Sign out phase implementation of Surgery Patient Safety is an importantpart in the nursing services. Nurses as the main actors who haveresponsibility to provide services based on patient safety guidelines. Theaim of this study is todetermine descriptively about sign out phase implementation of Surgery PatientSafety on the major surgery postoperative patient in central surgery room (Ind:IBS) of kebumen regional hospital. This is a descriptive research usingobservational and evaluation checklist of Surgery Patient Safety. The samplesconsist of 336 respondents taken by Quotes technique. This research usingunivariate analysis. There were 100% records to the surgery procedure and name of the surgery,instrument calculation, specimen labeling that need supportive examination, andfollow up plane, and 331 actions of report of inspection and documentation ofinstrument problem. Itcan be concluded that the overview of Surgery Patient Safety in Sign Out Phaseimplementation for the major surgery postoperative patient in central surgeryroom of kebumen regional hospital is categorized good. Keywords:  Major surgery, Postoperative,Surgery patient safety, the sign out phase.

Background: Yogyakarta provincial department of health reported that maternal mortality reached 87.3 per 100,000 live births in 2012, while the health profile of Sleman in 2012 revealed 87.6 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. Reports of provincial health department in 2012 showed that the cause of maternal death in Indonesia was still dominated by bleeding (32%). Objective: To investigate the etiologies of bleeding in pregnancy. Methods: This study was descriptive and employed documentation study which evaluated the records at Sleman Hospital during the year of 2013. Research involved with 135 documentation samples. Results: The etiologies of bleeding in pregnancy at Sleman Hospital were abortion in 121 women (89.6%), placenta previa in 6 women (4.4%), interrupted ectopic pregnancy and mola hidatidosa pregnancy each was in 3 women (2.2%) and the least frequent was solusio placenta in 2 women (1.5%). Conclusion: Abortion was the most frequent etiology of bleeding in pregnancy (89.6%) at Sleman Hospital in 2013. Keywords: Bleeding and pregnancy

Imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) adalah kombinasi vaksin campak dan rubella untuk perlindungan terhadap penyakit campak dan rubella. Pemberian vaksin campak dan rubella diberikan pada anak usia 9 bulan sampai dengan <15 tahun tanpa mempertimbangkan imunisasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua dengan Pemberian imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) pada anak Sekolah MIS KT (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Karya Thayyibah) Salumbone Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Donggala.Penelitian obsevasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel independen dan dependen secara bersamaan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan pemberian imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik (Total Sampling) yang berjumlah 71 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan orang tua dengan pemberian imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) dengan nilai Ï value = 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap orangtua dengan pemberian imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) dengan nilai Ï value = 0,000 nilai α = 0,05.Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada instansi agar memberikan penyuluhan pada orangtua siswa sekolah MIS KT (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Karya Thayyibah) Salumbone Kecamatan Labuan tentang Imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR).Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap Orang tua, Pemberian Imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR)

The objective of this study was to identify the pillars of the existence of virtual community groups through the motive and gratification theory approach. The data were collected using Google form and being sampled with a nonprobability technique. The data were analyzed using factor analysis employing Jeffrey?s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. The result showed that the satisfaction obtained encourages the fulfillment of social obligations and respect. The act of giving one another, fostering a sense of philanthropy, spreading useful information to meet the needs of the basic non-physical, then move to meet the higher requirements, social, religious motivation and reaching higher needs, to worship and get the reward from God. The literature also reveals that virtual groups can meet specific work needs on aspects of effectiveness and efficiency.

Persaingan di pasar global terus meningkat setiap saat dan perusahaan perlu mengandalkan inovasi untuk tetap unggul dan bersaing dengan pesaing mereka. Inovasi adalah salah satu bagian penting dalam persaingan karena hal ini dapat membawa keunggulan bagi perusahaan melalui penciptaan ide baru, proses baru, produk baru, atau dengan peningkatan kondisi bisnis saat ini. Keunggulan ini dapat berarti peningkatan dalam produktivitas, efisiensi, penjualan, dan pekerjaan (tenaga kerja). Meskipun demikian, inovasi dapat menjadi upaya yang sangat berisiko bagi perusahaan. Manajemen inovasi diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko ini dengan selalu mengawasi kegiatan dan proses inovasi, serta untuk memastikan bahwa inovasi dapat berhasil. Dalam tulisan ini, kami membahas tentang bagaimana kita harus mengelola inovasi dalam perusahaan dengan menggunakan teori dan contoh dari literatur yang ada. Diskusi ini mencakup kerangka kerja audit inovasi, dampak inovasi dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, strategi inovasi terbuka, pengukuran manajemen inovasi dan studi kasus dalam proyek produk, dan sistem yang kompleks. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah inovasi terbuka dan sistem manajemen terintegrasi merupakan dua dari banyak inovasi organisasi yang menghasilkan kesuksesan dan jenis industri perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan inovasi perusahaan.

This investigation was carried out to exam the influence of attitudes towards COVID-19 with food on purchasing decisions of early adult consumers, with a quantitative survey approach. The data relates to the attitude which includes that the virus is dangerous, difficult to cure and originates from China and purchasing decision behavior to fulfill daily food needs consists of being careful in choosing, paying attention to producers, care to the countries of origin, cashless payment usage, and paper money avoidance was collected with a four-scale style questionnaire distributed via Google form. Data obtained by the sample (n = 157) were selected using convenience methods and then analyzed by playing the Structural Equation Modeling, assisted by Smart-PLS. The result shows that attitude correlates with behavior in fulfilling daily foods. The attitudes towards the COVID-19 come from China that is dangerous, difficult to treat, contributes to cautious behavior, healthy behavior in meeting daily food needs and purchasing payment usage. The consumer tends to the more careful in choosing, paying attention to care for the food producers and where food comes from. Attitudes also have an impact on the preference of consumers to use E-money and paper money avoidance as an effort to avoid physical contact with the seller or supplier and cashless payment.

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) How is the performance of a queuing system that is currently used in the transaction process in the Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Unand (2) How to optimize the model M / M / S on Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Unand. The results showed that: (1) The performance of Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Unand conditions busy hours (10:00 to 12:00) is not optimal it can be seen from unfulfilled time standards target (2) The Proper number of teller on Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Unand for busy hours are 3 teller, with the time average to serve 1 customers reduced from 7 minutes to 2 minutes, and it is fulfilled the time standard targets.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Expenditure, capital structure and profitability to firm value (Price to Book Value) on Manufacturer company which listed on Indonesian stock exchange. This research include to causative research. Research sample was chosen by purposive sampling method and research period in 2006 untill 2009, so the sample of this research is 106 companies. The kind of data is secondary data from www.idx.co.id. Analysis method is double linear regression. Hyphotesis test use t statistic test. The result of this research shows that Capital Expenditure (Ln Capital Expenditure Ratio) and Profitability (Ln ROE) that impact to firm value (Ln Price to Book Value). Meanwhile, capital structure (Ln LTDER) can not influence firm value (Ln Price to Book Value).

This research aims to analyzed: (1) The effect of Trust on Attitude, (2) The effect of Trust on Purchase Intention, (3) The effect of Perceived Usefulness on Attitude, (4) The effect of Perceived Usefulness on Purchase Intention, (5) The effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Attitude (6) The effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Intention and (7) The effect of Attitude on Purchase Intention. The type of this research is causative research. The total sample of this research was 151 people by using questionnaire. The result of research shows that (1) Trust has significant effect on attitude (2) Trust has significant effect on purchase intention (3) Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on attitude (4) Perceived Usefulness has significant effect on purchase intention (5) Perceived Ease of Use has significant effect on attitude (6) Perceived Ease of Use has significant effect on purchase intention and (7) Attitude has significant effect on purchase intention. The conclusions are Trust, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have significant effect on purchase intention. To measure the attitudes toward onlineshopping, attributes associated to online shopping are used. Moreover, the websites revisits andshopping intensity through alternative channels are used to measure the behaviour of the respondentsvisiting intensity to shop online. Partial least square are used to analysis primary data attitudestoward online shopping, purpose to gather information online, shopping intention and shoppingbehaviour. The data was collected by using a questionnaire distributed to online shopping consumersthrough electronic mail. Sample size includes 100 respondents with judgmental sampling technique.The sample?s respondents are members of an online fashion store, online shopping purchasebetween July and September 2011. The result of T-test shows that the attitude towards online shoppinghas positive effect on information searching intention and online shopping intention. Furthermore,the findings show that the purpose the respondent gathers information online has positiveeffect on online shopping intention. Lastly, shopping intention has significant effect on shoppingbehavior. The Q-square score resulted from the study is 0.9275. It means that the model in the studyhas the capacity to predict the possible correlation among the analyzed variables that consist ofattitude, information gathering intention, shopping intention and shopping behavior.Keywords: attitude toward online shopping, information searching intention, online shopping intentionand online shopping behavior.
