Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dengan lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 140 responden yaitu guru yang mengajar pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Selanjutnya ditemukan Budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Selanjutnya ditemukan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja memediasi secara penuh pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan kepada pimpinan atau kepala sekolah di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara agar dapat memberikan perhatian dan prioritas dalam melembagakan budaya organisasi dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Cooking oil is widely used by the public as a medium for frying food ingredients. Heating during frying causes a decrease in the quality of the oil due to an oxidation reaction. Oxidized fatty acids and the resulting peroxide compounds harm the health of the body. The rate of oil oxidation can be inhibited by adding antioxidants to the oil. The cock plant (L. amoena (Hassk) Leenh.) is a wild plant from West Kutai, East Kalimantan, which has a high antioxidant content. The use of kokang leaves as an antioxidant is expected to inhibit oxidation in cooking oil. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of kokang leaves in cooking oil when heated. Peroxide number is used as an indicator of the level of oxidation that occurs in the oil. Peroxide number was measured by iodometric titration using thiosulfate solution as titration. Peroxide number analysis was carried out on three samples, namely cooking oil before heating, cooking oil after heating, and cooking oil after heating which had been mixed with dry cockle leaves. Heating is done for 1 minute. The results showed that the peroxide value of cooking oil mixed with kokang leaves was lower than the peroxide value without being mixed with kokang leaves. This study indicates that kokang leaves can be used as an antioxidant to inhibit the oxidation process in cooking oil. Abstract

Tilapia contains protein and has a high nutritional content, including minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fats. However, this fish is easily damaged and rotten. This is caused by the activity of enzymes, microorganisms, or oxygen oxidation. Therefore, it is necessary to use preservatives so that the fish does not spoil or rot quickly. One of the potential natural preservatives is the kecombrang plant, especially the stems and rhizomes which contain bioactive substances. This plant has antibacterial properties that can help slow down the decline in fish quality. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of kecombrang stem and rhizome extract as a natural preservative in tilapia meat. The effectiveness of kecombrang stem and rhizome extracts was determined by soaking tilapia meat in kecombrang stem and rhizome extracts at various times of 0, 3, and 6 hours. The protein content of tilapia meat was measured by the biuret test. The results of this study indicated that the percentage of protein degradation inhibitors in kecombrang stem extract was 30.1% for 3 hours and 17.8% for 6 hours while in kecombrang rhizome extract was 34.2% for 3 hours and 22.6% for 6 hours. This shows that kecombrang rhizome extract is more effective as a natural preservative for tilapia meat compared to kecombrang stem extract. Abstract

Islamic boarding school is a school environment that is quite diverse both in terms of region, language, ethnicity, culture, economic background and parental education. Therefore, this thesis aims to find out the teacher's strategy in cultivating students' pluralism attitudes in the era of disruption through multicultural education. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the principal, several teachers, caregivers and students or MTs students at the Mazroillah Islamic Boarding School Lubuk Linggau. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The data validation technique uses triangulation. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the teacher's strategy in cultivating an attitude of pluralism through multicultural education is in three ways. First, the strategy of organizing learning is that learning activities are organized in the form of lesson plans in learning forums in class and outside the classroom. Second, the learning delivery strategy is understanding student character, understanding student diversity, and choosing the right approach such as cooperative learning methods, group discussions, advice and habituation. Third, the learning management strategy is by arranging student seats, realizing lesson plans by considering various factors such as student conditions, study time, facilities, environment and others. Furthermore, the supporting factors come from the Islamic boarding school climate, Islamic boarding school activities, extracurricular activities, and parents of students. The inhibiting factors are derived from students' innate attitudes, environment, and learning facilities. The solution to the inhibiting factors is through a special approach to students and parents and by using a variety of learning methods and utilizing existing learning media.

Abstract

Bencana alam seperti peristiwa letusan gunung berapi tentu menyisakan rasa trauma bagi para penyintas atau korban selamat yang mampu bertahan dalam kondisi yang menakutkan, mengerikan dan mencekam. Dampak buruk dari bencana terhadap kesehatan mental yang terjadi seperti rasa trauma, stres dan perasaan cemas yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan gangguan Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Penulisan ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan identifikasi, evaluasi, serta interpretasi terhadap semua hasil penelitian terkait topik tertentu. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa Erupsi gunung berapi bukan hanya membawa dampak fisik, tetapi juga psikologis bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitarnya. Peristiwa traumatis ini dapat memicu berbagai gangguan mental, seperti stres akut, kecemasan, gangguan stres pasca- trauma (PTSD), dan depresi. Ancaman bahaya, kehilangan tempat tinggal, dan kekacauan selama dan setelah erupsi dapat menyebabkan stres akut dan kecemasan yang parah. Gejalanya termasuk panik, ketakutan, kebingungan, sulit tidur, dan konsentrasi.

Abstract

Peralihan moda pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi moda dalam jaringan (daring) sebagai akibat kebijakan yang ditetapkan pemerintah berdampak luas bagi siswa dan guru. Implementasi pembelajaran moda daring sejak April 2020 hingga Agustus 2021 memiliki beragam dampak bagi siswa dan guru termasuk efektivitas moda tersebut dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran secara daring di sekolah dasar di masa Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 14 Gunung Sarik Padang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket dengan para guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik triangulasi data digunakan untuk mengorganisasian, mengklasifikasikan, mentafsirkan dan memvisualisasikan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajara daring di SD Negeri 14 Gunung Sarik Padang belum berjalan optimal. Beragam tantangan dihadapi guru, orang tua dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring secara sinkron, keterbatasan waktu pendampingan belajar oleh orang tua, dan keterbatasan penyediaan perangkat belajar daring secara sinkron siswa. Proses penilaian aspek koginitif, afektif, dan psikomotor juga terdampak karena kendala-kendala tersebut. Implementasi pembelajaran 2013 secara daring di SD Negeri 14 Gunung Sarik membutuhkan perbaikan agar pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dapat terlaksana lebih optimal

Abstract

This research aims to determine the innovation of an independent, differentiated curriculum in Islamic religious education learning. This research uses a type of library research. The research results show that differentiated learning is a method or effort made by teachers to meet students' needs and expectations. Differentiated learning is an effort to adapt the learning process in the classroom to meet the individual learning needs of each student. Implementation of a differentiation-based independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning in Public Schools (Elementary, Middle School, High School and College) includes: (1) Content differentiation, when teachers know several aspects of students' needs through mapping, educators can provide content different, to each student according to learning needs and profiles such as grouping students with learning styles in the form of audio, visual, audio visual and kinetic (motion), (2) Process Differentiation, in this learning process educators need to understand the learning needs of students/ students whether they are able to study independently, in groups, or require special treatment (special assistance) to understand the concept of the material by grouping students according to the students' readiness, abilities and interests and learning talents. (3) Product Differentiation. The products produced can be projects, presentations, designs, speeches, memorization, and religious practices. (4) Environmental differentiation, can use classroom facilities, outdoor (park), computer laboratory and prayer room. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi kurikulum merdeka berdiferensiasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah cara atau upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan murid. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai usaha untuk menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar individu setiap siswa. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka berbasis diferensiasi pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Umum (SD, SMP, SMA, dan Perguruan Tinggi) meliputi: (1) Diferensiasi konten Pada saat guru telah mengetahui beberapa aspek kebutuhan peserta didik melalui pemetaan, maka pendidik dapat memberikan konten yang berbeda, kepada setiap peserta didik sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan profil belajar seperti pengelompokan peserta didik dengan gaya belajar berupa audio, visual, audio visual dan kinetik (gerak), (2) Diferensiasi Proses, Proses pembelajaran ini pendidik perlu memahami kebutuhan belajar peserta didik/mahasiswa apakah mereka mampu belajar secara mandiri, kelompok, atau membutuhkan perlakuan khusus (pendampingan khusus) untuk memahami konsep materi dengan mengelompokkan peserta didik sesuai pada kesiapan, kemampuan dan minat dan bakat belajar peserta didik. (3) Diferensiasi Produk, Produk yang dihasilkan dapat berupa projek, presentasi, desain, pidato, hafalan, dan praktek ibadah. (4) Diferensiasi Lingkungan dapat menggunakan fasilitas kelas, outdoor (taman), laboratorium komputer, dan Musholah.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan bagian dari kurikulum yang dirancang untuk dilaksanakan oleh suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan dengan kurikulum berbasis Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis Pendidikan Agama Islam pada semua mata pelajarannya, demikian pula pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya yang merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji metode pembelajaran pada pelajaran seni budaya di Dayah Terpadu Inshafuddin Banda Aceh yang kurikulumnya dirancang berbasis Islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi langsung dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan validitas data menggunakan triangulasi dan proses analisis data meliputi tiga alur kegiatan sebagai satu sistem yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode pembelajaran seni budaya di SMA Dayah Terpadu Inshafuddin Banda Aceh menerapkan prinsip yang mengacu pada penerapan batasan pada materi praktik yang sesuai dengan kaidah Dayah dan menjunjung tinggi prinsip syariat Islam. Metode pembelajaran seni budaya secara garis besar hampir sama dengan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah umum, perbedaannya adalah batasan lingkup bahan ajar dan metode pemilahan kelas dalam praktik seni. Materi seni rupa hanya diperbolehkan menggambar ragam hias dan pemandangan alam, tidak diperbolehkan menggambar bentuk tubuh manusia dan hewan. Materi tari bermuatan praktik, siswa laki-laki diberi tugas menggambar, siswa perempuan diruang terpisah diberikan materi latihan tari yang memiliki nilai-nilai Islami seperti tari ratep meuseukat dan tari ratoeh jaroe. Dari seni musik, semua siswa hanya diperbolehkan memainkan musik tradisional rapai/rebana. Materi drama hanya memperbolehkan drama diajarkan dengan cerita islami.

Abstract

Developments in the field of technology have an impact on human life in various aspects, not least in the field of transportation. The development of technology inevitably affects people's mindsets. This condition also results in conventional rickshaws having decreased orders. The presence of online transportation causes competition such as injustice over the unequal income of each rickshaw puller and the increasing number of passengers in online transportation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews (interviews), documentation. The results showed that the characteristics inherent in conventional pedicab drivers are male, poorly educated, do not know the age limit, are Muslim and predominantly come from the Acehnese tribe. The presence of online application-based transportation in Banda Aceh has a positive impact in meeting the needs of transportation that is practical, safe, comfortable, and inexpensive, on the other hand online transportation has had an impact on conventional transportation namely conventional Pedicab drivers, Pedicab driver income has decreased orders so that driver deposit income conventional pedicabs are reduced every day. The presence of online transportation makes unsettled conventional rickshaw drivers, so online transportation drivers are less liked by conventional rickshaw drivers.Keywords: Impact, Conventional Pedicab, and Online.

Abstract

The yard is ground that surrounds the house, this ground has a multifunctional function, as a playground, place for social activities and place to grow various plants. The advantages of the yard as land for plant cultivation such as familial medicinal plants and vertical vegetable cultivation Land use for plant cultivation is very profitable. Crops are not only consumed by themselves, but also to increase the family income. This community service is performed in Lekis Rejo Village, Kec. Lubuk Raja OKU South Sumatera. This service aims to utilize the site and increase the income of the people. The service will be held in 13-28 February 2020 at Lekisrejo Village, OKU Regency. Method of devotion with lectures, questions and answers, and practice. The transfer of science and technology given to farmers groups in this service is to explain how technology can be used in the cultivation of medicinal plants and the vertical cultivation of vegetables. The steps that will be followed are 1. Cultivation of kencur, ginger and turmeric. 2. Vegetable growing vertically. These activities include: 1). Preparation of seeds, 2) preparation of land/planting media, 3) Planting, 4) Maintenance and 5) Harvesting. The output goals in this community service activity are improving the community's understanding and skills in medicinal plant growing and Verticulture
