Abstract

The quality of good educators can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the leadership of the madrasa principle, where a madrasa principle must have the ability to influence, direct, and mobilize teaching staff to achieve the goals of an educational institution. The results of pre-research at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung show that there are still several teaching staff who still need to meet the criteria for quality teaching staff. The problem formulation is whether there is an influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a field research approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 43 responses from MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung teaching staff. And the sample used is the Slovin Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between the leadership of the Madrasah Principle on the Quality of Educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation between the independent and dependent variables being 0.668. Apart from that, R2 amounts to 0.438 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of the variable.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media Scrapbook on Solar System materials, as well as to know the response of teachers and learners to the development of learning media Scrapbook on Solar System materia ls.This research is a type of research and development (R and D). The steps of research and development are guided by Brog and Gall model with seven stages. This research was conducted at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, SMPN 21 Bandar Lampung, SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung, and Mts Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. The instrument of data collection used is questionnaire or questionnaire. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and descriptive statistical analysis. Media feasibility results based on the assessment of media experts and material experts are included in very good criteria. As well as the outcomes of teacher and learner responses through small group trials and field trials were assessed with very good criteria. Scrapbook learning media on the material of the Solar System as a whole received an assessment that is included in the criteria very well, so it is worthy to be used as a medium of learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran Scrapbook pada materi Tata Surya, serta mengetahui respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran Scrapbook pada materi Tata Surya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R and D). Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan berpedoman pada model Brog and Gall dengan tujuh tahapan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UIN Raden Intan Lampung, SMPN 21 Bandar Lampung, SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung, dan Mts Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil kelayakan media berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Serta hasil respon guru dan peserta didik melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan memperoleh penilaian dengan kriteria sangat baik. Media  pembelajaran Scrapbook pada materi Tata Surya secara keseluruhan memperoleh penilaian yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Women's leadership has a significant role in achieving the successful implementation of activities that take place in the madrasa. Motivation is very important in increasing the morale and productivity of employees, the higher the motivation of a person to carry out work, the higher the productivity. The purpose of this study is to describe women's motivational leadership at Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Lampung Selatan Regency, Indonesia. The research data were collected through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation through primary data sources, namely female madrasa heads in the State Madrasa Ibtidaiyah and their deputies, teachers, and staff of the State Madrasa Ibtidaiyah in South Lampung Regency, and a number of books, brochures, websites, and examples of previous research related to this research. Data sources in this study were selected purposefully through snowball sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks in this study were carried out by triangulating with sources. The results show that the leadership of women in Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Negeri of South Lampung Regency can be said to have been able to motivate their subordinates. Motivation of subordinates is done in several ways, namely: (a) setting the physical environment, (b) setting the work atmosphere, (c) modeling discipline, (d) encouraging, (e) giving awards, and (f) providing learning resources.

Abstract

Improving the quality of teachers is one of the fundamental factors in education that directly affects student learning achievement. The Law on Teachers and Lecturers explicitly defines teachers as professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching or guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, primary education, and secondary education. According to Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 20 of 2016, Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The type of research that will be used in this study is a qualitative approach because according to the researcher, it is very appropriate to explore the problem and find out the professionalism of teachers in improving the quality of education by using interviews, direct observation in the field, and documentation. The results showed that there are 10 indicators of professional teacher competence in their fields at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. and these 10 indicators must be carried out by teachers to achieve an optimal teacher role in schools.

Abstract

Education in boarding schools has a significant role in character-building and increasing religious knowledge among students. However, to ensure that the education provided is by the times and the required competency standards, it is important to pay attention to the role of training and supervision in improving the professional competence of educators in boarding schools. This study aims to determine the effect of training and supervision on improving the professional competence of educators at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda South Lampung. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach with an associative research type design. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling system. Data collection methods in this study include questionnaires/surveys, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results stated that there was an influence of training on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7. The positive influence given by training on teacher professional competence is 66.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied. There is an influence of supervision on the professional competence of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 with a positive influence given by supervision on the professional competence of teachers at 61.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and compensation on turnover intention at PT. Allesia International Balikpapan. The sample used in this research was employees of PT. Allesia International Balikpapan with a total of 37 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression methods assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The results of the research show that partially the leadership style variable tcount 2.651 > ttable 2.03552 with a negative direction (left) and a significance value (0.012) <0.05 has a negative effect and significant to turnover intention. The workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on tcount 2.775 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. The compensation variable partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a tcount of 4.433 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of leadership style, workload and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the value obtained (F-Test), it is known that Fcount is 9.350 > Ftable 2.89 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education has an important role in shaping character and increasing students' learning motivation from an early age. At SD Negeri Cahaya Makmur, the application of active learning methods is one of the innovative strategies to achieve this goal. This method places students as the main subjects in the learning process, encourages active participation, group discussions, problem solving, and reflection of religious values ​​in everyday life.This research examines the effectiveness of implementing active learning methods to increase student motivation and character development in Islamic religious education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, research was conducted at Chahaya Makmur Elementary School, including learning observations for one semester, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the use of active learning methods such as role-playing, storytelling, and project based learning increases student learning motivation by 75% and strengthens Islamic character development. In conclusion, active learning methods have proven to be effective in achieving PAI learning objectives and strengthening student character

Abstract

The mental health of students in Islamic boarding schools faces increasingly complex challenges in the digital era, but the management model of mental health integrated with Islamic boarding school values is still limited. This study aims to develop a mental health management model in Islamic boarding schools that incorporates a modern psychological approach with Islamic spiritual values in facing the challenges of the digital era. Qualitative research methods, combined with a literature study approach, were applied during the period 2022-2025. This analysis focused on the latest scientific literature regarding the mental health of students, health management models in Islamic educational institutions, and the documentation of best practices in psychological guidance within Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study identified an increase in cases of mental health disorders among students related to the intensity of gadget use, academic pressure, and conflicts between traditional and modern values. The comprehensive mental health management model developed consists of five key components: an early detection system and periodic assessment, an integrated counseling service unit that combines a modern psychological approach with Islamic spiritual values, a tiered digital literacy program, a peer support system, and a referral network and collaboration with professional mental health institutions. The identified implementation strategies include a phased approach, the development of tiered training modules, the integration of programs into the curriculum, and wise use of digital technology. This model bridges the gap between the traditional approach based on religious values and the modern approach based on scientific knowledge and provides an operational framework that can be adapted by various types of Islamic boarding schools according to their characteristics and capacities. The limitation of this study lies in the absence of empirical validation in various types of Islamic boarding schools, so further research is needed to test the effectiveness of the model in various contexts.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MIN 1 Jakarta Barat dengan fokus pada penguatan kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai upaya strategis dalam pengembangan lembaga dan komunitas sekitar. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 35 orang guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta diskusi terfokus yang melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam manajemen kepemimpinan serta pengelolaan SDM, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya motivasi kerja, efektivitas pengajaran, dan keterlibatan aktif warga madrasah. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat peran madrasah sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui praktik manajerial yang kolaboratif dan profesional.
