Abstract

The growing need for non-formal education services in the midst of society, the various components of society feel compelled to participate in setting up the CLC. CLC held aims to provide non-formal education as an enhancer, substitutes and complements formal education for citizens who need the knowledge, skills, life skills, develop self strive for independence, and or continuing education a higher level of community empowerment. Therefore, the principle of CLC is of, by, and for the public formulation of the problem in this study what factors are affecting the community learning center (CLC) Gasib Beautiful in District Koto Gasib Siak 2016 and barriers?The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors that affect the community learning center (CLC) Gasib Beautiful in District Koto Gasib Siak 2014 and resistance. The technique used to collect data in this study were (1) Interviews (2) Documentation.The conclusion of this study is Based on the research that has been done Concerning Factors That Affect Community Learning Center (CLC) Case Study: CLC Gasib Beautiful In District Koto Gasib Siak In 2014 researchers were able to conclude that, coaching is done by the District Head, Department of Education and Culture, PKBM against Community Learning Center is not maximized. Limited funding constraints ie, coordination of work, as well as the lack of public knowledge of the Community Learning Center (CLC) Gasib Beautiful Koto Gasib subdistrict.Keywords: Role, Coaching, Community Development

Abstract

Education institutions play a strategic role as an institution that serves to prepare qualified human resources to face the challenges of change of the association world, in particular the progress of a society that is triggered by the development of science, technology and art. Educational institutions run by the old paradigm that is focused on the quantity, needs to be changed and directed to the vision and mission to participate actively and proactively prepare for a product or service quality education. The problems that often arise in the process is the low quality of human resources in education management. If the scope of schooling is still low quality of teachers and principals. The school principal is one component that was instrumental has a very strategic position. The decline in the quality of education schools in Indonesia caused by the low level of professionalism of the principal as education manager at the field level. Low level of professionalism in them due to the still weak in the appointment of principals. This study focused on the recruitment and selection of the Head of State Elementary School in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Evaluation is a process or activity of selecting, collecting, analyzing and presenting information that can be used as a basis for decision making and for the preparation of further programs. Petronila Jean describes that education and training is the method of technical and vocational education and training which is appreciated as an effort to acquire practical skills, attitudes, understanding and being able to process them in Best Practice and generate an idea or idea about a technique, method, process, activity. , intensive so as to provide them with new knowledge and implications. This study aims to analyze and find outResult Evaluation on the implementation of training to strengthen school supervisors based on Best Practice, HOTS and adult learning. This research method uses qualitative methods with a sample of 100 school supervisors. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire and reliability testing was carried out with Cronbach Alpha. The results of the study describe the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the Training Program for strengthening school supervisorsThe results of the learning outcomes of the training participants have increased and the difference is significant, it's just that when viewed from each aspect, namely aspects of knowledge, understanding and application, that the results obtained have increased but the results of the differences and the improvements are not significant.

Abstract

Mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan selalu menemukan masalah baik akademik ataupun non akademik, sehingga diperlukan bimbingan dosen agar dapat menyelesaikan studinya dengan baik. Kesuksesan akademik dapat dilihat dari indek prestasi, tapi pencapaiannya dipengaruhi faktor internal (minat, intelegensi) dan ekternal (faktor lingkungan). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan peran dosen pembimbing akademik, tingkat kecerdasan intelektual dan minat mahasiswa dengan prestasi belajar. Metoda penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan subjek penelitian adalah 100 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi D III dan D IV Kebidanan Tasikmalaya pada bulan Desember 2014 – Februari 2015. Uji statistik menggunakan Rank Spearman untuk melihat korelasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ditemukan peran pembimbing akademik kurang (44%), tingkat kecerdasan intelektual (47%)  dan minat tinggi (82%). Hasil analisis bivariabel ditemukan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan dengan prestasi (p 0,005) dengan keeratan korelasi rendah (rs 0,278), terdapat hubungan antara minat dengan prestasi mahasiswa (p 0,018) dengan keeratan korelasi rendah (rs -.237), dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara peran pembimbing akademik dengan prestasi mahasiswa  (p 0,142) dengan keeratan korelasi sangat rendah (rs 0,148). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa tingkat kecerdasan intelektual dan minat berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan peran pembimbing akademik tidak berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendekatan personal berbasis karakter terhadap kepuasan kerja di Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji beda. Diperoleh jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 28 orang. Rata-rata nilai awal kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah 184 dengan standar deviasi 41,664. Dan pada nilai akhir, rata-rata kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah 241 dengan standar deviasi 13,700. Terlihat perbedaan mean antara nilai awal dan nilai akhir sebesar 57, hasil uji statistik t-test didapatkan nilai p 0,000, maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pendekatan personal berbasis karakter terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di jurusan kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Education quality improvement is a joint responsibility that involves various groups, from structural aspects starting from the central level (ministry) to the education unit. Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System Article 39 Paragraph 1 states that education personnel have the duty to administer, manage, develop, supervise, and provide technical services to support the education process in educational units. To achieve the National Medium Term Development Plan - Strategic Plan of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel 2015-2019, the Ministry of Education and Culture has set the Average Target of Knowledge and Skills Competency. This purpose of this study was to evalaute the education and training of school supervisor by using Kirkpatrick evaluation. The results of this study recommended that the supervision can be improved by using education and training based on HOTS, Best Practice and Adult Education.

Abstract

The performance in question according that Wirawan is oriented to the outcome of a goodwork done by workers who are based on certain skills (profession) and work without beingbased on the work with expertise.The purpose of the research in this journal is to know thework of the administrative officer in the MAN of Lampung province.The results of this studyindicate that (a) the Planning of administrative performance in the Financial AdministrationService has been in accordance with the mechanism in arrange the planning performancemanagement, (b) the communication of the performance of the administration in the FinancialAdministration service has a managerial competence with its style so that it can improve theperformance of the administrative staff who serve the financial administration, (c) evaluationof the performance of administration in the financial administrative services to the supervisionto evaluate the quality of work of the administration in the financial services to the head ofadministration, (d) the development of the performance of the administration in the financialservices conducted through the motivation to improve knowledge through formal educationand training held by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Head of administration of MANLampung Province has shown good work in providing services, however not yet 100% butapproximately 90% already working provide good service for the satisfaction of teachers,students or interested parties. For example, work on assignments and requests according towhat is commanded. Administrative officers have many ways that can be done in improvingperformance, especially in providing services such as improving existing skills by providingand involving employees in all forms of training. Abstract

  Professional supervisors are supervisors who have competencies including research and development competencies. Research and development competence has eight competency indicators. The challenge in the world of education is the quality and equity of education. One of the components that determine quality is a supervisor who has high professionalism. Two of them relate to the supervisor's ability to master educational research and development concepts and the other six relate to the supervisor's ability to conduct research and educational guidance to teachers. The focus and purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Competence of Supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Pangkalpinang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of mastery of the concept of approaches, types and research methods is "quite high".The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of mastery of concepts in determining supervisory issues that are important to be researched is "high". (3) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of the preparation of educational research proposals, both qualitative research and quantitative research is "very low". (4) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of carrying out educational research, and formulating educational policies that are beneficial to the main tasks and responsibilities of supervisors is "very low". Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the essence of school culture in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Kalirejo, Central Lampung Regency. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation.The subjects of this study were principals, vice principals, teachers, administrative staff, assistants, and security staff. The results showed that school culture, namely the regularity of behavior, adopted norms, dominant values, philosophy, rules and school climate, had an effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Laba Kotor, Laba Tunai dan Laba Setelah Pajak terhadap Dividen Kas pada perusahaan Barang Konsumsi . Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria Perusahaan Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang selalu menyajikan laporan keuangan tahun buku berakhir 31 Desember selama periode 2010 – 2012. Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan Barang Konsumsi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t secara parsial, uji F secara simultan dengan level of significance 5% dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data Laba Kotor, Laba Tunai dan Laba Setelah Pajak secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Dividen Kas pada perusahaan Barang Konsumsi. Sementara secara simultan Laba Kotor, Laba Tunai dan Laba Setelah Pajak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen Kas pada Perusahaan Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada level kurang dari 5% yaitu sebesar 0.000% (55.020 > 2.975). Naik turunnya Dividen Kas dipengaruhi oleh Laba Kotor, Laba Tunai dan Laba Setelah Pajak sebesar 86.4% dimana nilai R2 sebesar 0.864. Hasil penelitian ini menerima hipotesis yang pertama diduga Laba Kotor, Laba Tunai dan Laba Setelah Pajak secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Dividen Kas pada perusahaan Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2012 dan hipotesis yang kedua yaitu Laba Setelah Pajak secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Dividen Kas pada perusahaan Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2012.
