The increasing number of internet users provides opportunities for MSMEs to use digital marketing as one of their marketing strategies. There are several digital marketing platforms that can be used, including the Web, SEO, Social Media and others. This article discusses the use of digital marketing for MSMEs and the impact of using digital marketing on increasing MSME sales. The research method used is qualitative research. With the number of informants as many as 12 MSME owners who were interviewed with different types of businesses. The results show that social media is one of the most widely used digital platforms by MSMEs. And give the impact of an increase in sales of SMEs. In some MSMEs the increase in sales through online is no more than traditional sales.

Digital transformation has changed the way modern organizations measure their success, but traditional performance measurement models have not fully adapted to the needs of the digital age. This study conducted a systematic literature review of 25 high-quality publications from the Scopus, Web of Science, and Emerald Insight databases to identify models and indicators of organizational performance measurement in the digital era. Using the PRISMA 2020 framework and strict inclusion-exclusion protocols, this study analyzes research from the period 2021-2025 with a focus on the integration of the digital dimension in the performance measurement framework. Key findings identify 13 categories of key indicators that consistently appear in the literature, including financial performance, operational efficiency, innovation performance, digital transformation readiness, customer experience, and employee digital capability. The analysis of influence mechanisms found three ways in which digital transformation affects performance: direct effects, mediating effects through dynamic capability and organizational agility, and moderation effects from contextual and organizational cultural factors. The research proposes a three-level integrative framework (strategic, operational, and individual-cultural) that can be differentially adapted according to the size of the organization and the industry sector. The theoretical contribution of this research enriches the academic literature with a systematic synthesis of digital performance measurement, while practical contribution provides evidence-based guidance for organizations in designing a comprehensive performance measurement system that is responsive to the evolving dynamics of digital transformation.

This study aims to systematically examine the influence of digital literacy on the learning outcomes and 21st-century skills of high school students. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA guidelines. Data sources were obtained from various academic databases, including Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink, with publications ranging from 2019 to 2025. A total of 30 articles were selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify patterns, relationships, and the contribution of digital literacy to learning outcomes and the development of 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity. The synthesis results show that digital literacy has a significant influence on improving learning outcomes and strengthening 21st-century competencies. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating digital literacy into secondary school curricula and teacher training to support effective 21st-century learning.

This study aims to systematically review various studies that discuss the role of entrepreneurship education in developing students’ entrepreneurial spirit at the Senior High School (SMA) and Vocational High School (SMK) levels. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The reviewed articles cover publications from 2019 to 2025. Based on the selection of 20 scientific articles, the findings indicate that entrepreneurship education plays an important role in enhancing students’ creativity, innovation, self-confidence, and independence. The most effective learning strategies include project-based learning, business simulations, and collaboration with the industrial sector. In addition, teachers play a crucial role as facilitators in fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. The challenges identified include limited resources, insufficient teacher training, and suboptimal school policy support. Overall, entrepreneurship education has been proven to make a significant contribution to shaping entrepreneurial character and preparing students to face the challenges of the workforce.

The sustainability of citrus farming in Sukopuro Village, Malang Regency, faces serious challenges in the form of declining interest among the younger generation, pest and disease attacks, and unpredictable climate change. Amidst these conditions, religious values and family involvement are believed to play an important role in maintaining farmers' resilience and business continuity. This study aims to analyze how religiousness and family involvement shape the practice of sustainable citrus farming. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving farmers, family members, and religious leaders as informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña technique. The results show that religiosity functions as spiritual capital that increases farmers' psychological resilience in facing production uncertainty, while family involvement becomes a social foundation that strengthens the inheritance of values, division of roles, and business continuity between generations. However, the challenges of regeneration, climate risks, and ecological vulnerability remain major obstacles to maintaining business sustainability. This study concludes that the sustainability of the citrus business is not only determined by technical factors but also depends heavily on the strength of religious-social capital and family solidarity. These findings make an important contribution to strengthening the sustainability model of agriculture based on local values and family culture

This study aims to explain how locally-based adaptive innovation has become a survival strategy for Usman Batik Lumajang (UBL) in facing competition from the modern batik industry. Batik MSMEs are required to develop innovations that are rooted in cultural values while also being responsive to market changes. To explore this process in depth, this study uses a qualitative grounded theory method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants include business owners, craftsmen, marketing staff, consumers, and community leaders. The results of the analysis through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding show that UBL's adaptive innovation is formed from a combination of local cultural values, design creativity, marketing strategy adjustments, and community support. Distinctive motifs such as Pisang Agung and Kuda Kencak are unique resources that are difficult to imitate, in line with the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. Meanwhile, design development, quality improvement, and product diversification reflect innovation as defined in the OECD (Oslo Manual). The resulting substantive theory concludes that the sustainability of batik MSMEs is largely determined by the ability to integrate local cultural values with modern product innovation in a sustainable manner. This study aims to describe the service quality of Nyamilo MSMEs using the SERVQUAL model and to examine its relationship with customer satisfaction and loyalty. A qualitative approach was used through interviews with the owner and three customers who had made more than two purchases, accompanied by observations of online sales activities and documentation from social media. The results show that all five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, are well fulfilled. Neat and hygienic packaging, consistent taste, quick response in communication, transparency in the production process, and the ability to customize orders are factors that shape a positive experience for customers. These findings indicate that good service increases satisfaction, which in turn encourages loyalty in the form of repeat purchases and recommendations to others. This study confirms that service quality plays a crucial role in retaining customers for online-based culinary SMEs like Nyamilo.

Entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized as a critical component in higher education, especially for management students who are preparing to enter a dynamic business environment. This study investigates the effects of business literacy and networking capability on entrepreneurial motivation among fifth-semester students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, XYZ University. The research addresses the problem that, despite growing attention to entrepreneurship education, the combined influence of cognitive (business literacy) and social (networking capability) factors on students’ entrepreneurial motivation remains underexplored. Using a quantitative descriptive–correlational method, data were collected from 125 respondents through an online survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 30. The results show that both business literacy and networking capability have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial motivation, both individually and simultaneously. Among the two predictors, networking capability was found to be the most dominant factor, indicating that strong social relationships and access to professional networks greatly enhance students’ entrepreneurial drive. This study concludes that improving students’ business knowledge and strengthening their networking abilities are essential strategies for fostering entrepreneurial motivation. The findings contribute both theoretically, by integrating cognitive and social perspectives, and practically, by offering insights for designing more effective entrepreneurship education programs. Emotional intelligence (EI) has emerged as a critical psychological resource influencing nurses’ resilience, job satisfaction, and intention to remain in the profession. However, research connecting EI, burnout, and turnover intention among nurses remains fragmented, lacking a comprehensive synthesis of global trends and policy implications. This study aims to map the evolution, thematic structure, and research collaboration patterns of scientific publications on the relationship between emotional intelligence, burnout, and nurses’ turnover intention from 2012 to 2024, using bibliometric analysis as an integrative approach. Data were retrieved from Scopus and Web of Science databases using Boolean search strategies. A total of 528 articles were analyzed using VOSviewer (v1.6.20) and Biblioshiny (R/Bibliometrix) to identify performance indicators, co-authorship networks, keyword co-occurrence, and thematic evolution. The study also assessed the linkage between research trends and public policy development in nursing workforce management. The findings reveal a substantial increase in publications after 2020, primarily driven by the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on nurses’ emotional well-being. Four major thematic clusters were identified: (1) emotional intelligence and resilience, (2) burnout and coping, (3) turnover intention and retention, and (4) health policy and mental well-being. The USA, China, and South Korea emerged as the top contributors, while Frontiers in Psychology and Journal of Nursing Management were the leading publication outlets. Research on EI–burnout–turnover intention has evolved from individual-level psychological inquiry to policy-oriented organizational frameworks. The integration of emotional intelligence into workforce policies and leadership models is crucial for sustaining nursing retention and mental health resilience

Café retrorika is one of the cafes located in Batu City, Malang, which adopts a green marketing concept with a unique aesthetic touch, combining the concepts of “Retro” and “Eco-friendly”, where almost all of the café’s furniture and decorations are made from recycled materials, such as old windows, used motorcycle tanks, gas cylinders and rims, which are transformed into high-art decorative elements. Awareness of the importance of sustainable business is growing, including in the culinary sector. Cafes and restaurants now compete not only in terms of taste and service but also in their commitment to environmentally friendly concepts. Moreover, today’s consumers are increasingly selective in choosing places to eat that support local products, use environmentally friendly materials, and strive to reduce plastic waste. This is one of the reasons for building cafes with different concepts, as done by the owner and founder of Retrorika café. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques include participant observation, interviews and documentation. The result show that Retrorika café was built based on the personal idealism of its owner as a green movement activist, rather than market calculations. The café’s “Retro” identity serves as physical evidence of sustainability practice through the use of used furniture while also creating a nostalgic experience. Its marketing strategy focuses on education through the Re-dukaci program, Retrorika goes to Halokes and Sa-Si-Su as an effort to prove the authenticity of green practices and mitigate greenwashing. These results can be concluded that the founder’s passion shapes the Green Corporate Identity and becomes a source of sustainable competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate.
