This study aims to develop the learning materials based on the STEM approach through the PjBL model that is feasible used to improve students’ scientific literacy in physics learning. The study is a development study using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages of development, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were the students of grade 11th at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh in the academic year 2019/2020. This study in the implementation stage used an experimental research design (quasi-experimental design) in which the model used was non-equivalent control group design by utilizing research instruments such as the questionnaire, validation questionnaire, and scientific literacy skills question test. The post-test results of students’ scientific literacy skills were then tested by using a t-test to investigate the differences between the experiment and control class. Based on the results of the study, the learning materials developed was feasibly used to improve students’ scientific literacy skill. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan STEM melalui model PjBL yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap pengembangan, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Uji lapangan pada tahap implementation menggunakan desaign penelitian eksperimen (quasi experimental design) model yang digunakan adalah non-equaivalent control group design. Instrumen penelitain berupa angket validasi, angket respon guru dan peserta didik serta soal tes kemampuan literasi sains. Hasil posttest kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kemudian diuji menggunakan uji t untuk melihat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the increase in scientific literacy skills of students who were taught with a science process skills approach with those taught using a direct learning model in physics learning. This study uses a quantitative approach to the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design experiment. The population used in this study were students of class XI MIA with a sample of 60 people taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a test question in the form of an essay. The data of this study were analyzed using the average test, N-gain and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the average value of scientific literacy in the experimental class was in the high category and the control class in the medium category. In addition, based on the independent sample t-test, it was found that there was a significant difference in the increase in students' scientific literacy skills. So, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the improvement of students' scientific literacy skills in learning Physics taught with a science process skills approach with those taught using a direct learning model.

There are three types of student learning styles used in the study, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic and four types of thinking styles used in this study, namely Concrete Sequential, Abstract Sequential, Concrete Random, and Abstract Random. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding of physics concepts in terms of students' learning styles and thinking styles and examines learning styles and thinking styles that most influence the level of conceptual understanding. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey methods, and descriptive techniques. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 9 Banda Aceh, while the sample was 116 grade 2 students of SMA Negeri 9 Banda Aceh. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests and data triangulation. The results of the analysis show that the level of understanding of students is at the second level, namely not understanding dominance compared to other levels of understanding concepts. Furthermore, it is obtained that a high kinesthetic learning style affects the level of understanding of concepts with a visual learning style. As for the thinking style, it was found that the concrete sequential thinking style was more dominant in influencing the level of conceptual understanding compared to other thinking styles

The formulation of problem in this thesis research can writer describe as follows: first, how to apply principal leadership style in improving quality of education at SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan? Second, How pattern of improvement of management of education quality strategy at SMK Al- Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan? Third, how are the principal leadership style steps in improving the quality of education in SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan?This research is a research that uses qualitative approach, that is research procedure that produce descriptive data in the form of written words or oral from people or behavior that can be observed. The type of this research is phenomenology, that is the researcher try to explain about the implementation field and systematic leadership style which done by the principal in improving the quality of education in SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan.The research findings in this thesis can be summarized: First: The leadership style applied by the principal's leadership is a democratic leadership style, and in this case the principal applies his leadership style to the three basic patterns of duty, achieved. By using movement from button up and top down; Second: The headmaster of SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan has the characteristics of spiritual leadership based on true ethics of honesty, fairness, the spirit of pious charity, the beloved leader, talk little and casual work and so on; Third: In improving the management of quality education strategy of SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan principals cling to the 5 pillars of TQM, while the teachers develop management through the vision of institutional mission that is cooperation with the team, involvement stakeholders, student involvement and parental involvement.

The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of using a problem-based Student Worksheet (SWS) on improving problem-solving skills (PSS) in terms of student Learning Outcomes (LO). The research used a quantitative approach, quasi-experimental method, and the One Group Pretest-Posttest design research. The research sample also involved 31 high school students for the experimental class and 31 for the control class. The research has three variables: problem-based SWS, problem-solving skills (PSS), and Student Learning Outcomes (LO). The problem-solving skill instrument uses five essay questions, and the LO uses 20 multiple choice questions, both of which were developed by the researcher. Data analysis used the N-Gain formula to obtain information on the increase in PSS and LO. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the effect of implementing SWS was very significant on students’ PSS and LO. In addition, the application of SWS also affects students’ LO, and some students with high or low LO scores also have high PSS scores or vice versa. Inference from this study, it is hoped that teachers as educators will try to direct students to get used to solving physics problems using a five-stage problem-solving model.

One of the difficulties that arise during online learning is the lack of motivation and independence in student learning. Teachers are required to be able to master various kinds of technology in order to be able to apply online learning which can increase motivation and independence. Edmodo is a learning medium that can be used during online learning and provides features that make communication and collaboration between teachers and students easier. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the application of Edmodo assisted by a virtual laboratory on students' learning motivation and independence. The design used in this study was a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample was 60 X MIA students at SMAN 2 Peusangan. The experimental class uses Edmodo assisted by a virtual laboratory combined with PhET simulations, while the control class uses WhatsApp media. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire on student learning motivation and independence that has been validated by experts. The results of the t-test analysis of learning motivation in the post-test experimental class and control class showed that there were significant differences. While the results of the t-test analysis of learning independence in the post-test experimental class and control class showed that there were also significant differences. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the application of Edmodo assisted by a virtual laboratory has a significant influence on learning motivation and independence, so it is effectively used in learning physics, especially in Newton's Law material.

Globalization creates intense competition in various fields. In order to win the competition, companies are starting to compete and are required to get competent human resources to be able to support the progress of their business and be able to compete with other companies. This study analyzes the influenceRecruitment, Selection, and Training on Employee Work Productivity in the company, considering the important role of human resources in the company's competitive advantage. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the development of research related to this topic. The method used in this study is an exploratory approach by reviewing the contents or identifying several articles from both national and international journals. The research results show that either simultaneously or partially it proves that the Recruitment, Selection, Training system has a significant effect on Work Productivity. Simultaneously Recruitment, Selection, and Training affect the Work Productivity of PTPN III SISUMUT Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency by obtaining an Fcount of 22, 141 and a significance level of 0.000. So that human resource management plays an important role in the realization of quality employees and has optimal work productivity.

Dalam penelitian ini adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1. Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembiayaan Ultra Mikro dan Pendampingan Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Mamuju, 2. Untuk mengetahui Variabel yang Paling Dominan Berpengaruh Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Mamuju. Jenis dan Sumber Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Data kualitatif dan Data kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi terdiri dari 3.134 nasabah dan Sampel yang diambil hanya 98 nasabah. Metode Pengumpulan Data terdiri dari Observasi, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Regresi Linear Berganda serta menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Reabilitas Data. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data melaui SPSS diketahui bahwa pembiayaan ultra mikro dan pendampingan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan nasabah PNM Mekaar Cabang Mamuju.

Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni untuk mengetahui apakah faktor pendapatan, tradisi dan selera mempengaruhi pengeluaran konsumsi pangan pada rumah tangga miskin di Kecamatan Simboro Kabupaten Mamuju dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi makanan pada masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Simboro Kabupaten Mamuju. Untuk menentukan sampel dari total populasi yang ada, maka peneliti menggunakan teknik Slovin. Teknik Slovin adalah teknik menentukan jumlah responden yang akan dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin (Syofian Siregar 2017:34) dimana berdasarkan teknik slovin didapatkan jumlah sampel 96 orang dari jumalah populasi 2694. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di Kecamatan Simboro Kabupaten Mamuju telah menjawab beberapa teori yang dikemukakan sebelumnya pada tinjauan pustaka. Rumah Tangga Miskin dengan penghasilan terbatas dapat mempertahankan hidupnya dengan hidup sederhana. Masyarakat terjebak oleh lingkaran setan kemiskinan sebagaimana yang telah dikemukakan oleh M.L. Jhingan. Dari tiga variabel bebas yang diteliti yaitu variabel pendapatan, variabel tradisi dan variabel selera atau gaya hidup, ternyata hasilnya adalah yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah faktor selera atau gaya hidup kemudian faktor pendapatan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi pangan rumah tangga miskin di Kecamatan Simboro.

This learning model consists of five stages, namely: (1) Engagement (generating interest), (2) Exploration, (3) Explanation, (4) Extend (expansion), and (5) Evaluation. In fact, from the results of observations made at the SMA Negeri Unggul Subulussalam school, it was found that the motivation of students still low. The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation by applying the 5E Learning Cycle model to sound wave material. This research is a quantitative research type of non-equivalent control group design experiment. The population used in this study was students of class XI IPA with a sample of 60 people taken by purposive sampling. This study uses two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The results showed that the average value of the control class was 55.61 in the low category and the average value of the experimental class was 82.26 in the very high category.
