Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dinamis antara penerimaan pajak, nilai ekspor, nilai impor, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia periode 2010–2025 serta mengkaji implikasinya dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Vector Autoregression (VAR). Hasil uji stasioneritas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel terintegrasi pada orde pertama (I(1)). Uji kointegrasi Johansen mengindikasikan adanya dua hubungan kointegrasi, yang menandakan keberadaan keseimbangan jangka panjang antar variabel. Hasil uji kausalitas Granger menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek pertumbuhan ekonomi secara signifikan memengaruhi penerimaan pajak dan ekspor, namun tidak ditemukan bukti kuat bahwa pajak, ekspor, dan impor secara langsung menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh kebijakan fiskal dan perdagangan terhadap pertumbuhan lebih dominan dalam jangka panjang dibandingkan jangka pendek. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak hanya diukur dari peningkatan output, tetapi juga dari aspek keadilan distribusi, keseimbangan, dan keberlanjutan. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara optimalisasi penerimaan negara, penguatan sektor perdagangan riil, dan penerapan nilai-nilai keadilan ekonomi menjadi kunci dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan kemiskinan terhadap pernikahan usia anak di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan data panel antarprovinsi. Pernikahan usia anak masih menjadi permasalahan sosial-ekonomi yang berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kesejahteraan jangka panjang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh struktural variabel pendidikan dan kemiskinan terhadap variasi angka pernikahan usia anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pernikahan usia anak, yang berarti peningkatan capaian pendidikan mampu menurunkan kemungkinan terjadinya pernikahan dini. Sebaliknya, tingkat kemiskinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang menunjukkan bahwa tekanan ekonomi mendorong rumah tangga melakukan pernikahan anak sebagai strategi bertahan hidup. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar dalam menjelaskan variasi pernikahan usia anak antarwilayah di Indonesia. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, temuan ini sejalan dengan prinsip keadilan distributif dan pembangunan manusia sebagaimana terkandung dalam nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an serta kerangka maqashid syariah, khususnya dalam menjaga akal (hifz al-‘aql), jiwa (hifz al-nafs), dan keturunan (hifz al-nasl). Oleh karena itu, kebijakan peningkatan akses pendidikan dan penguatan program pengentasan kemiskinan menjadi strategi penting dalam menekan praktik pernikahan usia anak dan mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and academic supervision on the quality of learning mediated by teacher efficacy at SMP IT Bontang. The quality of learning in the digital era is key, and the role of leadership and teacher mentoring are essential factors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study is all active teachers at SMP IT Daarul Hikmah Bontang, and using a saturated sampling technique, all 42 teachers were made respondents. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that (1) digital leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher efficacy; (2) academic supervision had a positive and significant effect on teacher efficacy; (3) digital leadership, academic supervision, and teacher efficacy together had a significant effect on learning quality. These findings confirm that improving learning quality can be achieved effectively by strengthening digital leadership and academic supervision, which can enhance teacher efficacy. Keywords: academic supervision, digital leadership, integrated Islamic schools, learning quality, teacher efficacy Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital dan supervisi akademik terhadap mutu pembelajaran yang dimediasi oleh efikasi guru di SMP IT Bontang. Kualitas pembelajaran di era digital menjadi kunci, dan peran kepemimpinan serta pendampingan guru menjadi faktor esensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru aktif di SMP IT Daarul Hikmah Bontang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, keseluruhan 42 guru dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi guru; (2) supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi guru; (3) kepemimpinan digital, supervisi akademik, dan efikasi guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara efektif melalui penguatan kepemimpinan digital dan supervisi akademik yang mampu meningkatkan efikasi guru. Abstract

Education as the foundation of national development heavily relies on the quality of professional teachers who continuously develop their competencies, especially in facing the challenges of dynamic curricula and the digital era. Meanwhile, madrasahs, with their unique integration of religious values and general knowledge, require visionary leadership from headmasters to create a conducive work environment that fosters the sustainable improvement of teacher professionalism. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The findings reveal that the role of the headmaster as an instructional leader is crucial in enhancing teacher competencies by motivating and facilitating professional development tailored to the teachers' actual needs. Headmasters must also implement leadership strategies that cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and conducive work environment, encouraging teachers to engage in continuous learning and collaboration to improve teaching quality. However, in practice, headmasters face various challenges such as administrative burdens, limited resources, and resistance from teachers that hinder the effectiveness of their roles. Therefore, capacity building in leadership, resource support, and synergy with stakeholders are essential to enable headmasters to optimally and sustainably drive the development of teacher professionalism, ultimately positively impacting the quality of education in madrasahs.

Abstract

General Background: Indonesia is characterized by cultural, ethnic, religious, and social diversity that requires educational strategies capable of fostering tolerance and national cohesion. In this context, multicultural education becomes an essential approach for cultivating inclusive values within the educational system. Specific Background: H.A.R. Tilaar is recognized as a prominent Indonesian thinker who conceptualized multicultural education as a philosophical and pedagogical foundation for managing diversity in education. His perspective emphasizes education as a process of humanization and liberation while promoting democratic and inclusive learning environments. Knowledge Gap: Although Tilaar’s ideas are widely discussed in educational discourse, comprehensive studies connecting his philosophical concepts with concrete learning practices in Indonesian classrooms remain limited. Aims: This study aims to analyze Tilaar’s concept of multicultural education and examine its application in the learning process. Results: Using a qualitative library research approach with descriptive analysis, the findings show that Tilaar’s multicultural education promotes dialogical pedagogy, contextual learning, and the role of teachers as transformative agents. Its application in classroom practice includes integrating local cultural values, developing inclusive learning materials, creating democratic classroom interactions, and implementing authentic assessment that considers attitudes such as empathy and tolerance. Novelty: The study provides a comprehensive perspective by integrating Tilaar’s philosophical ideas with practical strategies for implementing multicultural education in learning processes. Implications: These findings demonstrate that Tilaar’s thought offers both philosophical and practical foundations for implementing multicultural education that supports inclusive nationalism and strengthens Indonesia’s cultural resilience within a pluralistic society. Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the FERA (Focus-Explore-Reflect-Apply) learning model integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) in improving students' conceptual understanding of atomic theory. Methodology: This was a pre-experimental study employing a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample was 32 tenth-grade students selected through cluster random sampling from ten classes in the public high school in East Kalimantan. The instruments consisted of essay-based pretest and posttest questions, teacher and student observation sheets, and AR-integrated reading materials. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, normality test, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, normalized gain (N-Gain), and effect size (r). Main Findings: The results indicated a statistically significant improvement in students’ conceptual understanding after the intervention. The average N-Gain score was 0.67 (moderate category). Meanwhile, the effect size (r = 0.88) showed a large effect. The greatest improvement was found in the classification indicator, whereas the application indicator demonstrated relatively lower gains. Overall, the integration of FERA and AR effectively improved conceptual understanding of atomic theory. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study lies in systematically embedding augmented reality within the structured stages of the FERA (Focus-Explore-Reflect-Apply) learning model to improve the students’ conceptual understanding of atomic theory. Unlike previous studies that often employ augmented reality as a supplementary visualization tool, this study integrated AR into a coherent pedagogical framework, aligning interactive 3D representations with specific cognitive processes in each instructional stage.

Abstract

This action research aims at finding out how the blended learning can improve students toefl score. The design of this research is an action research which consists of four steps in a cycle, they are: planning, action, analysis and reflection. In planning step the reserachers did FGD which involved the students, instructors, the dean, the head of language centres and staff to discuss the problems and the alternative solution, designed the syllabus and prepared the materials. In the action step, the blended learning was implemented , 50%was  in Face to Face (F2F) mode and other 50% was in information and technology (IT) mode (CALL, email, WA and SMS).The subjects were 20 students from 16 Study Programs in FKIP at the eight semester who have ever joined TOEFL but have not achieved the target score stated by the university, 477.The implementation of Blended learning was observed and analyzed as the next step. The Reflection result showed that Blended learning could improve the students TOEFL score. The students also enjoyed the activities and they believed blended learning helped them improve their TOEFL score. Therefore it is recommended that the University implement the Blended learning program as an alternative solution to solve the problem.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) tahun 2022 telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus semester ganjil tahun 2022-2023. Peserta yang mengikuti program ini sebanyak 241 mahasiswa skema MBKM ISS dan 2.318 mahasiswa skema MBKM USK Unggul yang merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dikemas oleh USK dalam meningkatkan keikutsertaan mahasiswa MBKM. Pelaksanaan MBKM ini melibatkan 116 mitra skema ISS dan 486 mitra skema USK Unggul. Khususnya pada kegiatan MBKM Asistensi Mengajar diikuti oleh 1.252 mahasiswa, sehingga survey pada kegiatan ini dilakukan secara bertahap oleh tim universitas. Adapun tujuan pemanfaatan metode survei sebagai strategi evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah untuk dapat memastikan bahwa kegiatan asistensi mengajar di lapangan berjalan sesuai panduan MBKM USK tahun 2020. Metode survei dilakukan melalui pengamatan secara langsung kepada mitra kegiatan asistensi mengajar yaitu melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden menggunakan google forms. Strategi evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan kepada semua yang terlibat, yaitu peserta didik, dosen pembimbing lapangan (DPL) dan sekolah sebagai mitra. Hasil pemanfaatan metode ini secara umum menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan asistensi mengajar telah berjalan tertib, aman, dan lancar tanpa adanya kendala yang berarti. Mahasiswa mejalankan tugas dan kegiatan secara terstruktur didampingi oleh pembimbing lapangan serta dosen. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa kasus minor (kecil) yang terjadi di beberapa lokasi tertentu dan dapat ditanggulangi segera pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kasus-kasus minor yang tidak dominan dan tidak terjadi di seluruh lokasi tersebut dipelajari dan diperbaiki oleh semua pemangku kepentingan termasuk pimpinan universitas sehingga kendala pada pelaksanaan kegiatan asistensi mengajar saat ini, menjadi pembelajaran perbaikan lebih baik untuk kegiatan ke depan.

Abstract

Improvement competence skill student School Intermediate Vocational (SMK) becomes demands it is important that graduates capable fulfil the needs of the business world and the industrial world. However, there are still there is gap between competence vocational school graduates and needs industry so that required innovation in management curriculum. Research This aim analyze management curriculum system blocks and implementation Project Based Learning (PjBL) in increase competence skill students at State Vocational School 1 North Sangatta. Research use approach qualitative with design studies case. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation with informant head school, deputy principal school field curriculum, head of expertise program, and teachers. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and data extraction conclusion with validity test through triangulation. Research results show that management curriculum system integrated block with PjBL implemented through function planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring as well as supported by teacher competence, facilities infrastructure and partnerships industry. Conclusion study shows that implementation system blocks and PjBL capable increase competence skill as well as readiness Work student.

Abstract

The principle of sperm preservation is to prolong the viability of spermatozoa by reducing the degree of metabolism during storage at low temperatures, and one method involved was a cryoprotectant as a sperm protector. This study aimed to determine the best type of cryoprotectant for refrigeration storage of goldfish Carrasius auratus sperm. A completely randomized design was used, and five types of cryoprotectant were tested, namely Methanol, Ethanol, Ethylene Glycol, Glycerol, and DMSO at a 10% concentration combined with 15% egg yolks. The sperm was diluted with Ringers solution and stored at 4C for 48 hours. The ANOVA test revealed that cryoprotectant significantly affected the motility and viability of sperm after 48 hours of refrigeration (P0.05). The results showed that 10% DMSO combined with 15% egg yolk could maintain sperm motility and viability better than other treatments, with values of 85.80% and 86.50%, respectively, which were significantly different from the other treatments. Glycerol produced the second-best sperm quality with motility and viability values of 71.13% and 74.13%, respectively. Therefore, DMSO is the most effective cryoprotectant for refrigeration storage of goldfish sperm.
