Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan, organizational citizenship behaviour dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Agra Sawitindo Bengkulu Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 98 karyawan. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, kepemimpinan, organizational citizenship behaviour dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan, organizational citizenship behaviour dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Agra Sawitindo Bengkulu Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar pengaruh konflik external,konflik internal dan Jobdesk terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, konflik external, konflik internal dan jobdesk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract: This research was conducted to analyze the implications of implementing a sustainable agricultural transfer policy using the Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) approach in an effort to overcome the impacts of climate change in North Aceh Regency. This is motivated by the increasingly real and serious impact of climate change on the agricultural sector, which threatens food security and farmers' welfare, so the CSA approach is adopted to increase agricultural productivity in a sustainable manner, increase farmers' resilience to climate change, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The aim of this research is to evaluate how the internalization of CSA policies can strengthen sustainable agricultural policies in North Aceh and identify the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing these policies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 12 informants consisting of government officials, village officials and farming communities. Informants were selected purposively to ensure they had knowledge and experience relevant to the research topic. The research results show that the North Aceh government has succeeded in transferring adaptive policies through collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Agriculture Service, the Environment Service, and farmer groups. However, the success of this policy is still faced with challenges such as limited infrastructure, local institutional capacity, and low awareness of farmers regarding the importance of sustainable agricultural practices. Overall, the internalization of CSA in North Aceh shows great potential in increasing agricultural resilience to climate change, although further efforts are needed to overcome existing obstacles Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis implikasi penerapan policy transfer pertanian berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) dalam upaya mengatasi dampak perubahan iklim di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi semakin nyata dan seriusnya dampak perubahan iklim terhadap sektor pertanian, yang mengancam ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan petani, sehingga pendekatan CSA diadopsi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian secara berkelanjutan, meningkatkan ketahanan petani terhadap perubahan iklim, serta mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana internalisasi kebijakan CSA dapat memperkuat kebijakan pertanian berkelanjutan di Aceh Utara dan mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang yang dihadapi dalam penerapan kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 12 informan yang terdiri dari pejabat pemerintah, aparatur desa, dan masyarakat tani. Informan dipilih secara purposive untuk memastikan mereka memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Aceh Utara telah berhasil melakukan transfer kebijakan yang adaptif melalui kerjasama dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan seperti Dinas Pertanian, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, dan kelompok tani. Namun, keberhasilan kebijakan ini masih dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kapasitas institusi lokal, serta rendahnya kesadaran petani mengenai pentingnya praktik pertanian berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, internalisasi CSA di Aceh Utara menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pertanian terhadap perubahan iklim, meskipun diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ada

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services have gained significant popularity among Indonesian customers, particularly within the younger demographic that values convenience and flexibility in online shopping. This research uses a qualitative approach to examine the applications of Islamic law on the utilization of BNPL inside digital transactions in Indonesia, while also assessing its effects on consumer behavior and economic stability. The findings indicate that although Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) provides ease and accessibility for consumers, substantial obstacles exist in aligning this practice with maqāṣid sharia principles, especially with usury and consumer protection issues. Factors such as financial literacy, governmental laws, and product transparency significantly impact the adoption of BNPL, shaping customer comprehension and utilization of these services. Islamic financial institutions bear a significant obligation to deliver several itemsthat not only meet the demands of consumers but also sharia compliance. As such, this research contributes to strengthening the integration between digital technology and the financial system, as well as supporting sustainable economic growth that is compliant with Shariah principles.

This study aims to describe the learning process and analyze the impacts of online and offline learning at SDN Makassar 01 Pagi during the Covid-19 period. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study with three instruments, interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The subjects were teachers of class IV of SDN Makassar 01 Pagi. The data were analyzed using Miles’ & Huberman’s analysis consisting of three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions drawing/verification. The results indicated that SDN Makasar 01 Pagi implemented asynchronous online learning using WhatsApp and Google Classroom. At the same time, offline learning was carried out in that school with limited students and learning time by implementing health protocols and the media used, such as books, worksheets, teaching aids and media in the school environment. In addition, online and offline learning had positive and negative impacts. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dan menganalisis dampak pembelajaran online dan offline di SDN Makassar 01 Pagi pada masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga instrumen, yaitu pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas IV SDN Makassar 01 Pagi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Makasar 01 Pagi menerapkan pembelajaran online asinkron menggunakan WhatsApp dan Google Classroom. Sementara itu, pembelajaran luring dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan siswa dan waktu belajar yang terbatas serta menerapkan protokol kesehatan.Media yang digunakan seperti buku, LKS, alat peraga dan media di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, pembelajaran online dan offline memiliki dampak positif dan negatif.

This research aims to examine the correlation between critical thinking and ethics and the contribution of critical thinking to ethics. This research is a field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Therefore the sample of this study amounted to 61 people. Data collection was carried out by visiting subjects in class during study hours by asking the head of the study program for permission first. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, it can be concluded in this study that they are as follows: 1. Students' critical thinking skills in the 2019-2020 school year are categorized as quite good, this is evidenced by the mean results of 57.87 which are in the "Good Enough" category. ". 2. Student ethics for the 2019-2020 school year are classified as good, this is evidenced by the mean result of 83.21 which is in the "Good" category. 3. There is a positive relationship between critical thinking skills and student ethics for the 2019-2020 academic year as evidenced by the value of r-count > r-table, which is 0.331 > 0.227 at the 5% significant level. With a significant value = 0.009, 0.05, the hypothesis Ha is declared "accepted". In this case the ability to think critically with ethics contributed 10.9% while the remaining 89.1% was determined by other variables.

According to Al-Attas, it is very important to look sharply at the important relationship between the concept of din and madīnah which comes from din. Dīn relates to an individual believer, and madīnah in the context of the collective or the ummat. This can be seen in the history of changing the name of the city of Yasthrib to madīnah. We must see that Al-Madīnah is called and named that way because that is where the true din is established for mankind. There the believers enslaved themselves under the authority and power of the Prophet's law. as dayyān. It is also there that the consciousness of being indebted to Allah takes its definite form, and the manner and rules of the 'payment' which are agreed upon begin to be clearly explained.

This research was conducted in the Blang Panyang Village Community, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. The time of the study was carried out on June 9, 2021. Population and sample, The population in this study was the entire community of Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City and the sample was the youth of Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. In this study, the author uses a 'qualitative' approach, the research conducted is descriptive. Instruments in this study were interview sheets and documentation. Based on the description of the research results that have been described, it can be concluded that the ethics of adolescent communication with parents in terms of adolescent developmental psychology can go through a process of developing formal operational skills which include: (1) the formation of personal identity; (2) greater personal autonomy; (3) greater ability to relate and communicate with other people, such as children of the same age and the opposite sex; (4) the growth of more complex moral thoughts or morals. The point is that adolescent communication ethics will be well formed if it is supported by the moral guidance of parents at home.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ethnopedagogical approach in education, especially in aceh. The elements studied are Acehnese local wisdom in learning at school. This is in accordance with the problems found in the field through the author's initial observations at school, that so far the learning that has taken place does not link the concept of learning with local wisdom in the area. Thus the culture in the area becomes a taboo for the students themselves. So the ethnopedagogical element in learning at school is not introduced to students, in this case the integration of local wisdom in classroom learning has not been maximized, so far education and the value of local wisdom have not fully merged into a formidable new force in the body of education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method that uses study content contained in various literatures as the primary data base. The data sources in this article are journals and books related to thematic learning and local wisdom education. Furthermore, the object of research is the adaptation process and its relation to local urgency in responding to the challenges of the times. Research results In this study, the ethnopedagogical approach is focused on education by introducing Acehnese local wisdom such as the Seudati dance which makes movement patterns in mathematics learning, Jeungki as a traditional tool that starting to be abandoned, even most of the millennial generation are no longer familiar with jeungki found in science learning, and what is related to history learning is the local wisdom of Peusijuek
