This research was to find out: (1) the types of discourse markers used by the EFL students in argumentative text and (2) the functions of discourse markers used by the EFL students in argumentative text. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The respondents of this research were the second grade of EFL students; the total students were 30 students. The research data were collected by using an instrument namely writing activity. The writing consisted by argumentative text.  The data were analyzed qualitatively. The first important finding from this research was about the types of DMs used by the students? in three kinds of different text, there are 30 types of DMs used by the students in the comparison and compare text and the second important finding was there are four category of functions used by the students in writing activity, they were contrastive markers, inferential markers, elaborative markers, and additional subclasses markers. Despite the fact that DMs can create a smooth talk or make the conversation more natural, the students should be able to use DMs wisely in term of fluency and coherence measured in the students? writing.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menemukan: (1) jenis pemarkah wacana yang digunakan oleh siswa dalam penulisan teks argumentatif dan (2) fungsi dari pemarkah wacana yang ada dalam penulisan teks argumentatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas dua dengan jumlah siswa ada 30 siswa. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan sebuah instrumen yang bernama kegiatan menulis. Dalam kegiatan menulis ini menggunakan teks argumentatif, Data yang terkumpul dari kegiatan menulis ini kemudian akan di analisa secara kualitatif. Hal penting pertama yang telah ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis pemarkah wacana yang digunakan oleh siswa dalam tiga jenis teks yang berbeda, bahwa ada 30 jenis pemarkah wacana dalam teks argumentatif, Hal penting kedua yang telah ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada empat fungsi pemarkah wacana yang digunakan oleh siswa dalam kegiatan menulis, yaitu pemarkah perbedaan, pemarkah kesimpulan, pemarkah uraian, dan yang terakhir adalah pemarkah tambahan. Meskipun kenyataannya bahwa pemarkah wacana dapat membuat percakapan itu menjadi halus atau membuat percakapannya menjadi lebih lazim seperti kebiasaan, siswa seharusnya juga dapat menggunakan pemarkah wacana dengan bijak dalam kelancaran dan memperhatikan hubungan satu kata dengan kata lain dalam tulisan mereka.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai sarana memberikan wawasan tentang koperasi syariah bagi Komunitas Bakti Sahabat Depok. Sekaligus memberikan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pendirian koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah. Disisi lain pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai kontribusi nyata Politeknik Negeri Jakarta dalam hal ini program studi Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah.Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) yang merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) yang mampu melayani kebutuhan masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil. Lembaga ini memfasilitasi terbangunnya kondisi (sistem, metoda, teknik dan output) terwujudnya perimbangan kekayaan yang tidak hanya berada pada segolongan masyarakat. Secara simultan, KSPPS juga menjadi wadah sinergi masyarakat dan manciptakan kearifan lokal. Kearifan local yang dimaksud adalah bagaimana menyiapkan infrastruktur pembangunan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat lokal, yang tidak memiliki ketergantungan permanen pada bantuan, baik dari pemerintah maupun yang lain. Pelaksanaan KSPPS dilakukan dengan bersandar kepada aturan syariah dan aturan koperasi yang ada selama tidak bertentangan dengan hukum syariah. Kekuatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial dari KSPPS  ini menjadi kelebihan koperasi berbasis syariah dengan koperasi simpan pinjam konvensional. Dalam menjalankan program pengabdian ini akan dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan metode; persiapan, pembelajaran, dan pendirian koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah.

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu disiplin ilmu keislaman yang membahas objek-objek di seputar kependidikan Islam. Pemahaman hakikat Pendidikan Islam sebenarnya tercantum di dalam sejarah dan falsafah Islam sendiri, sebab setiap proses pendidikan tidak terlepas dari objek-objek keislaman. Filsafat pendidikan Islam adalah konsep berfikir tentang kependidikan yang bersumber atau berlandaskan pada ajaran Islam tentang kemampuan manusia untuk dapat dibina dan dikembangkan serta dibimbing menjadi manusia muslim yang seluruh pribadinya dijiwai oleh ajaran Islam. Kajian filosofis yang digunakan filsafat pendidikan Islam mengandung arti bahwa filsafat pendidikan Islam itu merupakan pemikiran yang mendalam, sistematik, radikal, dan universal dalam rangka mencari kebenaran, inti hakikat pendidikan Islam. Filsafat pendidikan Islam berdasarkan wahyu, tidak semata berpijak humanistik, tidak mengenal kebenaran terbatas, tapi universal. Berusaha mengembangkan pandangan yang integral dan mengintergralkan pandangan antara dunia dan akhirat sekaligus. Filsafat pendidikan Islam mengembangkan semua aspek kepribadian, mulai akal, intuisi, akal budi dan inderawi. Ide-ide filsafat pendidikan Islam selain bersifat teoritik juga realistik yang dapat diwujudkan dalam tingkah laku, dan mudah transformasikan dalam kehidupan. Padahal ini akan ada penjelasan yang menjelaskan seputar definisi, maca-m macam metode, prinsip dan tujuan pembelajaran yang ditinjau dari filsafat pendidikan agama islam selain itu juga banyak para ahli yang berpendapat terutama tentang definisi atau pengertian metode pembelajaran dan juga mengemukakan berbagai macam metode-metode pembelajaran yang akan dibahas disini.

This study aims to improve mathematics learning achievement in the material composition function and inverse function through the application of the jigsaw method to students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Batulayar. This type of research is a classroom action research model cycle. The focus of research is the application of jigsaw method and learning achievement. The research subjects were 12th grade students of Natural Sciences. Data collection using observations and tests and research data analyzed descriptively. The results of the study are mathematics achievement in the material composition function and inverse function increased through the application of jigsaw method in class XI IPA SMAN 1 Batulayar. The first cycle of the average observation of students activity in the moderately active category (17.67) and observation of the teacher's activity in the active category (18.33) while the mathematics learning achievement in the sufficient category (74.01) but had not yet reached the specified learning completeness category. The second cycle of observation of students activities increased to active categories (22.50) and observations of teacher activities were very active (24.00) while mathematics learning achievements became good categories (81.70). Improving student achievement through the application of jigsaw method is supported by an increase in student learning activities, in form of: active listening to teacher explanations in series, working together in the original group and expert groups, presenting the results of group work, and concluding material about the composition and inverse functions.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika pada materi fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers melalui penerapan metode jigsaw pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Batulayar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model siklus. Fokus penelitian adalah penerapan metode jigsaw dan prestasi belajar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA sebanyak 12 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes dan data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah prestasi belajar matematika pada materi fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers meningkat melalui penerapan metode jigsaw di kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Batulayar. Siklus pertama rata-rata observasi aktifitas siswa pada kategori cukup aktif (17,67) dan observasi aktifitas guru pada kategori aktif (18,33) sedangkan prestasi belajar matematika pada kategori cukup (74,01) tetapi belum mencapai kategori ketuntasan belajar yang ditetapkan.Siklus kedua observasi aktifitas siswa meningkat menjadi kategori aktif (22,50) dan observasi aktifitas guru sangat aktif (24,00) sedangkan prestasi belajar matematika menjadi kategori baik (81,70). Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode jigsaw di dukung oleh peningkatan aktifitas belajar siswa, berupa : keaktifan menyimak penjelasan guru secara runtun, bekerja sama dalam kelompok asal dan kelompok ahli, mempresentasikan hasil kerja kelompok, dan menyimpulkan materi tentang fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers.

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills and instill a good understanding of learning concepts through the use of Multimedia Student Worksheets based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) Models. The LKPD that will be developed only contains the sub-themes of Temperature and Heat, this is due to the limitations of the researcher. The development model used in this study is the Dick & Carey development model which consists of 10 steps. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and statistical tests using SPSS. To produce quality products, the development of LKPD in research uses criteria consisting of Relevance, Consistency, Practically and Effectively. The population used in this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Gebang-Langkat District. Based on the results of the study showed that (1) LKPD was declared very valid (86.87%) by validators, (93.3%) by teachers and (87.3%) by students in three different schools (2) Differences in critical thinking skills Significant students between classes using PBL Model-based Multimedia LKPD have an average score (86.27) while the LKPD available at school (43.63), where the significant t-test shows 0.000 <0.050 Ha is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of financial training in improving financial reporting of village funds in Alian District. The population of this study was 16 Alian Districts and the sampling technique was saturated samples. This study uses a qualitative approach. Methods of collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis by collecting data, reducing data, and then presented to draw conclusions. The results of the study showed (1) Financial training carried out by the village apparatus of the Alian District was effective. The form of accountability that is carried out is by making financial reporting in accordance with the financial regulations determined by the government by attaching evidence and documentation of the activities that have been carried out. In addition, openness to the community has been carried out by the Alian District government through village development planning meetings, (2) Constraints faced in increasing accountability and transparency in financial reporting of village funds in Alian District are internal constraints, namely the age of village officials and education. Besides internal, there are external factors caused by government policies that often change. The conclusions of this study are the effectiveness of financial training in increasing the accountability and transparency of financial reporting of village funds in Alian District is quite good, but still needs hard work from the government by providing local village assistance, especially for villages whose village equipment is lacking in education and experience.

Latar Belakang: Pencahayaan adalah faktor lingkungan fisik yang penting dalam bekerja. Pencahayaan yang buruk dapat menyebabkan mata lelah dan bahkan kerusakan mata. Pencahayaan yang buruk menyebabkan ketegangan mata, kelelahan, nyeri di sekitar mata, kerusakan peralatan visual yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan intensitas pencahayaan terhadap kelelahan terhadap pekerja dengan mengidentifikasi usia, lama kerja, riwayat kesehatan mata, dan intensitas cahaya. Metode Penelitian: Metode yang dilakukan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah traditional literature review. Literatur sumber penelitian ini didapatkan diberbagai database seperti Google Scholar, DOAJ, dan  Pubmed, dimana jurnal yang digunakan 9 referensi yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil: Banyaknya ditemukan faktor lingkungan kerja dengan intensitas pencahayaan yang buruk (tidak sesuai standar) disebabkan oleh penataan dan penempatan lampu yang tidak merata dengan meja para responden, lalu bisa dikaitkan dengan umur pekerja, lama kerja, dan riwayat kesehatan mata sehingga menyebabkan kejadian kelelahan mata pada pekerja. Kesimpulan: Intensitas cahaya sangat mempengaruhi kelelahan mata pada para pekerja, baik itu  langsung maupun tidak langsung pada objek cahaya.

One way the government supports the development of UMKM is by making it easier for UMKM players to obtain capital loan assistance. In implementing this easy financing, the government assigned various banks to distribute it, including BRI Syariah. The aim of this research is to review (1) the growth of people's business credit (KUR) during the 2019-2023 period, (2) return on assets (ROA), and (3) analyze the effect of KUR financing on ROA. Descriptive and verification methods are the methods used in this research, where the data used is secondary data from BRI Syariah financial reports for the 2019-2023 period, as well as primary data through literature study and documentation. The classical assumption test, linear regression, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination are statistical tools used to analyze the influence between variables, after previously carrying out the classical assumption test. The results of this research show that People's Business Credit has a positive and significant relationship with Profitability (ROA). The correlation coefficient value of 0.654 shows a strong relationship and the influence of KUR on ROA is 42.8%.  This research concludes that (1) the development of KUR financing over the past 5 (five) years experienced a fluctuating graph, (2) in line with point 1, ROA growth from 2019-2023 also experienced ups and downs, so (3) KUR financing has a relationship and positive influence on ROA.

This research aims to determine the effect of the Group Investigation learning model assisted by film media on the ability to identify drama elements in class VIII Istiqlal Delitua Middle School students in the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research method is quantitative with an experimental type. This research uses a post-test only control design type. The population in this study was all 4 classes of VIII class totaling 110. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, namely class VIII-2 as the experimental class and class VIII-3 as the control class using random sampling techniques. The instrument used is an essay test which contains 1 question, namely analyzing the elements of drama. The results of this research show that the ability to identify drama elements in class VIII Istiqlal Delitua Middle School students in the 2022/2023 academic year using the Group Investigation model assisted by film media is in the good, very good category because they obtained an average of 81.64, while the ability to identify elements The drama element with the Problem Based Learning model is in the poor category because it obtained an average of 69.96. Based on the results of the test carried out, namely by comparing tcount with ttable, it was obtained that tcount > ttable, namely 2.755 > 2.0048, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Group Investigation learning model assisted by film media on the ability to identify drama elements in class VIII SMP students. Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the performance of vocational guidance and counseling teachers from planning, implementing, evaluating and constraining. This type of research method uses behavioral counseling techniques with a case study design. The results showed that; Implementation, almost all planned programs are implemented, there are some that have not been able to run smoothly. Guidance and counseling teachers carry out incidental activities because they prioritize the situation in the field to help deal with students. There are subjects that have not been resolved in instilling an assertive attitude towards their children and students. The response of some students to the guidance and counseling teacher was good, caring, motivating, and educating and there were some students' views who still did not dare to meet the BK teacher. The guidance and counseling room is comfortable and towards the ideal. Obstacles, it is hoped that all obstacles can be resolved properly. Individual counseling for counselees of victims of bullying is a strategy that BK teachers apply to students who are clearly victims of bullying who have low assertiveness skills so that they need to be trained in assertiveness skills. Group guidance/counseling to practice assertiveness in students so that it can help in a wider spectrum, as well as classical guidance to provide information about what assertiveness is, the importance of assertiveness and its application in everyday life. For the counseling process carried out by BK teachers, it is the same as other counseling, individually and in groups.
