A distraction while driving a vehicle may result in fatal consequences, namely accidents that may leave road users seriously injured or even dead. In order to mitigate this risk, it is imperative to establish a distracted driver detection system that is both precise and real-time. This research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence, with a particular emphasis on deep learning, which is achieved through the utilization of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model. In order to enhance the detection of inattentive drivers and produce a more precise model, a scaleinvariant feature transform (SIFT)-CNN combination is proposed. The activities of the driver while operating a vehicle are categorized into ten categories in this study. One of these categories is considered a normal condition, while the remaining nine are classified as inattentive behaviors. This study implemented Adam optimization with 64 batches, a learning rate of 0.001, and epochs of 20, 25, 50, and 100. The proposed CNNSIFT model is capable of achieving superior performance in comparison to the solitary CNN model, as evidenced by the experimental results. The CNN-SIFT model has achieved 99% accuracy and a 0.05 loss when the hyperparameter configuration is optimized for 50 epochs. The analysis indicates that the accuracy of the features obtained from CNN-SIFT can be improved by approximately 1% compared with CNN to classify the type of driver distraction behavior. The model's reliability was further enhanced by its evaluation on test data, which resulted in high accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values. The model's ability to accurately identify driver behavior with a high degree of reliability is demonstrated by these results, which are a positive contribution to the improvement of road safety.

This research is aimed at determining the effectiveness of the modified TGfU volleyball learning model in enhancing the technical skills of male senior students at elementary schools. The research method used to test effectiveness was an experimental research method by comparing the modified TGfU volleyball learning model with traditional physical education classes typically taught by teachers at school. This research was conducted at Kepuh Elementary School with the subjects of 20 male senior students as the experimental group and Patalan Baru Elementary School using the same 20 male senior students as the control group. The instruments used were the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (AAHPER) Serving Accuracy Test and the Brumbach forearm pass wall-volley test. The application of the modified TGfU volleyball learning model shows the differences in results between the experimental group and the control. The results of the research show that here were differences between the experimental and control groups in the forearm serve (p < 0.001), overhead serve (p < 0.001), and forearm passing skills (p = 0.004), with a p-value of less than 0.05 indicating that the difference is statistically significant. The findings demonstrate that the modified TGfU volleyball learning model outperforms the traditional PE teaching method in enhancing the forearm serve, overhead serve, and forearm passing skills.

Technological developments have changed the music industry, music consumption preferences have changed from purchasing physical albums to downloading digitally released music. The shift from a proprietary to a streaming-based business model is underway in various industries such as movies, games, and books. The digital music industry has already experienced a shift due to technological advances. One of the famous digital music services is Spotify. This study is to examine the effect of customer experience and customer value on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative research with causal relationships. Primary data was collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who used Spotify and then the data was processed by the path analysis method. Based on the results of research analysis, there is a direct influence between customer experience and customer value on customer satisfaction, a direct influence between customer experience and customer value on repurchase intention, a direct influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, However, customer satisfaction has not been shown to be an intervening variable between customer experience and customer value to repurchase intention. This study aims to explore the potential of using Virtual Reality technology to enhance inclusive learning for students with special needs on the slow learning spectrum. The case study was carried out purposively at SMP Negeri 7 Pasuruan City, with the consideration that Pasuruan City was the first city in East Java to be declared an Inclusion City and was a pilot city for inclusion in Southeast Asia. The method of implementing community service used is in the form of outreach, training, and mentoring of students and teachers. Data collection methods used in this activity are observation and interviews. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the level of use of virtual reality tools by inclusive students was included in the high category with a score of 105 which had a percentage of 70%, meaning that inclusive students liked the use of virtual reality media in the learning process. The readiness to teach inclusive teachers is in the very high category with a score of 94 which has a percentage of 94%, meaning that inclusive teachers are very ready to teach or guide inclusive children in schools. In this study it is also seen that the use of Virtual Reality provides a more enjoyable learning experience for students with special needs. Teachers also felt a change in the level of student participation and their level of involvement in learning. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Virtual Reality technology has great potential in helping improve inclusive learning for students with special needs on the slow learning spectrum. The use of this technology needs to be increased in the development of inclusive learning programs so that it can help students get a more enjoyable and effective learning experience

The purpose of this study is expected to be able to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of logistics management. The article on the role of logistics management in supporting the management of goods for equitable distribution and having an impact on regional economic growth is a scientific literature article in the scope of logistics management. The approach or method used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Logistics Management plays a role in Equitable Distribution; and 2) Logistics Management plays a role in Regional Economic Growth.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pemilihan refrigeran untuk sistem pemanfaatan panas buang mesin diesel dengan siklus Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC). Pemilihan refrigeran yang tepat merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sistem ORC, mengurangi dampak lingkungan, dan memastikan keselamatan operasi. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa refrigeran dievaluasi berdasarkan sifat termofisika dan aspek keselamatan untuk menganalisis Total Equivalent Warming Impact (TEWI) dan performa sistem dari masing-masing refrigeran. Performa sistem ORC dievaluasi melalui pemodelan termodinamika secara matematis menggunakan MATLAB. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa keempat refrigeran memiliki efisiensi termal yang cukup tinggi, namun dengan nilai TEWI yang bervariasi. R600a memiliki nilai total TEWI terendah, yaitu 264.59 kgCO2eq/tahun, sedangkan R134a memiliki nilai total TEWI tertinggi, yaitu 4436.96 kgCO2eq/tahun. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, R600a merupakan refrigeran terbaik untuk digunakan dalam sistem pemanfaatan panas buang mesin diesel dengan siklus ORC, dengan mempertimbangkan efisiensi termal, aspek keselamatan, dan dampak lingkungan.

Daulat Ra’jat was made by Mohammad Hatta from 1931 to 1934. Daulat Ra’jat gives us a concept of governmentthat Mohammad Hatta made. He made a theory about government structure to build a nation and people’s economy. This theory becomes a gap that has not been discussed by many government scientists. So, this theory must be researched in this study. The first problem formulation is what the theory about the structure of government organization is. The second problem formulation is how the structure of government organization works. This research purpose is to state the definition and the implementation ofthe structure of government organization from Mohammad Hatta’s Theory, especially according to economy perspective. This study uses library research to explore the theory. Library research is a literature study for collecting, reading, analyzing, and synthesizing the gap of theme. Primary data is from Daulat Ra’jat. Data analysis is arranged by reading data according to the theme, breaking data into some points into clusters for fulfilling the theme, synthesizing the points in cluster of them with theory used in this study and with the understanding of this researcher about the theme. The result is known that the structure of government organization is divided into two formulations: from regionals into state institutions and from organization into institution then networking between institutions. Each structure of the government must arrange governing influenced theconstitution soul, systematic networking of divisions, inside and between institutions, to implement state authority.

The role of financial technology is considered to be at the forefront of digital market developers through market places to increase the income of MSMEs in South Tangerang City. The objectives of this research are 1.) To test and analyze whether financial technology influences purchasing decisions 2). analyzing Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions 3). testing financial technology and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions 4). To test and analyze whether purchasing decisions have an impact on consumer loyalty in South Tangerang City MSMEs. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs using the market place. Population of all business actors in South Tangerang City. The sample uses questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique. The analysis tool in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) processed through the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program. The research results can be concluded as follows: (1). There is a partial effect of financial technology on purchasing decisions using a value of 52.5% obtained from the determinant test. (2) Online Customer Reviews influence purchasing decisions (3). financial technology and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions (4). Purchasing Decisions that impact Consumer Loyalty.

Dalam masyarakat, kehidupan keluarga dan perkawinan diorganisasi dan dikontrol oleh perasaan cinta, solidaritas, dan pertimbangan ekonomi. Namun, seiring waktu, terjadi pergeseran dari integrasi dan kolaborasi yang kuat menjadi terpecah akibat perilaku menyimpang. Faktor-faktor penyebabnya meliputi masalah ekonomi, perselingkuhan suami, suami memiliki wanita idaman lain, suami tidak memenuhi kebutuhan batin istri, kekerasan fisik oleh suami, istri berzina, dan istri sering pulang malam, yang semuanya dapat berujung pada perceraian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pergeseran dari cinta dan solidaritas dalam keluarga ke dominasi faktor ekonomi, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian, dan menjelaskan prosedur perceraian menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 45 Tahun 1990. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah: menjelaskan bagaimana dan mengapa pergeseran dari cinta dan solidaritas ke dominasi faktor ekonomi terjadi dalam keluarga, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian, serta menjelaskan prosedur perceraian menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 45 Tahun 1990. perceraian, Menjelaskan prosedur perceraian menurut undang-undang nomor 45 tahun 1990. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma “Positivisme”. Oleh karena itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah “kuantitatif deskriptif” Teknik pengambilan data adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan content analysis. Penelitian menunjukan ada tiga pengkategorisasian keluarga yaitu keluarga inti, luas dan keturunan. Penelitian juga menunjukan 44,4% perceraian disebabkan oleh factor ekonomi, sedangkan 25,9% perceraian disebabkan oleh suami berselingkuh dengan wanita lain dan sebanyak 7,4% mengatakan perceraian disebabkan oleh suami melakukan kekerasan fisik terhadap isteri, Permohonan Perceraian dari isteri sebanyak 92,5% dan permohonan perceraian dari suami sebanyak 7,5%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah masalah keuangan menjadi penyebab utama pertengkaran, terutama di kalangan ekonomi menengah ke bawah, sementara faktor lain seperti ketidaksetiaan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga juga berperan. The purpose of this study is to explain the shift from love and solidarity in the family to the dominance of economic factors, analyze the factors that lead to divorce, and explain the divorce procedure according to Law Number 45 of 1990. The specific objectives of this research are: explain how and why the shift from love and solidarity to the dominance of economic factors occurs in the family, analyze the factors that cause divorce, and explain the divorce procedure according to Law Number 45 of 1990. divorce, Explain the divorce procedure according to law number 45 of 1990. This research uses the “Positivism” paradigm. Therefore, the approach used is “descriptive quantitative” The data collection techniques are observation and documentation. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The research shows that there are three categorizations of families, namely nuclear, extended and descendant families. The research also showed that 44.4% of divorces were caused by economic factors, while 25.9% of divorces were caused by husbands having affairs with other women and as many as 7.4% said divorce was caused by husbands physically abusing their wives, Divorce applications from wives were 92.5% and divorce applications from husbands were 7.5%. The conclusion of this study is that financial problems are the main cause of quarrels, especially in the middle and lower economic circles, while other factors such as unfaithfulness and domestic violence also play a role.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, customer orientation on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on JCO products. This study is motivated by unmentioned customer loyalty, so a study was conducted to find out from the quality of service and customer orientation which will be the most influential variables on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on JCO products. The population in this study were all consumers at JCO Outlets domiciled in the Jabotabek area, totaling 103 Outlets. While the research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely customers who had purchased JCO products at least 2 times with a total of 170 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that customer orientation has a positive effect on service quality, followed by the following hypotheses, namely service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer orientation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, but customer orientation does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality does not mediate customer orientation on customer satisfaction, in contrast to customer satisfaction mediating service quality and customer orientation on customer loyalty. After conducting the study, the author suggests adding other supporting variables, such as product quality, word of mouth promotion, brand trust, price and various other variables that are relevant to the novelty of the study. In the future, JCO is expected to be able to improve service quality and customer orientation in terms of responding to customers with polite language in responding to complaints from customers so that JCO customers will feel happy and become more loyal in buying JCO products.
