World Bank mentioned that the COVID-19 pandemic is threatening and hasgreat potential to make education worse. The pandemic has had a hugeimpact on education by closing schools. However, in overcoming thisdisruption, crises can become opportunities. The first step to successfullyaddressing school closures by protecting health and safety is to preventstudents from losing their learning using distance learning. At the same time,countries need to start planning for school reopening. That meanspreventing dropouts, ensuring healthy school conditions, and using newtechniques to promote rapid learning recovery in key areas once studentsreturn to school. The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadershipmanagement in the COVID-19 pandemic era to improve workplacecommunication. This study used the qualitative case study method. Theinstruments used were observation, interview, and documentation.

Latar Belakang: Anemia pada remaja putri merupakan salah satu dampak masalah kekurangan gizi remaja putri. Anemia gizi disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat gizi yang berperan dalam pembentukan hemoglobin, akibat kekurangan konsumsi atau gangguan absorpsi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pemberian jus bayam merah dan jus bayam hijau terhadap kadar Hb pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wustha. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperiment dengan jenis rancangan Non Equivalent Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri di Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wustha sebanyak 148 orang. Sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling dibagi kedalam 2 kelompok. Hasil: Hasil kadar Hb yang diberikan jus bayam merah memiliki rerata kadar Hb sebesar 11,51 gr/dl sedangkan setelah diberikan jus bayam merah memiliki rerata kadar Hb sebesar 12,21 gr/dl, hal ini terlihat terdapat peningkatan kadar Hb pada remaja putri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -10,676 dengan tingkat signifikansi (ρvalue) sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa ρvalue kurang dari α (0,000 0,05) . Kesimpulan: didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pemberian jus bayam merah dan pemberian jus bayam hijau terhadap kadar Hb pada Remaja Putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wustha

Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI) adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Riau tepatnya terletak di Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indraigir Hilir. Universitas Islam Indragiri saat ini memanfaatkan peran teknologi informasi untuk memudahkan mahasiswa melakukan pengajuan judul skripsi berbasis Web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah website E-Skripsi Universitas Islam Indragiri untuk dapat mempermudah mahasiswa dalam hal mengajukan judul skripsi serta memudahkan dosen dalam hal pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah analisis sistem, perancangan, pemrograman, uji coba dan implementasi. Pengujian website E-Skripsi ini menggunakan metode Blackbox yaitu pengujian berdasarkan fungsionalitas aplikasi dan metode Whitebox yaitu pengujian berdasarkan Interface website. Dengan dibangunnya Website E-Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam hal mengajukan judul skripsi. Kata Kunci : UNISI, Blackbox, Whitebox, Web

Background: The future of a nation depends on the success of children in achieving optimal growth and development. Good and sufficient nutrition, good health status, proper parenting, and proper stimulation will help children to develop optimally. Efforts to stimulate children's development, including by doing gymnastics in infancy. Proper stimulation will stimulate the brain so that the development of movement, speech and language, social and independence abilities takes place optimally according to age. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of baby gymnastics on the development of infants aged 6-9 months in the Panglayungan Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City..Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental method and pre-post test only group design.The number of samples was 19 people. Each respondent was screened for development before and after being given baby gymnastics treatment for 1 month.Results:The description of the development of infants aged 6-9 months in the work area of the Panglayungan Health Center, Tasikmalaya City before stimulation with baby gymnastics had an appropriate development of 73.7% and 26.3% doubtful. After stimulation with baby gymnastics, 100% of babies reach development according to their age, showed by the p value 0,000.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of baby gymnastics on the development of infants aged 6-9 months

Anemia occurs a lot in the community, especially in adolescents and pregnant women.Ministry of Health research on anemia prevalence in Indonesia is 21.7% with anemia sufferers aged 5-14 years 26.4% and 18.4% aged 15-24 years (Ministry of Health, 2014). Young women have ten times greater risk of anemia compared to young men. The most common cause of anemia is iron deficiency which includes 50% of all cases of anemia. One obstacle in giving TTD tablets to adolescents is that they are not consumed by teenagers for various reasons. One of the alternative efforts to treat anemia is Fe fortification. The research method used in this study is a type of experimental research. The research design used at the clinical trial stage was True Experimental and the product testing phase was quasi-experimental, with the design of the Two Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were students of the seventh grade of Tasikmalaya Middle School 9 with 178 people. Based on the calculation of the sample obtained a sample size of 43 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The results were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with analysis of non parametric Wilcoxon test. The results of the study found that the organoleptic sample E test had a higher value than the other samples so that sample E was selected. The statistical test results of the treatment group pretest mean is 10.22 and the posttest mean is 10.35. For the median pretest 10.35 while the median posttest was 10.60. There was a significant increase from the results of the posttest pretest. Bivariate testing with the Wilcoxon test obtained a value of Ï 0,000 <0,05 so that it can be concluded that there was an effect of iron fortification and vitamin C on tempe biscuits on the levels of juvenile Hb anemia.

The leadership and the atmosphere in the working environment within the organization as a manager and leader of an organization have a very big role in creating a conducive and innovative working environment. Therefore, this study investigates leadership and working climate influencing on employee performance of Lampung Provincial Education Office. It uses a quantitative approach and descriptive survey method. Based on data analysis, the results are as follows: first, in general the results of data analysis showed that the leadership, the climate of employee and employee performance Education Office of Lampung Province is categorised as middle/enough, it means that the leadership, work climate and employee performance still need to be improved. Based on the results it can be argued that in order to improve the performance of employees can be done through visionary leadership, hard work, perseverance, steel service and discipline as well as to create a conducive working environment.

Character education in Indonesia still remains a very complex issue despite many efforts have been made by the government. The issue is still very evident in the behavior of the Indonesian nation which is still far from the ideal values of the character of the Indonesian nation itself. Therefore, in this paper the authors attempt to describe reality and the problem of educational character in Indonesia and in Islamic education point a view. This paper to present some of logical consequences of the concept of formalistic educational character in Indonesia that impact to Indonesian attitude which tending to have formal-religious in living on national activity.

Candied Eggplant is a food processed product produced in Desa Warnasari, Kecamatan Pangalengan ,Kabupaten Bandung. This candy is unique because it is made from purple eggplant which is usually used as a complementary vegetable to eat. However, currently purple eggplant can be used as processed snacks, especially sweets. The problems faced by business actors are related to still experiencing problems in marketing products. The production process in terms of packaging is still very simple. In addition, the determination of the selling price is carried out in an estimate so that partners often experience losses.The method of implementation is in the form of training and technical guidance. The training is delivered by giving lectures and understanding related to marketing, production and finance. Bintek that is done is by direct practice given to partners.The results of the community service that have been carried out are in the form of training and information technology related to marketing, production and finance. Marketing that has been carried out so far is still offline so partners are trying to do it online even though only with WA and additions so that products can be recognized by using labels, then production by means of packaging that can use a smaller space and size. As well as the provision of production tools. Then provide an understanding of determining the cost of production and profit and loss. The output produced by partners understands related to the use of WA, the production process and finance

Kolam Kanan Village is a village where people have three different religions. Religions that exist in the village namely Hindu, Muslim and Christian. Although they live in an environment with different beliefs, but the implementation of related public high tolerance of theists. Through some manner by the community it will be able to create inter-religious tolerance environment sector in the community.This study aims to determine how the community receives the difference between religious communities, the community recognizes how inter-religious rights and to know how the people appreciate the existence of inter-religious.The study was designed and conducted using qualitative research methods. Data was collected through observation, interview. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the way society and accept differences among religious communities in the village of Kolam Kanan is to be consulted in case of disagreement, deepen and carry theology respectively. Then how society recognizes the right of inter-religious is to recognize the right of others to embrace the religion according to their respective beliefs and religions recognize the right to carry out worship in accordance with his beliefs, and recognize the right of participation in the culture of the people in the Kolam Kanan village. Next is how the public in appreciating the existence of the relationship between religious communities and interact in several areas such as economic and social life.Based on these results, it may be advisable to retain attitudes that are able to create tolerance and improve existing intolerance that still exists in some small communities in Kolam Kanan village.Keywords: tolerance, religious
