Abstract

This study explores how green innovation influences corporate financing among firms in BRICS economies, with a focus on Indonesia. Using panel data from listed Indonesian companies between 2010 and 2022, we investigate the effects of green process innovation, environmental R&D, and green patents on both debt and equity financing. Employing System GMM, the results show that all three types of green innovation significantly and positively affect firms’ access to capital. Green patents have the strongest impact on equity financing, while green processes and R&D contribute to improved debt financing conditions. Control variables such as firm size, asset tangibility, and liquidity also play important roles. The findings suggest that green innovation is not just an environmental commitment but a financial strategy that strengthens capital access and investor confidence. This has implications for both policy and corporate strategy, urging stakeholders to integrate green innovation as a core financial asset.

Abstract

Morals are the implementation of one's faith when meeting other people, other creatures or even meeting their Lord. So the discussion will not run out of time. Then in modern times, people begin to appear who heresy someone else just because they think that person does not practice morals in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet. The accusation is often leveled at the Sufis, especially the Sufis who often 'uzlah and do things outside the habits of other humans. Even though this is not true, the true Sufis are people who do worship both socially and individually in a way that is based on the Prophet Muhammad Saw and they will do it with sincerity. So we aim to combine the thoughts of a hadith expert with a Sufism expert to see how true the irregularities they throw at the Sufis are. This study uses a literature review method or literature study with analytical techniques comparing the opinions of two figures related to noble character. This study aims to find common ground between the opinions of Sheikh Abdul Wahhab al-Sya'rani and Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Aziz al-Khawli regarding morality.

Abstract

The study aims to provide insights into the principal's role in transforming Vocational High School (VHS) management into a Regional Public Service Agency (RPSA) using digital tools. The study was conducted at SMKN 1 Banjarmasin, one of the VHS-RPSAs in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Province, as a descriptive qualitative research. The data was collected through interviews and document analysis. It was analyzed using qualitative techniques like data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification assisted by NVivo. The study revealed that the principal transformed VHS management into RPSA using digital tools like video conferencing, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms for improved efficiency, transparency, and quality of educational services. It positively impacted VHS management, offering practical guidance for navigating the challenges of a digitalized education.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu akademik dan non-akademik di tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepala sekolah TK menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi kepemimpinan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan meninjau berbagai literatur ilmiah terkait kepemimpinan transformasional di TK dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas akademik dan non-akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah TK berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan motivasi guru, inovasi pembelajaran, serta pengelolaan sekolah yang lebih efektif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru masih menjadi kendala dalam implementasi model kepemimpinan ini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi kepala sekolah serta peningkatan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan keberhasilan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan TK.

Abstract

Halal certification in the food and beverage industry represents a complex multidimensional ecosystem in Indonesia, encompassing consumer perceptions, regulatory challenges, and strategic economic implications. This comprehensive library research explores the intricate dynamics of halal certification through a systematic analysis of contemporary scientific literature published between 2019-2024. Utilizing content and comparative analysis methods, the study investigates consumer awareness, regulatory frameworks, economic dimensions, and technological transformations in halal certification. Research findings reveal significant consumer awareness, with 87.2% of Muslim consumers considering halal certification a primary product selection criterion. The study identifies structural challenges in regulatory implementation, methodological complexities in verification processes, and the strategic economic potential of halal-certified products. Technological information platforms emerge as crucial mechanisms for enhancing transparency and accountability. The research recommends a holistic, collaborative approach integrating perspectives from religious scholars, food technologists, and management experts to develop a credible, sustainable halal certification ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran WordWall terhadap motivasi belajar IPS. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7 SMP 58 Surabaya sebanyak 314 orang, dengan besaran sampel 40 siswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik dianalisis data menggunakan uji normalistas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2 tailed) 0,00 < 0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai antara pretest dan posttest akibat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar IPS.The effect of using Word Wall learning media on social studies learning motivationThe research aims to determine the effect of WordWall learning media on social studies learning motivation. The study used an experimental method with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The study population was 314 grade 7 students of SMP 58 Surabaya, with a sample size of 40 students. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using tests. Techniques for analyzing data using the normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there is a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest due to the influence of the use of Wordwall learning media on social studies learning motivation.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategies employed by the principal of Islamic Elementary School Anak Saleh Malang, to improve teacher competence and their subsequent impact on educational outcomes. A case study design and a descriptive qualitative methodology were used, and semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and non-participant observations were used to gather data. The findings indicate that the principal employs a humanistic and familial leadership model, emphasizes individual motivation, mandates regular professional development, conducts systematic performance reviews, and encourages deliberate teaching strategies. These strategies have had a direct influence on improved student achievement as well as greater teacher professionalism. The study emphasizes how crucial leadership techniques based on organized development, motivation, and a reflective culture are to improving academic achievement. It suggests that to achieve long-term educational achievement, principals must foster professional development through efforts in strategic, consistent, and compassionate leadership.

Abstract

Blind students cannot use their senses properly; they can learn by relying on their senses of touch and hearing. For this reason, it is necessary to have teaching media that depend on the importance of communication or hearing to recognize material on the shape of the Earth's surface. This research aims to increase the learning interest of blind students in the fabric of the Earth's surface in social science subjects. This research method is pre-experimental, with blind students being treated with 3D media and observing their responses. The application of 3D media in the form of the Earth's surface in learning for blind children involved eight students. It was implemented in three junior high schools in East Java, Indonesia. These schools include Special Schools in Bojonegoro, Surabaya, and Sidoarjo. The results of the application of 3D media show that using 3D learning media in the form of the Earth's surface in the teaching and learning process can generate new desires and interests, generate motivation, and stimulate learning activities, even bringing psychological influences on blind students. 3D learning media can also help improve students' understanding, present data excitingly and reliably, facilitate data retention, and obtain information about the shape of the Earth's surface.

Abstract

Inclusive education in the 21st century presents significant opportunities and challenges alongside technological advancements and global social changes. This study aims to explore opportunities, challenges, and recommendations for future research in the implementation of inclusive education. The methodology employed in this research includes bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review, utilizing Publish or Perish (PoP) and VOSviewer applications to process data retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS) database on inclusive education from 2021 to 2025. The research findings highlight three main aspects (1) opportunities can be leveraged to support the implementation of inclusive education in the 21st century, particularly in the context of globalization, digital transformation, and the post-COVID landscape; (2) challenges in achieving inclusive education in the 21st century, particularly in light of the pandemic’s impact; (3) strategies and research recommendations are needed to develop a more inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable education system for the future, especially with regard to fostering 21st-century skills for all learners.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the important strategies in supporting the improvement of professional, reflective, and competitive teacher performance. However, supervision is often perceived as administrative control rather than professional development, resulting in resistance and lack of impact on learning quality. This study aims to systematically examine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance and the factors that support and hinder its effectiveness. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the authors analyzed 36 scientific documents selected through a PRISMA-based selection process from 400 initial sources. The literature was thematically analyzed to identify patterns of relationships between supervision strategies, principals' roles, and teacher performance outcomes. The results show that reflective, dialogic, and participatory supervision improves teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. The findings also indicate that principals' main supporting factors are competence, collaborative culture, and policy support. In contrast, administrative burden, teacher resistance, and lack of training were significant barriers. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening the principal's role as a professional coach and the need for a more contextualized and humanistic supervision policy reform. Academic supervision designed with an empowerment approach can be the foundation for building a sustainable and quality-oriented school culture.
