Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dapat mengetahui dan mengatasi perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini di TK Aisyiyah Bustanl Athfal Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini yang sesuai dengan standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak (STPPA) di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa pada anak belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu didikan orangtua di rumah dan lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan perkembangan bahasa pada anak di sekolah tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Peran seorang guru dalam upaya pengembangan perkembangan bahasa pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan mendorong, membimbing dan memotivasi anak agar anak usia dini mampu untuk lebih dalam mengembangkan perkembangan bahasa anak, hal ini dapat terlaksana karena perlu adanya komunikasi juga kerjasama antara guru dan orangtuanya.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the skills and knowledge of Gunung Kuripan Village residents in ornamental plant propagation techniques, especially through the grafting method on bougainvillea. This activity was motivated by the high public interest in ornamental plants with economic value but still limited understanding of efficient vegetative propagation techniques. Through an educational and demonstrative approach, 20 participants were given direct training starting from selecting rootstocks and scions, cutting techniques, grafting, to post-grafting care. The evaluation results showed that after 14 days, most of the grafts showed positive growth in the form of new shoots and good tissue unity. This technique allows one plant to produce various flower colors, increasing the aesthetic and commercial value of bougainvillea. This innovation is also a solution to limited planting space and strengthening opportunities for household-scale ornamental plant entrepreneurship. Thus, this activity succeeded in providing applicable technology transfer with the output of grafted plants, increasing community capacity in the field of horticulture, and encouraging the development of a creative economy based on ornamental plants. This service is expected to be an educational model that can be replicated in other areas with similar potential.ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan warga Desa Gunung Kuripan dalam teknik perbanyakan tanaman hias, khususnya melalui metode sambung pucuk (grafting) pada bougenville. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap tanaman hias bernilai ekonomis namun masih terbatasnya pemahaman terhadap teknik perbanyakan vegetatif yang efisien. Melalui pendekatan edukatif dan demonstratif, peserta yang berjumlah 20 orang diberikan pelatihan langsung mulai dari pemilihan batang bawah dan atas, teknik pemotongan, penyambungan, hingga perawatan pasca-grafting. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa setelah 14 hari, sebagian besar sambungan menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif berupa tunas baru dan kesatuan jaringan yang baik. Teknik ini memungkinkan satu tanaman menghasilkan berbagai warna bunga, meningkatkan nilai estetika dan komersial bougenville. Inovasi ini juga menjadi solusi terhadap keterbatasan ruang tanam serta memperkuat peluang wirausaha tanaman hias skala rumah tangga. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan transfer teknologi yang aplikatif dengan luaran hasil tanaman yang telah di sambung pucuk, meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat di bidang hortikultura, serta mendorong pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis tanaman hias. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi model edukatif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan potensi serupa.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) and Islamic Intellectual Capital (IIC) on the Maqashid Syariah Index, using theories such as stakeholder theory, Sharia Enterprise Theory, and Resource-Based Theory. The ICSR dimensions include Funding and Investment, Product and Service, Employee, Community, Environmental, and Governance, while the IIC dimensions cover Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Customer Capital. The research aims to analyze how these dimensions influence the Maqashid Syariah Index, which measures the achievement of Islamic principles in financial institutions. The study uses a quantitative approach, analyzing secondary data from the annual reports of eight Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The sampling was done through purposive sampling, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 25. The results reveal that the ICSR dimensions of Products and Services, Governance, and the IIC dimension of Structural Capital have a positive and significant impact on the Maqashid Syariah Index. However, the ICSR dimensions of Funding and Investment, Employee, Community, and Environmental, as well as the IIC dimensions of Human Capital and Customer Capital, show no significant effect on the Maqashid Syariah Index. This result indicates that certain aspects of ICSR and IIC are more critical in advancing the objectives of Islamic finance according to the Maqashid Syariah framework.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan pemahaman manajemen waktu dapat dicapai melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok yang menerapkan teknik problem solving. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sepuluh siswa kelas X-APL 2 SMKN 3 Medan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket yang mengukur tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap manajemen waktu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik problem solving dalam bimbingan kelompok terhadap peningkatan pemahaman manajemen waktu siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pemahaman manajemen waktu sebelum diberikan tindakan adalah 55,30, dan meningkat menjadi 78,60 setelah tindakan diberikan. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai p=0,005, yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman manajemen waktu siswa setelah mengikuti bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan layanan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen waktu siswa melalui pendekatan bimbingan kelompok berbasis problem solving.

Abstract

Abstract: The demand to improve the quality of education at the elementary and junior high school levels has made teacher work effectiveness a critical indicator of institutional success. In this context, the principal's leadership and the workload faced by teachers are dominant factors influencing their motivation and performance. Principals who apply servant leadership are believed to be capable of creating a supportive and collaborative work environment, thereby potentially increasing teachers' motivation and work effectiveness. However, on the other hand, the high workload serves as a serious obstacle that can reduce teacher enthusiasm. This study aims to determine how servant leadership and workload affect teacher work effectiveness, both directly and indirectly, through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research is limited to elementary and junior high school teachers in Kaubun District. It employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of all elementary and junior high school teachers in Kaubun District, totaling 207 teachers. The sample was determined using proportionate random sampling based on the Slovin formula, resulting in 137 respondents. Data analysis tools included SPSS and the Sobel calculator to test the intervening variable. The findings reveal that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher work effectiveness (0.174), while workload has a significant negative effect (-0.325). The indirect influence tested using the Sobel calculator shows that work motivation mediates the effect of servant leadership and workload on teacher work effectiveness. The significance values for the mediation of servant leadership and workload through work motivation were both 0.000 (Path I and Path II), indicating that work motivation successfully mediates these effects. The conclusion of this study is that servant leadership directly has a positive effect on teacher work effectiveness, while workload directly has a negative effect. Indirectly, work motivation is able to mediate the influence of both servant leadership and workload on teacher work effectiveness. Abstrak Tuntutan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama membuat efektivitas kerja guru menjadi indikator penting dalam keberhasilan institusi pendidikan. Dalam konteks ini, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan beban kerja yang dihadapi guru menjadi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi motivasi serta kinerja mereka. Kepala sekolah yang menerapkan servant leadership diyakini mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan kolaboratif, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas kerja guru. Namun, di sisi lain, tingginya beban kerja menjadi hambatan serius yang dapat menurunkan semangat kerja guru. Nilai Signifikansi pada servant leadership dan beban kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru melalui motivasi kerja sebesar 0.000 (Jalur I) dan 0,000 (Jalur II) mengidikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah servant leadership dan secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan beban kerja secara langsung berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh servant leadership dan beban kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung yang di uji dengan kalkulator sobel didapatkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh servant leadership dan beban kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Nilai Signifikansi pada servant leadership dan beban kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru melalui motivasi kerja sebesar 0.000 (Jalur I) dan 0,000 (Jalur II) mengidikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah servant leadership dan secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan beban kerja secara langsung berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh servant leadership dan beban kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Abstract

Improving the quality of education in coastal regions, such as the Biduk-Biduk Sub-district of Berau Regency, presents multifaceted challenges, particularly in enhancing teacher performance. This study was driven by preliminary indications of limited use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), insufficient academic supervision, and low levels of teacher job satisfaction. Employing a quantitative research design with a survey method, the study targeted 133 public elementary school teachers, from which 101 respondents were selected through proportional random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression revealed that the utilization of PMM, academic supervision, and job satisfaction each had a significant positive impact on teacher performance. These findings underscore the strategic importance of integrating digital learning platforms, strengthening academic supervisory mechanisms, and fostering a supportive work environment to enhance teacher effectiveness. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and education stakeholders aiming to improve educational quality in underdeveloped and geographically challenged coastal areas.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan dalam dua ranah peran guru perempuan akan menambah beban pikiran yang berujung pada munculnya konflik peran ganda. Siklus peran ganda yang berulang memberikan perasaan kejenuhan bagi guru perempuan, terlebih bagi guru perempuan yang memiliki beban tanggungan anak dan yang harus mengerjakan sendiri pekerjaan rumah tangganya. Perasaan kejenuhan ini disebut dengan “Burnout Syndrome”. Variasi tekanan yang dialami guru perempuan menumbuhkan sikap Hardiness atau kekuatan dalam dalam diri.Melalui latar belakang tersebut pnelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan burnout sydrome terhadap kinerja guru perempuan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan hardines sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei eksplanasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui kusioner akan dianalisa menggunakan rumus statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diuraikan. Tempat penelitian dilakukan pada SMA Negeri di Kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Berau. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru perempuan yang mengajar di SMA Negeri di Pesisir Kabupaten Berau yang terdiri dari 9 sekolah berjumlah 143 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan metode Proportionate Random Sampling dan diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Solvin dengan hasil berjumlah 105 Guru perempuan. Alat bantu analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Kalkulator Sobel untuk menguji variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil konflik peran ganda memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sig. -0,272 dan Burnout Syndrome juga memberikan pengaruh negatif dengan nilai sig.-0,238. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung yang di uji dengan kalkulator sobel didapatkan hasil bahwa hardines mampu memediasi pengaruh Konflik peran ganda dan Burnout Syndrome terhadap kinerja Guru. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine how the Clash of Champions (COC) educational product strategy by Ruangguru is responded to by Generation Z through analysis of YouTube comments and user interviews. The main focus of this research is to understand the forms of acceptance, social meaning, and the value of representation and participation that arise in digital interactions with learning innovations. The method used was a qualitative approach with netnography techniques to the top 300 comments on the Ruangguru YouTube channel, as well as in-depth interviews with four students from two universities in East Kalimantan. The results of the study show that COC is not only perceived as a digital learning program, but also as a social space that strengthens motivation, pride, collective identity, and criticism of popular culture that is less educational. Data visualizations such as word cloud, tree maps, and concept maps show that user participation goes beyond passive consumption, by displaying emotional engagement and strong representation drives. These findings underscore the importance of social, affective, and value dimensions in the success of digital educational programs. This research contributes to the development of user-based educational innovations, as well as offers a participatory approach in designing educational strategies that are more inclusive and relevant to the characteristics of the younger generation.

Abstract

Pesantren-based curriculum management is a blend of the national curriculum and the foundation’s curriculum, administered within an educational management system to provide continuous knowledge acquisition in both general sciences and Islamic studies. This study aims to describe the pesantren-based curriculum management, covering planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation at Al Azhar 46 Kindergarten, Samarinda. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a case study approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, with data validity ensured through source triangulation. The findings reveal that: 1) Curriculum planning at Al Azhar 46 Kindergarten begins with an analysis of community needs, emphasizing religious education based on adab (Islamic manners) to instill religious and moral values from an early age. The curriculum is formulated on the philosophical foundation of the Qur’an and Hadith to ensure religious content aligns with Islamic teachings. 2) The pesantren-based curriculum development highlights tahfizh (Qur’an memorization) classes and adab learning, implemented continuously from kindergarten through junior high school to nurture noble character from an early age. 3) Curriculum management implementation at Al Azhar 46 Kindergarten is conducted through structured planning that integrates the national and religious curricula in a balanced manner. The learning process emphasizes teacher role modeling, habituation of religious values, and employs tahfizh methods such as Alsam and Tilawati. 4) The evaluation of pesantren-based curriculum management is carried out regularly and systematically, including annual work meetings, semester coordination meetings, and program evaluations every three months. 5) The implementation of pesantren-based curriculum management at Al Azhar 46 Kindergarten positively impacts the quality of learning. The curriculum management has been executed systematically, adhering to the functions of curriculum management through the development of technical guidelines and integrative modules that facilitate the balanced implementation of both the national and pesantren curricula
