Abstract.This research aimsto describethe students' critical thingking profile according to gender in solving mathematics problem of arithmetic operation sub subject of fraction at seventh grade MTs Negeri Jember 1 Filial. The standart of critical thingking in this research consist of clarity, precision,accuracy, relevance, consistency, logical correctness, completeness, andfairness. The instruments in this research are mathematicstest and interview guidelines. This research subject is all of the seventh grade students at MTs Negeri Jember 1 Filial.Six students of them as the representative good communication consist of 3 female students and 3 male students. Male students not appropriate with all of critical thingking standart. They are understand of the question in the mathematics test but actually they cannot resolve those mathematics test. Famalestudents mostly appropriate with all of clarity and fairness critical thingking standart. They are understand of the problem in the mathematics test but accualy they cannot resolve those mathematics test correctly. Ethnomatematics is a science used to understand how mathematics is adapted from a culture. The purpose of this study is to dig ethnomatematics on the making of batik tulis Kangkung Setingkes and create a student worksheet in accordance with the curriculum 2013. This type of research is qualitative with ethnographic approaches. The subject in this study amounted to seven people. Data Collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data collection results are analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis of data from the observation and interviews, obtained ethnomatematics in the process of making batik in the Setingkes Kangkung. The meaning of Ethnomatematics is the concept of algebraic and geometric concepts. Algebraic concepts include counting, measuring, and masing and geometry concepts, such as point, line, angle, construction, congruation, and Geometry transformation (translation, rotation, reflection, dilation). Ethnomatematics in this study were made as student worksheets for class VII of comparative material and the XI class of geometry transformation material.

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to describe seventh grade medium mental retardation students' thinking process in solving mathematics problem of addition and subtraction of algebraic form similar rate. The type of research was a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Instruments that were used in this research are contextual mathematical problem, interview guidelines, and validation sheet. The coeficient of validation instrument test is 4,59 and the coeficient of validation instrument interview guidelines is 4,40. Methods of data collection in this research are test and interview. The reseach subject is two medium mental retardation students' in SMPLB-C TPA Balung. Thinking process were analyzed in this reseach based on thinking process indicator in Piaget's step. Based of this research was subjects had difficulty in understanding, remembering, and solving the problem. This is because the level of medium mental retardation intelligence to low i.e. between 40-54, so the subject had disequilibrium, assimilation or accommodation, equilibrium, and back to disequilibrium. Ethnomatematics is mathematics which found in the culture of the community where the community has unknowingly applied the concept of mathematics in the culture. The purpose of this research was to describe ethnomatematics in the petilasan prabu Tawang Alun building and produce student worksheets. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. There are four subjects of this research, namely one building administrator and three building carving experts. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. This research focused on the stage, body, legs, stairs, and carvings on the petilasan prabu Tawang Alun building. The results of this study indicate the presence of ethnomatematics in the petilasan prabu Tawang Alun building. Geometry concepts or elements found include: flat shapes (triangles, squares, rectangles, circles, trapezoid), space structures (beams), congruent, and geometrical transformations (translation, reflection, and dilation. Ethnomatematics in this research will be made worksheets are intended for class IX in even semester with geometrical transformations material. Abstract. The ability of mathematical understanding is one of the purposes in learning activity. By giving understanding that the materials that have been taught to the students is not only as memorizing, but it is more as the students’ understanding in mathematical conceptual, especially in lesson Cube and Cuboids. The ability of understanding is categorized as three levels, they are high, medium, and low understanding. The research shows that of 35 students grouped based on the level the ability understanding mathematical students in accordance with test results obtained with 22 students to the ability of understanding high, 11 students to the ability of understanding and 2 students to the ability of understanding low. The student with high understanding has 4 types, while student who with medium level has 2 types, and student with low understanding has only 1 type. Scaffolding that is given to the students is based on the scaffolding characteristics by Roehler and Cantlon, in the stage of mechanical understanding is in characteristics inviting student participation and offering explanations, in the stage of inductive understanding is in characteristics inviting student participation and verifying and clarifying understandings, in the stage of rational understanding is in characteristics inviting student participation and modeling of desired behaviors, while in the stage of intuitive understanding is in characteristics inviting student participation, offering explanations and inviting student to contribute clues. The result of analysis using scaffolding method is the students are more able to understand accurately, but this method is not effective to be used because it spends much time in learning process, so this method will be more effective if it is used outside the learning process or it can be developed by using peer teaching. Abstract. The sense of sight is very important for human to dalily activities. Learning process needs the sense of sight to recognize beginning of an object and stimulus but different with blind students just use their sense of touch. Therefore blind students using Braille in learning process. This research aims to describe the thinking process of grade nineth blind students in resolving problem cubes and block at SMPLB-A Wildlife Education and Upbringing Jember. Solving the problem is a crucial aspect in the learning process. Solving the problems in this research used Polya's steps such that understanding the problem, making a plan, carrying out a plan, and looking back at the completed solution. The instrument which is used in this research are mathematics problem solving test and in depth interview. Subjects in this research are all students of grade IX SMPLB-A which are two children totally blind. Based on the results of research that both subjects with disequilibrium, assimilation, accommodation and equilibrium when solve mathematics problems but, the emergence of disequilibrium, assimilation, accommodation and equilibrium on each different subjects. Abstract. This study aims to describe the critical thinking ability of students of class VII-A SMP Negeri 1 Jember in solving the problem of social arithmetic. The type of this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were tests and interviews. The subjects of the study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Jember which amounted to 36 students. Thinking ability of students can be seen from the ability to analyze the information contained in the question, the ability to analyze the intended purpose in question, able to provide assumptions or opinions about the problem, able to determine the solution contained in the problem, able to develop other reasonable ways of completion, able to write down the answers or solutions of the problems, able to determine the conclusions of the solution problems that have been obtained. The results show that students are able to analyze the problem well and can meet 6 of the 7 indicators of critical thinking. One unfulfilled indicator is the ability to find alternative ways to find solutions of the problems. From the answers obtained from students can be concluded that the students of class VII-A are able to think critically well by analyzing the information contained in the question, although not yet can use alternative other ways of completion. The waqf asset management system is essential for maximizing and optimizing the managed assets to achieve the highest and most favorable outcomes. A professional waqf institution in Bandung possesses waqf assets dispersed throughout several regions in Indonesia, and its management has successfully reached the level of optimizing productive waqf. Nevertheless, waqf assets are managed manually, leading to slower and worse management practices. This research aims to address the issue of managing waqf assets by applying ISO 55001 to the waqf asset management system in a selected professional waqf institution in Bandung. The research approach employs descriptive analysis with the Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) system development process.The results reveal eight functions based on 8 and 9 criteria that should be present in the asset management system according to ISO 55001. The program incorporates these eight functionalities and achieves a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84.6, signifying a B grade and outstanding acceptance. The ISO 55001 certification readiness level is 57.14%, as determined by the ISO 55001 Self-assessment conducted by the British Standard Institute (BSI). The researcher utilized Black Box testing to evaluate the program's functionality, and the findings indicate that all operations are functioning as anticipated

Time and cost efficiency without reducing quality is something that construction service providers always want to achieve in the implementation of project completion. Project work will be limited by cost and time in completion. Methods of controlling time and costs can assist the Project Manager in evaluating project performance and taking actions needed to achieve project objectives. This study is about the comparison of research articles that have been published previously using Meta-Analysis Review which aims to compare three methods that are often used in controlling time and cost, namely CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT Method (Project Evaluation Review Technique), and EVA Method (Earned Value Analysis). The results obtained from the review of this article that each method of controlling costs and time has advantages and disadvantages following their respective characteristics, with that we can know differences of each method. The study found that experience from the Project Manager is needed to choose the right method for implementing project work.

Every family wants all members of the family can grow and develop normally, especially children, but sometimes can not be obtained by families who have a child born with retardation mental. They feel that children with disabilities / mental retardation is a family disgrace, it is because of ignorance of families with children with mental retardation and problems the lack of information obtained. Some 15 % of the Inhabiting number of the world, or approximately the as many as one billion people, is people with disability. Based on random survey conducted by the ministry of social affairs of Indonesia in 1978 the population of disabled people is 3,11 % of the population in Indonesia. While the who data in 2004 estimated that the population of disabled people 10 percent of the total population of Indonesia. Data collection about the total number of voters and the population data collection about the total number of voters of disabled people in 2004 general election which conveyed by the central bureau of Statistics Government, based on survey 309.146 as many as a blind person around, 192. 207 deaf, 178.870 mentally retardation 94.423 defect and other. The data are still need the data collection system that carefull, it impeded because of factors; ignorance family and community to the issue of disability, culture of family, the stigma of the community, isolation from family, over protected, discrimination, low priority support This study aimed to get an overview of family support in the care of mentally retarded children at SLB (Special Need Education) Padangsidimpuan, Indonesia. This study used a descriptive design, samples were taken with total sampling method ( group samples are 100 family with mentally retardation and 49 children with mental retardation) and instruments used in the form of a questionnaire. Data processed by the system computerization in the frequency distribution table and percentages. Data collection was conducted on 12 July until 30 July 2011. Test reliability This research at 0.7245 by using kr 21. From research obtained good results family support as many (74%), which consists of support information (72%), support of assessment (81%), instrumental support (67%), and emotional support (74%). Family support is very important in caring for retarded children, and to increase the sense of self confidence retarded child mental. The results of this study are expected to assist nurses in providing information on family support in caring for children mental retardation.
