Violence against women in the digital space was common, including digital harassment, defamation on social media, and other forms. Santriwati, as part of the women's community in pesantren, had a crucial role in addressing this issue. This study aims to analyze the role of female students in overcoming digital-based violence against women using the KUPI (Kongres Ulama Perempuan Indonesia) trilogy approach at the Al-Hikam Pesantren. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection used participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. For the informant, the female guardians, the female student organization administrators, and several female students, because they were most knowledgeable about the research focus. The documents obtained included the female student organization's work program for preventing digital-based violence against women. The results, the santriwati's role in overcoming violence against women using the KUPI trilogy approach, namely santriwati as agents of pioneering good content in the digital world (ma'ruf), santriwati together with santri act as partners in the digital world (mubadalah), and santriwati as drivers of social justice in the digital world (keadilan hakiki). The novelty in the study was the concept of "Mbak Santri Cantik Jelita" as a concept for increasing the role of santriwati in preventing digital-based violence against women. The concept embodied in several pesantren's programs, theoretically has implications for the development of role theory and practically can become a role model, namely santriwati who have intelligence, ethics, and insight in innovating and using digital media for digital-based prevention of violence against women in other pesantren.

This research was instigated by the development of 4.0 industrial revolution era and the need of a teaching material to increase student character based on 2013 Curriculum. Therefore, it was designed a design and test of E-Magazine teaching material with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) approach using Kvisof Flipbook software on Acid Base lesson. It was Research and Development (R&D) using Borg & Gall procedure design. It was conducted at Private Islamic Integrated Senior High School Bangkinang. The subjects of this research were the experts of media design and learning material, practicality by Chemistry subject teachers and students. The object of this research was E-Magazine teaching material with SEL approach on Acid Base lesson. The data taken in this research were in the form of validity and response questionnaire data. The collected data were analyzed by using Qualitative and Quantitative Descriptive analyses. The developed E-Magazine was tested very valid with 90.52% percentage by the experts of media and material, practicality assessment was 81.45% by Chemistry subject teachers and it got very good response with 90% percentage from the students. Based on the result, it could be concluded that EMagazine teaching material with SEL approach using Kvisof Flipbook software on Acid Base lesson was valid and good.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Share (TPS) in improving the Arabic language skills of tenth-grade students at MA Wali Songo Sukajadi. The research method used a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 30 tenth-grade students at MA Wali Songo. Data were collected through written tests before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the implementation of TPS. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in the Arabic language skills of students after the implementation of TPS, as indicated by an N-Gen value of 18.5. These findings demonstrate that TPS is effective in enhancing the understanding and mastery of the Arabic language by students. In conclusion, the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can be an effective solution in improving the Arabic language skills of students at MA Wali Songo Sukajadi. This learning model encourages active student participation, facilitates collaborative learning, and has a positive impact on their understanding of religion.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the legal considerations and implementation of custody decisions in Case Number 977/Pdt. G/2022/PA.LT at the Lahat Religious Court. Specifically, it seeks to examine the legal basis used by the judge in granting custody to the father and evaluate how the decision has been implemented. Methods - A normative-empirical research method is employed, which combines legal analysis with field research. Data were collected through structured interviews with the parties involved and library research on relevant legal sources. This study adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to interpret judicial reasoning and assess the ruling’s impact. Findings - The judges prioritized the best interests of the child over Article 105(a) of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which normally grants custody of a non-mumayyiz child to the mother. The decision was based on three key considerations: the child had been continuously cared for by the father since the separation, the child expressed a preference to remain with the father, and the mother admitted infidelity as a factor in the divorce. The ruling has been partially effective: while the child remains in the father’s custody, the mother’s visitation rights have been hindered by parental conflict. Over time, however, the child’s initial reluctance to meet the mother shifted toward more positive interactions. Contribution/Limitation: This study contributes to the discourse on custody disputes by demonstrating how judicial discretion and social dynamics influence the application of family law. A limitation of this research lies in its focus on a single case, which may not fully represent broader judicial trends. Originality/Value - The originality of this study lies in its combination of legal and empirical perspectives, offering insights into how custody rulings are not only legally grounded but also shaped by practical, social, and familial considerations.

Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji peran dan partisipasi perempuan dalam dakwah Islam dan kepemimpinan melalui dua organisasi perempuan Muslim terbesar di Indonesia, Aisyiyah (yang berafiliasi dengan Muhammadiyah) dan Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis bagaimana kedua organisasi ini berkontribusi dalam mempromosikan Islam moderat dan memberdayakan perempuan Muslim di masyarakat modern. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik perbandingan dan eksploratif, penelitian ini mengacu pada literatur yang ada untuk menyoroti peran penting perempuan dalam membentuk nilai-nilai sosial dan membina generasi pemimpin berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam dakwah, baik sebagai peserta aktif maupun pendukung inisiatif dakwah suami mereka. Kontribusi mereka sangat penting dalam mempercepat kegiatan dakwah dan memperkuat ajaran Islam dalam konteks kontemporer. Selain itu, studi ini menekankan pentingnya kedua organisasi ini dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial, seperti mempromosikan moderasi dan memberdayakan perempuan di tengah dinamika sosial dan budaya yang berubah. Dengan mengisi kekosongan penelitian sebelumnya, studi ini menawarkan wawasan baru tentang kepemimpinan dan kontribusi perempuan dalam dakwah, dengan implikasi praktis dan akademik bagi dakwah Islam modern dan pengembangan komunitas. The study aims to critically analyze how these organizations contribute to promoting moderate Islam and empowering Muslim women in modern society. Using a qualitative approach with comparative and exploratory techniques, the research draws on existing literature to highlight the significant roles of women in shaping societal values and nurturing the next generation of leaders. The findings reveal that women play integral roles in da’wah, both as active participants and supporters of their husbands' da’wah initiatives. Their contributions are essential in advancing da’wah activities and reinforcing Islamic teachings in contemporary contexts. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of these organizations in addressing societal challenges, such as promoting moderation and empowering women amid shifting cultural and social dynamics. The learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) aims to nurture students who are devoted to Allah SWT, possess strong faith, exhibit commendable moral character, and have a sound understanding of Islamic teachings, particularly in relation to core principles and sources. The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers extends beyond merely imparting knowledge; it encompasses the transmission of values that shape students' behavior in alignment with Islamic teachings. This includes fostering an understanding of both personal and social piety—where personal piety pertains to individual worship, and social piety is reflected in empathetic and socially responsible behavior. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary and secondary data sources collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers at Raudhotul Qur'an Middle School play a vital role in internalizing social virtues among students. This is achieved through a structured value internalization process, beginning with the Value Transformation Stage—utilizing advice, role modeling, and disciplinary methods—followed by the Value Transaction Stage, which includes demonstrations and further modeling. The outcomes highlight a positive impact, evidenced by enhanced social awareness, increased empathy, and improved communication skills among students at TMII Raudhotul Qur'an Middle School.

The development of Islamic da’wah in the digital era presents new challenges for Islamic organizations in producing preachers (da’i) who are not only knowledgeable but also adaptive to social, technological, and cultural transformations. The fragmentation between formal and non-formal education in many da’wah institutions has weakened the continuity between the spiritual, intellectual, and social aspects of preacher formation. In this context, Wahdah Islamiyah becomes a significant case to study, as it has successfully developed a cadre system that integrates education, training, and da’wah in a holistic and systematic manner. This study aims to analyze the da’wah and preacher training system of Wahdah Islamiyah as a comprehensive model of institutional da’wah. The research employs a library-based qualitative approach with critical analysis of primary and secondary sources, including relevant previous studies. The results indicate that Wahdah Islamiyah successfully integrates da’wah bil lisan (preaching by speech), bil hal (by action), and bil qalam (by writing) within a multi-level and structured cadre system oriented toward character formation. This model emphasizes three main educational dimensions—ruhiyah (spiritual), tsaqafiyah (intellectual), and jasadiyah (physical)—which are crystallized into five core cadre characteristics: mu’min, mushlih, mujahid, muta’awin, and mutqin. The study highlights a key novelty: Wahdah Islamiyah perceives da’wah not merely as a spiritual activity but as an educational, social, and cultural strategy that aligns with the needs and challenges of the digital age. The findings contribute conceptually and practically to the development of da’wah organization strategies, the strengthening of Islamic education, and the formulation of contextual and inclusive religious policies. [Perkembangan dakwah Islam di era digital menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi organisasi Islam dalam melahirkan kader da’i yang tidak hanya berwawasan keilmuan, tetapi juga adaptif terhadap perubahan sosial, teknologi, dan budaya global. Fragmentasi antara pendidikan formal dan non-formal di berbagai lembaga dakwah menyebabkan lemahnya kesinambungan antara aspek spiritual, intelektual, dan sosial kader da’i. Dalam konteks tersebut, Wahdah Islamiyah menarik untuk dikaji karena berhasil mengembangkan sistem kaderisasi yang memadukan pendidikan, pembinaan, dan dakwah secara integral. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem dakwah dan kaderisasi da’i Wahdah Islamiyah sebagai model dakwah institusional yang komprehensif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis kritis terhadap literatur primer dan sekunder, termasuk temuan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Wahdah Islamiyah berhasil mengintegrasikan dakwah bil lisan, bil hal, dan bil qalam dalam sistem kaderisasi da’i yang berjenjang, sistematis, dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter. Model kaderisasi ini menekankan tiga dimensi utama pendidikan, yaitu ruhiyah, tsaqafiyah, dan jasadiyah, yang kemudian dikristalisasi dalam lima karakter inti kader: mu’min, mushlih, mujahid, muta’awin, dan mutqin. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan kebaruan bahwa Wahdah Islamiyah tidak hanya memandang dakwah sebagai aktivitas spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai strategi pendidikan, sosial, dan kultural yang relevan dengan kebutuhan serta tantangan era digital. The ABCD discrepancy evaluation technique is used in this study to assess the efficacy of Computational Thinking (CT) Unplugged instruction at the school level. In order to find discrepancies between anticipated and actual training outcomes, the study looked into the four model components: trainers and program implementers, program and its execution, objectives, and impact. We conducted in-depth interviews with trainee teachers to learn more about the procedure, issues, and difficulties encountered while putting CT into practice. Purposive sampling was employed in this study to examine the effects of CT training on trainee teachers' personal experiences and outcomes. The findings demonstrate that while CT can raise teaching's effectiveness and efficiency, its performance in classrooms can be enhanced by instructors' attitudes toward and commitment to training, as well as by the organizers' technical support and deliberate program monitoring. On the basis of these conclusions, suggestions are presented to enhance the way that CT is used in schools. This study helps us comprehend the opportunities and difficulties of integrating CT in classrooms.

This study aims to analyze preventive and curative efforts in addressing online gambling based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. Online gambling is a rapidly growing social phenomenon in the digital age, which not only hurts individuals but also on society in general, economically, socially and morally. This activity is becoming increasingly prevalent and has a significant impact on users and addicts because it is easily accessible to anyone. In Islam, all forms of gambling, including online gambling, are prohibited because they can destroy the order of people's lives. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature review method (library research) to explore Islamic views on gambling. The study concludes that preventive and curative approaches derived from the Qur'an and Hadith are highly relevant for addressing online gambling in the modern era. The proper implementation of these Islamic teachings is expected to reduce gambling rates and build a more moral, moderate, and religious society.
