Quality of life is a state where one gets satisfaction and enjoyment in everyday life. Quality of life is related to physical health and mental health which means if a person healthy physically and mentally then the person will achieve satisfaction in his life. The purpose of this research is to know the direct and indirect influence of health promotion of social environment, the role of health officer and the role of husband to the quality of life of HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewife at Yayasan Pelita Ilmu in 2017. This research uses cross sectional method with 70 samples respondents. Analytical methods used are Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS2.0 and SPSS 18. The results of this study indicate the direct and indirect influence between health promotion variables, social environment, the role of health workers and husband role, to the quality of life of HIV / AIDS in housewives by 76.8%. The quality of life variable is directly influenced by several variables, including health promotion (12,14%), social environment (23,83%), health officer role (30,31%), and husband role (10,50%). Indirect effect of 1.51%. Pelita Ilmu Foundation counseling officers to provide support to HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewives by increasing the role of health workers to create HIV / AIDS sufferers in housewives with high quality of life.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan manajemen pendidikan yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen kehidupan dalam Islam. Tujuan utama adalah untuk memahami bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dan nilai Islam dapat diterapkan dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan guna meningkatkan efektifitas dan keberlanjutan sistem pendidikan . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian antara lain ; (a) integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen pendidikan bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam , (b) paradigma tauhid dalam manajemen pendidikan mengacu pada pengakuan bahwa segala sesuatu dalam kehidupan ini bergantung dan tunduk kepada Tuhan (c) penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam menjadi landasan penting dalam praktik manajemen pendidikan, (d) kepemimpinan dalam institusi pendidikan harus berakar pada prinsip-prinsip Islam, (e). Keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendidikan secara keseluruhan melalui komunikasi, partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan

Cibaduyut region is an area artisans developed as centers of production of shoes and shoe shopping in one of Bandung. But in recent years Cibaduyut shoe manufacturing business began to fall. To overcome the problems faced Cibaduyutshoe craftsmen, the effort is to implement a management training activities. The activities are the Actual Problem Solving, target audiences, including the method of approach to a lecture, discussion and simulation as well as action plansto be implemented. The result of this activity is that the participants are so enthusiastic to participate in a mentoring training. Of business management training delivered, the participants do not understand the preparation related to human resources management, Feasibility Studies Business and Accounting simple. But with the training and mentoring, the craftsmen began to understand the importance of keeping preparation simple addition to determine the profit in business is alsoimportant for business continuity in the future.

Human resource management is the science of managing all human resources in an educational institution. One of the human resources that has a very dominant role in an educational institution is the teacher. Teachers are the spearhead of the success or failure of an educational institution. Without teachers it is impossible for an educational institution to be able to stand well. This is because functionally teachers are people who carry out activities and provide knowledge, skills, education and experience to students. Teacher performance is generally the result of work achieved in carrying out their duties. Likewise with teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The aims of this research is to determine the influence of career development on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, both partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study was 59 respondents, with data collection tools using a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis with coefficient of determination hypothesis tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of this research are 1) Career Development variables influence Teacher Performance; 2) The Job Satisfaction variable influences Teacher Performance, and; 3) Simultaneously, Career Development and Job Satisfaction influence Teacher Performance by 53.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap praktik supervisi pendidikan di SMK Al-Ma’arif Way Kanan. Supervisi pendidikan adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam memastikan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan di SMK Al-Ma’arif Way Kanan dilakukan secara terbatas dan belum mencapai potensi penuhnya. Ditemukan bahwa supervisi pendidikan lebih difokuskan pada aspek administratif dan pengelolaan sekolah daripada aspek pedagogis pengajaran. Selain itu, komunikasi antara supervisor pendidikan dan guru juga terbatas, sehingga umpan balik yang konstruktif dan berkelanjutan sulit untuk tercapai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan di SMK Al-Ma’arif Way Kanan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang memadai bagi supervisor pendidikan dalam mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme guru, peningkatan komunikasi antara supervisor pendidikan dan guru, serta penekanan yang lebih besar pada pengawasan aspek pedagogis pengajaran. Dengan menerapkan praktik supervisi pendidikan yang efektif, diharapkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di SMK Al-Ma’arif Way Kanan dapat meningkat. Hal ini akan berdampak positif pada prestasi belajar siswa dan pembangunan pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan praktik supervisi pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah lainnya.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peran komIte dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa komite sekolah telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik dalam ikut serta meningkatkan mutu SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Komite sekolah di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung berperan sebagai advisory agency atau pemberi pertimbangan, sebagai supporting agency atau pendukung, sebagai controlling agency atau pengontrol dan yang terakhir sebagai mediator. Komite sekolah menjadi salah satu aspek yang berperan penting penting dalam proses peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung karena memiliki sejumlah peranan yang harus senantiasa dijalankan. Mulai dengan memberikan banyak penawaran sebagai sebuah pertimbangan dalam setiap rencana juga program kegiatan yang disusun oleh sekolah. Mendukung adanya penyelenggaraan kegiatan berupa dukungan baik moral maupun material. Melaksanakan kontrol terhadap pengambilan keputusan yang ada di sekolah serta menjadi penghubung yang dapat menyalurkan aspirasi wali murid maupun masyarakat kepada pihak SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung.

The problem in this study is the lack of student learning outcomesin science subjects, because the learning process only uses monotonous methods, the aim of this research is to improve the process and results of science learning using the problem-based learning model. This research is a classroom action research, which consists of two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of planning activities, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is class IV, namely 16 students.The results of this study show that the teacher's activity in cycle I, meeting I, reached 60% at meeting II, cycle II increased to 75%. During the learning process using the PBL model in the first cycle the first meeting reached 76% and the second meeting 82% Then in the second cycle the first meeting reached 86% and the second meeting reached 88%. In the assessment of student learning outcomes using the PBL model in cycle I, the learning outcomes of students who completed reached 56% (9 people) and those who did not complete reached 43%. Whereas in cycle II the student learning outcomes that were completed reached 81% (13 people) and those that were incomplete were only 18.75% (3 people).
