Education plays a central role in shaping children's values, norms, and character. For deaf children in Mojokerto Regency, double challenges such as job uncertainty and limited access to entrepreneurship education stand out. This descriptive qualitative research aims to explore the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial spirit in deaf children, filling knowledge gaps, and providing practical guidance. Involving learners with disabilities, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in several inclusion schools. Data analysis uses data reduction, display, and inference, with triangulation for validity. Results show parents create an inclusive environment, encouraging children's independence and creativity. The documentation describes the implementation of entrepreneurial parenting. These findings support the effectiveness of parents in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of deaf children, contributing to the understanding of inclusive education practices and fostering the talents of children with special needs. The implication is to support holistic and inclusive education policies..

MSMEs are businesses owned by the community, both individuals and entities, that meet the criteria for being a business. Indonesia's success in increasing the scale of the national economy cannot be separated from the role of MSME behavior. MSMEs in Nganjuk Regency have their own attraction which is supported by natural potential, namely the large number of shallot commodities. As time goes by, many people in Nganjuk Regency make a living from processing shallots, so there are many similar products from MSMEs. “Bawang Kita” MSMEs face several obstacles, namely seasonal market demand which is always changing and threats from similar MSMEs which create a competitive market situation both in the national and international markets. Along with fluctuating sales and increasingly fierce competition, “Bawang Kita” MSMEs need to pay attention to marketing mix strategies that are in line with the desires of domestic and foreign consumers. This can also help companies achieve superiority over the competition. This research discusses the effectiveness of implementing international marketing mix strategies in “Bawang Kita” MSMEs which is supported by SWOT analysis. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews with MSME Owner, Resellers, and Consumers. Results of this research that the implementation of the international marketing mix strategy in “Bawang Kita” MSMEs is effective in terms of every aspect of the marketing mix which is supported by data on sales, production and distribution as well as the ability to purchase new machines. However, in the SWOT analysis carried out by researchers, there are still weaknesses in the implementation of the marketing mix carried out by MSME “Bawang Kita”. Thus, the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in “Bawang Kita” MSMEs must be further improved

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to implement occupational safety and health procedures to upgrade or go international, so that the products produced are created by workers who work below the standards of occupational safety and health that have been guaranteed by the place where they work. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) How to implement occupational safety and health procedures, especially for MSMEs workers in Kayavit Malang City, 2) Challenges faced in the implementation of occupational safety and health procedures for MSME workers in Kayavit Malang City. This type of research is a qualitative case study, with informants of MSME workers Kayavit Malang City, and business owners Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are, MSMEs have implemented procedures and rules for the use of work safety in the form of the use of gloves so as not to be exposed to heat production equipment and hats and workers are asked to use t-shirts when working to absorb work and be more comfortable, lighting and air circulation in the production workspace are in accordance with procedures and evaluations are carried out. The challenge faced by MSMEs in implementing occupational safety and health procedures is still the lack of workers' awareness about the importance of using personal protective equipment and implementing worker safety and health procedures to prevent accidents or risks at work.

As business competition is getting tougher, endorsement programs and social media marketing are marketing strategies that are quite effective for providing promotions while reminding more consumers to relate to brands and encouraging consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsements and social media marketing on purchase intention through brand image. The population in this study is prospective consumers who know Yotta products. While the sample in this study was 224 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and non-probability, using the Smart PLS program. The results are (1) program endorsement has a positive and significant effect on the brand image (2) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchase intention (3) has no positive and significant effect on program endorsement on purchase intention (4) has a positive and significant effect brand image on purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, similar business actors suggest that companies be more selective in using celebrity programs to promote their products

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship learning with a business incubator. Entrepreneurship learning in tertiary institutions through business incubators is expected by the Indonesian government in building Start-Ups. especially college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning through business incubators in building start-ups in tertiary institutions. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the management of business incubators in tertiary institutions has been going well, this can be proven by the existence of an organizational structure, the proper management of business incubators according to their duties and responsibilities, facilities and infrastructure that are quite complete, and various different types of programs. work with the same goal of growing strat-up souls. The role of the business incubator in cultivating young strat-ups in college is quite good. The results of this research have implications for two things. First, universities are expected to continue to upgrade entrepreneurship learning in a creative, innovative and adaptive manner. Second, the government is expected to continue to improve and equip incubator facilities evenly and improve mentoring/training programs for students

Indonesia has a rapidly growing coffee industry. Various regions in Indonesia have their own coffee characteristics and are an attraction for each region, one of which is Sembalun coffee in East Lombok Regency, Lombok Indonesia. The problems that occur in the internationalization of Sembalun coffee provide our motivation to investigate how the internationalization strategy for Sembalun Lombok specialty coffee works using the fishbone diagram analysis tool, by knowing the cause and effect or root of the problem. carry out exports in destination countries. The internationalization of Sembalun specialty coffee is a very important internationalization strategy for those wishing to compete in the global market and achieve sustainable growth.

The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the problems faced by Sumberpasir Village in community empowerment; (2) to develop a social entrepreneurship model through a triple helix approach; and (3) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is basic research focused on developing a social entrepreneurship model through a collaborative triple helix approach. The research location is Sumberpasir Tourism Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The subjects of this study were all stakeholders in Sumberpasir Tourism Village. The results show that (1) the main problem is limited human resource capabilities; (2) a social entrepreneurship model through a triple helix approach is recommended; and (3) the opportunities to improve the performance of Sumberpasir Tourism Village through digital media.

The Double Track High School Program, created by the East Java Provincial Government aims to simultaneously provide students with character and vocational competencies. However, previous research findings on the impact of this program are still fragmented, making it difficult to gain a comprehensive understanding of its "two-way impact." The impact of the program on the development of students' vocational skills and character is the objective of this research. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was used, which included the identification, assessment, and interpretation of fourteen selected journals that met the inclusion criteria. The research results show that the program is implemented through four systematic stages: preparation, planning, execution, and testing. The main fields of work for this program are culinary arts, fashion, multimedia, makeup, computer science and accounting, and light vehicle engineering. The results show that this program not only helps students acquire technical skills aligned with SKKNI and DUDI but also instills ethical-religious values, independence, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance. Although the Double Track Program faces operational constraints and produces graduates with "two competencies," namely being job-ready and having a strong character, the results show that this program is effective in producing strong graduates. However, further research is needed on how effective this program is at absorbing students.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in enhancing the entrepreneurial interest of Vocational High School (SMK) students using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from nationally accredited journals indexed in Sinta 1 and Sinta 2, namely the Journal of Education and Learning (EduLearn) and the Jurnal Ekonomi Pendidikan dan Kewirausahaan, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. From the literature search and screening process, 15 relevant articles were identified, of which 5 met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. The synthesis results indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on increasing the entrepreneurial interest of SMK students. The effectiveness of this program is further enhanced when supported by family environment, creativity, community involvement, and a conducive learning atmosphere. However, entrepreneurial knowledge alone is not sufficiently effective without reinforcement of psychological and social aspects, such as entrepreneurial spirit and family support. Therefore, a holistic, integrative, and experience-based model of entrepreneurship education is recommended as the most effective approach to foster entrepreneurial interest among vocational high school students.

Sugihwaras Village is a village located in Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. The Sugihwaras Village area includes plantation areas, forestry areas and the Mount Kelud Tourism Area, which means that some economic activities take place in the agricultural and tourism sectors. A well-known agricultural commodity is pineapple with a typical mainstay product, namely "kelud “Madu” pineapple". The superiority of commodities and the implementation of tourism activities in the Mount Kelud Tourism Area has created new job opportunities, namely Kelud “Madu” Pineapple Traders. In practice, Kelud “Madu” pineapple traders are part of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and as an aspect of Tourism Amenities to support tourism activities in the Mount Kelud Tourism Area. The Kediri Regency Government also supports the potential of “Madu” pineapple in Sugihwaras Village by holding a Pineapple Festival to develop and commercialize the potential of kelud “Madu” pineapple. However, the government's objectives are still not in line with the conditions of MSMEs selling kelud “Madu” pineapples. Therefore, this research seeks to examine marketing management by Kelud “Madu” pineapple traders as supporters of the Mount Kelud Tourism Area. This research uses a qualitative method with an exploratory descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that marketing by kelud “Madu” pineapple traders is considered to be quite good in terms of potential, personal, operational, relationship and interaction management. The obstacles encountered by kelud “Madu” pineapple traders are related to the provision of facilities, high purchasing prices, and declining sales. Efforts made by the government include organizing festivals and community training, but there is a need for capital assistance for traders.
