Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the variables of learning orientation, the digitization of SMEs and the implementation of the internationalization of SMEs. This research uses quantitative research. Data were collected from 82 respondents using a survey. Respondents of this study were SMEs engaged in handicrafts and accessories. The SEM_PLS data analysis technique uses the SMART-PLS application. The results of the hypothesis test show that (1) there is a significant effect of the digitization of SMEs on the implementation of the internationalization of SMEs. (2) There is a significant influence of the learning orientation variable on the digitization of MSMEs. (3) There is no significant effect of learning orientation variable on the implementation of MSME internationalization.

Abstract

The study focuses on assessing the impact of enhancing trust through green marketing at White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs in Kediri - East Java. The White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs are dedicated to implementing green marketing strategies, such as eco-friendly promotional services, to build consumer trust. By prioritizing environmental concerns in their marketing mix, these MSMEs aim to boost trust among consumers in Kediri. The research methodology involves phenomenological qualitative research with 5 informants identified using the snowball technique. Over the past 4 months, these MSMEs have been utilizing sustainable innovation to support their green marketing efforts, emphasizing products, locations, pricing, and promotions that align with environmental values. The focus is on repurposing waste from mushroom chips production to white oyster mushroom chips, reflecting a growing societal interest in environmental sustainability across various industries. Surveys on green marketing strategies have been conducted to minimize the environmental impact of production processes. The study also highlights the role of consumer feedback in promoting information to the community and fostering ongoing consumer engagement. Through a qualitative approach with a narrative phenomenological analysis model, the study reveals that consumers are motivated by environmental concerns, and green marketing initiatives contribute positively to consumer perceptions and trust in White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs in Kediri.

Abstract

The research indicates that the adoption of digital marketing among SMEs in Indonesia significantly contributes to their sustainable growth. The study identifies several key factors that influence this relationship, including attitude toward digital marketing, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, intention to use digital marketing, and actual use of digital marketing. Specifically, the study highlights that positive attitudes towards digital marketing and subjective norms directly influence the intention to use digital marketing, which subsequently impacts the actual adoption of digital marketing tools. Moreover, the study underscores that the actual use of digital marketing has a direct positive effect on the sustainable growth of SMEs. These findings affirm the potential of digital marketing as a valuable resource for enhancing the sustainable growth of SMEs in Indonesia. By comprehending the factors that drive the adoption and utilization of digital marketing, businesses can develop effective strategies to promote sustainable growth.

Abstract

EMOS Marketplace as one of the business to business (B2B) e-commerce which is in great demand by customers,especially pharmacies, clinics and private hospitals. Along with the development of technology in the industrialera 5.0, where customers become decision makers and can determine for themselves which distributor to chooseto buy the pharmaceutical products needed at this time. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptiveresearch design and path analysis techniques. There are consisting of 200 pharmacists that become respondentsby using Slovin formula approach. The results of this study indicate that variables E-Service Quality, E-Trust, E-Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention have a positive and significant. Based on the results of this study,suggestions that researchers can convey to EMOS Marketplace to continues improvement include increasingcustomer security standards, adding a product search feature based on manufacturers and WhatsApp notificationsto find out order status. Hopefully EMOS Marketplace always create continuous innovation (continuesimprovement) in terms of service. So that customers will feel trusted and satisfied with EMOS Marketplace.

Abstract

Artikerl menggunakan literatur review sistematisyang bertujuan untuk merangkum beberapa penelitian mengenai SMEs Performance. SMEs sangat besar untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Artike ini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) dan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Sumber data diperoleh dari ScienceDirect periode 2019-2023. Hasil yang diperoleh sebanyak 13.448 jurnal, kemudian dilakukan reduksi data dengan menggunakan kriteria eklusif dan inklisif sehingga diperoleh 50 jurnal yang direview. Hasil untuk variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan SMEs Performance, Firm Performance, Open Innovation, Financial Performance, Innovation, manjerial ties, big data, digital tranformation dll. Secara keseluruhan, penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran dan refleksi tertulis dalam masa depan.

Abstract

Digital content marketing on buying decisions, the aim is to review existing literature on digital content marketing and buying decisions, namely that through content marketing you can increase interest in visiting a product so that it becomes a decision to purchase goods or services, and understand the stages of buying. decision. By using the literature method, by searching for research data or information through reading scientific journals, reference books and publication materials available in libraries and the internet. and the results of this research are studied in this article so it can be concluded to build a hypothesis for further research, namely: 1) digital content marketing has an influence on improving purchasing decisions. 2) Through content marketing, you can increase interest in visiting a product so that it becomes a decision to purchase goods or services. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and digital marketing partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty to coffee bean products at Point Tuju Kediri. The population in this study were customers who bought coffee bean products, with a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique is to use Non-Probability Sampling. This research focuses on marketing issues, especially to determine how much influence product quality and digital marketing have on loyal customers. Based on the results of the study And analysis, we can conclude that Product quality significantly affects customer loyalty to coffee bean products in Point Tuju Kediri, and digital marketing partially has no effect on customer loyalty. Product quality and digital marketing simultaneously significantly affect customer loyalty to coffee bean products in Point Tuju Kediri.

Abstract

Each region has potential resources that can be utilized. Agricultural tourism development is an alternative that can encourage economic potential, such as developing small and medium enterprises. This research aims to analyze the development of agro-based tourism in Kediri, East Java. The type of research is qualitative, with data collection carried out by interviews, documentation, and observation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the development of agro-tourism in Kediri includes Community-Based Tourism. In developing agrotourism, there are several factors, such as age, gender, education, employment, and length of stay, but education cannot be a supporting factor. For consideration, the Department of Agriculture and the Tourism Office in Kediri will provide training to process agricultural products for farmer groups and communities, complete facilities and infrastructure, and promotional aspects.

Abstract

High unemployment rates and limited job opportunities globally intensify competition among applicants. In Indonesia, particularly at the vocational school level, unemployment is a growing concern, with graduates constituting a significant portion of job seekers. The main challenges lie in the quality of entrepreneurship education and the lack of interest in entrepreneurship among vocational school students, leading to a mismatch between graduates and market needs. This research addresses the knowledge gap by focusing on entrepreneurship education, teacher role models, and the impact of locus of control on vocational school students' interest in entrepreneurship. The study, conducted in three vocational schools in Banyuwangi, aims to understand the complex interactions between these factors and their influence on entrepreneurial interest. Using quantitative methods, the research involves 214 vocational school students who have taken entrepreneurship or craft subjects, focusing on marketing majors. The data analysis utilizes SmartPLS 3.3.3 and Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the relationships. Findings reveal a positive correlation between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions and locus of control. Similarly, family role models positively impact students' entrepreneurial intentions and locus of control. A higher locus of control is associated with increased entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, both entrepreneurship education and family role models contribute to heightened entrepreneurial intentions through locus of control. The implications suggest that enhancing entrepreneurship education and promoting family role models can effectively strengthen vocational school students' interest in entrepreneurship. Locus of control plays a crucial mediating role in this process. The research outcomes offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, emphasizing the role of teachers as role models and fostering an understanding of locus of control. This approach aims to positively impact unemployment rates and local economic growth

Abstract

In the current era of globalization where the development of information between parts of the world is increasingly easily accessed through various media, whether through social media or online magazine media. Make it easier for everyone to access various kinds of existing information. Where the information presented is varied. Starting from food, lifestyle and so on. This incident emerged as a result of the development of popular culture in society, which was born from the will of the media (Adji & Clarretta, 2022). One of the impacts arising from popular culture is the emergence of the thrifting phenomenon among society. This research will discuss the influence of lifestyle, consumer behavior and brand awareness on purchasing behavior for thrifting goods. This research uses literature study techniques by applying the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method or literature review method. The research results show that: 1) Lifestyle is proven to greatly influence the factors that determine whether or not to buy used clothes. 2) It has been proven that consumer behavior significantly influences the variables that influence the choice to buy used clothing. 3) It has been proven that brand awareness significantly influences the factors influencing the choice to buy used clothing. Lifestyle variables are proven to have a significant effect on variables  Second-hand clothing purchase decisions.
