Abstract

The research was classroom action research that aims to describe the implementations of TGT learning to increased the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grades in SDN Sidokaton Kudu Jombang. The research did on two cycles. Each of the cycle consisted of four meetings. The date collected through observation sheets of students activity and the test results of students learning. The results of the research which an increased of the students activity in the first cycle of 70% students is active and very active and increased in the second cycle of 90%. The result of classical learning competences in the first cycle  of 65%  increased in the second cycle of  85%.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran TGT untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Sidokaton Kudu, Jombang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat pertemuan. Pengumpulan data melalui hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siklus I sebesar 70% siswa aktif dan sangat aktif meningkat siklus II sebesar 90%. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa  siklus I sebesar 65% meningkat siklus II sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research development is to produce non-textbooks with the character value of the Kediri SLG relief. The product consists of student books and teacher books developed with the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Product feasibility test is obtained through expert validation, and development test. The product validation test, respectively, obtained an average of 97%, 98%, and 97% that declared valid and can be used. Development testing is divided into small group trials and field trials. In a small group trial an assessment of student responses and student activity was carried out on the product. Student responses scored 98% and student activities 93%, which means that the product is very effective in learning. Then the field test consists of effectiveness tests in learning 1 to 5 obtaining an average percentage of 93% and hypothesis testing using Paired Sample T-Test with the acquisition of sig values. 0,000 <0.050, meaning the use of the product has an effect on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku non teks bertema nilai karakter dari relief SLG Kediri. Produk terdiri dari buku buku siswa dan buku guru yang dikembangkan dengan model 4D, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui uji validasi ahli dan uji pengembangan. Uji validasi produk secara berurutan memperoleh rerata sebesar 97%, 98%, dan 97% yang artinya  valid dan dapat digunakan. Uji pengembangan dibedakan atas uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan penilaian respon siswa dan aktivitas siswa terhadap produk. Respons siswa mendapat skor 98% dan aktivitas siswa sebesar 93% yang artinya produk sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kemudian uji lapangan terdiri atas uji efektivitas pada pembelajaran 1—5 memperoleh rerata persentase sebesar 93% serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test dengan perolehan nilai sig. 0,000<0,050, berarti penggunaan produk berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilaksanakan, produk dinyatakan sudah mencukupi kriteria dan persyaratan guna digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.

Abstract

Abstract Dau District is one of the sub-districts in Malang Regency, East Java which is famous for its citrus picking agro-tourism. However, not all villages in the Dau sub-district have orange gardens because only certain villages have citrus gardens. The abundance of oranges in Dau sub-district so far has only been sold directly in the form of citrus fruits and orange picking tours. So that the selling value of citrus fruits is still not maximized. Although Sumbersekar village is one of the villages in Dau sub-district, this village does not have citrus picking agro-tourism. For this reason, the people of Sumbersekar village can take advantage of the opportunity to become industrial entrepreneurs making processed citrus products. The purpose of the activity is to provide training to make citrus processed foods in order to create new entrepreneurs in Sumbersekar village. The target of the activity is PKK members who have a great desire to become new entrepreneurs in citrus production. The results of the activities showed a significant increase between before participating in the training and after participating in the training. Abstract

The development of the concept of an environmentally friendly industry enriches the paradigm of industrial management worldwide. The result of application concept from Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in large-scale industries has been widely publised, while the result of application concept from GSCM in micro, small, and medium scale industries is insufficient. This study aims to explore the application of GSCM in the micro scale food industry, a case study in the black grass jelly manufacturing industry. In this study, GSCM performance assessment was carried out to find out how the company’s overall performance improved. The methods used in this research are Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The survey questionnaire was developed based on literature studies and interviews with three industry players producing black grass jelly and distributed to 100 respondents. The findings propose 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure GSCM performance in micro, small and medium scale food industry companies. The value of GSCM performance measured based on economic, operational, and environmental aspects can improve the company’s overall performance

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the growth and development of the world economy. Therefore, there needs to be changes or innovations that must make to improve economic conditions, one of which is through the development of online marketing (E-commerce), which has begun to be implemented by MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the e-commerce strategy to increase the development of MSME innovation in the new normal era. This research shows that e-commerce readiness is very important in times of uncertainty, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of readiness will determine the viability and sustainability of a company or business in a volatile business environment. E-commerce can evaluate readiness based on Technology Readiness, Organizational Readiness, and Environmental Readiness. However, not all perspectives are considered in making decisions about implementing or improving e-commerce during the pandemic.

Abstract

Economic activity must grow and develop faster than the growth in the number of people looking for work. One closely related element to economic growth is MSMEs, namely micro, small and medium enterprises.Indonesia's wealth assets that can be used as objects of batik tourism are also used as Indonesian cultural identity to the world. It is the reason that attracts researchers to make Batik Blimbing Malang SMEs the research object. Currently, the main task of Batik Blimbing Malang that must be carried out as a batik industry that is sufficiently developed to maintain the viability of its business in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic era, is one of them by designing appropriate promotional strategies to face market competition. Therefore, this study aims to explore the sales promotion strategy of SMEs by conducting a qualitative research approach. This study was conducted on Batik Blimbing Malang. The results showed that the strategy of Batik Blimbing Malang in maintaining its business continuity, among others, was to do several points, including: Advertising, Personal selling, Sales promotion, Public relations, Word of mouth, Customer relationship.

Abstract

Indonesia's marine potential is an asset for community livelihoods and business prospects for fish processing in coastal areas. One of them is UD. Barokah as an MSME in the field of selling high quality fish and diversifying the business of selling fish crackers with business partners in other cities. This study aims to explore how business resilience is in coastal entrepreneurs by analyzing opportunities and constraints in business continuity during the pandemic. This research design uses an exploratory qualitative approach. Data collection, through: semi-structured interviews with UD owners and managers. blessing. Semi-structured interviews by asking structured questions and have been prepared as a guide to find problems. Possible interview questions differ from the script, but according to the context of the topic of discussion. The results of this study stated that during the UD. Barokah experienced a surge in sales turnover. Business opportunities made from marine fish are supported by the ability of business managers to drive business. UD's business constraints. The blessing during the pandemic is the limited production of crackers, due to the scarcity of supply of good quality fish due to weather factors Indonesian.

Abstract

Booking lodging services using online applications is a strategy used by companies in marketing their services. One of the lodging booking platforms is RedDoorz and OYO. Along with the emergence of this technology and information, causing every innkeeper to have a competitive strategy. This study aims to determine the product differentiation strategy, the competitive strategy with porter's five forces analysis, the company's condition using SWOT analysis, and customer satisfaction with the SERVQUAL dimension in lodging services Malang. The research subjects are lodging services in Malang that market their products using the RedDoorz and OYO platforms. The subjects of this research include Omega Guest House, Bunga Cengkeh Homestay, Aurila Homestay, and Kina Family Residence. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively with Porter's Five Forces analysis, SWOT analysis and SERVQUAL dimensions. The study results indicate that the lodging service sector in Malang is almost entirely only implementing a differentiation strategy based on price and service. The SWOT analysis results show the second quadrant point, strategy diversification, which means this position proves that a business is strong but faces big challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. So you have to prepare a business strategy that has been prepared based on the results of the company's SWOT analysis. Business owners in the field of services such as lodging in Malang must give full attention to customers because when the level of satisfaction is high it will not rule out the possibility, the visitor will return at another time, this full attention is called service quality or SERVQUAL

Abstract

This study aims to (a) describe the problems faced by SMEs during the Pandemic and the capacity of SMEs in solving these problems (b) analyze the survival strategy of SMEs in order to survive during the pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative case study. The research location is in Malang Raya, which includes the city of Malang, Malang district and the city of Batu, East Java. The research subjects were 30 business managers of fashion SMEs in Malang, consisting of 10 owners and 20 employees. Collecting research data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results showed that the problem faced by fashion MSME actors during the Covid 19 pandemic in Greater Malang was the decline in the number of sales until some went out of business. Most of the fashion MSME managers have not been able to operate digital marketing, so they still hope that consumers will come to buy directly to the store. Survival strategies are recommended for MSMEs to survive during the pandemic: a) Adaptation to changes in people's behavior during the pandemic. (b) Increasing mastery of technology both through training and self-study (c) Expanding target consumers from offline market to offline and online. (d) Adding online marketing networks through resellers in the marketplace, (e) Diversifying products, both main and additional products according to community needs during the pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to explore, understand, and determine the role of distribution channels for Day Old Chicken and Day Old Duck hatchery industry players in Tulungagung Regency in managing their distribution channels. This research is important to do because this research will examine more deeply how to get distribution channels, how to manage distribution channels in marketing activities, and how to determine the right distribution channel strategy through SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach and this type of research is a multi-case study. In this study, to obtain the validity of the data, triangulation was carried out. The results show that the strategy adopted by the Poultry Hatchery Industry is a direct-distribution strategy, the direct distribution channel carried out by DOC and DOD has the main advantage in terms of cost, but there are also obstacles to further decline in sales targets. The results of the analysis found the cause of the decline in sales targets because the company did not fully implement direct distribution channels, one way to achieve this is by utilizing online marketing.
