Abstract

The transformation of the role of school supervisors into one of the change agendas is very necessary to support the realization of student-centered learning through the mentoring cycle. The mentoring referred to is the activity of school supervisors working with school principals in increasing the capacity and quality of education unit services to carry out student-centred learning using relevant strategies and methods. Assistance of school supervisors in implementing the school principal's progress achievements as an implementation of the commitment of the head of the educational unit of each assisted school in realizing their school's work program. This activity is carried out through discussions, interviews and recorded results are expressed in the form of data processing instruments according to the results obtained by each -each head of educational unit. The aim of this writing is to provide a comprehensive overview of the implementation of supervisory duties in supporting the development and improvement of the quality of education in educational units. This study is divided into seven parts, namely: 1) Progress of Educational Report Card achievements, 2) Progress of development of infrastructure, 3) Progress of PTK competency development, 4)Progress of Student Competency Development, 5) Academic/non-academic achievement of Persetadik and PTK, 6) Data-Based Planning, Preparation of RKT/RKAS documents, and 7)Preparation of Education Unit Curriculum Documents. Conclusion: The mentoring that has been implemented in 18 educational units/facilitated schools has succeeded in making a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, both in terms of curriculum, teacher competency, school management and infrastructure development.

Abstract

Education in the digital era faces very tough challenges, both from character formation to the independence of a student which is still not visible. This research aims to identify educational supervision as an important aspect in achieving the goals of Islamic education. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of supervision in forming character, improving the quality of education, and preventing mistakes. Therefore, the implementation of educational supervision that is effective and in accordance with the values of the Qur'an needs to be carried out to achieve this goal. The research results show the importance of (1) Periodic Supervision: Carrying out regular supervision to monitor the educational process. (2) Evaluation and Feedback: Provide constructive evaluation and feedback to improve the quality of education. Guidance and Counselling: Providing guidance and counseling to help students overcome difficulties. (3) Collaboration with Parents: Collaborating with parents to ensure harmony between education at school and at home.

Abstract

This study evaluates the anti-bullying digital complaint service program "SiLaMis" at SD Negeri 11 Padangsambian Denpasar, Bali, which aims to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for students. Using the CIPP program evaluation model, this study found that the SILAMIS program is aligned with the school's vision, has quality resources, innovative features, and adequate training. This program is also carried out according to procedures and is effective in suppressing bullying cases, and shows a positive impact on reducing bullying cases, increasing student comfort, and service user satisfaction. The results of the study recommend that the SILAMIS program be continued by strengthening the existing advantages and improving the quality and efficiency of the program.

Abstract

Concern for women's resources with the role of the caliphate on this earth with reference to religious values and the noble values of the nation's culture, needs to be synergized in the context of the public and domestic dimensions at the same time. The public dimension concerns the role of women in the fields of science and technology, economy, employment, politics and national security. To find out how women lead, research was carried out using the method This qualitative research is descriptive and explanatory which provides a description of complex situations, and the direction for further research also provides an explanatory or explanation of the relationship between events and meanings, especially according to the perception of participants. After conducting research, it was concluded that women's leadership at the Putri Ishlahul Ummah Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City has proven its effectiveness in improving the quality of education through academic supervision. With an empathetic, communicative, and empowerment-focused approach, this leadership has succeeded in creating an inclusive and progressive educational environment. However, to maintain the sustainability of this program, support from various parties, including the government, the community, and religious organizations is needed. Thus, pesantren can continue to develop asan educational institution that is relevant to the challenges of the times.

Abstract

The acceleration of digital technology advancement and the expansion of internet reach have fundamentally reconfigured the marketing domain, including the healthcare service industry. The Industry 4.0 era, characterized by automation, large-scale data analytics, and interconnectivity, requires hospitals to implement progressive digital marketing approaches to maintain relevance and strengthen their competitive advantage. This evolution is reinforced by shifts in consumption patterns, where individuals increasingly rely on digital platforms to obtain medical information and make decisions regarding healthcare facilities. This trend is evident in the substantial escalation of hospitals’ adoption of digital technologies to communicate with healthcare service users. Digital marketing, conceptualized as the effort to achieve marketing objectives through the utilization of digital technologies and media, now plays a crucial role in this context, especially since the majority of consumers actively seek online information about treatment options and healthcare providers. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the adoption of digital marketing strategies has become indispensable, marked by a significant acceleration in the use of digital marketing within the healthcare sector. Projections indicate growth in both in-person visits and telemedicine services, which in turn will increase hospital revenue. This phenomenon highlights the urgent need for healthcare institutions not only to adopt but also to refine their digital marketing approaches to attract new patients and foster loyalty. However, the healthcare sector faces specific challenges in implementing digital marketing, including regulatory frameworks that have yet to fully adapt and a lack of transparency and knowledge management among hospital personnel.

Abstract

Background: This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade X IPS-2 students in the Akidah Akhlak at MAS Mansyaul Ulum, even though this subject is important for students' character and moral development. Objective: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade X IPS-2 students in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MAS Mansyaul Ulum through the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model. Method: The research design used Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, and reflection, with 21 students as subjects. Data were collected through observation and learning achievement tests and analyzed quantitatively based on the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) of 75%. Results: There was a significant increase in student activity and learning outcomes: in the first cycle, student activity was 54.2% with learning outcomes of 28.57%; in the second cycle, activity increased to 71.42% with learning outcomes of 66.67%, and in the third cycle, activity reached 95.23%, with 100% of students achieving the MCC and an average class score of 91.42. Conclusion: The STAD model effectively improves student activity and learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak. Contribution: This study contributes as a cooperative model that can enhance student engagement in learning based on moral and religious values.

Abstract

Educational administration and supervision are two important aspects of the education system that have a strategic role in improving the quality of education. They function to manage, supervise, and develop the entire learning process at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. Educational administration focuses on the management of human resources, facilities, and educational policies so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, educational supervision functions as professional development for lecturers to improve the quality of the learning process. This study aims to describe the relationship and role of educational administration and supervision in improving the quality of education at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The method used is a literature study (library research) with a descriptive qualitative approach, using various sources of books, scientific journals, and laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that integration between administration and supervision is the key to success in improving the quality of educational institutions. Effective administration supports the implementation of systematic supervision, while quality supervision strengthens the implementation of administrative functions. The collaboration of the two produces educational management that is directed, transparent, and oriented towards improving the professionalism of lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas inovasi metodologi penelitian di era digital dalam konteks riset manajemen pendidikan. Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara peneliti mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menganalisis data, sehingga penelitian dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif, fleksibel, dan akurat. Berbagai teknologi seperti aplikasi survei daring, platform pembelajaran digital, dan software analisis data memberikan kemudahan dalam memperoleh informasi yang relevan serta meningkatkan validitas dan reliabilitas temuan. Namun, inovasi ini tidak terlepas dari tantangan, terutama terkait literasi digital peneliti, kesiapan infrastruktur lembaga pendidikan, keamanan data, serta potensi bias digital dalam proses pengumpulan data. Keterbatasan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kualitas penelitian apabila tidak diantisipasi dengan strategi yang tepat. Selain itu, optimalisasi literasi data memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas riset manajemen pendidikan. Kemampuan peneliti dalam memahami dan mengolah data memungkinkan proses analisis dilakukan secara lebih mendalam, sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis bukti. Secara keseluruhan, inovasi metodologi penelitian di era digital memberikan peluang besar bagi peningkatan kualitas riset dan mendukung penguatan manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

Urgensi pemilihan metode penelitian yang tepat dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan Islam, yang ditandai oleh tuntutan profesionalisme, akuntabilitas, dan integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman seperti amanah, keadilan, dan ihsan. Manajemen pendidikan Islam melibatkan dimensi administratif, sosial, dan spiritual, sehingga memerlukan metode penelitian yang tidak hanya ilmiah tetapi juga sensitif terhadap aspek religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui library research, menganalisis konsep, teori, dan temuan dari literatur akademik untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam tanpa data lapangan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa metode penelitian yang relevan kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau mixed methods sangat penting untuk menangani kompleksitas masalah. Pendekatan kualitatif efektif mengungkap aspek spiritual, sementara kuantitatif menguji hubungan empiris, dan mixed methods menjembatani keduanya untuk rekomendasi yang etis. Metode ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori manajemen pendidikan Islam yang integratif dan menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang evidence-based, meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan mutu lembaga. Kesimpulannya, metode penelitian yang tepat memastikan akurasi data, inovasi manajerial, dan tata kelola yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat menjawab tantangan zaman secara profesional. Penguatan literasi metodologi penelitian diperlukan untuk mendukung pengembangan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In today's competitive era of globalization, management plays a strategic role in optimizing the performance of Islamic educational institutions to produce high-quality human resources. This study aims to examine the implementation of management functions—particularly the planning function—and their contribution to achieving educational goals. The planning function, which includes needs identification, vision and mission setting, goal determination, and evaluation, has been shown to enhance institutional effectiveness through optimal resource utilization, clear direction, and adaptability to change. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of leadership, innovative learning strategies, and the integration of technology as key factors in the success of educational management. Despite facing various challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change, educational institutions can overcome these obstacles through appropriate managerial strategies, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and responsive management practices within the context of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia.
