Number of street children in Indonesia has increased rapidly in recent years. An increasing number of street children is a growing social phenomenon that needs serious attention from various parties. Islam as a universal religion, it wants the children can live and grow properly. The goals of this papers is to elaboration the implementation of legal protection of street children in Foundation Madinatunnajjah Cirebon. The method used in this study are a normative juridical approach to determine the extent of law protect street children, and sociological juridical approach to see the protection effort not only in law but also in its implementation. Jumlah anak jalanan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan pesat dalam beberapa tahun belakangan. Peningkatan jumlah anak jalanan yang pesat merupakan fenomena sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari berbagai pihak. Islam sebagai agama yang universal, sangatlah menghendaki agar anak-anak itu dapat hidup dan tumbuh berkembang secara baik. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak jalanan di Yayasan Madinatunnajjah Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah normative yudisial untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hukum memberikan perlindungan kepada anak jalanan, dan sosiologi yuridis untuk melihat perlindungan bukan hanya dari aspek hukum tetapi juga aspek sosialnya.

Tulisan ini memberikan informasi yang tepat tentang kondisi kebutuhan remaja yang sesuai dengan tugas perkembangannya yaitu: mengenal fungsi perbedaan jenis kelamin, organ reproduksi dan persiapan pernikahan agar dapat mengenali fungsi anatomi tubuh sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, misalnya tentang kesehatan seksual dalam Islam. Meskipun data yang ditemukan terdapat beragam problematika remaja tentang seksual,  sehingga dibutuhkan profesi konseling  Islami untuk membantu remaja tumbuh kembang secara optimal dalam berprestasi dibidang kognitif-afektif-psikomotorik.  Kemampuan kognitif dengan diupayakannya  pengayaan pengetahuan tentang alam semesta beserta fenomena alam, kemampuan  afektif dengan trampilnya mengolah dan mengendalikan emosi ke arah positif  kepada sesama makhluk hidup,  sedangkan kemampuan psikomotorik dengan adaptifnya manusia dalam bersikap ketika berinteraksi di lingkungan dengan keragaman budaya Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Dengan berdasar pada nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam maka manusia dapat mengoptimalkan 3 daya dengan berdasarkan pada al-Qur’an yang memberikan keselamatan  dan kebahagiaan  pada remaja untuk memahami kesehatan seksual dalam Islam.Kata Kunci: Konseling Islam, Pendidikan  Seksual, PemudaTHROUGH THE ISLAMIC COUNSELLING SEXUAL HEALTH EDUCATION IN ISLAM IN ADOLESCENT. This paper provides precise information about the conditions in accordance with the needs of adolescent development tasks are: to know the function of gender, reproductive organs and wedding preparations in order to identify the function of anatomy of the body in accordance with Islamic values, example about sexual health in Islam. Although the data were found to contain a variety of sexual problems of adolescence, so it needs the counseling profession Islamic to help teens grow and develop optimally in achievement in the field of cognitive-affective-psychomotor. Cognitive abilities with the enrichment begun all the knowledge of the universe and natural phenomena, affective abilities skilfully manage and control their emotions in a positive direction to our fellow beings, whereas the adaptive human psychomotor abilities in attitude when interacting in an environment with a diversity of cultural unity. Based on the values of Islamic education then humans can optimize power to 3 based on the Qur’an that provide the safety and happiness of the youth to understand sexual health in Islam.Keywords:  Islamic Counseling , Sexual Health Education, Youth

Sebaran mangrove di Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh belum merata dikarenakan belum adanya perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dan stakeholder lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran mangrove di Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan survei dan observasi. Analisis data dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian luas mangrove tahun 2004 sebelum tsunami 66,25 ha dan tahun 2015 setelah tsunami 47,9 Ha, mangrove yang ada di lokasi penelitian mengakibatkan penyusutan sebesar 18,6 Ha yang disebabkan oleh gelombang tsunami pada tahun 2004. Simpulan terdapat 18 jenis mangrove yang sudah dewasa dan tersebar di 3 titik lokasi penelitian yaitu Gampong Jawa, Gampong Pande dan Gampong Peulanggahan sedangkan mangrove yang paling dominan terdapat di Gampong Jawa. Abstrack: The process shedding is still less effective until now, especially in Bangka-Belitung. The peppers which has been harvested be collected into the sack, after that it is continued to the process of soaking, washing and drying. In fact, it is less efficient because of the collected peppers are still with their stalks. The pepper thresher machine is a rubber roller construction machine system, which in tied up in the thresher shaft. This machine is operated with an electric motor. It is expected that this machine can help the farmer in case of the pepper collecting and decrease the sacks need. One hectare area of peppers agriculture planting have 2.500 peppers tree and they can produces 200 sack peppers before fall off by the stalk. The soaking process of peppers wich stalk peppers together having a need off many sacks. For two hundreds sack pepper with stalk only use 130 sack on peppers without stalk. So the process increase efficiency of using sack until achievement about 30%. Key words : peppers, sacks, rubber and soaking.

The effect of after-deposition oxidation to the thin film properties Ga doped ZnO has been studied. Film deposited using dc magnetron sputtering method at temperature 300oC for one hour and then it was performed variations of oxidation using oxygen gas (99,9%) with pressure of 0 mTorr and 50 mTorr at a temperature of 300 ° C for 20 minutes. According to the image scanning of electron microscopy, it shows that the film grain size became larger in oxygen pressure of 50 mTor as compared to the pressure of 0 mTor. UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis showed the film transmittance in visible light increases with the increasing of oxygen pressure reached ~83%. Band-gap energy that has been produced by film on the oxygen pressure of 0 mTorr and 50 mTorr are respectively 3.32 eV and 3.4 eV.

The research is aimed at finding out the distinctive between Sasak language and English language affixation in which this is the starting point of investigating whether or not it has some similarities or may differences. The similarities will bring the easiness to the students while the differences will bring the difficulties. The result of the study is very particularly aimed to improve students’ vocabulary mastery during the classroom teaching action. Hopefully, it will bring some positive effect on students’ mastery regarding to the worse condition of vocabulary mastery. The interview was conducted closely to the research participants to dig up the information on how the affixation might change the meaning of particular word in Sasak language which then confirmed to that of English language have. The data collected through the interview process then will be transcribe and reduced based on research need for the sake of answering the research question. The research conclusion was made based on data finding during the field interview process. The research result than applied in the classroom teaching practice and published widely on journal of English language teaching.

Abstract: University of Jember (UNEJ) is the only state university in Jember Regency under the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia. The administration staffs, especially the temporary educational staffs, have a significant role in performing administration service to support the educational system of the university. The objective of this research is to significantly examine the direct influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on work effectiveness and indirect influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on work effectiveness through work satisfaction. This is an explanatory quantitative research with the sample consisted of 180 temporary educational staff at University of Jember. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and work effectiveness; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. Kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran berdampak pada hasil belajar yang kurang memuaskan. Learning community merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa di kelas. Siswa dituntut aktif dengan memegang peran masing-masing untuk saling bertukar pengetahuan dalam komunitas belajar. Proses bertukar pengetahuan dalam komunitas belajar memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas yang menggunakan model learning community berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design dengan jenis nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif kelas eksperimen dengan n-gain 0,51. Ranah afektif meningkat dengan n-gain 0,01. Psikomotorik siswa meningkat dengan n-gain 0,66 dan 0,52. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar dengan t hitung sebesar 3,288. Peningkatan kelas eksperimen menyimpulkan bahwa model learning community dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The lack of involvement of the student in following the lessons have an impact on learning outcome unsatisfactory. Learning community is one model of learning that can enhance the activity of the students in the class. Students are actively by holding their respective roles to exchange knowledge in learning communities. The process of exchanging knowledge within the learning community easier for students to understand the material so that the impact on improving student learning outcome. A research on improvement of learning outcome in the classroom using guided inquiry based learning community model. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a kind of nonequivalent control group. The results showed an increase in cognitive learning outcome experimental class with n-gain 0.51. Affective increases with n-gain of 0.01. Psychomotor students increased by n-gain 0.66 and 0.52. Experimental class and control class shows differences in learning outcome by t calculate equal to 3.288. Improved experimental class concluded that the learning community model can be used to improve student learning outcome.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan minat dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode diskusi buzz group dengan analisis gambar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas kelas VII SMP N 24 Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapat perlakuan dengan metode diskusi buzz group dengan analisis gambar dan VII C sebagai kelas kontrol yang mendapat perlakuan dengan metode ceramah tanya jawab. Dengan uji gain minat belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen meningkat 0,35 kategori sedang dan pada kelas kontrol meningkat sebesar 0,29 kategori rendah. Sedangkan peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen meningkat sebesar 0,41 kategori sedang dan pada kelas kontrol meningkat sebesar 0,39 kategori sedang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode diskusi buzz group dengan analisis gambar lebih besar daripada siswa yang diajar dengan metode ceramah tanya jawab.This research aims to determine interest and student learning outcomes using buzz group discussion method with image analysis. The population in this study were all students off class VII SMP N 24 Semarang. Samplig was de by purposive sampling that is class VII A as a class experiment treated with buzz grup discussion method with image analysis and VII C as the control class who receive treament with the lecture method debriefing. With the gain test students interest in the experimental class medium category increased 0,35 and the control class increased 0,29 lower category. While improving learning outcome at 0,41 experimental class increases medium category and the control class increased by 0,39 medium category. It can be concluded that and increase in interest and learning outcome of student who are taught using buzz discussion grup with higher image analysis rather than student taught by lecture method debriefing.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan pendidikan karakter siswa SMP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Kajen. Dengan teknik simpel random sampling diperoleh dua kelas sampel yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray, dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol yang diterapkan model konvensional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, dan tes. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPA fisika dan pendidikan karakter siswa, sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah model pembelajaran. Hasil analisis uji t pihak kanan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji proposi pihak kiri ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal paling besar ada di kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 93,75%. Hasil uji gain menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,71 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,50. Hasil angket dan observasi menunjukkan peningkatan pendidikan karakter kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan pendidikan karakter siswa SMP.
