giyanto committed the crime by willfully disobeying orders from superiors, and the issue at hand is whether the perpetrator's actions here complied with the law as set forth in the Book of Law 39 of 1997 concerning Military Criminal Law (KUHPM), as well as whether the judge's decision to impose a 6-month sentence plus an additional sentence was proper. This study use normative research methodologies, analyzes qualitative data, uses secondary data, and uses deductive reasoning to reach findings. The findings of the study and the discussion demonstrate that Giyanto is mindful of his decision to disobey or arbitrarily deviate from a superior's order. It follows that his activities satisfied the requirements for a crime as defined in Article 103(1) of the Military Criminal Code.

Abstract

The punishment for the criminal offense of the application of Article 338 jo. Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code committed by the defendant Putra Susanto bin Satiman, is based on the sanctions imposed by the judge on the defendant who committed the crime of attempted murder. The formulation of the problem in this article is whether the application of Article 338 jo. Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code against the perpetrator of the crime of persecution in Decision Number 596/Pid.B/2022/PN Btm is appropriate or not? And whether the imposition of imprisonment for 7 (seven) years in Decision Number 596/Pid.B/2022/PN Btm is appropriate with the purpose of punishment. This research method uses a normative juridical research type that is descriptive analytical, using secondary data obtained through literature studies and processed qualitatively and then drawing conclusions in a deductive manner. The results that The application of Article 338 jo. Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code was not appropriate because the defendant's actions did not constitute the crime of attempted murder, but rather persecution. In conclusion, the application of Article 338 jo. 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in Decision Number 596/Pid.B/2022/PN Btm is not appropriate.

Abstract

Background: Missing or lost teeth after tooth extraction may lead to tooth decay and infection. Many cases of tooth loss will not be followed with prosthodontics or rehabilitative treatments. Patients might be aware of partial denture, however no concern to replace the missing teeth.Aims: This study was to determine the relationship between the levels of knowledge and interest in using the partial dentures.Methods: This study was an observational analytic survey with cross sectional design, conducted in October - November 2017. The work involved 60 patients who had pulled teeth at Kanina Dental Clinic, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, who had been selected using purposive sampling technique. Levels of knowledge and interest among the participants were assessed by a set of questionnaire. The data obtained was then analysed using Kendall's Tau test.Results: From the study, we found that 35 respondents had good knowledge and high interest to use partial dentures (58.3%), while the other 22 patients (40%) had been noted with less knowledge and poor maintenance. From Kendall's Tau test, we found a significant relationship between the patient's knowledge and partial removal denture maintenance of p value = 0.003. This study also highlights the role of patients' peer to their decision to use the removable partial dentures.Conclusion: Respondents may consider loosing teeth affected to their physical aesthetics, masticatory system, and speaking comfort. Data shows the higher knowledge to the benefits of partial dentures the higher their interest in using removable partial dentures after tooth extraction. Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis komunikasi transendental dalam tradisi ritual Cok Bakal pernikahan masyarakat Desa Dayurejo Kecamatan Prigen Kabupaten Pasuruan penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan tradisi kebudayaan masyarakat yang masih kuat dalam melakukan ritual Cok Bakal. Komunikasi transendental dalam tradisi ritual Cok Bakal pernikahan ini jarang di angkat kedalam sebuah penelitian ilmiah khususnya dalam konteks Ilmu Komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif pendekatan teori interaksionisme simbolik yang bertumpu pada 3 premis utama George Harbert Mead yaitu pikiran (Mind), Bahasa (Language), simbol signifikan (Significant Symbol). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini didapat dari data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya makna ritual Cok Bakal merupakan sebuah bentuk rasa sukur dan juga permohonan kelancaran acara dengan memohon kepada leluhur Desa dan Tuhan pencipta alam. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna ritual Cok Bakal dalam konsep Meed merupakan bagian dari komunikasi transendental yang memiliki pemikiran bahwasannya masyarakat mempercayai adanya hubungan yang tercipta melalui ritual melalui simbol-simbol yang di ciptakan sebagai perantara penyambung hubungan antara pemimpin ritual dengan leluhur Desa dan Tuhan yang maha esa. Dalam konteks bahasa juga di gunakan pemimpin ritual sebagai alat berinteraksi dengan leluhur dan Tuhan yang di tuangkan dalam bentuk Ujub Jowo, penerjemah terhadap orang yang memiliki hajat
