Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The type of research is qualitative. The study is conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, and data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques employed in this research are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The results indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang is relatively good. This is evident from the activities of providing instructions, coordination, motivation, and guidance carried out by the school principal to achieve the goals of implementing the independent curriculum. Supporting factors for the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang include the role of teachers, student motivation, and effective planning in the availability of learning resources. However, inhibiting factors include the uneven role of teachers and access to learning resources.

Abstract

Microteaching adalah metode pelatihan pengajaran yang melibatkan pengajaran dalam skala kecil dengan durasi yang singkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi potensi dan tantangan dari microteaching sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital. Metodologi penelitian dalam artikel ini, penulis menerapkan pendekatan studi literatur dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi microteaching di era digital telah menghadirkan berbagai perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan. Integrasi teknologi seperti video recording, platform digital, dan aplikasi khusus telah meningkatkan realisme dan detail dalam simulasi pengajaran, serta mempercepat umpan balik yang relevan bagi calon guru. Teknologi juga memungkinkan personalisasi pembelajaran dan kolaborasi yang lebih dinamis antar peserta. Meskipun memberikan banyak manfaat, tantangan seperti akses teknologi yang tidak merata, kebutuhan akan pelatihan teknologi, dan isu privasi data tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa microteaching sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menyediakan platform bagi pendidik untuk menguji dan mengembangkan metode pengajaran dalam skala kecil, memungkinkan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan siswa

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses Islamic education and its role in shaping the character of students. The focus of this study is the students of the Islamic Education Study Program (MPI C) of the 2022 cohort at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve the stages of data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher uses data triangulation, consisting of triangulation of time, methods, and sources. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of Islamic education and its role in shaping the character of students has been carried out effectively through various programs, including activities for the development of morals and personality, instilling Islamic values through learning, and character education activities for students. All these activities have a positive impact on developing the moral principles and ethics of students, as well as their ability to empathize, show compassion, and take social responsibility. They also contribute to helping students develop good personalities, grow, and prepare them to become morally upright individuals.Keywords: Islamic Education, Character FormationAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang pendidikan Islam dan perannya dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa. Fokus penelitian ini yakni mahasiswa MPI C Angkatan 2022 UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data, maka peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data, yang terdiri dari triangulasi waktu, metode dan sumber. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pelaksanakan pendidikan Islam dan perannya dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui beberapa program, diantaranya kegiatan pembentukan akhlak dan kepribadian, penanaman nilai-nilai keislaman melalui pembelajaran dan kegiatan pendidikan karakter bagi mahasiswa. Semua kegiatan itu memiliki dampak yang baik dalam mengembangkan prinsip-prinsip moral dan etika mahasiswa serta kemampuan mereka untuk berempati, berbelas kasih, dan tanggung jawab sosial, juga untuk membantu mahasiswa memiliki kepribadian yang baik, tumbuh dan mempersiapkan mereka menjadi mahasiswa yang bermoral.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Pembentukan Karakter

Abstract

Abstract: This research is related to the Planning of Facilities and Infrastructure in SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. In this study, a qualitative research design was employed, using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques involving observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured through triangulation, involving triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Based on the results and discussion, the planning process has been carried out quite well through several stages, including needs analysis for facilities and infrastructure, projection of facility and infrastructure needs, gathering proposals from stakeholders, formulating needs plans, and integrating those plans. All these stages were implemented by involving all relevant elements, including the deputy head of school in charge of facilities and infrastructure, teachers as users of facilities and infrastructure in the field, students as integral parts of the school, educational staff who were also invited and given space to actively participate, including the community as a school partner and an inseparable part of the education process at SMA Negeri 19 Palembang.Keywords: Planning, Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Abstrak: Penelitian ini berikatan dengan Perencanaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 19 Palembang”. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi yakni triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan bahwa proses perencanaan sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik melalui beberapa tahapan yakni analisis kebutuhan dari sarana dan prasarana, proyeksi kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, penampungan usulan dari stakeholder yang ada, menyusun rencana kebutuhan dan memadukan rencana kebutuhan. Kelima tahapan tersebut sudah dilansakan dengan melibatkan semua unsur yang ada, baik wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana, guru sebagai pengguna dari sarana dan prasana di lapangan, siswa sebagai bagian penting dari sekolah, tenaga kependidikan juga diajak dan diberikan ruang untuk bisa berpartisipasi aktif, termamsuk juga masyarakat sebagai mitra dari sekolah dan menjadi bagian yang tidak dipisahkan dari proses pendidikan yang ada di SMAN 19 Palembang.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of teachers and child psychology in the learning process of third-grade students at State Elementary School 157 Palembang. The method used in this research is qualitative. By using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is expected to comprehensively describe the roles of teachers and child psychology in learning. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research discuss the roles of teachers and child psychology in the learning process of third-grade students at State Elementary School 157 Palembang. The roles of teachers and understanding child psychology include understanding the characteristics of each student, adopting an approach, and also understanding the conditions that children have in participating in learning activities. Educators are sensitive to the conditions of each of their students and then approach slowly by asking about the difficulties they are facing. In addition to teachers playing a role in the development of child psychology, parents also play a very important role in the development of child psychology, especially at home. The relationship between teachers and parents must be continuous, with good communication and cooperation, to achieve the best goals for the development of child psychology. Keywords: Teacher Role, Understanding Child PsychologyAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kelas III SD Negeri 157 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tentang peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah membahas tentang peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam pembelajaran siswa kelas III SD Negeri 157 Palembang. Adapun peran guru dan pemahaman psikologi anak diantaranya memahami karakter dari setiap peserta didik, mengadakan sebuah pendekatan dan juga harus memahami dari setiap kondisi yang dimiliki anak-anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Tenaga pendidik peka terhadap kondisi dari setiap peserta didiknya dan kemudian melakukan pendekatan secara perlahan dengan cara bertanya mengenai kesulitan apa yang sedang ia hadapi. Selain guru yang berperan dalam perkembangan psikologi anak, orang tua juga berperan sangat penting dalam perkembangan psikologi anak terutama di rumah. Hubungan guru dan wali murid haruslah berkesinambungan satu sama lain, dengan adanya komunikasi yang berjalan baik serta kerjasama yang baik, maka dapat mencapai tujuan yang baik bagi perkembangan psikologi anak tersebut.Kata Kunci:  Peran Guru, Pemahaman Psikologi Anak

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to understand and analyze the role of the principal in improving the library facilities at MA Al-Ishlah Tulung Selapan Ogan Komering Ilir, encompassing roles as manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor. This is a qualitative study employing a descriptive qualitative analysis strategy model. The research was conducted at MA Al-Ishlah Tulung Selapan with respondents including the headmaster, head librarian, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using the triangulation technique. The results indicate that the principal's role in enhancing the library facilities at MA Al-Ishlah has been executed quite well. The principal's role in improving the library facilities comprises acting as a manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor. This is evident from various indicators showing that the principal, as a leader, has fulfilled duties related to library facilities. The headmaster has made significant efforts to enhance the library facilities, achieving improvements in both the quality and quantity of the library resources. This includes modifying the use of library facilities to ensure that users feel comfortable when visiting the school libraryKeywords: Principal, Library FacilitiesAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Sarana Perpustakaan di MA Al-Ishlah Tulung Selapan Ogan Komering Ilir yang meliputi sebagai manajer, leader (pemimpin), administrator, dan supervisor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengembangan model strategi analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Al-Ishlah Tulung Selapan dengan responden Kepala Madrasah, Kepala Perpustakaan, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sarana Perpustakaan di MA Al-Ishlah pada dasarnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sarana perpustakaan terdiri dari kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, pemimpin, administrator, dan supervisor. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator yang menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin sudah menjalankan tugasnya berkaitan dengan sarana perpustakaan. Kepala madrasah telah berupaya keras untuk meningkatkan fasilitas perpustakaan dan sudah ada peningkatan dari sisi kualitas dan kuantitas  sarana perpustakaan madrasah, termasuk melakukan modifikasi penggunaan sarana perpustakaan agar user atau pengguna merasa nyaman ketika berada di perpustakaan madrasah.Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Sarana Perpustakaan

Abstract

This article discusses the development of learning outcomes and child psychology at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, focusing on first-grade students. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data presentation, and data verification stages. The research results indicate that the development of learning outcomes and child psychology is influenced by various factors, including parents, the student's personal characteristics, and the child's environment, both formal and informal. These factors are interconnected and can impact the well-being and success of teaching and child psychology. The role of educational institutions, parents, the community, and teachers in supporting the success of teaching and child psychology is crucial. The importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating an environment that supports the holistic development of children's learning outcomes and psychology is emphasized.

Abstract

This research is related to the role of the family environment in the cognitive development of children at Public Elementary School 160 in Palembang. The type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the role of the family environment in supporting children's educational development has been well executed. The family plays the primary role as the first environment where children grow and learn, and it has a significant influence on shaping children's educational development. However, it is important to remember that a child's education in the family environment is not solely the responsibility of parents but involves the participation of all family members, including grandparents, siblings, and other family members. Cognitive development in children plays a crucial role as it forms the foundation for learning abilities, interaction with the environment, and academic and intellectual achievements. There are differences in cognitive development between boys and girls, where boys may be less active than girls, but this does not rule out the possibility that boys may have different ways of understanding the material

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Marketing Planning of Educational Services at SMP IT Mufidatul Ilmi Banyuasin. The research is a qualitative descriptive study, with 6 research subjects, including the school principal, curriculum vice-principal, administrative head, educators, parents, and students. Data is collected through three methods: interviews, observations, and documentation. Subsequently, the data analysis technique begins with data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The research results indicate that: (1) Goal Setting involves holding meetings twice a year in January and June and establishing a special committee for student admissions. (2) Formulating Current Conditions is based on the school's profile, vision, the number of educators, educational quality, and infrastructure conditions, which are formulated through meetings for effective implementation. (3) Identifying Facilities and Barriers through SWOT Analysis has been conducted effectively through meetings. (4) Plan Development is carried out effectively by the school principal, curriculum vice principal, teachers, and staff with direct coordination and evaluation of the previous plans

Abstract

Special needs education is education tailored to the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of children. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the K-13 curriculum and its adaptation to the Merdeka Curriculum for Children with Special Needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang. The method employed is qualitative, involving data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The data analysis results indicate that the school principal has successfully organized, provided guidance, motivation, and coordinated effectively with all educational stakeholders at SLB-A PRPCN, including teachers, staff, students, and parents as partners in the educational process. In this process, continuous efforts are necessary to enhance the implementation of the K-13 curriculum that has been adapted to the Merdeka curriculum for children with special needs. These efforts encompass improving teacher qualifications, enhancing learning facilities, and identifying and addressing factors that support or hinder curriculum implementation. It is expected that these actions will have a significant positive impact on the quality of education for children with special needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang
