Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konteks deradikalisasi Islam melalui pendidikan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal. Untuk maksud tersebut, dilakukan penelitian mendalam pada masyarakat Cigugur. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa sikap toleran, saling menghargai, saling menghormati, dan bahkan saling bekerja sama yang tercipta dalam kehidupan masyarakat Cigugur yang multi agama dan multikultural didukung oleh aktualisasi pendidikan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal yang mencakup tiga dimensi, yakni dimensi waktu, dimensi tempat, dan dimensi isi. Menurut dimensi waktu, pendidikan diselenggarakan dalam tiga fase, yakni sateuacan nitis (sebelum nitis), sateuacan boboran (sebelum lahir), dan saatosna boboran (setelah lahir). Menurut dimensi tempat, masyarakat Cigugur menyelenggarakan pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga (pendidikan informal), lingkungan sekolah (pendidikan formal), dan lingkungan masyarakat (pendidikan nonformal). Sementara, menurut dimensi isi, terdapat etika sebagai pedoman dan tuntunan berperilaku sosial yakni berupa cara ciri manusia dan cara ciri bangsa. This article aims to describe the context of the de-radicalization of Islam through multicultural education based on local wisdom. For this purpose, conducted in-depth research on Cigugur society. The study produced findings that tolerance, mutual respect, and even cooperate with each other in Cigugur society that’s multi-religious and multicultural, supported by the actualization of multicultural education based on local wisdom that includes three dimensions, namely the dimension of time, the dimensions of the place, and dimensional content. According to the dimension of time, education was held in three phases, namely “sateuacan nitis” (before mariage), “sateuacan boboran” (before birth), and “saatosna boboran” (after birth). According to the dimensions of the place, the people Cigugur education in the family environment (informal education), school environment (formal education) and community (non-formal education). Meanwhile, according to the dimensions of the content, there are ethical guidelines and guidance in social behavior, namely “cara ciri manusia” and “cara-ciri bangsa”.

Entrepreneurship (Kewirausahaan) adalah proses kreativitas dan inovasi berisiko tinggi yang menambah nilai produk dan layanan bagi konsumen dan masyarakat. Inti dari kewirausahaan adalah kemampuan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dan berbeda melalui berpikir kreatif dan inovatif untuk menciptakan peluang. Seiring berjalannya waktu, dibutuhkan jiwa wirausaha yang tumbuh dari generasi muda untuk menunjang perekonomian melalui wirausaha. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiwa Jisda Thailand dengan pengenalan belajar tentang kewirausahaan, minat dan motivasi serta manfaat berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini menjelaskan mengenai konsep memulai bisnis, meliputi rencana bisnis, berbagai peluang bisnis, manfaat memulai bisnis, dan karakteristik kewirausahaan. Perlunya motivasi pada bidang wirausaha bagi para mahasiswa agar bisa mempertinggi minat mahasiwa Jisda Thailand dalam berwirausaha yang nantinya bisa membantu perekonomian dirinya dan keluarganya. Diharapakan bagi mahasiwa Jisda Thailand setelah mereka selesai perkuliahan dan memiliki jiwa berwirausaha agar mereka bisa membuatkan keterampilannya sebagai lapangan bisnis untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain.

This research aims to find out and examine how sustainable the Medan Zoo business is from an Islamic Economic Perspective. Running a sustainable economy can be said to be the same as upholding Islamic law. Medan Zoo is one of the oldest tourist attractions in Indonesia which has a diversity of animals and is an educational place. However, in the past 2 years there have been various problems, one of which is that several rare animals have died. This research uses qualitative research methods with an observation and literature study approach. The results of this research show that the Medan city government has not been optimal in its efforts to sustain the Medan Zoo garden business from an Islamic economic perspective. This can be seen from humans as zoo managers who are less than optimal in caring for the animals in the Medan Zoo because salaries are not given. , The environment is damaged due to the lack of more attention from the city government as the person responsible for the Medan Zoo, and a decrease in profits caused by no change in quality both in terms of environment and facilities as well as competition with other tourist attractions

Kesuksesan seseorang tidak ditentukan semata-mata oleh pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknis (hard skill) saja, tetapi lebih oleh kemampuan mengelola diri dan komunikasi dengan orang lain (soft skill). Keterbatasan kemampuan dan keterampilan berkomunikasi pada anak-anak keturunan pemulung dan anak yatim piatu, khususnya di lingkungan RT.03 Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru tentunya berpotensi menghambat masa depan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeluarkan anak-anak tersebut dari jerat kemiskinan melalui peningkatan keterampilan (softskill) berkomunikasi agar nantinya dapat berbicara di depan publik dan diharapkan nanti ketika dewasa dapat memperoleh penghasilan karena sedari dini mereka telah memiliki bekal keterampilan berkomunikasi. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Melalui materi presentasi yang disampaikan berupa penayangan video, anak-anak memperoleh pemahaman yang tepat dan mudah dimengerti. Selanjutnya sesi tanya jawab yang sifatnya untuk memperkaya wawasan mitra pengabdian. Hasil dari pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu adanya respon positif dan proaktif dari mitra terhadap kegiatan ini. Hal ini terlihat dari animo sasaran untuk mengikuti kegiatan sangat tinggi, terbukti dengan kehadiran peserta untuk mengikuti kegiatan mencapai 100% dari total mitra pengabdian yang terdata.

This research analyzes community economic empowerment from an Islamic economic perspective, focusing on the case study of Siundol rice field farmers in Padang Lawas. Utilizing a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the economic empowerment of the Siundol rice farming community in Padang Lawas is not yet optimal, primarily due to several factors: limited access to capital, low levels of education and skills, minimal access to information and technology, weak farmer institutions, and insufficient government involvement in empowering the community's economy. From an Islamic economic perspective, community economic empowerment should adhere to the principles of Islamic sharia, which include justice, balance, togetherness, and sustainability. This study aims to determine the feasibility study of fish-based processed products caught by fishermen on Bengkalis Island and Rupat Island as one of the islands included in the category of Border Islands. In this study, several aspects of the feasibility study were examined which included aspects of market feasibility and marketing (product quality and taste, determination of processed product users and market maps and customer needs for products), production aspects (type of production, production capacity and use of technology) and aspects of financial (investment and economy). trials for making products using lomek fish (Harpodon nehereus), biang fish (Ilisha elongata) and gonjeng fish (Coilia mystus) with processed products that have been successfully produced are dimsum, chips, otak-otak, meatballs and nuggets. The results of this study indicate that the quality and taste of nugget products using the organoleptic and hedonic tests of the resulting product obtained for the aroma indicator is in the 3.61 interval range with the delicious/fragrant category, then for the taste indicator in the delicious category with an interval value of 3.70. Furthermore, the panelist's assessment of product texture was at an interval of 3.35 with the soft/soft category and for the color of the panelists gave an interval of 2.80 with a slightly appetizing category. Likewise with other products, the results of the organoleptic and hedonic tests showed that the panelists received and gave good responses to each test in the available indicators. The overall financial feasibility aspect of the product is feasible to run and develop more optimally, as seen from the R/C1 test results. This research is expected to bring up new business opportunities that can help improve the welfare and improve the economy of the people in the outermost island areas of Indonesia's borders

This research examines the implementation of mukhabarah in the management of productive waqf to improve social welfare in Bireuen. Mukhabarah, as a profit-sharing system in agriculture, allows cooperation between nadzir (waqf managers) and cultivators to manage waqf land productively. The research results show that mukhabarah can increase land productivity, cultivator income, and the quality of life of the community. The social impacts of this system include reducing unemployment, increasing agricultural skills, and strengthening social ties. However, the implementation of mukhabarah faces challenges such as a lack of understanding and skills of nadzir, unsupportive regulations, and limited access to capital and technology. The role of the government and Islamic financial institutions is very important in supporting and overcoming these challenges. By increasing the capacity of nadzir and cultivators, developing supportive regulations, facilitating access to capital and technology, infrastructure and market support, as well as collaboration between stakeholders, it is hoped that the implementation of mukhabarah can run more effectively and provide optimal benefits for community welfare.

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kecemasan dan variabel independen adalah sense of humor. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adaah skala sense of humor dan skala kecemasan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua mahasiswa populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi yang berjumlah 77 orang. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas pada sense of humor bergerak dari 0,363 sampai 0,804, sedangkan koefisien reliability nya sebesar 0,932, dan untuk koefisien validitas pada kecemasan bergerak dari 0,312 sampai 0,787, sedangkan koefisien reliability nya sebesar 0,929. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar -0,447 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,005 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi. Dengan besar sumbangan efektif sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi sebesar 20 %. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between a sense of humor and anxiety in students who are under thesis. The dependent variable in this study is anxiety and the independent variable is a sense of humor. The measuring instrument used in this research is the sense of humor scale and the anxiety scale. The sampling technique is saturated sample, which is a sampling technique in which all student populations are sampled. The sample in this study were students who were under thesis, totaling 77 people. The test results show that the validity coefficient on the sense of humor moves from 0.363 to 0.804, while the reliability coefficient is 0.932, and the validity coefficient on anxiety moves from 0.312 to 0.787, while the reliability coefficient is 0.929. Based on data analysis, the correlation value is -0.447 with a significance level of 0.005, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between a sense of humor and anxiety in students who are under thesis. With a large effective contribution of sense of humor with anxiety to students who are guiding their thesis, Padang by 20%.

Purpose – This study aims to test and analyze the effect of role ambiguity and work stress on employee performance directly and indirectly through organizational citizenship behaviour in hospitality companies in Medan.Method – This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire to measure the research variables objectively. The research population is all permanent employees of the hospitality industry in Medan city, have a tenure of more than one year, and must work in an environment with a hierarchical structure that supports the measurement of role ambiguity. The study sample was taken from as many as 100-200 employees of the hospitality industry in Medan to meet one of the requirements of the data analysis method using SEM. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach using SEM_PLS.Findings – The results of this study indicate that role ambiguity affects employee performance, work stress affects but is not significant to employee performance, role ambiguity, and organizational citizenship behaviour affect organizational citizenship behaviour, and there is a direct positive and significant effect between organizational citizenship behaviour on employee performance of hotel companies in Medan City. Indirectly, role ambiguity and work stress positively and significantly affect employee performance of hospitality companies in Medan.Originality/Novelty – This study examines role ambiguity and work stress as more comprehensive predictors of employee performance and then explicitly explores the importance of organizational citizenship behaviour as a mediator in the relationship between role ambiguity and work stress and employee performance.Implications – This study has shown that organizational citizenship behaviour mediates the effect of role ambiguity and work stress on employee performance. Recommendations for further research include analyzing or using organizational citizenship behaviour variables as independent variables, not as mediating variables.

One of the regions contributing to stingray fisheries production in Indonesia is Aceh province. The condition of stingray fisheries in Indonesia is currently facing challenges as the population is decreasing while the demand for stingray fishery resources domestically and abroad continues to increase. This condition certainly requires integrated stingray fisheries management efforts so that the rays population, especially in the waters of Aceh province, remains sustainable. This study aimed to determine the number, type, and distribution of stingray fishing grounds landed at the Ujong Baroh Fish Landing Base (PPI). The research was carried out in 2 stages; the first stage was to conduct a field survey by following fishermen directly to the sea and using interview questionnaires, and the second stage was to take satellite image data of sea depth, fishing location, and fishing distance and then make a map of stingray fishing ground distribution landed at Ujong Baroh Fish Landing Base, West Aceh. The number of stingray catches landed at Ujong Baroh Fish Landing Base during the study was 428, consisting of 11 species: 369 Maculabatis macrura, 42 Myliobatis tobijei, 14 Rhynchobatus australiae, 28 Dasyatis kuhlii, 8 Pateobatis uarnacoides, 7 Gymnura zonura, 6 Himantura leoparda, 2 Rhina ancylostoma, 2 Rhinobatos borneensis, 1 Aetobatus narinari, and 1 Taeniuriops meyeni. The results of the mapping analysis showed 18 distribution points of stingray fishing grounds and 4 fishing locations that obtained stingray catches, namely at the coordinates of 338.136'N and 9629.056'E, 42.144'N and 962.431'E, 416.599'N and 9532.000'E, 334.51472'N and 9625.80414'E.Keywords:MappingFishing GroundStingrayEastern Season
