Abstract. The study of the accountability of social welfare institutions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the framework of good corporate governance aims to determine the principle of accountability and the variance of accountability of LKS managers towards related stakeholder. This research description provides an overview of the accountability principles of social welfare institutions as public institutions from the aspects of legal accountability and honesty, managerial accountability, program accountability, policy accountability, and financial accountability. The qualitative research method explores the sample of student worksheets with the first rank of the DIY level. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling of student worksheet with DIY level. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, in-depth observation and literature study. Everything is integrated into the analytical content. Data credibility validation through triangulation. validation of results followed by transferability, dependability and conformability tests. The results showed that managerial accountability and program accountability tended to be passive, managerial accountability and program accountability were low, financial accountability was closed and accountability of policy was relative. The courage to run GCG LKS depends on the attitude of the BOD. Even though the research was conducted for 8 years, this research still has weaknesses, it is recommended that further research with a personal approach to the founders and BOD, so that researchers can analyze the relationship between the founders and BOD. The research implication is reflective material for policymakers to evaluate BOD, managers, volunteers and LKS donors.Abstrak. Penelitian akuntabilitas lembaga kesejahteraan sosial di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam kerangka good corporate governance bertujuan untuk mengetahui prinsip akuntabilitas dan varian akuntabilitas pengelola LKS terhadap stakeholder terkait. Deskripsi penelitian memberikan gambaran mengenai prinsip akuntabilitas lembaga kesejahteraan sosial sebagai lembaga publik dari aspek akuntabilitas hukum dan kejujuran, akuntabilitas manajerial, akuntabilitas program, akuntabilitas kebijakan, dan akuntabilitas finansial. Metode penelitian kualitatif eksplorasi sampel LKS berprestasi peringkat pertama tingkat DIY. Subjek penelitian ditentukan purposive sampling LKS berprestasi tingkat DIY, data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi mendalam dan studi pustaka. Semua ada diintegrasi dalam konten analisis. Validasi data credibility melalui triangulasi. validasi hasil dilanjutkan dengan uji transferability, dependability dan conformability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akuntabilitas manajerial dan akuntabilitas program cenderung pasif, akuntabilitas manajerial dan akuntabilitas program bersifat rendah, akuntabilitas finansial bersifat tertutup, akuntabilitas kebijakan bersifat relatif. Keberanian menjalankan GCG LKS tergantung dari sikap BOD. Walaupun penelitian dilakukan selama 8 tahun, penelitian ini masih ada kelemahan, disarankan penelitian lanjutan dengan pendekatan personal kepada para pendiri dan BOD, sehingga peneliti dapat menganalisis hubungan antara pendiri dengan BOD. Implikasi penelitian menjadi bahan refleksi bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk mengevaluasi BOD, pengelola, relawan dan para donatur LKS.

This research is quantitative research, the data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports. This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and working capital turnover on company value and look at the moderating role of capital structure in this relationship. CSR is one of the company's strategies to improve reputation and financial performance, while working capital turnover reflects the efficiency of managing current assets. Capital structure can function as a moderating variable that influences the relationship between CSR, working capital turnover, and company value. This research uses data from financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2023 period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with a moderated regression analysis (MRA) approach. The research results show that CSR has a positive effect on company value, while working capital turnover does not have a significant effect on company value. However, capital structure does not moderate the relationship between CSR and company value and the relationship between working capital turnover and company value. The results of this research provide implications for companies to pay more attention to CSR policies and working capital management in increasing company value. Additionally, investors can consider these variables in making investment decisions.

The smoked fish industry in Pasuruan Regency, particularly on the Nguling coast, faces challenges related to product quality and durability, which makes it less competitive in the broader market. The Asap Sejahtera Association, whose members are primarily women, still uses traditional smoking methods. The products produced are easily damaged and not uniform in color and taste. This condition limits the distribution of smoked fish products outside the region, reducing their competitiveness. The Doktor Mengabdi Program aims to enhance the quality and shelf life of smoked fish products using advanced technology, specifically a Mechanical Smoking Furnace equipped with the "Cabinet Smoke" System. This technology is expected to overcome problems such as case hardening and high water content, which often reduce product quality. In addition to technical improvements, this program offers training and mentoring in business management to female smokers, enabling them to better prepare for market dynamics and increase their family income. This initiative not only focuses on product quality but also on empowering women in the Pasuruan fisheries sector.

This study aims to examine the effect of fianancial contagion and good corporate governance on company performance of banks company listed on Indonesia Stock Company. Corporate governance is measured using the number of independent commissioners, frequency of board meetings, and attendance at board meetings. This study has two dependent variables, namely market performance as measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and operational performance as measured by return on equity (ROE). The analysis method used is multiple regression models with two dependent variables. The results showed that the contagion effect had a positive influence on the company's PER performance but did not have an effect on the company's ROE performance. Meanwhile, corporate governance through the board of directors' meeting is able to have an influence on ROE performance but not on PER. This shows that when there is a domino effect from another country it will have an influence on share prices in the market.

It primarily aims to understand how the Yogyakarta Government works to position Beringharjo as a tourist hotspot and pinpoint factors drawing in visitors. Using qualitative case study methods, it investigates the market's dynamics involving visitors, tourists, and traders. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and secondary sources, merging primary and secondary data via content analysis. Informant selection through purposive sampling ensured insights aligned with the study's objectives. The findings highlight extensive governmental efforts to enhance Beringharjo's appeal. Measures include organizing traders, setting up an ATM center, establishing a One-Stop Shopping Center, and meeting diverse visitor and tourist needs. The market offers traditional cuisine, batik, fashion, handicrafts, alongside facilities like escalators, places of worship, health clinics, and ample parking, all to augment its allure.

The research is based on socio-economic change of Kedungrejo fishermen Muncar districts Banyuwangi. Government policies are related to UU No. 22 Tahun 1999 about local government authority for te management of natural resources that have the impact to the living of communities of fishermen. The research has purposed to know about socio-economic changes of Kedungrejo Fishermen that related to the causes and forms of change of that communities.The method that used in the research is the method of writing history with heuristic stage, critic, interpretation, and historiography. The government policies as a starting point to change have positive and negative impacts.The change of Kedungrejo Fishermen can be reviewed from education and income to the communities. The education level of fishermen has increased 68,93% on 9 years compulsory education program that implemented by the government. At the level of income of fishermen increased about 30%-40% are realized in the home of fishermen and vehicles owned by fishermen. The conflict in Patani is a contradiction between the Patani adn the kingdom of Siam, whereâ€™s society Patani feel the loss of political rights even remove their culture as the muslim. So it appers the national Islamic Patani. This study aims to learn about the Islamic nationalist movement in southern Thailand Pattani independence in 1902-1945. This study uses historical research, while the approach used is sociology political. The results showed that of various government policies thai want to escort and perpetuate the Patani region as the earth so that it conquered in 1902, a variety of reactions through the opposition in an effort to the pressure of the Kingdom of Siam. The implications of this research as a hope for other research or information considered to do the kind of research and development at the same time. This study aims to analyze Abdurrahman Wahidâ€™s thought about democracy including what the factors of his idea in realizing democracy. The method used in this study is historical research method. The result showed that because democratic values havenâ€™t run well, so Abdurrahman Wahid want to implement democracy in the domain of social, political, and economic. According to Abdurrahman Wahid, a democratic state when equalized all citizens before the law, upholds sovereignty law, free stating opinion, apply function checks and balance, and give priority to the welfare. The conclusion is thought Abdurrahman Wahid about democracy influenced by the sociocultural, education, and political experience, who good synergy, until formed the idea of democracy. This research is expected to be a reference for the community to apply the values of democracy in order unites the various interests and the diversity of Indonesian peoples. Puhsarang Church is a famous religious tourism object in Kediri District, located in Puhsarang Village 10 kilometers from the center of Kediri District. Having the unique architecture of buildings and religious facilities and the beauty of the natural panorama makes Puhsarang Church famous by tourists. The research objectives are: 1) knowing the background of the Puhsarang Church designated as a religious tourism object in 1999; 2) knowing the management of Puhsarang Church as a religious tourism object in 1995-2015. Research using historical methods include: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography. The result of the research is that the construction of the Puhsarang Church was planned by Henricus Maclaine Pont and was built on the initiative of Pastor Wolters in 1936. Puhsarang Church underwent renovation in 1999, the expansion of the Puhsarang Church area and a new building was built. After being inaugurated the Puhsarang Church area was used as a religious tourism object. The management of the Puhsarang Church is under â€œYayasan Badan Pengelola Ziarah Gereja Puhsarangâ€. Suggestions for this research are: For other researchers, it can be used as a contribution of thoughts and references, for the government must participate in preserving historical heritage in their area.

Majapahit museum is a museum that has many collections objects and has a variety of character values contained in the object of the collection which he has. The problem in this research is: (1) How is the value of educational objects in the Museum? ; (2) How are touristsâ€™ perception of the Museum Majapahit as a means of Character education?. This study is a study of tourists perception regarding the collection of Majapahit Museum as a means of character education, especially in the value of religious character, tolerance, national enthusiasm, and homeland love. The research method used is qualitative research method with data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include the perception of tourists after visiting the Museum have a strong character perception of strong character, especially in the value of religious character, tolerance, national enthusiasm, and homeland love. The character grades in the museum's collection objects are also supported by the chairman of Majapahit Museum itself.
