Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan infeksi saluran pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme infeksius. Penyakit ini umumnya memberi gejala batuk dan sesak napas pada pasiennya. Mikroorganisme yang masuk melalui inhalasi menjadi kontaminan pada saluran pernapasan yang menyebabkan terjadinya peradangan dengan sejumlah gejala yang dapat mengganggu fungsi dari organ pernapasan. Pemberian obat sebagai upaya membunuh agen infeksius pneumonia merupakan hal yang krusial dalam proses penyembuhan pasien. Penelitian terhadap jamur selaku agen infeksius yang potensial belum banyak dilakukan. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan pemeriksaan sampel sputum pasien pneumonia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui spesies jamur yang ada pada sampel sputum pasien pneumonia di UPF BBKPM RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Jurusan Teknologi Laboratorium Medis mulai pada tanggal 13 Maret-13 Mei 2024. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sputum, metode pemeriksaan yang digunakan adalah kultur jamur pada media Saboraoud Dextrose Agar kemudian diamati di bawah mikroskop setelah pembuatan sediaan dengan pewarnaan Lactophenol Cotton Blue. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 5 spesies jamur yaitu Syncephalastrum racemosum, Cryptoccous neoformans, Culvularia lunata, Aspergillus niger dan spesies jamur Candida albicans.terdiri dari bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia tidak lebih dari 300 kata dengan menggunakan satu spasi.

Abstract

The study employed a descriptive methodology with a cultural perspective, with a key focus on dissecting the novel Princess: A True Story of Life Behind the Veil in Saudi Arabia by Jean Sasson published in 1993 to explore the impact of popular culture on the identity of Saudi women, focusing on the princesses within the royal palace. The cultural environment of Saudi Arabia presents a complex scenario for women as they reconcile traditional Islamic values with pervasive Westernized influences. This inquiry scrutinized how popular culture, introduced through migration and media exposure, molded Saudi womens attitudes and actions, particularly those of the royal lineage. This novel is the source of data for the research. The analysis focused on themes, representations, and cultural significance. It examined language, imagery, and narratives to uncover meanings and relate them to broader societal issues, ultimately revealing how popular culture reflects or challenges prevailing ideologies. The findings revealed Sultanas struggle to balance her Saudi princess identity with Western influences, revealing the complexities of cultural exchange, marriage practices, and societal expectations in both Western and Islamic contexts. Sassons narrative highlights how global influences, particularly Western culture, shape perceptions and interactions, enriching yet complicating societal norms. Vivid depictions of gender roles, sensory experiences, and emotional responses underline the ongoing struggles women face in patriarchal societies. These stories provide an understanding of the intersections of culture, gender, and identity, reflecting personal journeys while echoing broader themes of empowerment, resistance, and evolving cultural identities in a globalized world.

Abstract

Humor is a significant element in funny stories. This study aims to analyze the types and functions of humor in selected Nasreddin’s short stories from the book Nasreddin’s Funniest Stories (2011) by Yusup Priyasudiarja and Y. Sri Purwaningsih. By using the descriptive qualitative method, the study adopts textual analysis to examine the materials. Based on the analysis result, the types of humor applied in the stories are that joke, sarcasm, satire, replies to rhetorical question, clever replies, and double entendres. However, these writings lack some other typical types of spontaneous conversational humor used in short stories’ texts: puns and self-deprecation. Meanwhile, unintentional humor is also not found in the Nasreddin short stories because it is raised from the speaker’s misspellings, mispronunciations, errors in logic, and Freudian slips. Further reading shows that the underlying usage of humor in these stories is for social management: to control and mediate readers.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran dibidang IPA fisika pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama adalah terjadinya proses pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan buku-buku dan KIT nasional memberikan pembahasan secara universal dengan contoh-contoh yang bersifat umum, belum menyentuh kehidupan nyata dilingkungan peserta didik sehingga penyerapan ilmu yang diberikan belum maksimal,  sehingga pengembangan dan penerapan KIT Listrik Dinamis  Berbasis Energi Terbarukan dengan  Pendekatan STEAM-Kontekstual merupakan solusi yang dirasa sangat diperlukan. Pengintegrasian media kontekstual dan pendekatan STEAM mempunyai keunggulan dibandingkan dengan media lain. Media ini memberikan pengalaman belajar siswa dengan kehidupan dihadapi siswa, semua percobaan akan dilatihkan kepada guru dalam keterampilan proses, keterampilan psikomotor, keterampilan Tingkat tinggi, berfikir kritis tanpa meninggalkan sikap ilmiah, KIT disertai dengan LKPD dan panduan penggunaannya dengan menggunakan azas atau prinsip kolaboratif. Integrasi dari sains, teknologi, teknik, seni dan matematika merupakan keterpaduan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan, beberapa percobaan listrik dinamis dapat dibuktikan dan dilatihkan dengan mengunakan KIT  listrik ini, adapun percobaan-percobaan yang bisa dilatihkan yaitu percobaan hukum Ohm, Rangkaian listrik Seri, paralel dan rangkaian gabungan seri dan paralel, energi terbarukan. Pengabdian ini telah melibatkan 25 Guru SMP di Kabupaten Siak. Pengabdian ini sudah berhasil baik dari segi pelaksanaannya maupun dari respon guru terhadap KIT dan LKPDnya dengan kategori Sangat Tinggi. Implementation of Dynamic Electricity KIT Based on Renewable Energy with Steam-Contextual Approach for Junior High School Teachers in Siak Regency Abstract The problem faced in learning in the field of physics science at the Junior High School level is the occurrence of a learning process that still uses books and national KIT that provide universal discussions with general examples, have not touched on real life in the student environment so that the absorption of knowledge provided is not optimal, so the development and implementation of Dynamic Electricity KIT Based on Renewable Energy with the STEAM-Contextual Approach is a solution that is considered very necessary. The integration of contextual media and the STEAM approach has advantages compared to other media. This media provides students with learning experiences with the lives faced by students, all experiments will be trained to teachers in process skills, psychomotor skills, high-level skills, critical thinking without leaving a scientific attitude, KIT is accompanied by LKPD and a guide to its use using collaborative principles or principles. The integration of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics is an inseparable integration, several dynamic electricity experiments can be proven and practiced using this electricity KIT, the experiments that can be practiced are Ohm's law experiments, Series, parallel and combined series and parallel circuits, renewable energy. This service has involved 25 Junior High School Teachers in Siak Regency. This service has been successful both in terms of its implementation and in terms of teacher responses to the KIT and LKPD with the Very High category.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategies used in implementing learning evaluation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah based on the Minister of Religious Affairs Decree (KMA) No. 450 of 2024. The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings reveal that KMA No. 450 of 2024 is a guideline for implementing the independent curriculum in educational institutions under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, integrating Islamic values as a distinctive characteristic of education in madrasahs. The implementation strategy for learning evaluation in Madrasahs, guided by KMA No. 450 of 2024, aligns with the assessment strategies of the independent curriculum, utilizing assessment methods adapted to Madrasah-specific educational values. The types of assessment applied include diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments. Meanwhile, evaluation techniques include observation, performance appraisal, written tests, oral tests, and portfolios through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila and Rahmatan lil Alamin Learners (P5-PPRA).

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational approach that emphasizes the full participation of all students, including those who have special learning needs, in regular school learning. The implementation of inclusive education at MI AL-Ishlah Jepara (MI) is an important step in realizing a diversity-friendly and inclusive school, where every child can learn and develop optimally according to their individual potential and needs. This journal aims to discuss the concept of inclusive education and its relevance to building diversity-friendly schools in MI. This journal will also examine the strategies and steps for implementing inclusive education in MI, as well as the various challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. Inclusive education is an important focus in the world of modern education, aiming to create a friendly learning environment for all children, regardless of their background, abilities and needs. The implementation of inclusive education at MI Al-Ishlah Jepara (MI) is a crucial step in building a generation that is tolerant, open and appreciates diversity. This research uses grounded theory methodology to examine the process of implementing inclusive education in MI, identifying factors that influence its success, and producing a theory about how to build diversity-friendly schools.

Abstract

The community of Putrajawa, Selaawi Garut, is known for its cultural and religious diversity. Parents face the challenge of ensuring that Islamic religious education within the family instills not only religious understanding but also an appreciation for diversity. Exclusive religious teachings can foster intolerance, making it crucial to embed values of tolerance and inclusivity, especially in primary school-aged children. Parents play a strategic role in teaching these values through multicultural-based Islamic religious education. This study explores the implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education for primary school-aged children in Putrajawa, Selaawi Garut, focusing on the goals, materials, and methods of multicultural education in the family context. The research used a descriptive-qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and triangulation. The results show that parents aim to raise children who are religious, respect diversity, and are tolerant. Educational materials include teaching monotheism, worship, noble morals, cultural diversity, and universal values like justice and respect. Methods include setting good examples, fostering good social relations, promoting independence, and guiding children with gentleness.

Abstract

Desa Baluase adalah salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kecamatan Dolo Selatan, Kabupaten Sigi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Salah satu mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Baluase adalah budidaya ikan mas. Baluase sendiri merupakan salah satu desa yang mendapat bantuan benih ikan mas untuk di budidaya. Pengabdian yang berorientasi pada perubahan dalam diri pembudidaya ikan mas menawarkan banyak manfaat, baik untuk individu pembudidaya itu sendiri maupun untuk lingkungan dan masyarakat. Dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap keberlanjutan. Pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada keberhasilan usaha budidaya ikan mas yang lebih berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan yang komprehensif dan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder dan sosialisasi biaya lingkungan kepada pembudidaya ikan mas dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif, sehingga menciptakan kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku yang positif dalam praktik budidaya. Melalui sosialisasi yang efektif, diharapkan para pembudidaya ikan mas dapat lebih memahami dan memitigasi biaya lingkungan, serta mengadopsi praktik budidaya yang lebih berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab. Secara keseluruhan, perubahan-perubahan ini akan membantu pebudidaya ikan mas di Desa Baluase Kabupaten Sigi, untuk menjalankan usaha yang lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan dan lebih berkelanjutan, sehingga tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini utuk mengetahui dan mentelaah tentang’’Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, tempat penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala Madrasah, waka kurikulum dan guru pendidikan agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan tahapan data condensation, data display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan 1) isi dari implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang menyesuaikan dengan istruksi dari Kementrian Agama, kebebasan yang diberikan kepada Madrasah dalam menyusun kurikulum oprasional Madrasah. Penyusunan dari kurikulum oprasional Madrasah (KOM). Adanya nilai-nilai yang diterapkan sesuai dengan yang terkandung di dalam profil pelajar. Berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti di lapangan tentang implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang mendapatkan hasil bahwa dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, menjalankan sesuai dengan isi kurikulum oprasional Madrasah. Menyusun kurikulum oprasional madarasah (KOM), capaian pembelajaran (CP), tujuan pembelajaran (TP), alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP), membuat atau menyusun modul ajar, pembelajaran difrensiasi, profil pelajar pancasila dan profil pelajar rahmatan lil alamin sampai pada asesmen.

Abstract

The 21st century brings an increasing demand for educational approaches that develop not only intellectual but also emotional, social, and ethical dimensions of learners, positioning holistic education as a relevant framework. Rooted in philosophies that value the interconnectedness of knowledge, self-awareness, and community responsibility, holistic education emphasizes the development of well-rounded individuals prepared to engage with complex global issues. This research aims to explore the philosophical foundations of holistic education, examining key principles from thinkers such as Rousseau, Dewey, and Steiner that support a balanced, learner-centered approach. A qualitative research methodology was used, involving a comprehensive literature review of philosophical texts and educational theory. Analysis focused on identifying core values in holistic education, including the nurturing of emotional intelligence, ethical understanding, and social responsibility. The study also examined modern adaptations of these philosophies in contemporary educational practices, highlighting how traditional philosophies inform current holistic teaching methods. Findings indicate that holistic education effectively addresses the multidimensional needs of learners, promoting critical thinking, empathy, and personal growth. The results reveal that integrating these philosophical principles encourages an inclusive and adaptable educational model that aligns with 21st-century learning objectives. Holistic education thus provides a viable alternative to conventional models focused solely on academic achievement. This study concludes that embracing the philosophical foundations of holistic education can foster a more inclusive, adaptive, and socially responsible approach to learning. Further research is recommended to explore practical applications and the impact of holistic education on diverse learning environments.
