This study aims to Describe the Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in Learning Islamic Religious Education and Character (PAIBP) at SMK Sahid Jakarta, the focus of the study includes Planning, Process and Assesment of PAIBP Learning at SMK Sahid Jakarta, especially on critical Thinking material phase F class XI. This study uses a Qualitative Method with Descriptive Analyse and Data collection techniques are carried out by Observation at SMK Sahid Jakarta, in-depth interviews with research subjects including the Principal of SMK Sahid Jakarta, Head of Curiculum, PAI Teachers and class XI students of SMK Sahid Jakarta and proven by Documentation in the form of research attachments. The results of the study show that Teachers have prepared teaching modules (MA) based on learning outcomes (CP) and Learning objectives (ATP) that relevant to the characteristics of students at SMK Sahid Jakarta. Critical thinking material considered effective in ecouraging Students to associate Islamic values with daily life. The learning process is carried out with relatively participatory and contextual Approach, although learning differentiation has not been fully implemented. Assesments are carried out formatively and summatively, but individual feedback is still limited and the implementation of summative assesments has not implemented differentiation. In general, the Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in PAIBP learning at SMK Sahid Jakarta is quite in accordance with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka, especially in terms of Student centered learning and Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5). However, Assesment is needed to increase the capacity of Teachers in implementing differentiated learning and more meaningful Assesment. This research is expected to be a material for evaluation and development of PAIBP based on the Kurikulum Merdeka in Vacational High Schools (SMK). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAIBP) di SMK Sahid Jakarta, fokus kajian meliputi Perencanaan, Proses dan Asesmen Pembelajaran PAIBP di SMK Sahid Jakarta, khususnya pada materi Berpikir Kritis Fase F kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan Analisis deskriptif dan Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara Observasi di SMK Sahid Jakarta, wawancara mendalam dengan subjek penelitiaan meliputi Kepala SMK Sahid Jakarta, Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Guru PAI dan Peserta didik kelas XI SMK Sahid Jakarta dan dibuktikan dengan Dokumentasi berupa lampiran penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru telah menyusun Modul Ajar (MA) berdasarkan Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) yang relevan dengan karakteristik Peserta didik di SMK Sahid Jakarta. Materi Berpikir Kritis dinilai efektif dalam mendorong Peserta didik mengaitkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Proses Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang relatif partisipatif dan kontekstual, meskipun diferensias pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. Asesmen dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif, namun umpan balik individual masih terbatas dan pelaksanaan Asesmen sumatif belum menerapkan diferensiasi. Secara umum, Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam Pembelajaran PAIBP di SMK Sahid Jakarta sudah cukup sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama dalam hal pembelajaran yang berpusat pada Peserta didik dan Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun Asesmen diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas Guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan Asesmen yang lebih bermakna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi.
