Abstract

The way teachers educate children in educational institutions is of utmost importance as it involves the psychological development of children. Teachers also have the responsibility to meet the needs of students, including their spiritual, intellectual, moral, ethical, and physical needs. This research examines how teachers educate children in their psychological development, conducted at MIN 2 Palembang. This study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used were through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification of research data results. The research results show that the way teachers educate children is crucial for the psychological development of students because a teacher's role is not only to impart knowledge but also to instill good morals in students. This way, students will hopefully be good both physically and mentally. The teaching methods of teachers in the psychological development of children at MIN 2 Palembang have been implemented. The teacher's approach to child development is crucial in helping children grow and develop optimally. Here are some steps and principles that can help teachers in dealing with the psychological development of children, including understanding the stages of child development, creating a safe and supportive learning environment, understanding the diversity of students, implementing active learning approaches, and involving all stakeholders, and fostering collaboration between parents, students, and educational institutions

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang peran orang tua dalam perkembangan psikologi anak di SDN 25 Palembang, yang difokuskan pada siswa kelas VI. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan teknik pemeriksaan data yakni dengan triangulasi, yang terdiri dari triangulasi waktu, sumber dan metode. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan bahwa Semua orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologi anak mereka, dan peran yang mereka mainkan dapat membentuk kepribadian, kesejahteraan emosional, serta kemampuan sosial anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi orang tua untuk mengambil tanggung jawab ini dengan serius dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan positif anak-anak mereka. Secara keseluruhan, pemahaman orang tua dalam proses belajar anak dapat memiliki dampak besar pada prestasi akademis, perkembangan keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan baik di lingkungan pendidikan maupun emosional anak-anak mereka. Karena itu, kolaborasi yang efektif dan komunikasi yang terbuka antara orang tua dan sekolah menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung kemajuan anak-anak.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education in the current millennial era has experienced significant developments throughout its history, in this millennial era as well. In today's digital and information technology era, the development of Islamic education faces new challenges and an opportunity. It presents how Islamic education adapts to social trends and changes in the current millennial era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were 9 students of the Raden Fatah State University of Palembang, Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, literature study and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis, so that in-depth conclusions were obtained from the problems studied. The results of this study are first, the form of challenges that occur in the development of Islamic education in the millennial youth era which often occur in the present are: (1) the influence of social media (2) the influence of outside culture (3) technological advances (4) moral decadence ( 5) minimal understanding of religion (6) moral challenges. Researchers found challenges that could affect the development of Islamic education in the current millennial era. Second, important factors that can influence Islamic education in the current millennial era are: (1) having a solid Islamic foundation (2) having strong moral values (3) overcoming the challenges of the times (4) forming an identity (5) build an understanding of Islam (6) develop morals. these factors strengthen to fight challenges in the development of Islamic education in the millennial era.Keywords: Islamic Education, Millennial Era

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang perubahan perilaku dan psikologi siswa di MIN 1 Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Dalam konteks pendidikan, perubahan perilaku dan perubahan psikologi anak merupakan dua aspek yang saling terkait, dan perubahan psikologi anak memiliki dampak signifikan pada partisipasi mereka dalam proses belajar mengajar. Peran guru sebagai pendidik memiliki peranan sentral dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, mengingat guru telah melakukan analisis psikologi anak.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe educational facilities and infrastructure inventory. Facilities and infrastructure are all the resources and tools a school or educational institution owns to support school activities or assist the teaching and learning process. This is very important to achieve school educational goals. Therefore, these facilities and infrastructure must be maintained to help achieve academic goals. "inventory" refers to activities related to inventory items, such as their management, organization, recording, and registration. The method for maintaining the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure is Inventory. Therefore, its implementation will be critical. Therefore, understanding how to do it correctly and regularly is very important.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat karakter guru yang baik dengan membudayakan akhlak mulia murid, khususnya SDN 01 Kabupaten Lahat Selatan Lahat. Secara khusus Desa Tanjung Payang, SDN 01 Lahat Selatan, menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Menulis artikel ilmiah membantu siswa belajar lebih banyak sambil menumbuhkan perilaku dan sikap hormat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa, khususnya di SDN 01 Lahat Selatan, masih kurang memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan sopan santun, yang mencegah mereka untuk memahami bagaimana melakukannya sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Berdasarkan hasil pengajaran saya, saya telah menemukan bahwa mengajar dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan mempromosikan prinsip-prinsip Islam adalah cara yang efektif untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan karakter moral dan menjadi lebih menghormati guru mereka dan masyarakat luas. Pengembangan prinsip-prinsip moral yang tinggi, ditunjukkan oleh sopan santun dan menghormati orang lain dan lingkungan, serta strategi pengajaran dari mereka yang memiliki prinsip-prinsip moral yang tinggi dan pengetahuan tentang subjek, membantu siswa menjadi lebih tegak secara moral.

Abstract

The implementation of non-test evaluation techniques is an application of evaluation techniques that assess through knowledge of children's attitudes and skills. This encourages researchers to examine and find out how the application is carried out in the non-test evaluation of learning. This study focuses on non-test evaluation techniques' application, examples, and objectives. This research used the descriptive qualitative method carried out at State Elementary School 230 Palembang, with the research subjects being teachers by giving questions through interview activities. Aspects of non-test assessment are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Examples of implementation in Indonesian language lessons are attitude observation, social studies lessons product performance skills in Civics learning practical performance assessment discussing economic diversity activities in the surrounding environment, and science lessons product performance skills. The disadvantages of non-test evaluation in assessing and the learning process are still minimal when compared to the use of tools through tests in evaluating the results of the process and learning for the advantages, namely being able to assess the knowledge of students' attitudes and skills directly to evaluate the learning outcomes of students without testing students but by making observations.

Abstract

This article discusses non-formal education activities in the process of instilling Islamic values ​​in children at the Al-Qur'an Education Park in Kenten Laut Village. In the educational process it is carried out consciously and regularly, but does not really follow standard and firm rules. Non-formal education as a complement to informal and formal education for children. This study aims to determine how the process of non-formal education in inculcating Islamic values ​​in children. The type of research used is qualitative. Analysis of the data used in this study, namely interviews via Google form which serves to explore data or information related to the inculcation of Islamic values ​​in children in non-formal education. The results of this study are that some teachers at TPA Kenten Laut transfer Islamic values ​​to children, one of which is by teaching children the Koran and introducing Islamic aqidah from an early age. Things that can influence the inculcation of Islamic values ​​in children are parents and the surrounding environment. The impact of the inculcation of Islamic values ​​in children in non-formal education is that they can make children pious and pious and get good and right moral and religious values.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi sekarang ini telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari anak-anak di sekolah dasar (SD) saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penggunaan teknologi pada psikologis anak-anak di SD 157 Palembang. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan terjun langsung di lapangan untuk pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, sedangkan untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilaksanakan melalui triangulasi, yakni triangulasi waktu, sumber dan metode. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa siswa SD dari berbagai tingkat kelas. Penggunaan teknologi pada anak-anak SD memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Ini dapat meningkatkan stres dan kecemasan, mengurangi kualitas hubungan sosial, namun juga meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif mereka. Pemahaman tentang dampak ini penting untuk mengelola penggunaan teknologi yang sehat bagi kesejahteraan anak-anak. Namun, teknologi pada anak-anak SD memiliki dampak ganda. Selain meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, seperti pemecahan masalah dan akses ke pendidikan, juga dapat meningkatkan stress dan kecemasan. Ini memerlukan pemahaman komprehensif dari pendidik, orang tua, dan pihak terkait untuk mengelola penggunaan teknologi demi kesejahteraan anak-anak.

Abstract

This article discusses the Reform of Indonesian Islamic Education in Facing Globalization. In the era of globalization, Islamic education has a number of difficulties which are discussed in this article. Islamic education reform as an effort to change or improve the Islamic education system with the aim of improving the quality of education, updating the curriculum, teaching methods, and increasing human resources involved in the process of Islamic education. Islamic education reform is an important part of sustainable education development, so that the goal of improving the entire education system can bring great benefits to the whole society and the whole country. Islamic education reform is very important in the era of globalization, because the era of globalization has brought new challenges to Islamic education. The aim of education in the context of globalization is always to achieve a state of harmony between needs and results by reforming programs and actions, activities so as not to lose their relevance to the needs of local, national, regional and international communities.
