Abstract. This study aims to determine the perception of non-Muslim Chinese ethnic communities towards Islamic banking, especially the community in Kampung Cina, Bengkulu City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with ten informants. The results of the study indicate that the majority of the community is aware of the existence of Islamic banking and understand that the service is open to all groups. However, their level of understanding of the principles and systems of Islamic banking is still low. This low level of understanding is caused by minimal socialization and limited facilities and services. In addition, most people feel that their financial needs have been met by conventional banks. This study recommends increasing socialization and expanding services to increase the inclusiveness of Islamic banking.

This research aims to analyze whether the Perfume Refill Business in Bengkulu has implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics in perfume refill sales transactions and how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in perfume refill transactions in Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The primary data in this research are the owners of perfume refills in Bengkulu, such as Edelwiss Parfum, Sempono, Althea Parfum, Pafum Ce-Le, in perfume, Al-Fazza perfume and consumers who buy perfume refills. The research results state that Perfume Refill in Bengkulu has fully implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics in its buying and selling, with the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of ihsan.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para santri terkait fatwa DSN sebagai bahan literasi keuangan syariah. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan sosialisasi, penyampaian materi, dan diskusi, melalui pendekatan edukatif, interaktif, dan kontekstual agar peserta tidak hanya memahami konsep dasar, tetapi juga mampu mengaitkan isi fatwa dengan praktik keuangan harian. Diharapkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu membentuk kesadaran kritis dan kemampuan praktis santri dalam mengelola keuangan secara syariah. Selain itu, santri yang berasal dari luar daerah juga diharapkan menjadi agen penyebaran literasi keuangan syariah melalui aktivitas mereka setelah keluar dari pondok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran kritis santri terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan sesuai prinsip syariah, serta antusiasme untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis fatwa DSN efektif dalam memperkuat literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan santri. Ke depan, disarankan adanya keberlanjutan program serupa dengan pendekatan kolaboratif bersama lembaga keuangan syariah.

Karya-karya naratif sastra Arab telah berkembang dari bentuk tradisional yang bersifat fiktif-didaktis ke arah realis. Novel Arab modern bergenre realis dipandang lebih jujur dalam menggambarkan kehidupan tentang anak, baik yang menempatkannya sebagai pusat penceritaan ataupun sudut pandang yang menceritakan kebenaran secara jujur dan polos. Penelitian ini mengangkat objek novel-novel realis berbahasa Arab yang dipilih secara non-probability dan dianalisis dengan metode eksplanatif-komparatif untuk tujuan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai citra anak dalam bayang-bayang situasi dominan yang hadir di sekitar kehidupannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam novel realis berbahasa Arab anak dicitrakan secara bermacam-macam, tetapi memiliki kesamaan dalam perspektif citra kelam khas yang diakibatkan oleh faktor (1) etika orang dewasa, (2) nasib keluarga, (3) ketidakhadiran peran ayah, (4) ketidakhadiran peran ibu, dan (5) tradisi yang non-produktif. Kelima aspek tersebut merupakan faktor penentu tumbuh kembang anak. Hal ini sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa karya sastra anak tidak hanya muncul dalam bentuk ideal sebagai sarana pembelajaran untuk anak, namun juga dibicarakan untuk konsumsi pembaca dewasa dalam konteks edukasi. Kata Kunci : Naratif; novel realis; citra kelam anak; faktor traumatik.

The scientific writing training for teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Parepare was conducted in response to the low capacity of teachers to produce publishable academic works. A total of 30 teachers participated in the program, which employed an audiovisual-based Jigsaw approach characterized by collaboration and interactivity. The training methods included lectures, expert and home group discussions, writing simulations, and evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests. The results indicated an increase in teachers’ motivation and competence in developing scientific writing structures and components. The drafts produced demonstrated a solid understanding of academic structure and writing skills grounded in school-based instructional practices. This program not only enhanced teachers’ scientific literacy but also promoted sustained collaboration through the establishment of teacher working groups and supportive school policies. These findings underscore the significance of the Jigsaw-AV approach in improving teacher professionalism and overall educational quality.

This research was to analyze the Working Capital Needs Analysis On two Building Stores, The object of this research are Stores Building Excitement on AM. Sangaji Street Rt.7 Number 34 and Building Stores Sukarame on Sukarame Streetnumber 142 Tenggarong. In Stores Building Excitement has 3 employees and Stores Building Sukarame has four employees, the two stores have opening hours are usually from 08:00 - 20:00 at night. Capital resources of both stores are from their own capital and they have no debts.The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of working capital needs in Stores Building Sukarame In Tenggarong and to answer the truth of the hypothesis that the researchers propose.In general the method used to calculate the amount of working capital needed is to first determine the amount of working capital requirements and the large amount of cash required minimum. Working capital needs can be determined by calculating the various product units sold minus the costs incurred. The result of this research that working capital need on Building Store Sukarame in 2016 higher than in the working capital need in 2015. Keywords: Working Capital Needs

This study aims to determine and analyze the elements of consumer behavior that is the attractiveness of advertising and the power of celebrity endorser which has a significant effect on brand image of Oppo brand handphone in Station Game Tenggarong Shop.From the analysis results can be obtained R Square correlation value of 0.148 or 14.8% which means that of the value of the variable contribution of advertising and celebrity endorser is weak.Influence celebrity endorser consisting of celebrity personality, famous and charisma effect on brand image, this can be seen from the value of t count variable of ad day attracted by 0,287 smaller than t table equal to 2,021 at 5% significant level, it is stated that hypothesis Which states the variable celebrity endorser significantly affect the brand image is rejected.Discussion of the first hypothesis of the proposal is the variable X2 ad attractiveness with interesting indicators, easy to remember and creative effect on brand image, it can be seen from the value of t arithmetic variable day draw advertising is 3.053 lebh large from 2.021 at 5% significant level, This states that the hypothesis that the variable of advertising attractiveness significantly affect the brand image is accepted. Abstract :Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PT Tri Mandiri Selaras is a showroom company of Daihatsu cars equipped with authorized workshops for routine checks and maintenance as well as vehicle engine repair customers who are located on Aji Lake RT.05 Malay Village Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The number of employees working on PT Tri Mandiri Selaras are 26 people divided into 7 people mechanics, 6 administrators, 4 sales people, 2 office boys, 2 cashiers, 1 person, 1 head marketing and 3 human resouch developmen. The study was conducted in April 2018, the population data available in April 2018 was 25 people and the number of samples used in this study were 25 people. The analysis tools used are multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t test with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. The results of F test calculations (simultaneous correlation / joint), variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2) simultaneously affect employee work discipline. Then the independent variables have a significant relationship or employee discipline variables influenced by the variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2). From both result of partial correlation test above seen the biggest punisment variable value compared to reward variable, so the punisment variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee work discipline. Abstract :PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade plywood (plywood) is located in the street Yos Sudarso. 18 Village Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The existing system of incentives at PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is to apply the system of achievement of predetermined targets with the amount of wages or salaries that are adjusted to the number of productivity successful employees do in the day. The number of population in this study amounted to 70 permanent employees of the production and the number of samples used amounted to 70 employees. Analyzer tool in this research is multiple regression analysis that is Test of t and Test F with help of Program SPSS For Window version 20.1 The results of F test calculations can be said incentive variables (X1) and wages (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) able to show the effect on the work of employees. Then the first hypothesis states that "Incentive Incentives And Wages Influence significantly on Employee Results At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Kecamatan Loa Kulu "is accepted and proven to be true. From both result of partial correlation test seen value of incentive variable the biggest influence compared wage variable, so that incentive variable is the most dominant variable influence to employee work result. From that description, hence can be concluded that second hypothesis in this research "That Variable Giving Incentives have a dominant influence on Employee Results At PT.
