Abstract

At global competition era, every marketer must be has innovations and creativities to interest their segmentation. The innovations and creativities are not only related to some goods and services, but also related with service quality which has given to customers. SAGGA Gymnasium is one of service business that’s giving the gymnastic services to comply the customer needs. The primary key to get their success is service quality. The general purpose in this research is to know some factors that impact consumer to choose SAGGA Gymnasium. That’s while, the specific purposes in this research are to know: (1) service quality condition (2) customer behavior condition (3) customer image condition and (4) impact of service quality on customer behavior which have mediated by consumer image. The samples in this research are 155 consumers of SAGGA Gymnasium at June up to July 2009. Sampling technique that used in this research is purposive sampling and instrument that used to gather the data is questioner. The results of this research are the service quality in SAGGA Gymnasium is good enough; consumer bought services in SAGGA Gymnasium to comply their needs on health; consumers’ image in SAGGA Gymnasium is good enough; and service quality impacted positive and significant on consumers’ behavior through consumers’ image.Keywords: Service quality, consumers’ behavior, consumers’ image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how human resource management (HR) adoption affects Madura Batik MSME product sales. Six out of the eighteen batik centres in Pamekasan were the sites of in-depth interviews with owners, managers, and staff of Batik MSMEs in Madura, using a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Thirty people made up the study's subjects: six batik MSMEs' owners, eight managers, and fifteen employees. To ascertain the successes of business development and assess the company, a SWOT analysis is required. The analysis's findings demonstrate that putting in place efficient HR management practices—like employee empowerment and training—helps firms adapt to changing market conditions and boosts output and quality of work. The effect is that the product's selling power will rise with optimal HR management implementation and vice versa.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Education is one of the most important platforms to add insight into the world. Entrepreneurship education has many benefits for everyone in developing knowledge that has not been known before to be known. Furthermore, Entrepreneurship Education discusses a lot about an idea related to competence in the business world besides tending to provide the ability to develop creativity and innovation. Furthermore, entrepreneurial innovation creates entrepreneurial success and becomes an opportunity to start a business venture as well as the support services that are already available in the form of career offerings the form of a means to contribute to the economy by creating a job This study uses content analysis on some articles that have been published in national and international journals from 2017 to 2023, with entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation as the main focus of research. This latest study reveals that in the last three years, the number of publications focusing on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation has increased. Among these publications, the most dominant research design is qualitative research. In addition, the research subjects were high school students and university students, respectively, who were targeted in the most articles and material variables. T-test data analysis is the most commonly used instrument and data analysis method in series. In light of the findings of this study, several recommendations have been proposed for future research with entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation as the main focus. Some of these recommendations include increasing the diversity of research types and selecting more appropriate data analysis techniques

Abstract

This research aims to give input to decision-makers so that stakeholders can create appropriate regulations to help evaluate the application of green entrepreneurship, in the sense of being able to improve community welfare and environmental sustainability by involving stakeholders and collaborating which is the result of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka learning scheme. The analysis uses a descriptive approach to analyze respondents' information regarding gender, domicile, business ownership, type of business start-up, involvement in social activities, and type of social activity as a reflection of the green behavior that has been carried out by the respondent. The analysis technique uses multiple structural regression with IBM SPSS-26 software. The results of the study show that the formation of a green economy which is monitored and evaluated by stakeholders is expected to support the growth of student interest in green entrepreneurship in the future

Abstract

The phenomenon of students in Islamic boarding schools having an independent character has become a very interesting discussion in recent weeks. The santripreneur program is the realization of the Indonesian government's strategic efforts to develop entrepreneurial character while increasing the number of new entrepreneurs graduating from Islamic boarding schools. The urgency of this research is the development of Islamic boarding schools which have quite a big opportunity to develop an economic system in the Banyuwangi area. This research is a novelty and innovative since it conducts a thorough investigation to close the gaps left by earlier studies. The study's foundation is the Darul Anwar Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a quantitative approach. Number of students at Business and Marketing Vocational Schools in Banyuwangi. The research sample consisted of (1) santri who had taken an entrepreneurship course and (2) santri who had lived in the boarding school for more than two years. The sample size is 275. The results of the research show that entrepreneurship education can increase the desire for entrepreneurship, attitudes towards entrepreneurship, and government policies can increase the desire for entrepreneurship. The Variance Based SEM method, sometimes referred to as Partial Least Square (PLS), employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM)

Abstract

This study examines the strategy of using cultural heritage as a branding tool by MSMEs in Malang, with a focus on building brand authenticity through the integration of local identity. The qualitative method of case studies was applied to 7 MSMEs in the batik, culinary, and handicraft sectors that actively raised cultural elements such as Malangan batik motifs meaning Majapahit history, the narrative of Malang's meatball philosophy, and the cultural destination of the Jodipan Colorful Village. The findings revealed that MSMEs have succeeded in increasing the perception of brand authenticity by 35-40% through: (1) collaboration with local communities in validating historical narratives, (2) incorporation of tangible cultural symbols (product design) and intangible (folklore), and (3) limited adaptation of digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and micro-influencer content. However, the main challenge lies in the dichotomy between the depth of cultural narratives and the algorithmic demands of digital platforms—viral content on TikTok conveys only 12-18% of key cultural information, well below 58% of website content. This research introduces a layered storytelling model as a solution, where cultural narratives are spread in stages from concise content on social media to in-depth articles on specialized platforms. Policy implications include recommendations for Cultural Authenticity Label certification by local governments and AR/VR technology subsidy schemes for MSMEs.

Abstract

Purpose — The objective of this study is to evaluate the prevailing trends in publications and investigate the literature derived from multiple studies concerning the impact of digitalization on SMEs and their internationalization process.Method — We employ the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to identify and consolidate publication trends from various articles. The literature utilized in this study is sourced from the Scopus database. By referring to the PRISMA chart, a total of 33 literature works were selected for analysis using VOSviewer. In this research, we utilize bibliometric analysis to examine article trends and employ content analysis to assess the literature.Result — We discovered that there were 19 keywords representing the latest and seldom explored themes among researchers, which were organized into 5 clusters for further analysis within a research framework. Moreover, we identified new and infrequently studied themes such as effectuation, international performance, digital transformation, digital technologies, and export performance. Additionally, we uncovered novel research topics that have the potential to inspire future studies in related areas.Contribution — This study contributes by examining literature on digitalization and internationalization, identifying research trends and proposing future directions, especially for SMEs in Southeast Asian countries. It also introduces the rarely-used Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the role of digitalization in internationalization, challenging the dominance of quantitative methods in prior research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how brand experience and customer brand engagement contribute to the formation of brand loyalty and, ultimately, to the economic value of the brand, with brand trust serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on users of NPURE skincare products within the PURE FRIENDS community on WhatsApp. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire, with a total of 159 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The sample size was determined using an online sample size calculator (calculator.net). The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, mediated by brand trust. Although customer brand engagement does not directly influence brand loyalty significantly, brand trust plays a mediating role in strengthening this relationship. These results suggest that enhancing brand experience and engagement—supported by strong brand trust—can contribute to building not only brand loyalty but also long-term economic brand value.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide technopreneurship training to rattan craftsmen in order to increase sales turnover. The method used consists of 3 stages, namely; (1) FGD with rattan craftsmen; (2) Provide training to create and operate business Instagram with link_tree; (3) Provide consultation and assistance so that online businesses can run independently. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge and technopreneurship skills in the rattan craftsman group by 50%, after having an online business account the craftsman's attitude became more optimistic in facing the future, the formation of business Instagram marketing media with link_tree to increase sales of rattan handicrafts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, E-Wom on Customer loyalty through Purchase Decisions for consumers of Somethinc beauty products who make purchases using online marketplaces. This research is quantitative research using SEM-PLS. Survey data was collected online and found 246 respondents. Brand Ambassador and E-Wom have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision, H1 and H2 are accepted. Brand Ambassador, E-Wom and Purchase Decision have a positive and significant direct effect on Customer loyalty, H3, H4, and H5 are accepted. Meanwhile, Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect mediating Brand Ambassador and E-Wom on Customer loyalty, H6, and H7 as mediating variables are accepted. Theoretical implications in this study can contribute to the study of digital marketing literacy
