ABSTRACT The Village Regulation is stipulated by the Village Head after being discussed and agreed upon with the Village Consultative Body which is a legal and policy framework in the administration of Village Government and Village Development. The stipulation of Village Regulations is a description of the various powers that the Village has with reference to the provisions of higher laws and regulations. So that as a legal product, the Village Regulation must not conflict with higher regulations and may not harm the public interest. One of the reasons for the promulgation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is the recognition that villages have rights of origin and traditional rights in regulating and managing the interests of the local community and playing a role in realizing the ideals of independence based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This is because the recognition of the village as an autonomous region makes the village have a major role in managing, empowering and advancing the available resources, both natural and human resources. So that in the end they are able to move the wheels of development which must be accompanied by an awareness of the understanding of the spirit of autonomy for all village residents and the capacity of the apparatus as well as the community in understanding governance. Village / Traditional Village Institutions, namely Village / Traditional Village Government institutions consisting of Village / Traditional Village Governments and Village / Traditional Village Consultative Bodies, Village Community Institutions, and traditional institutions. The Village / Traditional Village Head or what is referred to by any other name is the head of the Village / Traditional Village Administration who leads the administration of the Village Government. The Village / Traditional Village Head or what is referred to by any other name has an important role in his position as an extension of the state close to the community and as a community leader. Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi is the vision of all tertiary institutions in Indonesia which consists of education and teaching, research and development, and community service. As an effort to realize this vision, the Pamulang University Master of Law study program by involving lecturers and students has held Community Service in the form of providing technical guidance to village heads and the Kalimati Village Consultative Body, Adiwerna District in drafting village regulations to be carried out in Kalimati village, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency. Keywords: Technical Guidance, and Village Regulations ABSTRAK Peraturan Desa ditetapkan oleh Kepala Desa setelah dibahas dan disepakati bersama Badan Permusyawaratan Desa merupakan kerangka hukum dan kebijakan dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa dan Pembangunan Desa. Penetapan Peraturan Desa merupakan penjabaran atas berbagai kewenangan yang dimiliki Desa mengacu pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga sebagai sebuah produk hukum, Peraturan Desa tidak boleh bertentangan dengan peraturan yang lebih tinggi dan tidak boleh merugikan kepentingan umum. Salah satu daru alasan di buatnya Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa adalah pengakuan bahwa Desa memiliki hak asal usul dan hak tradisional dalam mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat dan berperan mewujudkan cita-cita kemerdekaan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan diakuinya desa sebagai sebuah daerah otonom menjadikan desa memiliki peran utama dalam mengelola, memberdayakan dan memajukan sumber daya yang tersedia, baik sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Sehingga pada akhirnya mampu menggerakkan roda pembangunan yang harus diiringi kesadaran akan pemahaman spirit otonomi bagi seluruh penggerak warga desa dan kapasitas perangkat juga masyarakat dalam memahami tata kelola pemerintahan. Kelembagaan Desa/Desa Adat, yaitu lembaga Pemerintahan Desa/Desa Adat yang terdiri atas Pemerintah Desa/Desa Adat dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa/Desa Adat, Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa, dan lembaga adat. Kepala Desa/Desa Adat atau yang disebut dengan nama lain merupakan kepala Pemerintahan Desa/Desa Adat yang memimpin penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa. Kepala Desa/Desa Adat atau yang disebut dengan nama lain mempunyai peran penting dalam kedudukannya sebagai kepanjangan tangan negara yang dekat dengan masyarakat dan sebagai pemimpin masyarakat. Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi merupakan visi dari seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang terdiri dari pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, Program studi Magister Hukum Universitas Pamulang dengan melibatkan Dosen dan para Mahasiswa telah mengadakan Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk memberikan Bimbingan teknis kepada kepala desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Kalimati, Kecamatan Adiwerna dalam penyusunan Peraturan desa yang akan dilakukan di desa Kalimati, Kecamatan Adiwerna, Kabupaten Tegal. This research examines the efforts of the Al-Austh Islamic Boarding School SMA N 1 Tegalombo Pacitan in developing the character of its students through the Al-Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim Fi Thariqi Al-Ta'allum book study program. The first aim of this research is to find out the reasons behind the establishment of the Al-Ausath Islamic Boarding School program at SMA N 1 Tegalombo Pacitan. The second is to find out how the Al-Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim Fi Thariqi Al-Ta'allum Al-Ausath Islamic Boarding School study program contributes to the development of student character at SMA N 1 Tegalombo Pacitan. This research uses a qualitative approach, case study type. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The main data sources in this research are the Principal, Teachers and Ustad of SMA N 1 Tegalombo Pacitan, and data analysis is carried out through condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of the research show that the first background to the boarding school program at SMA N 1 Tegalombo is the importance of character education as outlined in the National Education Ministerial Regulation, which must be implemented by all educational institutions at all levels of education. Secondly, the Al-Ausath Islamic Boarding School applies the six values of the National Education Ministerial Regulation: leadership, responsibility, religion, honesty, hard work and integrity.

This research aims to determine the impact of internalizing the values of religious moderation on the attitudes, thought patterns and behavior of students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta. This is based on the achievements of years of tolerance that internalization efforts are very important for middle level teenagers, they are often unsure and easily influenced by wrong religious ideologies. This research uses a narrative qualitative approach, with the research object being students in grades X-XII for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research data comes from observation, direct interviews in the field, and through documentation study techniques. The findings of this research show 1. Internalization of moderation values through the role of the curriculum; 2. Hidden curriculum by integrating teaching and learning and extracurricular content; and 3. Instilling moderation values through the 5S program (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, dan Santun). Students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta initially did not have an understanding of the values of religious moderation and low personality, such as attitudes, thought patterns and behavior that were indifferent, selfish and ignorant. However, they have excellent potential to be developed through various educational processes in achieving national education goals in realizing the golden generation of 2045 as role models for moderate students.

Abstrak-Pendidikan merupakan leading sector bagi dinamika perkembangan sektor lainnya. Negara-negara yang sudah lebih maju, mereka telah lebih dulu menyadari pentingnya mengembangkan sektor pendidikan menjadi prioritas utama. Guna pendidikan benar-benar menjadi andalan untuk mendukung perkembangan sektor lainnya, maka pendidikan harus bermutu. Harapannya adalah dengan melalui proses pendidikan yang bermutu, keinginan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas memiliki kecenderungan dapat menjadi kenyataan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi sekolah bermutu, diantaranya aspek kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Oleh karenanya, penulis melaksanakan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besaran pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut baik secara parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 49 responden yang merupakan guru. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru secara simultan terhadap mutu sekolah. Menurut penilaian responden, dimensi pelayan dan pengurus skornya paling rendah. Oleh karenanya, untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah, kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan harus mendorong agar warga sekolah terutama guru untuk melayani orangtua siswa dan pihak pemangku kepentingan melalui keterbukaan, komunikasi yang baik, keputusan yang rasional serta memahami apa yang diharapkan pelanggan dan para pemengku kepentingan tersebut. Merujuk pada penilaian responden bahwa tanggung jawab kepala sekolah beserta guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Oleh karenanya, disarankan agar kepala sekolah memberikan kepercayaan yang lebih besar melalui penunjukkan guru secara bergiliran diberi tanggung jawab menyukseskan program kegiatan sekolah. Melalui cara tersebut diharapkan rasa percaya diri guru meningkat sehingga tidak diliputi rasa keragu-raguan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract. This study aims to identify the critical thinking of the seventh grade students of MTs Negeri Jember 1 in solving the mathematics problem sub subject of social arithmetic. The standard of critical thinking used in this study is bassam's that is clarity, precision, accuracy, relevance, consistency, logical correctness, completeness, and fairness. The instruments used in this study are math tests and interview guides. Subjects in this study are students of class VII MTs Negeri Jember 1 semester even in the academic year 2016-2017. In the social arithmetic material of the students of class VII MTs Negeri Jember 1 tends not to meet all the critical thinking standards that Bassam has, but for the matter of applying the selling price of the students of class VII tends to write down what is known and asked, ordinary interest of grade VII students tends not to meet all Bassam's critical thinking standards. Abstract. The purposes of this research are developing mathematical literacy test items of personal context for eight grade students which are valid and reliable. This type of research is a development study consisting of 4 stages, namely: (1) preliminary stage that determines the area and the subject of trial. The area of the test subject in SMP Nuris Jember is the students of class VIII C and 6 students of class VIII B. (2) stage self evaluation is designing the problem. Problems are developed as many as 5 questions, 2 questions at the first level, 2 questions at the second level,, and 1 question at the third level. Design of the questions at this stage is prototype 1. (3) prototyping stage, prototype 1 will be validated by validator. Problems that have been validly named prototype 2. Prototype 2 will be tested to 6 students of class VIII B in small group stage. In the small group stage there was only one student who commented on the questionnaire and 5 students had understood the math literacy questions. Problems are revised based on readability test recommendations. The result of the revision based on the test is called prototype 3. (4) field test stage is the test phase on the students of class VIII C. The results of the stage are analyzed to meet the criteria reliable. Problem that has been reliably named prototype 4. Based on the results of the validation data analysis in the average (Va) is 2.2 with the category is quite valid so it needs to be revised. After the problem is revised, the validator validates again with the average result (Va) is 3 with very valid category. Reliability test results by dividing the test subject into 2 parts randomly with reliabilty value is 0.64 and 0.63 with high category. From the results of the analysis, the problems that have been developed have valid and reliable criteria. Keywords: Test items development, mathematical literacy, PISA, personal context

Abstract. This research aims to describe the form of the etnomathematics in calculation of Javanese calendar related to arithmetic used in cultural activities and daily activities in the Yosomulyo village. This research’s type is descriptive research with qualitative approach to etnography. Data collection methods which are used in this research are observation and interview. Subject for this research are community leaders as much as two people and communities as much as five people who understand in calculation of Javanese calendar. The results showed that calculation of Javanese calendar count the cultural activities and daily activities associated arithmetic modulo systems, activities that appears are calculation of the day and the pasaran, calculation of the ceremony commemorating the death and the pregnancy, as well as determine the day and the right plants in the farm. Modulo is used modulo 3, 4, 5, and 7. the calculations use modulo 3 is calculation in determining the day of wedding. Calculations using modulo 4 is calculation to determine the day and the right plants in the farm. Calculations using modulo 5 is calculation to determine pasaran an activity. Geometry is one of the material in mathematics that is studied by students. In measuring students' geometry abilities, one of the efforts can use van Hiele's theory. This research is a descriptive study with the subject of the research is grade IX D students of SMP Negeri 2 Jember. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics ofthinking geometry students'at the level of visualization, analysis, and informal deduction. Research subjects were 5 students with 2 students at the visualization level, 2 students at the analysis level, and 1 student at the level informal deduction. The results of this study indicate that (1) Visualization subjects can identify, classify, compare and determine the types ofshapes quadrilateralbased on their visual appearance and can draw with labeling simple. (2) The subject of analysis can identify, analyze, classify, define and compare quadrilateral shapes according to the relationship between their properties. (3) The subject of informal deduction can define and compareshapes quadrilateralby looking at the relationship between quadrilateral shapes

Abstract. This research describe the profile of critical thinking based on gender in solving sytems of linear equation with three variables problems at X-IPA 3 MAN 2 Jember. Critical thinking standards which are used in this research are: focus, reason, inference, situation, clarity, and overview. Instruments that are used are contextual mathematics problems and interview guidlines. Subject of this research are all of the students in X-IPA 3 MAN 2 Jember, six students that are interviewed consists of 3 male students and 3 female students. Male students fulfilled tend 5 standards of critical thinking which are focus, reason, inference, situation, and clarity. They tend not writing which method that is used by them when working on the problems, however when interviewed they can explain method which is used to solve the problem, can make a conclusion for every problems well and could use every information to solve the problems. Female students fulfilled 5 stadards of critical thinking which are focus, reason, inference, situation, and clarity. They can understand the problem well, can write down what are given in the problems, things asked, and method which is used to solve the problem, could make a conclusion for every problems given, and could use every information to solve the problems. Abstract. The research aims to describe level of student’s performance based on the seventh grade student’s critical thinking in solving mathematics question with theme coffe. Data analysis is done based on written test (performance task) and interview techniques. The research subject is all of the sevent grade students at MTs Negeri Jember 1 odd semester in 2016-2017 academic year. The students’ performance level consist of novice, apprentice, practitioner and expert with indicators from the eight standard of critical thingking ability according to Bassham. Most students are in standard of Clarity that only can write everything in the problems or questions given by the researcher , but actually they cannot resolve those problems correctly. Meanwhile, the dominant students are the students who belong to novice level and there is no student who belong to expert level. The reason is the students are not used to do the open questions and they are not used to relate the lessons that they have got.
