Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara tropis dengan tingkat keanekaragaman hayati terbesar di dunia. Banyak sekali potensi kekayaan alam Indonesia yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung ketersediaan sumber daya sebagai salah satu elemen pendorong peningkatan daya saing industri. Salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan sumber daya alam Indonesia untuk mensubsitusi bahan baku di industri yang selama ini harus dipenuhi melalui jalur impor. Perkembangan teknologi khususnya dibidang komposit, telah menghasilkan produk komposit yang menggunakan serbuk Batu bata Hebel sebagai penguat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain : Mengetahui pengaruh sambungan mekanik pada komposit berpenguat serbuk batu bata hebel dengan sambungan tipe single lap terhadap kekuatan tarik dan kekuatan jumlah sambungan rivet pada komposit serbuk batu bata hebel yang mempunyai nilai sambungan mekanik yang tinggi. Bahan yang digunakan limbah batu bata hebbel sebagai penguat/filler komposit yang sudah dijadikan serbuk dan disaring dengan mesh 100, resin epoxy sebagai matrik komposit, Rivet untuk menyambung material komposit dan alat yang digunakan adalah Alat uji tarik (Universal Testing Machine): menguji spesimen. Hasil penelitian adalah Semakin banyak jumlah rivet, maka semakin tinggi nilai kekuatan tarik pada sambungan komposit serbuk batu bata hebel. Nilai kekuatan sambungan mekanik menggunakan rivet dengan sambungan tumpang pada komposit serbuk batu bata hebel yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi dimiliki oleh sambungan jumlah rivet 3 sebesar yang mempunyai kekuatan tarik 2,963 MPa dengan peningkatan rata-rata kekuatan tarik 32,91%.

Village-Owned Enterprises or Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) is institution that promote economic growth that have a role related to the hope of bringing changes in the welfare of rural communities for the better. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of BUMDesa in the study location and evaluate the existence of these institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that the characteristics of BUM Desa were formed at the initiation of the village government and were welcomed by the community. Natural potential is the main capital in developing BUM Desa. The main problem of BUM Desa is the quality of human resources and capital in developing business units. In terms of institutional success indicators, the business unit is able to have a positive impact on the community and village government. In terms of internal support and other institutions, BUM Desa institutions have collaborated with various institutions both local and international scales. In terms of leadership, the character of a leader who is visionary, professional, political, multitalent, and able to mingle with members so that he becomes a role model for members.

Potato (Solanum Tuberosum L.) is one of the main staple foods for the people of East Java besides rice, wheat and corn. In addition, potatoes are also a high quality commodity of vegetable that have high-value and until now potatoes have the potential value to be developed as a source of carbohydrate in supporting food diversification program, increasing farmers' income, non-oil export commodities and raw materials of processed industries. After harvesting potatoes it is common happen the respiration and the transpiration process on the potato tubers, this is due to the high water content of potato, so that at one time the quality will experience a decline due to metabolic processes and cannot be stored a long time in fresh form. However, the development of potato commodities is still faced with several problems, some examples are on the low participation of farmers in the role of Gapoktan development and the empowerment of farmers in terms of mastery in potatoes products processing that require the varieties and also the special cultivation in order to produce potato tubers that available with special requirements.

Brassica oleracea L. italica, the scientific name for broccoli, is a vegetable that is frequently consumed for its florets, which have a number of health benefits. However, other portions of the plant, including the leaves, are almost always discarded despite being good for human health. The study was carried out with the purpose of investigating how the physicochemical characteristics of powdered broccoli leaves were affected by blanching and various drying techniques applied. Broccoli leaves were first blanched in hot water before being dried, which included sun drying, oven drying, cabinet drying, and vacuum drying. The findings demonstrated that blanching enhanced the powder's physical attributes while maintaining its phenolic and flavonoid contents. Blanching also reduced the breakdown of the chlorophyll content in all drying techniques, although this process made it harder to keep the goods' antioxidant function. In conclusion, vacuum drying method of blanched broccoli leaf powder showed the highest retention of physicochemical properties, phytochemical content, and antioxidant activity.

This study aims to examine the effect of Exchange Rates on Stock Prices during the Covid-19 Pandemic.This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample size of 19. The research period was 4 months, namely January 17, 2020 to May 20, 2020. Data collection in this study is based on world economic conditions and Indonesia which is weakening due to the disaster the Covid-19 pandemic and based on the phenomenon that the infrastructure business will benefit amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a linear regression analysis method using Eviews 9. The results of the regression analysis show that Exchange Rates affect the Stock Price of the Infrastructure Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange,these results have similarities or differences with the results of research in other emerging market countries.

Taxpayers often make mistakes in determining the tax burden that causes losses for the taxpayer. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate and beneficial tax provisions for cooperative business entities in determining the income tax payable. The data obtained is sourced from the Cooperative PHU Report for the Financial Years of 2020 and 2021. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that Cooperatives benefited more from using the Tariff of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law no. 1 of 2020, because the tax burden owed by the taxpayer is smaller than the calculation according to the Tariff Regulation Article 17 paragraph 2 letter a of Law no. 36 of 2008, with the results of the discussion and analysis, namely the Koperasi Serba Usaha Tandangsari, so far, in compliance with the cooperative, it has carried out the obligation to pay taxes. The Koperasi Serba Usaha Tandangsari should be able to adjust the applicable corporate income tax rate.

One type of tax that contributes to tax revenues is income tax. KUD Sinar Jaya Producer Cooperative is one of the corporate taxpayers that is obliged to pay corporate income tax. However, in reality, the KUD Sinarjaya Producer Cooperative has not yet fulfilled its obligations to pay, deposit, and report corporate income tax. This is because there is still a lack of knowledge from the cooperative. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the literacy level of cooperative taxation, especially the corporate income tax of the KUD Sinarjaya Producer Cooperative, is included in the low category. The Sinarjaya KUD Producer Cooperative can calculate corporate income tax according to Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 at a rate of 0.5%. The KUD Sinarjaya Producer Cooperative must deposit corporate income tax every month before the 15th of the following month. KUD Sinarjaya Producers Cooperative must report corporate income tax every month before the 20th of the following month.

This study aims to determine the role of Good Corporate Governance in moderating the relationship between Agency Cost, Enterprise Resource Planning and Growth Opportunity on Company Performance (Study on Financial Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period). This type of research uses quantitative. The sample in this study was obtained using Purposive Sampling, so that 22 (twenty two) companies were obtained with a research period of 2018-2022 so that 110 (one hundred and ten) sample units were obtained. The methodology used is using the chow test, hausman test, and multiple langrange test for model selection. As well as descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The data used are secondary data. The analysis method used is a hypothesis with the help of E-Views 12. The results of this study are that based on a partial test, agency costs do not affect company performance, enterprise resource planning affects company performance and growth opportunities do not affect company performance. Based on the moderation test, good corporate governance strengthens the relationship between agency costs and company performance, good corporate governance strengthens the relationship between enterprise resource planning and company performance and good corporate governance weakens the relationship between growth opportunities and company performance.

Retinopathy is a common eye disease in Indonesia, ranking fourth after cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive errors. It can be overcome by early diagnosis with optical coherence tomography (OCT), but this imaging technique takes much time. In this research, retinal imaging was carried out using an expert system. The expert system in this study was formed using the convolutional neural network (CNN or ConvNet) method. CNN is an algorithm of deep learning that uses convolution operations to process two-dimensional data, such as images and sounds. This research consisted of 4 stages: data collection, preprocessing, model design, and model testing. A CNN model was formed with three arrangements, consisting of two convolutional layers and one pooling layer. The ReLU activation function, zero padding, and batch normalization were used in all three formats. Then, the flattening process was carried out, and the Softmax activation function was used at the end of the architecture. The model was built using eight epochs, and optimization of Adaptive Momentum resulted in a 98.96% test data accuracy value. The result was considered good so that CNN could be used as an alternative in retinopathy diagnosis. Further research is suggested to use other optimizations or other model architectures.

A distraction while driving a vehicle may result in fatal consequences, namely accidents that may leave road users seriously injured or even dead. In order to mitigate this risk, it is imperative to establish a distracted driver detection system that is both precise and real-time. This research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence, with a particular emphasis on deep learning, which is achieved through the utilization of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model. In order to enhance the detection of inattentive drivers and produce a more precise model, a scaleinvariant feature transform (SIFT)-CNN combination is proposed. The activities of the driver while operating a vehicle are categorized into ten categories in this study. One of these categories is considered a normal condition, while the remaining nine are classified as inattentive behaviors. This study implemented Adam optimization with 64 batches, a learning rate of 0.001, and epochs of 20, 25, 50, and 100. The proposed CNNSIFT model is capable of achieving superior performance in comparison to the solitary CNN model, as evidenced by the experimental results. The CNN-SIFT model has achieved 99% accuracy and a 0.05 loss when the hyperparameter configuration is optimized for 50 epochs. The analysis indicates that the accuracy of the features obtained from CNN-SIFT can be improved by approximately 1% compared with CNN to classify the type of driver distraction behavior. The model's reliability was further enhanced by its evaluation on test data, which resulted in high accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values. The model's ability to accurately identify driver behavior with a high degree of reliability is demonstrated by these results, which are a positive contribution to the improvement of road safety.
