Abstract

Bermuamalah, debts and receivables are a form of contract that contains a social aspect which aims to help each other, so that the conditions in the debts and receivables transaction that are set by either one party or both parties are deemed to be incompatiblesharia principles.This research seeks to explain the study of muamalahfiqh regarding the existence of terms of sale and purchase in debts and receivables, as is the case in the community in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses descriptive analytical methods. As for the data source in this research, the author used field research.The results of the research are that the practice of debt and receivables that occurs in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency is a conditional transaction, because farmers who want to get seeds must be willing to sell the products obtained to the factory through the group leader. The sales proceeds will then be directly deducted from the farmer's debt according to the amount of the debt, then the remainder will be given to the farmer through the group leader. The production selling price has been agreed at the beginning of the contract. When a crop fails, the group leader does not force his members to pay off their debts, but farmers are given more leeway, so they can re-register for the next planting season. Islamic Law Review of the Practice of Potato Seed Debts and Receivables with Terms of Sale and Purchase in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency if seen from the harmony and the conditions have been fulfilled. So the practice of debt and receivables is legal according to Islamic law. Debts and receivables are made based on mutual consent, which means that the terms of debt and receivable transactions in the Village are not prohibited because in this case the parties are not harmed.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the presence of law, Sharia economics and Pancasila economics based on cooperation by prioritizing humanitarian principles. This research method uses a doctrinal approach with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of this research are that the presence of law provides a binding and coercive nature for everyone who carries out transactions in Sharia economic activities and the Pancasila economy, so the role of the state as a policymaker is to issue regulations in the form of specific laws with the birth of the Sharia Banking Law, part of sharia economics, and the Cooperative Law, part of the Pancasila economy, as a form of national protection for all Indonesian people.Keywords : Sharia Economic, Pancasila Economic, Regulation

Abstract

This community service activity through KKN aims to develop a strong religious culture in society, such as increasing worship practices, religion-based social activities, and other religious cultural activities that strengthen the community's Islamic identity. The devotional method is carried out by encouraging cooperation between families in the community in practicing religious values, such as through family study, development of religious human resources, and support between households, as well as developing a strong religious culture in the community, such as increasing the practice of worship, religion-based social activities, and other religious-cultural activities that strengthen the community's Islamic identity. The results of this activity show an increase in the understanding and practice of Islamic teachings in society.

Abstract

The research background is based on the importance of variation skills in increasing students' learning effectiveness and motivation. This study aims to analyze the teaching variation skills of teachers at SDN 09 Sungai Ambawang, West Kalimantan, especially in teaching styles, media use, and interaction patterns during the learning process in grade IV. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that grade IV teachers at SDN 09 Sungai Ambawang applied a variety of teaching styles quite well, including the use of voice variations, eye contact, and limb movements. The teacher also showed the effective use of graphic media, although there are limitations in the use of audio and projection media. However, the lack of variation in the patterns of interaction between students and the palpable or manipulated media indicates that there is room for improvement. Teachers have applied several variation skills well, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as the use of more diverse media and increased interaction between students. This study suggests the need for additional training for teachers and the procurement of more complete media facilities to support the achievement of more optimal educational goals

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of Compiling Social Emotional Learning Assessment Instruments in Improving Teaching Professionalism of Indonesian Language Teacher Profession Program Students, Muhammadiyah University of Palembang aims to provide knowledge and skills in compiling social-emotional learning assessment instruments that meet the requirements to measure the achievement of ongoing learning, especially from the social-emotional aspects of students. The ability to compile this instrument is expected to improve the professionalism of prospective teachers who are currently undergoing Professional Teacher education. The target audience in this PPM activity is 18 Indonesian Language Teacher Profession Education (PPG) students, FKIP, Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. This activity uses lecture, demonstration, and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method explains the concept of Social Emotional Learning and the scope of CASEL components. The demonstration method is used to show a work process, namely the stages of compiling the instrument, while the practice method is used to practice making instruments that meet the requirements. Meanwhile, the question-and-answer method is to provide participants with the opportunity to consult in overcoming obstacles in compiling students' social-emotional learning instruments. The availability of adequate experts in designing social-emotional assessment instruments in the PPG Study Program, the enthusiasm of participants, the support of faculty leaders for the implementation of activities, and supporting funds from the faculty are the supporters of the implementation of this PPM activity. The obstacles faced are that the participants do not yet have initial knowledge about social-emotional learning and limited time for training. The benefits that participants can get from this PPM activity include being able to compile and develop social-emotional learning assessment instruments that will later be used in assessing students' social-emotional development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji landasan teoretis dan filosofis Mazhab Syafi'i terkait penjualan jasa dan akad ijarah dalam sistem ekonomi syariah. Mazhab Syafi'i merupakan salah satu mazhab fikih yang paling banyak diikuti di Indonesia, namun pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep ijarah dan jual beli jasa masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip dasar akad sewa menyewa (ijarah) dalam Mazhab Syafi'i serta relevansinya dalam praktik ekonomi modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dari buku-buku fikih dan sumber hukum Islam kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad ijarah dalam Mazhab Syafi'i menekankan pada keadilan, kejelasan manfaat, dan kepatuhan terhadap syariat. Akad ijarah tidak hanya mencakup transaksi barang, tetapi juga penjualan jasa, serta penegasan bahwa upah harus ditentukan secara jelas sejak awal akad. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip ijarah dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam dinamika ekonomi modern, dengan tetap menjaga integritas dan kepastian hukum sesuai syariat Islam.

Abstract

The transfer of receivables by cessie is an agreement involving the lender (creditor) and the recipient of the receivables (debtor). This agreement entails the process of transferring the right to claim receivables from the lender to the recipient, usually a bank or other financial institution. The main focus of this study is to analyze the impact of cessie transfers of receivables on the guarantee of security rights (dependent rights). This study examines the legal consequences and changes in the relationship between lenders, debtors, and parties involved in the guarantee of dependent rights. Through a review of legal regulations and case precedents, this study identifies how cessie transfers of receivables can affect the status and priority of dependent rights. The results show that the transfer of receivables through cessie can impact the position and priority of security rights. In some cases, the transfer of receivables can alter the relative position of the debtor in relation to the party holding the dependent rights. Therefore, effective coordination between all parties involved in the transaction is necessary to prevent ambiguities regarding rights and responsibilities. This study provides in-depth insights into the legal complexities associated with cessie transfers of receivables and their implications for security rights. The findings can be utilized by legal practitioners, financial institutions, and parties involved in credit transactions to better understand and manage the risks associated with the transfer of receivables and the protection of security rights.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perilaku Kepatuhan Membayar Pajak Negara Demokrasi dan Non Demokrasi. Pajak merupakan pungutan wajib dengan imbalan tak langsung. Penerimaan pajak disesuaikan dengan kepatuhan pajak individu suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui korelasi perilaku kepatuhan pajak dengan sistem pemerintahan negara (demokrasi dan non demokrasi). Kelompok negara demokrasi terdiri dari Indonesia, Singapura, dan Amerika Serikat. Kelompok negara non demokrasi terdiri dari China, Rusia, dan Vietnam. Data yang digunakan adalah data WVS Wave 7. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tabulasi silang untuk mengetahui korelasi kepatuhan pajak dengan variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa warga negara dengan sistem pemerintahan demokrasi memiliki kecenderungan perilaku yang berbeda. Indonesia memiliki kecenderungan yang tidak patuh pajak sedangkan Amerika Serikat memiliki kecenderungan patuh pajak. Negara dengan sistem pemerintahan non demokrasi juga menemukan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Kepercayaan pada pemerintah berkaitan kuat dengan kecenderungan kepatuhan pajak warga negara. Kata kunci: pajak; kepatuhan pajak; negara demokrasi; negara non demokrasi  Abstract: Compliance Behavior in Paying Taxes in Democratic and Non-Democratic Countries. Tax is a mandatory levy with indirect rewards. Tax revenue is adjusted to the individual tax compliance of a country. This study aims to identify and determine the correlation of tax compliance behavior with the state government system (democratic and non-democratic). The group of democratic countries consists of Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States. The group of non-democratic countries consists of China, Russia, and Vietnam. The data used is WVS Wave 7 data. The data were analyzed using cross tabulation analysis to determine the correlation of tax compliance with other variables. The results of this study conclude that citizens with democratic government systems have different behavioral tendencies. Indonesia has a tendency to not comply with taxes while the United States has a tendency to comply with taxes. Countries with non-democratic government systems also find inconsistent results. Trust in the government is strongly related to the tendency of citizens' tax compliance. Keyword: tax; tax compliance; democracy country; non-democratic country

Abstract

Purpose of sanctionscriminal fines and compensation in corruption crimeslegal justice perspective. Research methods usedNormative juridical uses three research approaches: the statute approach, the conceptual approach, and the comparative approach.Results of the research on sanctionscriminal fines and compensation in corruption crimesdoes not provide legal justice and a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption, because the fine imposed can be replaced with imprisonment and the length of imprisonment does not correspond to the amount of state financial losses. The law is said to provide a sense of justice if it produces legitimate legal consequences and if the law achieves its goal of directing or changing human behavior into lawful behavior.

Abstract

The economic scope is increasingly complex, guidelines are needed to solve all problems that arise based on Islamic sharia principles. Fiqh iqtishad has a very important role to be a reference for the community in Islamic economics and finance. Therefore, the study of this article aims to find out how fiqh iqtishad is a source of Islamic economic and financial development. This study uses a narrative qualitative approach with a literature review method with data presented from books, scientific journals, al-Quran, hadith, MUI facts, related to fiqh iqtishad, economic and financial development. The results of the study show that fiqh iqtishad develops dynamically and follows economic and financial developments. In Indonesia itself, a DSN-MUI fatwa emerged as one of the products of ijtihad. Fatwa is the result of the reasoning of Islamic jurists in providing answers and responses to contemporary problems that are optional and non-binding, only as an explanation of the problems raised by the fatwa requester
