Abstract

In Indragiri Hilir Regency, there are many ATM locations at several points in the downtown area of Tembilahan and Link Agents spread throughout Indragiri Hilir Regency. However, not all people in Indragiri Hilir Regency know the location of ATMs and Link Agents, especially those that are far from the center of Tembilahan city and from other areas that have just set foot in the downstream Indragiri district. So the researchers tried to build a Web-based Geographic Information System, by mapping the locations of ATMs and Link Agents spread across Indragiri Hilir District. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based Geographic Information System application that can provide accurate data needed by users who need information. This study uses the Waterfall development model or "Linear Sequential Model" which describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development. At the analysis stage the researcher uses PIECES analysis. The goal is to minimize the weaknesses of the system that will be made. In the process of designing the system, researchers used modeling with the UML approach. The results of this research can provide instructions and make it easier for users to find the location of the nearest ATM and Link Agent in the city of Tembilahan because the system created has already been equipped with location points and the route the user wants to go.

Abstract

As time progresses, da'wah work continues to be carried out by each group of the Muslim movement which has its own way of carrying out its da'wah. One of them is the Tablighi Jema'ah. To awaken the spiritual spirit in the self and life of every Muslim, the Tablighi Jema'ah has its own management. This research will describe (1) how the management of the Tablighi Jema'ah increases awareness of worship in the Medan Area sub-district community. (2) Tablighi Jema'ah profile. (3) What are the obstacles faced in the da'wah management process by the Tablighi Jema'ah? The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews (randomly) and observation in the context of searching and extracting information and collecting data. The results of this research show that the Tablighi Jema'ah implements da'wah management in its da'wah process, namely using da'wah management functions (planning, organizing, mobilizing or implementing da'wah and evaluation). The material presented by the Tablighi Jema'ah was related to the mahdah worship and the rewards for good deeds performed. Apart from that, the Tablighi Jema'ah also invites congregational prayers at the mosque and brings the mosque to life. The Tablighi congregation conveys its preaching through studies and coming directly to people's homes. However, there are still several obstacles in the process of da'wah management, such as material readiness when preaching and responses in the community, but this is not a significant problem for them, because through good management all obstacles can be overcome well.

Abstract

Ethics is combined with communication, so ethics becomes the basic foundation in communication, ethics provides a moral foundation in building a moral system for all a person's attitudes and behavior in communication. However, ethical challenges and obstacles are the main thing in situations or problems that involve moral considerations or ethical principles in the communication process. For this reason, this paper tries to analyze the concept of Islamic communication ethics and its application in the digital era. the role of communication ethics in various aspects of life, including personal, professional and social relationships. Talking about ethics in Islam cannot be separated from the science of morals as a branch of Islamic religious knowledge. The library method was the choice for this research. The bibliographic method plays an important role in formulating the theoretical basis and conceptual framework. Comprehensive analysis of literature relevant to communication ethics. A qualitative approach is used to analyze data obtained from various scientific papers, books, research reports and other reliable sources. The research results reveal that communication ethics has ethical concepts, namely freedom, responsibility and conscience. There are two forms of communication studied, namely personal communication and mass communication. Communication ethics elaborates the ethical standards used by communicants and communicators. There are at least seven perspectives on communication ethics, namely: political perspective, human nature perspective, dialogical perspective, situational perspective, religious perspective, utilitarian perspective, and legal perspective. The application of communication ethics in the digital era is generation Z who uses information technology intuitively. Characteristics of Generation Z which tends to want instant and low ability to validate information. This behavior makes generation Z very easy to fall for information validation (hoaxes), this is what makes generation Z's social media ethics very bad. Generation Z is very at risk of negative things on the Internet or social media, it is not impossible that negative activities on the internet can be imitated directly in real life. So parents need to pay attention to the ethical treatment of their children on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah, Kecamatan Samalanga, dengan fokus pada perbaikan infrastruktur jalan, selokan dan penghijauan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh kelompok mahasiswa yang melakukan observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi masalah infrastruktur yang memerlukan perbaikan. Proses perbaikan melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penutupan proyek selama dua bulan. Selama pelaksanaan, kelompok menghadapi kendala karena beberapa anggota tidak memiliki keterampilan tertentu. Solusi ditemukan dengan meminta bimbingan dari guru dan pekerja konstruksi setempat. Rekomendasi tindak lanjut menyoroti pentingnya optimalisasi manajemen risiko dalam perbaikan infrastruktur. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berhasil meningkatkan infrastruktur di Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah. Meskipun menghadapi kendala, kerjasama yang baik dan semangat gotong-royong dari santri menciptakan dampak positif. Kesuksesan proyek ini diharapkan menjadi inspirasi bagi mahasiswa dan santri lain untuk melanjutkan upaya perbaikan infrastruktur dan pengabdian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui Pengembangan strategi komunikasi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kominfo dalam meningkatkan wisatawan di Air terjun Pletuk Desa Jurug Sooko Ponorogo; (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam melaksanakan strategi komunikasi dalam meningkatkan wisatawan Di Air Terjun Pletuk desa Jurug Sooko Ponorogo. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yakni dengan menyajikan data dalam bentuk deskripsi berupa naratif, kata-kata, ungkapan, pendapat dan gagasan yang dikumpulkan oleh peneliti dari beberapa sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata dan Kominfo melakukan strategi komunikasi dalam meningkatkan wisatawan di Air terjun Pletuk Desa Jurug Sooko Ponorogo. Strategi yang digunakan yaitu pengenalan khalayak, penyusunan pesan, penetapan metode dan penggunaan media. Adapun faktor yang mendukung strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kominfo yaitu adanya potensi wisata SDA Air terjun Pletuk Desa Jurug Sooko Ponorogo, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Jurug Sooko Ponorogo. Selanjutnya faktor penghambat jalannya strategi komunikasi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kominfo Ponorogo yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan adanya pariwisata dan ketersediaan dana dan infrastuktur yang masih perlu di benahi.

Abstract

Tujuan Utama - Menguji pengaruh persepsi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), pemahaman akuntansi, dan pengenalan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP) terhadap penerapan SAK ETAP di lingkungan UMKM. Metode - Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan dengan eksplanatori dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang ada. Temuan - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAK ETAP yang berarti pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang memahami akuntansi dan mengakui SAK ETAP untuk diterapkan di UMKM. Kemudian hasil uji validitas menunjukkan nilai 0,923 sedangkan data dapat dikatakan reliabel jika > 0,7. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa data hasil uji validitas tersebut reliabel atau signifikan karena melebihi angka standar yaitu 0,7. Teori dan Implikasi Praktis - Teori Entitas dan Teori Perilaku Terencana. Dampak dari penelitian adalah dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk menerapkan SAK ETAP pada UMKM yang didasari dengan pemahaman akuntansi dan mengenali SAK ETAP yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM. Kebaruan - Kontribusi Potensial terhadap Kebijakan dan Praktik Akuntansi UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi regulator dan pihak-pihak terkait dalam menyusun kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung penerapan SAK ETAP pada UMKM.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach, in which symptoms are measured using numbers. The results of this study, from the results of calculations using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 for windows it is known that the tcount is 8.577. With α = 5%, dk = 62-2 = 60, a table value of 1,670 is obtained. From these figures it can be seen that tcount (8.577) > ttable (1.670), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded if the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is an effect of organizational activity on the confidence of Semester IV and VI Students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program Tebingtinggi Islamic High School Deli. Based on the Adjusted R Square value of 0.543 or 54.3%, this shows that if the activity activeness variable can explain the confidence variable of 54.3% the remaining 45.7% (100% - 54. 3%) is explained by the variables Other variables not included in this study such as interpersonal communication, campus environment, learning achievement, peers, etc. are not meticulous in this study. From the results of a simple linear regression equation that has the formulation Y = a + bX + ɛ, the equation is Y = 19.032 + 0.855X. Which means that the constant value (a) of the dependent variable (Y), namely the confidence of 19,032, is positive indicating the predicted value of the average confidence variable will continue to rise by 19,032 units even though the activeness variable is zero, and the the regression coefficient value of the active variable is organized (X ) amounted to 0. 855 indicating a positive sign which means that it shows the magnitude of the role of the organized activity variable (X) on self-confidence with the assumption that the organized activity variable (X) is constant. This means that if the activeness factor increases by 1 unit of value, then it is predicted that self-confidence will increase by 0.855 unit of value assuming the variable of activeness is constant.

Abstract

The customary law of the Alas tribe in Southeast Aceh stipulates that male heirs hold exclusive rights to inheritance, as they are considered responsible for their extended families, while women are viewed merely as complements and excluded from inheritance. This practice contradicts the provisions of Islamic law outlined in the Qur'an. This study aims to explore the inheritance practices within the Alas community and analyze them from the perspective of Islamic law. This field research employs a descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Alas community continues to adhere to the tradition in which women do not receive inheritance. This practice is justified by mutual consent reached through deliberations among the heirs. Abstract

This review article explores the pivotal role of education in women's development. Education has long been recognized as a crucial factor in promoting gender equality and empowering women worldwide. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and empirical studies, this review highlights the multifaceted ways in which education contributes to women's development across various domains. Education enhances women's economic empowerment by equipping them with knowledge, skills, and qualifications that improve their employability and income-earning potential. It enables women to break free from the cycle of poverty, providing opportunities for economic independence and financial stability. Moreover, education fosters entrepreneurship, allowing women to create and manage businesses, thereby contributing to economic growth and societal development. Education plays a fundamental role in promoting women's health and well-being. Educated women tend to have better knowledge of healthcare practices, leading to improved maternal and child health outcomes. They are more likely to make informed decisions about reproductive health, family planning, and disease prevention. Education also acts as a protective factor against early marriage, adolescent pregnancy, and gender-based violence, positively impacting women's physical and mental health. Further education serves as a catalyst for women's social and political empowerment. It enhances women's confidence, critical thinking, and leadership skills, enabling them to actively participate in decision-making processes at individual, community, and national levels. Education cultivates a sense of agency among women, challenging traditional gender roles and norms, and promoting gender equality. Increased educational attainment among women is associated with greater gender equality in society, reduced discrimination, and increased political representation. Additionally, education contributes to the advancement of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, which have traditionally been male-dominated. By providing equal educational opportunities, breaking down gender stereotypes, and fostering supportive learning environments, education empowers women to pursue careers in STEM, driving innovation, and bridging the gender gap in these fields. This review underscores the indispensable role of education in women's development. It highlights the transformative power of education in promoting economic empowerment, improving health outcomes, fostering social and political participation, and advancing women in traditionally male-dominated domains. Recognizing and investing in women's education is crucial for achieving gender equality, sustainable development, and creating a more inclusive and equitable society
