Pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan menuntut setiap peserta didik untuk mempunyai kemampuan baca dan tulis yang baik, sehingga dapat tercapai tujuan agar peserta didik mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup, kompetitif, dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Membaca merupakan kegiatan melihat tulisan bacaan dan proses memahami isi teks dengan bersuara atau dalam hati. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Gampong Meunasah Meucat Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dengan mitra kegiatan adalah komunitas baca Rangkang Pustaka dengan jumlah 50 orang peserta. Pelaksanan kegiatan PKM ini berbentuk pelatihan berupa pembelajaran literasi menggunakan metode Read Aloud dan juga kegiatan mewarnai gambar untuk melatih kreatifitas peserta. Metode Read Aloud membantu anak melatih keterampilan menyimak, menambah perbendaharaan kata, bercerita ulang, mengolah infrmasi, dan terjalin interaksi yang baik antara pendengar dengan pencerita. Pada proses kegiatan mewarnai peserta didik berlatih untuk mengembangkan daya imajinasi dalam melakukan perpaduan warna yang sesuai dengan gambar, melatih keterampilan motorik halus peserta didik, kesabaran serta keterampilan mengambil keputusan dalam hal ini terkait dengan penentuan warna. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan literasi menggunakan metode Read Aloud untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak peserta dan seni kreatif pada kegiatan mewarnai meninjau aktivitas pembelajaran literasi 90% dan mewarnai 90 % dengan kategori sangat baik

This study aims to develop Android-based learning media for Arabic language learning, specifically on the topic of Isim Dhomir. The media was developed using the Hannafin and Peck model, consisting of three stages: needs analysis, design, and development. The study was conducted at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame, involving 8th-grade students as participants. Validation by experts indicated that the media is highly feasible, with an average score of 92%. Teachers and students provided very positive responses, with averages of 87% for students and 89% for teachers. The use of this media improved student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the average pre-test score of 68, which increased to 85 in the post-test, achieving a gain percentage of 53%. This study demonstrates that Android-based media effectively enhance student motivation and understanding in Arabic language learning.

This study aims to analyze the types of i’lal in Ilmu Sharaf and explore effective learning strategies to enhance students’ understanding of Arabic morphological concepts. A qualitative approach with a descriptive linguistic study design was employed, involving the analysis of classical Arabic morphology texts and classroom observations at Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Keputran. The findings indicate that i’lal consists of four main types: i’lal with qalb (substitution of huruf illat), i’lal with taskin (formation of sukun), i’lal with hadzf (elision of huruf illat), and i’lal with naql harakat (transposition of vowel movements on huruf illat). The study confirms that i’lal with qalb is the most dominant form in classical Arabic texts, particularly in ajwaf verbs. Additionally, the research highlights key challenges in learning i’lal, including insufficient comprehension of sharaf rules, the dominance of rote memorization without in-depth analysis, and the limited use of interactive learning media. To address these challenges, the inductive and tamrinan methods were found to be more effective than traditional memorization-based approaches. This study suggests that i’lal instruction should adopt a combined method, incorporating example-driven learning, word analysis exercises, and digital learning tools to enhance students' understanding of morphological transformations in Arabic.

Permasalahan discharge planning tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia tapi juga terjadi di dunia di mana Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2020, permasalahan perencanaan pulang sudah lama menjadi permasalahan dunia. Data dunia melaporkan bahwa sebanyak 23% perawat australia tidak melaksanakan discharge planning, dan di inggris bagian barat daya juga menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 34% perawat tidak melaksanakan discharge planning. Tujuan Penelitian Mengidentifikasi Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati. Metode kuantitatif dengan deskripsi korelasi melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perawat ruang rawat inap sebanyak 70. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian terdapat Hubungan Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati dengan nilai p = 0,002. Perawat menyarankan kepada res;onden agar dapat menjadi bahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana motivasi perawat dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning ruang rawat di rumah sakit.Kata KunciÂ :Â Motivasi & discharge planningThe problem of discharge planning does not only occur in Indonesia but also occurs in the world where according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, the problem of discharge planning has long been a world problem. World data reports that as many as 23% of Australian nurses do not carry out discharge planning, and in southwestern England also shows that as many as 34% of nurses do not carry out discharge planning. Research Objectives Identifying Nurses' Motivation by Implementing Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. Quantitative method with a description of the correlation through the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were 70 inpatient nurses. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between Nurse Motivation and the Implementation of Discharge Planning in the Inpatient Room of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital with p = 0.025. The nurse suggested to the respondent that it could become a source of knowledge about how the motivation of the nurse in carrying out discharge planning in the hospital ward.Keywords: Motivation & discharge planning

This study aims to analyze the influence of Local Revenue (PAD) and Transfer Funds on the level of regional financial independence in North Sumatra Province. The research employs a combined quantitative and qualitative approach, with a focus on key variables such as Local Revenue, Transfer Funds, and the level of financial independence. Data was collected from publications by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related sources on regional income, fund allocation, and regional development for the period from 2017 to 2021. The findings reveal that Local Revenue (PAD) has a positive and significant impact on the level of regional financial independence, while Transfer Funds exhibit a significant negative influence. This implies that an increase in Local Revenue enhances financial independence, while reliance on Transfer Funds tends to diminish it. These insights are relevant for regional financial planning and development strategies in North Sumatra Province.

Interactive multimedia has an important role in the learning process. The interactive multimedia presented the learning material in various forms and supported students understanding of those who have different learning styles. To help students understand the topic and to facilitate students learning style the PeT-EFig is developed. PeT-EFig (periodic table and electron configuration) as interactive multimedia which supported students understanding of electron configuration concepts. The objectives of this study were a) to determine the feasibility of PeT-EFig, and b) to determine the response of chemistry teachers and students of PeT-EFig as interactive multimedia. The research method used is research and development (RD) using the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, and development stages. However, the research was only conducted up to the development stage due to time constraints. Based on the result, PeT-EFig is considered very suitable by the experts with 96 and 95% respectively. Likewise, teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak who teach chemistry subjects, stated that they strongly approved PeT-EFig as interactive multimedia on electron configuration 96%. Additionally, students also provided very positive feedback on the PeT-EFig through a small-scale trial involving 15 students with an average percentage of 87% for each aspect. Similarly, when a large-scale trial with 40 students, the final percentage score for each aspect was found to be 87%. The result indicated that the PeT-EFig could assist teachers in delivering the concepts and help students understand the electron configuration and atomic structure

Chemistry education students as a future chemistry teacher should have a good science literacy/chemical literacy in order to deliver chemistry knowledge to be applied in the future. Therefore, this study describes the chemical literacy skills of students of the Chemistry Education Study Program. The aim of this study is to investigate the chemical literacy levels related to chemistry concepts through a case study of global information during the covid-19 pandemic. A range of chemical literacy aspects is measured, which include nominal (recognizing chemistry concepts); functional (defining key concepts); conceptual (utilizing chemistry knowledge to describe daily phenomena); multi-dimensional literacy (utilizing chemistry knowledge to analyze information in a short article or other reading sources). The research method of this study is quantitative descriptive. Participants of the study were 112 students of the Chemistry Education Program who had already taken basic chemistry courses. The instrument used to obtain data on students chemical literacy levels was questionnaires using the Likert scales (three options) and open-ended questions. The findings show that the percentage of students nominal, functional, conceptual, and multi-dimensional literacy skills are 78.21, 60.54, 51.48, and 44.08% respectively. The findings indicated that students chemical literacy skills are in the average range and need to be improved

Understanding molecular shapes poses significant challenging for students due to the abstract nature of the topic, which can limit engagement and comprehension. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of uno kimia (Umia) cards as an instructional tool to enhance students comprehension on students' understanding of the molecular shapes topic at SMA Negeri 1 Mentebah. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a nonrandomized control pre-test and post-test was utilized, involving sixty tenth-grade students divided into experimental group using Umia cards and control groups employing traditional teaching methods. Learning outcomes were assessed using validated pre-test and post-test instruments, with content validity index scores of 0.88 and 0.82 for the teaching module, both results confirming the instruments were valid. The chi-square test revealed no significant difference in the control group (p = 0.504), while the experimental group using Umia cards showed significant improvement (p = 0.007). A non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test indicated homogeneity between the groups (p = 0.982). Results showed significant improvement in the experimental group's understanding, with an 88% increase, a high effect size (Cohen's d = 1.259), and a high N-gain score (mean = 0.7106) compared to the control group (mean = 0.4103). The findings indicate that the Umia cards are a highly effective pedagogical tool, capable of improving both student engagement and conceptual understanding in molecular shape topic. The misconception is the most topic in chemistry learning that is important to analyze. There are many advantages for lecturers and students to know about misconceptions. This research aims to describe misconceptions in general chemistry courses, especially intermolecular forces (IMFs) topic. The two-tier multiple-choice tests have played an important role in helping researchers determine students level of understanding and in identifying specific misconceptions. The project used a convenience sample of 88 students (76 female and 12 male) chemistry education program that studied IMFs as participants. Misconception knew from the tests second tier, which is the students reason for the answer. Surprisingly, 29 misconceptions were acquired from the test about IMFs concepts. This needs to be a special concern for lecturers of basic chemistry courses in order to evaluate the learning process that has been carried out. Students misconceptions in basic chemistry courses will have an impact on organic chemistry courses because the concept of intermolecular forces will be studied in depth in organic chemistry courses. The success of students in organic chemistry courses is highly dependent on the initial knowledge of students, especially in basic chemistry courses

This research aims to determine how environmental management accounting is implemented and essential in manufacturing companies. Environmental management accounting has a vital role in mediating environmentally friendly innovation. The compliance aspect significantly affects the implementation of environmental management accounting. Environmental management accounting can help management to improve the company's environmental performance to support sustainable development. Therefore, manufacturing companies need to pay attention to the importance of environmental management accounting in creating environmentally friendly innovations and improving the company's environmental performance to support sustainable development. The research method used is qualitative, with the author conducting a literature study by collecting data from various articles and several research journals and then analyzing it in more depth related to the research. In this research, it was concluded that applying Environmental Management Accounting in companies has many benefits and relevance in sustainable business.
