Abstract

In general, farmers in Buttu Pamboang Village in Majene District in carrying out the cultivation of onion plants have not applied the rules of cultivation correctly and precisely, resulting in a decline in crop. Agricultural commodities have a strategic role in realizing government policy to increase foreign exchange acquisition. The toughness of the role in the world trade globalization era is faced with the competition of commodity quality, both in domestic and foreign markets. This Era is characterized by the increasingly free commodity trading between countries in the world including vegetable commodities. In Indonesia, the local red onion plant (Allium cepa L.) has been cultivated by farmers as a commercial farming. However, the presence and demand of red onion that continue to increase every year cannot be followed by the increase in production. Data of the Agricultural office of Pamboang Village, October 2015 that the amount of local red onion productivity ranged from 5-6 tons and the production amount ranged from 10-12 tons with 2 ha of farmland area in 2014. It can be concluded that the production of local red onion in 2015 in the Pamboang Village decreased compared to the previous year, the red onion productivity of 2015 average ranged from 2-3 tons. This research aims to identify the attitude of farmers in Buttu Pamboang Village to decline in production in the onion farming business and know the factors that cause a decline in the production of local red onion in Buttu Pamboang Village in Pamboang District of Majene Regency. To identify the assessment of the farmer's stance, analyzed using Likert scale. The Likert scale is the identification of assessments to measure the attitudes and opinions and perceptions of the person/group on social symptoms. The results of the study proved that the attitude of farmers in Buttu Pamboang Village to the decline of production is good or well received.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa dengan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing pada siswa kelas XI IPA7 SMA Negeri 2 Madiun Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (action research) dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes tertulis untuk keterampilan. Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang ditandai dengan ketuntasan secara klasikal  dari siklus I (46,26%) menjadi (83,22) pada siklus II. Hasil belajar keterampilan siswa meningkat setelah mengikuti pembelajaran  model IDL Terbimbing dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal dari siklus I (62,50%) menjadi (90,63%) pada siklus II.

Abstract

Indonesia has its own story in every regional point. Unfortunately, the stories that have developed in society have not been preserved in the form of reading media. So the literacy potential that comes from folklore needs to be revitalized so that it can be read by people throughout the world and can be passed down from generation to generation. The project method carried out in four stages was proposed by researchers in this discussion. This method is carried out in the stages of determining sources, describing the plot, and imagining ideas. Researchers participate with students to make changes and encourage transformational action in folklore writing literacy. This activity is carried out in stages 1) introduction to folklore, 2) implementation plan, 3) presentation of each student's information about their area of origin, 4) preparation of the story framework, 5) writing of folklore and mentoring, 6) editing, 7) presentation of the work, 8) assessment of the manuscript, 9) submission of folklore to the village head. The project of writing Indonesian folk tales by students as an effort to conserve knowledge stores was carried out well. A total of 16 story titles were produced. These folk tales are also handed over to the village head in each village according to the story's origin. Folk tales are printed in banner form and displayed in the village office or local village library.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the main key in supporting company growth because loyal customers tend to choose to return to buy products regularly. The aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of location, price and brand image on customer loyalty. The research population is Point Coffee customers at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo whose number is not known with certainty (infinite) because there is no recording of the exact number. Based on a simple random sampling technique, the research sample was taken from 100 Point Coffee customers at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo who the researchers met when distributing the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The conclusion of this research is that location influences customer loyalty. Price influences customer loyalty. Brand image influences customer loyalty. Location, price and brand image simultaneously influence customer loyalty. This shows that Point Coffee customer loyalty at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo is influenced by strategic location, Point Coffee prices, as well as Point Coffee's good brand image in the community.

Abstract

Acts of violence in a changing society, as occurred in Balinuraga Village, South Lampung Regency, have had a significant impact on national stability. Based on this, the aim of this research is to analyze communication of social conflict between ethnic Lampung and ethnic Balinese in Balinuraga village, Way Panji District, South Lampung Regency.This type of research is qualitative research. Based on the problem investigated, this research is classified as case research, to provide a detailed description of the sources of conflict, impacts and social conflict communication management that are unique to the case. Primary data was obtained from 15 key informants from several ethnicities across generations and religions. The methods used to collect data were participant observation, in-depth interviews, document study, and triangulation. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire sheet. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively interpretatively by applying conflict theory, conflict management, functional structural theory and communication theory. From the communication perspective, the current research found out that the source of social conflict between Balinese ethnic (Balinuraga) and Lampung ethnic (Agom Village) in 2012 in Way Panji District, was communication could be the source of conflict if communication is influenced by elements of group sentiment. This poor communication has an impact on social conflict in Balinuraga village. The government has handled the consequences of conflict through reconciliation; rehabilitation; and post-conflict reconstruction. Likewise, the people of Balinuraga have also handled conflict through ideological integration and social integration

Abstract

Kabupaten Brebes merupakan lokasi utama di Indonesia yang menghasilkan bawang merah dalam jumlah besar. Bawang merah Brebes memiliki ciri bentuk lebih kering dan tahan busuk serta rasanya lebih pedas daripada bawang dari daerah lain menjadikan keunggulan bawang merah dari Brebes ini. Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (DPKP) Kabupaten Brebes menyebutkan bahwa luas panen pada tahun 2022 mencapai 32,571 ha dengan jumlah total produksi mencapai 384,448 ton. Ketidakpastian hasil produksi bawang merah membuat harga bawang merah mejadi tidak stabil dan cenderung melonjak. Oleh karena itu, dengan memprediksi hasil produksi bawang merah akan membantu petani dalam melakukan manajemen pertanian bawang merah. Dalam penelitian ini, akan di terapkan metode regresi linier, dimana metode ini dapat menguji suatu hubungan dari variable yang satu dengan variable yang lain, dan memprediksi guna keperluan di bidang pertanian, sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari dataset Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (DPKP) Kabupaten Brebes. Kemudian, membagi dua data menjadi data training sebesar 80% dan 20% untuk data testing, menghasilkan hasil prediksi jumlah produksi bawang merah pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 3.962.376 Kuintal, mengalami kenaikan daripada tahun 2022. Dengan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar : 30116.24, Mean Squared Error (MSE) : 2989724823.94, Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) : 54678.38 serta nilai R2-Score : 0.948.

Abstract

This community service aims to educate shallot farmers in Majene Regency about the benefits of Trichoderma sp.. as a biological agent in controlling plant diseases, as well as the economic benefits of farmers in using it. The activity was carried out in August 2023 in Pamboborang Village, Banggae District using the methods of counseling, discussion, and demonstration. The results showed that this activity increased farmers' knowledge and awareness about the use of Trichoderma sp.. which can reduce the use of chemical pesticides, reduce production costs, and increase shallot yields. Simulation of costs and economic benefits in the use of Trichoderma in shallot farming shows the potential for increasing farmers' income by up to 69%. The follow-up recommendation of this activity is the continuous assistance from relevant stakeholders in the development of environmentally friendly shallot farming to achieve sustainable and profitable agriculture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang cukup signifikan, khususnya yang dikelola oleh pelaku usaha perempuan, serta pergeseran paradigma dalam dunia pemasaran yang semakin mengarah pada digitalisasi dan penggunaan layanan jejaring sosial (SNS) sebagai alat penting dalam menjangkau target pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pemasaran layanan jejaring sosial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan UMKM perempuan; 2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat untuk loyal pada UMKM perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, kemudian melakukan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social networking service marketing terhadap loyalitas pelaku usaha wanita pemilik produk UMKM adalah Smart PLS. Adapun target luaran dari penelitian ini antara lain Proposal Penelitian, Laporan Kemajuan Penelitian MBKM, Laporan Akhir Penelitian MBKM, Logbook Kegiatan Penelitian, Poster dan Draft Artikel Ilmiah.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of integrity, teamwork, and competence on employee work productivity. The study population consisted of 37 employees, and the data were analyzed using the regression method. The results show that the integrity variable (X1) significantly influences work productivity with a determination coefficient of 66.1%, meaning that 66.1% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by integrity. The teamwork variable (X2) also has a significant influence with a determination coefficient of 53.7%, indicating that teamwork explains 53.7% of the variation in work productivity. Meanwhile, competence (X3) has a lower influence on work productivity, with a determination coefficient of 27.0%. The t-test shows that the integrity and teamwork variables significantly influence productivity, while competence shows a more limited influence. As a result, this study emphasizes the significance of integrity and teamwork in enhancing employee productivity, even though competence also plays a more limited role in this context

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsement, social media marketing and brand image on the purchase decision of somethinc beauty products at the Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology. The population in this study was 1,213 female students at the Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology. Meanwhile the number of samples taken using the slovin formula is 100 people and will be taken using the accidental sampling methods. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the study, it was found that celebrity endorsement and brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while social media marketing variables did not have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on somethinc beauty products. Suggestions for somethinc brands as ideas to consider in choosing and using celebrity endorsements to promote products, in digital marketing and provide quality products. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh celebrity endorsement, social media marketing dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan somethinc di Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.213 mahasiswi di Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 100 orang dan akan diambil dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa celebrity endorsement dan brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel social media marketing tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kecantikan somethinc. Saran bagi brand somethinc sebagai ide untuk dipertimbangkan dalam memilih dan menggunakan celebrity endorsement untuk mempromosikan produk, dalam digital marketing serta menyediakan produk yang berkualitas.
