Abstract

Kecamatan Banda Sakti merupakan Ibu Kota Lhokseumawe tentu memerlukan pembangunan infrastruktur Kota yang tertib, rapi, teratur dan memiliki ruang terbuka yang nyaman, sehingga tidak terganggu dengan pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan di depan toko, dipinggiran jalan, di atas trotoar di Jalan Pase. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dalam pemindahan pedagang kaki lima. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data ditempuh melalui koleksi data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 informan yang ditentukan secara purposif. Hasil penelitian diketemukan bahwa di Jalan Pase terdapat 38 dari 270 pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan dipinggiran jalan, depan toko, di atas trotoar, depan kantor dan sekolah dan tidak bersedia untuk pindah ke lokasi (relokasi) yang telah disediakan Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe karena relokasi (tempat baru) tidak sesuai dengan kondisi. Kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah Peraturan Walikota Lhokseumawe Nomor 06 tahun 2010 tentang relokasi penertiban pedagang kaki lima sudah dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan individu dengan memberikan peringatan, namun tujuan pemerintah tentang relokasi pedagang kaki lima belum terwujud secara efektif, karena pedagang kaki lima belum berhasil dipindahkan ke relokasi yang baru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the errors of writing capital letters and the use of punctuation in essays made by students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that involves researchers directly to observe the object being studied. Then the data collected from the research results, analyzed according to the aspects of the error and described in the form of words. The data processing used by researchers, namely using the steps of classification, coding, tabulation, correction or correction, calculation, interpretation and inference. The results of this study, it was found that in writing capital letters, the biggest mistakes that students often make are errors in writing capital letters in each word or in the middle of a word in a sentence, with a percentage of 40.1%. One of the factors that cause errors are students who are less trained and lack habituation in writing by paying attention to good and correct linguistic rules. In the use of punctuation marks, the biggest mistake that students make most often is the omission of commas which can be used to avoid misreading or misunderstanding, with a percentage of 67.1%. One of the factors that cause errors is the inaccuracy and ignorance of students in the use or placement of period punctuation and commas to avoid misreading or understanding. There are other factors that cause students to make mistakes in writing capital letters and using punctuation marks because of the low curiosity of students, low motivation to learn and lack of response in learning, and the teacher's lack of familiarity in giving assignments to pay attention to writing capital letters and using good punctuation. and right.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cidokom 03 pada kelas IV yang diambil semple sebanyak 33 siswa dari jumlah populasi 37 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mixed metode (Metode Campuran) deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi FPB dan KPK berdasarkan indikator pemahaman konsep matematika yaitu Translation, Interpretation dan Exstrapolasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah sebanyak 10 butir soal essay pada materi FPB dan KPK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil rata-rata tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep sebesar 64.40% termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Urutan penguasaan berdasarkan indikator mulai dari prolehan tertinggi indikator translation 7,51%, indikator interpretation 6,54%, dan prolehan indikator terendah ekstrapolasi 2,00%. Sehingga secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil rata-rata pencapaian indikator adalah 5,35% dengan kategori cukup. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemahaman konsep pada penelitian ini di sebabkan karena faktor dari diri individu itu sendiri dan faktor keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah.    Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Konsep, Matematika, FPB dan KPK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Kelas II Pada Pembelajaran Tematik di SD Negeri Limo 02. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas II A Semester ganjil tahun 2022 yang bertempat di SD Negeri Limo 02. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas II A. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas II A Pada Pembelajaran Tematik di SD Negeri Limo 02 sudah termasuk kategori baik. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan siswa kelas II A sudah baik dalam menyampaikan secara lisan mengenai cerita pengalaman. Keterampilan berbicara mencakup aspek pelafalan yang memperoleh siswa menggunakan kata tepat, aspek ketepatan pengucapan siswa dalam berbicara sehingga dapat memudahkan pendengar, aspek intonasi siswa berbicara dengan lantang dan sikap gerak tubuh siswa sudah mampu menyesuaikan yang diceritakan. Terdapat faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam keterampilan berbicara. Faktor tersebut terdiri dari faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Faktor eksternal kurangnya apresiasi siswa serta guru dan faktor internal diantaranya: 1) siswa sulit mengucapkan kata-kata baku, 2) tidak percaya diri seperti takut salah, ragu-ragu dan mengulang perkataan saat ketika berbicara. Dengan demikian, dalam keterampilan berbicara pada pembelajaran tematik sangat pentingKata kunci: Keterampilan Berbicara, Pembelajaran Tematik

Abstract

The success or failure of a teacher in conveying learning depends on the way the teacher manages the learning. Classroom management is the teacher's skill in creating and maintaining optimal learning conditions. This research is motivated by the teacher's ability to provide reinforcement in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of teacher skills in providing reinforcement to the learning process of Jurisprudence Class VII at MTs TI Tarusan Kamang. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The research location is MTs TI Tarusan Kamang. The subject used in this study was the VII th grade Jurisprudence teacher. The informants in this study were class VII teachers and class VII student representatives. The object of this research is the skill of giving reinforcement. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data validity checking technique uses data triangulation. The results of the study show that the teacher applies reinforcement skills in learning with various components which include verbal reinforcement and non-verbal reinforcement. Verbal reinforcement is applied with two components, namely reinforcement with words and reinforcement with sentences. The application of non-verbal reinforcement has six components, namely reinforcement by using cues, reinforcement by approaching, reinforcement by touch, reinforcement with fun activities, reinforcement in the form of symbols or objects, incomplete and full reinforcement. In giving reinforcement the teacher also pays attention to the principles of giving reinforcement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of Employee Angagement, TeamWork and Burnout on Employee Performance at Bank Mandiri Taspen (Manna Sub-Branch Office). The nature of this research is exploratori. Exploratory research is a research approach that aims to find information about a topic/problem that is not fully understood by a researcher. Researchers only prepare a number of questions as a guide to obtain primary data in the form of information, information, as the initial data needed. In this study the authors used the census sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Therefore, the author chose a sample using a saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small. So that the sample used in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results There is an effect of employee engagement (X1) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.001 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X1 affects employee performance (Y). There is an effect of teamwork (X2) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.004 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X2 has an effect on employee performance (Y). There is an effect of burnout (X3) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.003 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X3 has an effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to find the main themes and research categories on reading difficulties (Diselectia). For the data taken to fulfill the purpose of this study, the authors searched several relevant sources from Google Scholar and Scopus (SAGE et al. & Francis). Articles were determined using four combinations of keywords; reports were included in the data set, and the researcher applied a systematic literature review method. Pieces that will become research sources are limited to the last six years. The total number of articles reviewed was 921 from different sources, namely Springer, Elsevier, SAGE, Eric, and Taylor & Francis. Articles were re-selected according to indicators, and then 194 articles were obtained. The dominant research methodology of the articles reviewed is qualitative. The four main themes revealed from the qualitative content analysis are dyslexia, causes of dyslexia, cases of dyslexia, and solutions to overcome dyslexia. Articles are filtered from topic descriptions, eligibility criteria, and search strategies. The cause of dyslexia can be due to developmental errors during pregnancy or other factors such as physical defects or habits that the child has. The solution offered by the teacher is to use several methods and learning media that are appropriate to the child's condition.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an empirical approach. The object of this research is the policies in Bogor Regency, and the research instrument is a human instrument. This study uses document data collection techniques and interviews. The analytical method used is the policy analysis method. The result showed that the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of PAI were contained in the Bogor Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning the Bogor Regency Regional Medium Term Development Plan for 2018-2023. There are three policies, they are the Bogor Ngaos policy, adding four (4) hours of PAI subjects, increasing the welfare of educators and education personnel through giving allowances for honorary PAI teachers, and the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) by using the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Bogor Regency. These policies have a positive impact and strengthen the students' character, which finally will improve the quality of PAI in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Community welfare is often a serious topic of discussion in terms of its management. The government has yet to find a glimmer of hope in addressing inequality, despite its continued efforts to find various ways to reduce it. The objective of this study is to analyze the extent of the implementation of village fund allocation management, in accordance with Law No. 3 of 2024 on villages, as well as the fiscal policy review in fulfilling the rights of the residents of Kurniabakti and Pasirhuni villages. The mitigation efforts carried out in Kurniabakti Village and Pasirhuni Village include implementing several development programs related to community welfare. It is hoped that these programs will bring benefits to the community and realize the government's desire to mitigate inequality. The villages of Kurniabakti and Pasirhuni have implemented development programs as part of the government's targets to improve the welfare of the community, with the aim of enhancing the well-being of the people in accordance with the principles of Islamic law (maqasid sharia), which prioritize the greater good and avoid harm. The principles of fiscal policy, which encompass trustworthiness and justice, determine how government officials exercise their authority in accordance with Islamic law, as referenced in the Quran and Hadith. Therefore, the review of fiscal policy is used as an analytical tool in this study in Kurniabakti Village and Pasirhuni Village because the research is deemed consistent with the principles of fiscal policy.

Abstract

This research is aimed at examining the BIPA teaching book "Language Friendly Volume 1" published by Antasari Banjarmasin State Islamic University from several aspects: First, a review of the suitability of the material with the Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) stipulated in the Permendikbub from its accuracy and cultural content. Second, this research is aimed at examining the suitability of material for Arabic speakers, this refers to the fact that Arabs often dominate BIPA participants at UIN Antasari. This study uses a qualitative approach because the data are in the form of narratives or text. The method used by researchers is content analysis. The indicators used in analyzing the book's content were adopted from Muslich, and the rating interval was adopted from the scale developed by Nurgiyantoro. The results of this study revealed that the BIPA textbook "Language Friendly Volume 1" designed for the A1 level of need, was still "not appropriate" with a percentage of 50%. The drawback is that the author is inconsistent in presenting the material, narrative, dialogue, and Indonesian insights. There is also material content that is not yet time to be delivered at the A1 level. This BIPA textbook is considered not suitable for use by Arabic speakers or even other foreign speakers.
